This is my go to oil change site. I’ve had to change a few lugnuts that im sure they messed up by using a standard socket to rotate my tires when my lugs are metric. The wait time can be long but they do an amazing job changing your oil, filters, checking all fluids, rotating tires, etc… best to schedule an appointment and drop your vehicle off if you’re planning on coming here. But to reiterate, the bill wait time is because of the very thorough vehicle inspection they do. I highly recommend
Ive been a customer of Tireman since the early 2000s. They never cease to amaze me! This was the first time I made an appointment online and now I wouldnt do it any other way! They got me in at 8am and they called me back 45 minutes later. I was able to go about my day as normal with no inconvenience or interruption. Fantastic work!
Thank you for taking care of my daughter. She blew a tire on the way back to the University of Toledo. I called you and you got her car in for a new tire right away. She said that everyone was so nice and helpful. When you cant be there for your child, service like this really makes a difference. Thanks again!
I’d give 0 stars if I could. Horrible! my first experience wait time was awful and so was this time. Both times I went in for 1 thing and they tried to add on several other things instead of fixing the issue at hand. I drove in to get 1 tire repaired which would’ve been $33, Mike called me 4 hours later and said my tire couldn’t be plugged & he gave me a quote of over 1200 for things I didn’t come in for. I declined and he said I wouldn’t be able to drive it home without the repairs, he then claimed my spare tire went flat. He continued to argue with me & even laughed about the situation at hand after I continued to decline services, & seek someone else who could help me & I questioned the spare tire mysteriously going flat. I let him know I’d look into getting it towed. He told me he had other customers waiting so, Finally, I asked him to just put air back in the spare so I could drive it home because it wasn’t flat or damaged when I drove it in. (I’d think he would check out the spare before calling me and telling me that paying for all of those things were my only option) however, He said wait another 30 minutes so he could check and see if he could do anything regarding the spare. He was able to put air back in it per my request. Very poor customer service, they don’t care about the person just the money, the way they talk to their customers is outrageous! Unbelievable! I went to another shop after I left this place, and was treated with utmost respect and I was taken care of right away, getting my 1 tire replaced with no issues, no extra parts or labor added on, & no long wait time. And come to find out the spare tire never went “back” flat and it wasn’t damaged. The air just mysteriously never went back out. It figures. Im a firm believer of supporting businesses that practices integrity and respect, and if you do too.. steer clear of tireman. Word of advice, you would make more money being honest and showing decency. No need to add extra issues to get more money, happy customers always return and spend with people who they can trust to be honest and treat them well.
After I had somebody hit my car while visiting my mom in Toledo, Ohio, I only had a few hours to get a tire repaired and tireman auto service centers came to the rescue. I called them up and asked if I can have my car towed there and get a tire replaced, and they said they would have it done under the hour. I had my car towed there and they have the tire back on and about 40 minutes. I was able to safely travel back to Columbus, Ohio. Every person that I talk to there was extremely friendly and went above and beyond to make sure that all my needs were met. I would highly recommend tireman auto service centers in Toledo.
Absolutely INCREDIBLE experience with this Tireman. Everyone was soo kind, helped me tremendously with my cars brakes. I am driving safer today because of these amazing people. I will be back without a doubt & recommend them to people I know.Thankyou again for helping me!Lori
TO ANYONE GOING TO TIREMAN REVIEW YOUR RECEIPT FIRST BEFORE PAYING FOR THE SERVICES OR AGREEING TO THE PRICE…..When I went to pick my car up I notice a charge on my receipt that was not discussed with me. When I asked the employee why was the charge on my receipt he went to go ask the mechanic he then came back saying that it took more than an hour to find out what was wrong with my car when I told him I stayed at the shop until they told me what was going on with my car and it was less than 30 mins the mechanic then came out being rude and disrespectful… I then found a customer service manager number and his customer service skills was terrible after going and back and forth with him he claim he will refund me for the inaccurate charge by mailing me a check I guess I’ll see if that happens.
