2022-05-18I am out of state and was selling a Cleveland property. TitleBlue (selected by the sellers) handled the title work and did a terrific job. They were prompt, called me when they needed to, and closed on time, all in a quick window. I would recommend them.

2020-02-25We have recently worked with TitleBlu for our new home. I could not recommend working with them enough! From start to finish they were so helpful and worked all night to get everything approved and ready for signatures.If I had questions or didnt understand something, they were always there to answer my questions. Never did they make me feel any of my questions were stupid.We personally worked with Carrie and truly had the best experience. 2018-03-14Love Titleblu! Every deal I have done with Titleblu has gone smoothly, and the communication has been excellent! If I have a question, I can call and talk directly to Carrie and get quick answers. Ive even called to ask her about title related questions on deals where weve had to use other title companies. In addition, Carrie and Sharon are SO engaged in and supportive of their community - which I think speaks highly of their character. BUT...as a realtor, my primary concern is for the ability of the title company to manage and close the transaction smoothly, and provide the best experience for the client. Because the communication is so good through the process, the accuracy has been spot on, and closings happen whenever and wherever best for the clients, I continue to include them in my list of preferred partners (they are on top!), though it is always the clients choice. ;-)