Had a slight emergency and needed a tire. Called multiple places to find a specific tire for my car and every single place do not have them. TIREMAN was next on my list of places to call and honestly my prayers were answered, went to them straight away for a tire. Literally took the stress away and put me at ease. Definitely will call them for future service for my car. Thanks TIREMAN
Brought my car cause it shakes when i drive it. Spent $4000 to fix it over like 5 or 6 visits. new tires, brakes, new ball joint, new timing chain, sway bar links, balance, alignment. I keep bringing it back because it still shakes every time! Today they told me they cant figure it out and that they give up basiclly. What a joke
This was the last time im going to the tireman location on reynolds, i went there a couple months ago for an oil change and after i walked back to my car to see a big oil stain on my white cloth seat, i informed someone about it and they were able to get it out but i just recently went back with my other car because i wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt because yes i know mistakes happen. So i set a apt for 10:30 am for a simples oil change and i had to sit there is wait until 1pm. 2 and a hour is a ridiculous amount of time to wait especially because they didn’t even take my car back until noon which was the whole reason why i made a appointment so i won’t be there all day.update: the workers at this location dont know what they are doing, i was told i had locking lugs on my car so they couldn’t rotate my tires so i’ve been waiting to get them broken off so i stopped driving it has much well today i took it to my brothers and he rotated my tires with normal sockets right in his drive way because they lied to me. I will never be returning
I had a great Experience with tireman on Angola made one call they got me in right away it only took less than an hour to complete the project which was I had a couple of slowly tires and they got me in right away repaired the leaks in my tires I was very satisfied with the service and now I’m going back to have my other items repaired shortly
Looked busy. Told me it would be about a two hour wait for an oil change. Was done in 45 minutes. Very pleased and staff very friendly. Would recommend.Next visit 6.22.22. Not pleased at all. Did wait over two hours. They tried to sell me wipers and tires. Hope they didnt jinx me.Nothing special to make me want to go here next time again when there are many more places to go. $70 for an oil change is outrageous.
I have been going to this location for several years now and have spent well over a thousand dollars in past purchases. This visit was for just under eight hundred dollars. I originally was helped by a very professional polite and knowledgeable person named Lucas. He made the purchase a pleasure and made me confident in the purchase. We came in to have the work done and the person who was assisting the customers was a Tori. She by far destroyed any good that was done by Lucas and all the others by the way she treated us. She has no clue how customer service works. When we arrived to pick the vehicle up, after calling to see if it was done when she should have called us, she made a comment that created a disastrous situation. At one point in the closing of the transaction she looked at me, raised her voice and inquired DO YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WITH ME! This is when the rest of the exposure to her continued to be one of the worst experiences I have had in my adult life when I was the customer. I several times told her I did not want to deal with her to go away and leave us alone, she refused to attempt to make things better and only barked there was no one else just her. I had to resort to instructing her to remove the tires I didnt want to make the purchase anymore. She then backed off a little and tried to reconcile. I told her again I did not want to deal with her and again she said there was no one else if she had another employee come up she would have to be there to show them how so she would still be there. I then demanded she call someone of her superior I refused to talk to her anymore. Eventually the assistant manager arrived and was able to professionally finish our transaction. I concluded our experience with letting hom know as long as I never have to deal with her again I might come back, however I am still not sure I would go back just because she is there and there might be a situation where she is left there to treat us again the way she did. Sad that she had to make our experience a horrible one.
Had the worst experience at this store! I made an appointment at 8 am, I informed the person who made my appointment that I will not have more than an hour and a half to put 2 new tires on my vehicle as I had appointments. I was assured it would be on time for me. I waited for my vehicle to be done. With no coffee in waiting room and unclean amenities, floors, and refreshment area.At 10 am the vehicle was moved to the front and parked. Heard nothing from front so I walked out to ask. I was then told they still needed to align my vehicle (free service). Well I waited another 30 minutes and my vehicle was still parked in the same spot and had not moved. While mulling this over in my brain (I had missed 2 meetings by then and I was not at all pleased) , the tech came in to tell me my vehicle was done.I went to counter to be given the wrong keys! After quite a few minutes and much confusion ( was actually asked if I was sure, lol) they found my keys. I proceed to run my bank card to find out their machine forces you to enter your pin! I refused and in the mean time I am being told that my vehicle cannot be aligned as there are other issues. I was very angry at all this. I had my keys in my hand said bye and walked out. The moron in charge after 3-4 minutes came out and said so your refusing to pay for your tires? I said no your machine will not take my card I am refusing to enter my pin. At this point I stated I was going to get cash and went to bank for cash, and had to return to the shop.So the hour and a half I had was doubled and then some. Their computerized payment system is antiquated and the employees were nit the sharpest. This was such an unacceptable experience. I would not recommend this location for any reason.Lets top it off with all of a sudden my hub cap cover is missing, it was in the bed of the truck on the tire they changed the rim on!!!Way to many shops just as close, same selection, same pricing and more efficient!!!!!!
Just needed one tire put on the rim was quoted an hour and a half. After an hour I went In to check and was told they were working on my tire currently but I seen my tire sitting on the other side of the glass. I went out to my car waited another half hour now reaching the 2 hour mark and was told they were almost done while I was still looking at my unfinished tire sitting in front of me when I told her I could see it she moved it from my sight and I waited another 35 to 40 minutes only to finally be told the card machine was down amd they took my card info amd charged me later. Tire works fine no issue on that end but not satisfied with my quoted time to actual time difference nor the customer service.
If I could give this place zero stars I would. Took my car to them 3 times for starting and charging issues. I have spent well over $1000 with them and my car is still not fix. Now I have to take my car elsewhere to have it fixed. Just more headache and $$$ out of my pocket. They need to stick to what they do best tires. The auto repair is not good here. Do not take your car here, unless you like throwing money away.
I am an HVAC sheet metal contractor. I have used Tireman for all of my trucks. I am very disappointed with my last experience on 12/30/21. Tireman installed 4 new tires on one of my Vans. They said it would be done around 11am and it took until 2pm. They left the van in the back of the building for me to walk around and get. The last thing was we had a bad tire and had to use the spare so I said the bad tire is in the back of the van so pick the best front tire and use as the spare so what do they do but put the used front tire in the back of the van. Dont you think they would know it goes UNDER the van where the spare SHOULD go. The young counter guy said well we are short handed when I went in to complain as he stood at the counter with another employee. Taking my business somewhere else from now on.
I was pleasantly surprised, when I accidentally ran over debris from an accident and my tire was punched with a big chunk of a headlight. I just knew I was going to need a new tire. It was a BIG chunk in my tire. I was thinking I was going to spend a hundred or more but the worker was very very nice and told me it was only going to cost 34 dollars😮. I was very happy and they were done fixing it in just a couple hours. Im sure it didnt take very long Im sure other customers were there to for their business. I will return as soon as I can because I would love all new tires😊
I was told my car was ready to be picked up around the time they closed and I told them I’d be there before work to pick it up in the morning. When I arrived in the morning my car was not finished, it was still up the their garage and told they didn’t know why my car wasn’t finished or why someone called me to say it was. So I had to rush them And my car is still not finished, I was late for work and I have to go back this afternoon with my three year old to sit there and wait for my car. My husband also called while I waited and they flat out lied to him saying my car was coming down from the lift because it was finished , it was not.
This was the worst experience I’ve had so far with tireman. The girl at the front argued with me about the size of my tires, then changed the total cost on me 3 times, kept calling me trying to add more work on after I told her the banks were closed I can’t get more money right now. Came in to pick up my truck paid for the work and nobody could find my car keys. They ended up being found in the parking lot because the employee dropped them from a hole in the bag. I will never use this ship again!!!!
First, they need 0 stars! This is NOT the Tireman shop to take your car if you want them to fix anything! They were told the A/C had a leak. What they do? Charge me $150 to put Freon into it and tell me its fixed...but bring it back when it leaks out! The manager wanted to argue that he wasnt told it was a leak and its clearly printed on the sheet! What! I asked them to check tire pressure sensors. They said they were all fine but my warning light was still on. They agreed to check it again and said the technician didnt check it correctly because it needs 3 new tire pressure sensors. What!? This is an example of incompetence and shows you cant trust what they tell you at this Tireman. DO NOT take your car to this place.
I recently went in to this Tireman for a simple alignment. This marks the second time Ive come to this Tireman for service. My first experience was a quick and easy alignment as well. However this time was very different. I scheduled a 10:30am appointment online. I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment. I checked in and waited in the waiting area. I was not seen about my car until 1pm. 2 1/2 hours AFTER my scheduled appointment. After about 20 to 30 minutes (1:40pm) I saw my car parked in front off the store. The mechanic had finished the alignment. Despite that, nobody came to inform me that I was able to pay and leave. I waited until 2pm before asking somebody behind the counter if I was okay to pay and take my car. Without checking any paperwork for my name, the woman behind the counter told me they were still waiting for my paperwork. So I sat and waited another hour and still nobody came to give me an an update. So at 3pm I asked again about the paperwork. This time the woman asked my name and found that my paperwork was hanging on the wall behind her this entire time (since 1:40pm). The blame was shifted to the mechanic not realizing my appointment was NOT a drop off and that I was waiting in the building. Even though I was there for 5 hours and the two staff members behind the counter knew I was there all day, for a quick alignment. Neither of them thought it was odd I had been there so long? If I hadnt approached them and asked about my car, I would have been sitting there until they closed for the night. This was the worst experience Ive ever had in a public space and a business no less. I trusted the staff to keep me informed and promptly give me updates as needed. The fact that I had an appointment and talked to the staff in person did NOT save me from waiting for 5 hours for a 30 minute procedure or from being forgotten by the staff. To be completely honest, I have social anxiety. I hadnt eaten anything before my appointment as I thought it would take no longer than an hour and a half. Instead I sat hungry and in social angony in a public space for 5 hours blaming MYSELF for being in that situation because Im not more assertive. Then I come to find out I had to endure it because the staff simply made mistakes and completely forgot about me. I wont be coming back to this place. I left on the verge of a panic attack after paying, incredibly frustrated and in tears. After my wife called on my behalf to complain, she was given excuses and lies that ran contrary to my experience by a MANAGER.Thats my honest experience. The mechanic who worked on my car was professional and relayed all the information I needed when he finally got to work on my car.
Also always l, super quick. I normally use Holland or Maumee location but this location had appointments available sooner. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. They took car of my oil change and general inspection within an hour without trying to up-sell me anything not needed.
I had an oil change appointment scheduled for 1pm using the Tireman website. I mentioned to the service desk that I would wait for my car. The expected completion time I was told was about an hour and a half. Unfortunately, I did not leave until almost 4pm. I had to rearrange some afternoon meetings due to the longer than expected wait. I have always had a good experience at Tireman, but this was an instance where the wait was longer than expected.
Called to make an appointment for service and was able to take my car in that same day. They were very busy and although I was a little early, they took my car in right away. While it was being serviced, they took the time to go online and help me look for rims for another vehicle. There was some confusion when it was time to pay my bill but the staff made it right. Highly recommend Tireman on Reynolds Rd.
I made an appointment and arrived 45 minutes early. After sitting 2 hours went to check on my car. It never moved from where I parked it. I took them over 4 hours to fix the 2 tires. It could have been better if there was a place to eat or get coffee near by. The guy at the front counter was super nice.
Very dishonest, will be going elsewhere next time. Sold me tires by promoting a free tire rotation every 5000 miles. It was a false promise. Tireman will not schedule a tire rotation that is included from my purchase. Told me that paying customers come first. This is my first 5000 miles on their new tires from a worthless promotion. I imagine their warranty is worthless too the way they act.
Fast service! I got my appointment in less than a day and my car back after a few hours🥰 nothing is stopping me now except for my brakes thanks to the Tireman and Mike😉! I would have given 5 stars however there’s no shuttle but they do extend an Uber call for customers.
This is a great place. They took a little bit of time (which is understandable) and took it in their hands to make up for it. They offered a discount for the wait. Moreover they did a great job in changing the oil and when I left they asked me to come back just to make sure my tires were okay. Great place highly recommend!
Wife dropped off by car yesterday morning to have the front passenger side valve stem fixed on the tire but I got home and seen they fixed the front driver side valve stem. Cost $75 to have the wrong valve stem replaced. She is on her way there now to see if she can correct the problem. More than willing to change my rating and my review after Corrections have been made. I am usually very satisfied with Tire Man. Im hoping this is just a simple mistake. It could happen to anyone.
They were very understanding an clear about my needs to be safe and concerned of the fact try not to drive my car until I bring it back Friday. Also they sent me home with clear details of price of all parts and what have to be done. They did not speak to me like I was dumb not did they sound like they were taken advantage of my lack of knowledge. I really was comfortable with the machanics. Great Job! See your Tireman staff Friday.Bless the company of Tireman.
Went to this location a few weeks ago because my car was shaking, charged me $340. Car was STILL shaking afterwards, took it in again and they said they didn’t catch the issue the first time, charged me an additional $450 to get it fixed. Sat in waiting room for nearly 3.5 hours before they even took it out and diagnosed what was happening, and tried to charge me for an additional tire in the meantime. Super disappointed with lack of communication and lack of forethought during this whole process, would recommend going somewhere else
Took car for a simple oil change. They said it would be done by 11:00AM. It ended up being 4:00PM. No call to let me know they were running late. They couldn’t find an oil filter that fit, so they had to put my old one back in. Then, they damaged one of the lugnuts, when rotating the tires. This used to be a great location. I think most of the original employees left.
I used to enjoy going to Tireman for all my automotive needs, but my last 2 experiences there have left me with a decision to go elsewhere. I took my car there to get brakes put on my car. The man said it would cost me $289 before they began the work. I said ok. When it was time to pay they said it was almost $800 for brakes. Surprised, I asked why did it double in price. The response was the price quoted was $289 per axle. I have never paid that much for brakes in my life. I went back because I was given a free oil change and I needed a headlight installed. They quoted me $45 for the labor to install the headlight I brought with me. I was like Whoa. $45 just to install a headlight? I told him I could go elsewhere and get the headlight installed for $7. He said ok, we will do it for $15. STILL OVERPRICED!!! They have lost a customer and Ill find somewhere else to get my car fixed!!!
I’ve been coming to this location to get my car serviced for about two years now. Recently my battery started to go bad, but it was still under warranty from TireMan and they replaced it for free, even upgrading me to a better battery the second time. High marks for customer service.
We dropped our car off at 8:30am to get new tires put on and they promised it would finished by 11:30. They didnt even start until noon and finished around 3:00. Threw our whole day off schedule and my wife had to wait there after being dropped off for 3 hours with our baby and I had to leave work early to pick my son up from school because she was stuck there. They did give us a free alignment as an apology and thus the 3 stars Im giving them instead of 1.
Very unprofessional people. The customer service was awful. My truck stayed there all day for ac repair, witch I was over charged for. They didnt fixed the problem, and to top it off they broke my running board on the driver side of my truck. They told me they repaired it, and as soon as I got home it fell off. These people really did a terrible job.
I paid over $88 yesterday for an alignment and my car is pulling hard to the left. I also sat in the lobby waiting for my car and watched the Store Manager arguing with a customer when she came in because her car was not fixed either! Instead of trying to fix the situation he tried to disprove her! Terrible way to do business!
After my car was serviced I noticed that the low air tire gauge was and the low washer fluid gauge was still on. I immediately went back in the shop and ask Ben about it. All the service men were standing around and he ask who service my vehicle. They began to point at each other and laugh. They said it was just my sensors. They did not check my vehicle again. I’m going to have it service again somewhere else tomorrow. I will never go to Tireman on South Renyolds again.
I am so pleased that I chose to give Tireman a second chance. I was treated so respectfully by the manager Nick. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and expressed that he wanted to make things right so I would return to them. In today’s world of many people not caring about service, he went above and beyond. I will continueto patronize that store and tell all who will listen!!
I had 2 tires that were leaking air but all 4 tires were bad. I came into the shop NOT knowing anything about tires. The salesman was very helpful. Practically no wait time before they begin replacing my old tires with new ones at a GREAT price!!!Also THANK YOU to the salesman who not only serviced my vehicle but for his service in the military.... he is leaving soon to serve and protect me and people like me....
I was told that getting tires balanced, rotated, and an alignment done would take 2-3 hrs or maybe he said 3-4 hrs.. Either way it would be a long time obviously and I was ok with that. The S Reynolds location is particularly busy so it is what it is.. They also informed me the tires in the front needed to be replaced and I knew that because the tread was in fact thinning out but I didnt necessarily want to get new ones because I was being stubborn. I got them anyway. I want my car to drive smoothly. I was there from 930 til about 2p so a lil over 4 hrs which was annoying, but they got the job done and Im thankful.
Branden at the Tireman on Reynolds road was absolutely phenomenal. The information that he gave me regarding options for an oil change was beneficial to me. I have an older model car over $150,000 miles, so I took his recommendation for a different type of oil change with protectants for my engine and some other parts so it will keep running better longer. Thank you TIREMAN for always coming through for me when I bring my car to be serviced I will be back. Thank you Branden for giving me choices.
Clearly a crazy busy location as I stood in line waiting to be served. However, I observed that each individual was served with timely courtesy and professionalism by the staff. People left with a smile and did not seemed rush even though the place was slammed! They were efficient yet friendly. Micheal, the manager waited on me and was wonderful and I left satisfied with the service I received . They were thorough with my service and Michael explained what they did for me quite well. This is the first time using Tireman but it will not be my last!
Great service! They checked my tires to help me identify what was causing my car to shake as I drove. I thought I needed a wheel alignment. They also called and let me know what was wrong with my tires as they were working on them. Test drove the car to ensure it was running smoothly. Its riding like new!
They were able to get me in right away. They said it would take about 90 minutes and it did. My bill matched my quote. Friendly service. This is the 2nd location and probably the 4th car Ive taken to them for various issues and Ive had a pleasant experience every time 🙂
The purchase of my new tires was seamless. Stopped in to request what I wanted, dropped off my wheels and picked them up by the end of the day. Good experience and great service.April 2021 - purchased new tires to go on 2nd set of wheels. Process was easy and I received prompt and courteous service. I will shop here again.
I had contacted Tireman on Reynolds Road spoke with Mike concerning a nail in my driver’s rear tire. I took it in spoke with Nick who stated their were 20 jobs ahead of my needed service. At the time the shop is running on a First come, First serve basis. I had to leave my vehicle at the site no promises were made on my vehicle being serviced and ready for that day, which I wasn’t too happy about. However, I received a call from Mike later on that evening, my vehicle had been serviced and was ready for pickup!!!I was so very pleased to the concerns of my vehicle being serviced. Thank You!September 24, 2020Was on lunch break for 1 hour, had a tire that kept going flat, I could not see a nail in it at all. Went into Tireman in Reynolds, say Mike told him the problem which he addressed in a very timely manner. Was I very appreciative for he’s concern and professionalism. Thank You!!!
Devon was absolutely fantastic in not only his quality of service, but his explanation of the cost breakdown for a set of new tires. He made the process quick and painless, and got me moving out of the store very quickly. If you visit this location, I highly recommend requesting Devon for his professionalism and ability to make you feel welcome.
Had a flat this morning. Took my tire in they said they would look at it then call me when it was ready. That was 12:30 never got a call so I came back at 4:15, said the tire was fixed and would be about half hour and would be put back on ready to go. At 5:30 had to call the husband to switch spots with me so I could go to work because in that whole time my car hadnt moved. He ended up waiting another half hour for them to get the tire on for him to leave. Would rather you just be honest with me that you are stacked up and it will be awhile not sugar coat short wait time and no phone calls.
After waiting almost two hours for an oil change that I had an appointment for I was informed they lost the key to my wheel locks. After I was still charged full price for the oil change even though my tires couldn’t be rotated, and advised to go to the dealership to get the locks taken off. They said they would reimburse me for the lock removal, but they should have taken care of it instead of sending me across town.
The clerk at the counter, Devon, was very helpful processing my vehicle for the brake work needed. The vehicle was left overnight and next morning I received a call from the Service Manager, Nick, who told me about the repairs needed and how much it would cost. When the work was completed, I received a call from Devon informing me that my vehicle was ready. Later that afternoon I went to pay my bill and pickup my vehicle. After which I inspected the repaired parts and noticed that their was a black ring around the rotor. When I swiped at the ring, grease came and on my finger. I went back inside to speak to the person who closed my account. He went outside to my vehicle and said that it was okay to have this grease on the rotor and/or the brake pad. After some BS line, I told him that having the grease on rotor and/or brake pad make these parts defective. He then went inside and returned with an oil can of brake cleaner and proceeded to spray the rotor to clean the grease off. Ive had other work done by this some group of men, but this time the work was sloppy.
Was told it would be 2 at the most 3 hours for my ONE tire to be replaced. Sat in the waiting room for 4 and a half hours. My car wasn’t even taken back until my third hour there. I don’t mind waiting but if you are busy or understaffed at least let the customer know that it will take some instead of givzing an estimate that’s wrong. Will not come to this location ever again.
While I did get a good price in my tires it came at a cost, there seriously damaged one of my wheels when they installed my tires. I honestly think they damaged two wheels but they said only one. They are working on trying to rectify the issue however my wheels are no longer in production so they can’t simply replace it.
I had purchased rims for our VW BUG, when making the appointment, I let the person I was speaking to (Mike) know that we bought the rims and that they would be in the car when it was dropped off by the tow company. They ran into problems with the hood latch, which had to be replaced, also the battery was dead and needed replaced. I was very accommodating and said “don’t worry about us, we don’t need the car back till the weekend”. When picking the car up, the repairs were not explained, the person at the counter said very little as a matter of fact, and when we went out to the car.... the new rims were still inside the car IN THE BOXES!!! So I went back inside, angry, spoke with my original contact person, and asked “was there a reason the new rims were in the boxes instead on on the car??” He spluttered and stuttered, then proceeded to make excuses!! The “new tires” they put on the car looked used as well!! I was livid at that point, and just left!!! I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO TIREMAN!! They did not even offer to correct THEIR ERROR!!!! POOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
Tireman at 750 S. Reynolds Rd is awesome! I feel they are honest, not screwing you over and they dont talk down to you. They dont try to sell something you dont need. They get you and out in a short amount of time. The Reynolds store has a great group of people there. Big thumbs up to Mike! 👍
They were very nice and got the job done! And for a really good price so I’m grateful for that. They need to get better with times. Two & a half hours is too long to wait just to patch a tire and i called ahead. Other than that it was great. Eric was very nice specially!!
They got me in and out in the estimated amount of time told to me without a problem!! No cost at all for patching a tire and tire rotation due to the awesome roadside warranty offered to me at the time I bought the set of Goodrich KO2’S..wonderful product by a wonderful team of mechanics... and free lifetime rotation..can’t beat it... Front desk service attendant could of used a lil bit better customer relations not rude at all Lil grumpy or short prolly jus tired from a hard week!!! I’ll give him the benefit of the doubt everyone has a bad day!!! ..ILL NEVER GO ANYWHERE DIFFERENT FOR TIRES OR TIRE SERVICE....!!!
Always great friendly service. They have me in and out really quick!2/22/19- Went in for headlight repair after being quoted double the price by Firestone. Was very happy with the price and the short time it took to replace both bulbs. Thanks so much for not ripping off your female customer. Tireman you got it right again!!
The sales guy and the service manager were great and very helpful. On the other hand the service tech had a very poor attitude. He couldnt figure out a problem I had and got a really bad attitude about it instead of asking for help to figure it out he basically just gave up and sent it back as it was fixed. I like using your services because its usually great quality and very well priced.
Thank you for my oil change. However I’m not sure if my tires were rotated like discussed because there were no notes left in the comment section. I just feel like because they were two hours from closing & had several ppl waiting that my service was rushed & I didn’t get the full service. There was no notes about fluids low or tire pressure which I expected to see due this being the first time I brought this vehicle into this business.
Tireman on RynoldsThe guy at the desk was Very dry and short as if he didn’t want to be bother. I also experienced him being this way with another customer. I got there at 3:35pm he wrote 4pm on the top of my paperwork. I was waiting FOREVER for a oil change. 2 and a half hours later my car was finally done. If the front desk guy had better customer service my experience would’ve been much better no matter how long I waited.
After a long week of having a lot of issues with another auto service shop in town, (not going to drop the name)... I needed access to my vehicle again. I decided to go pick it up from the other auto shop since they hadnt touched it in three days. I took it to Tireman. They listened to me as I explained what had happened with the other shop, and what I needed done. I dropped my car off at 4 pm. I needed to be at work at 6 pm.A relatively large job to do in such short notice, and in no way did I expect it to be done that day, but Aaron and Matt did everything possible to make sure that it was done for me by the time I had to get to work.Sure enough, an hour and a half after drop off, it got completed in more than enough time for me to get to work. I cannot thank Tireman enough for such a pain-free experience, after such a horrible experience somewhere else.Tireman on Reynolds will definitely be my new Go-To. Thanks again
I had a very unfortunate event happen to a place where Ive had my oil changed for years. I promise I will never support Tire Man again after my experience today.Warning this is a long post:My AC went out in my vehicle. The fans wont even work. As some of you may know my daughters medical condition does not do well in the heat. It is CURRENTLY 95 DEGREES IN MY VEHICLE.My family has been self quarantined for 1 week (we are all seriously peachy) but doing the right thing and waiting out our exposure period.I call Tire Man on Reynolds to see if I can drop off my vehicle. I was extremely up front with our self quarantine situation because I feel like it is the right thing to do. I also assumed they have protocols in place for people in my situation since this is an every day occurence anymore. I need to have the AC in my vehicle fixed is essential for my family because of my childs condition. Period. The response I received from Tire Man staff was not at all what I had imagined. You are putting our staff at risk and I am not going to ask them to sanitize your vehicle, you should wait until after quarantine to call us, you should be staying home anyways. This man was trying to rudely tell me what I needed to do. I could not believe it. He seemed pretty annoyed that I was even calling to be honest.I told him I would find another business who has their protocols together.Second attempt- Called up Good Year on Reynolds. They accepted my vehicle and situation and assured me there was a no touch policy. Met me at my car with gloves, mask, seat cover, steering wheel cover, and lysol wipes, put my keys in a bag and told me he would call when they figured out the issue. So that leads me to believe that Tire Man does not sanitize your vehicle at all and clearly does not have a good understanding of the world we live in today. I was highly disappointed by the way I was treated. I will never take my business there again.Shout out to Good Year for setting the bar high and not discriminating against my family and our situation.
I dropped my car off while four tires are were being installed. When a problem came up I was called right away. The man explained it in a way that was simple. Service was excellent. Two complaints are 1. The park lot is terrible. It’s ironic you offer warranties for pot holes. You may need to use the warranty just to get out of the parking lot. 2. The guy that checked me in and out was very for lack of a better word just blah. Didn’t allow me to ask any questions. I was actually going ask for a more expensive tires be installed than what I requested online. Picking up he didn’t explain the receipt. Just took my money and pushed me out.
If I could put zero stars I would….. My daughter took her car in for a diagnostic check because her car kept shutting off, they told her that she needed spark plugs she told them to go ahead and fix it only to pick her car up and drive up the street and her car shut off on her, she called to let them know that her car was still having the same issues for them to keep putting her on hold and hanging up on her so we went back to the shop and they tell her that it wasn’t her spark plugs that it’s something else smh so why charge her for the spark plugs if that wasn’t the issue, the manager Mike Mueller kept laughing and smirking making smart remarks being very unprofessional about the whole ordeal insinuating that he tried to help her because he figured she didn’t have money to fix what was wrong with the car but he charged her $300 for the spark plugs that she didn’t need and her car is still not working…… we will never use their service again
Made it clear which tires needed replaced, was 10 minutes late to my appointment and didnt get out until 2 hours later. They replaced the damn near New tires and left the ones that are about to bust on. How do you mess up that bad. I spoke to 2 different people and made it clear 3 times which tires needed replacing.Update: Completely resolved and a lot faster. I appreciate it. Miscommunication.Update #3:Literally 3 hours after posting this and a day after the initial oil change my check engine light popped on and my car started jerking.Definitely disappointed
I took my car here to get a tire repaired from damage resulting from a screw puncture. The staff was welcoming, helpful, and very efficient. I was back on the road within an hour at a cost of only $10 (to balance the tire; the repair cost was free). I highly recommend their services.
Got my tires ordered and delivered next day. Other locations could not order and have within one day. Communication was great with letting me know when my tires arrived. Only reason I didnt give 5 stars is that my quoted time to install my tires was not accurate. It took 1.5 hours longer than expected.
They had my vehicle all day. But they made sure everything was well taken care of before I left. I took it for the sensors in the tired in the morning, and in the middle of the day I had mentioned that I had been smelling antifreeze when I drive at times. They took time to check that out as well and took care of the problem.Amazing, friendly and some good looking guys as well. 😉
Went in at 8am did not leave until 1pm was not given any updates on my car until I asked. Later I seen on a commercial that they would drive you home if need be. I was not offer that that would of been a nice thing to know seeing I did ask for a longer car that right there should of let them know I needed a ride but again they didnt offer. I only live a mile away I would have walk but it was raining.. they did tell me what needs to be done with my car and fix what they recommend and car runs better so the mechanic did a nice job.. I will used them again but I may shop around
For the most part I have no complaints. I went in for an oil change, but I had questions about another matter. They took time out to inspect the issue and I really appreciate it. So to conclude my statement, I recommend Tireman, I’ve brought all of the vehicles that I’ve owned here. I trust them and you should trust them as well !!!!😊
I made an appointment for 8am a week prior. I was told a tire balance would take about 15 mins and they could get me in at 8am. When I arrived early for my appointment, I was told there are several other cars and it will be 2 HOURS before they can get to my car. What is the point of making an appointment if they wont honor the time and learn how to manage time schedules better. Jokes on them because I ended up buying new tires at Midas down the road who got me in as a walk in and I was done by 9am. Will never go here or recommend anyone.
My wife and I received excellent service and was treated with respect and individual attention despite the shop being extremely busy. When we left my wire and I both agreed that if at all possible this particular Tireman would be the place we would use in the future. I especially want to thank Nick Bratton, Asst. Store Manager, for his help and understanding. He is what I look for in someone in management. Thank you Mr. Bratton.
From the moment I walked in the door, they were very kind and knowledgeable. Took my car right away, reported back to me after looking at my car and completed my alignment in a timely manner. I felt confident and comfortable in their suggestions. I would definitely return in the future.
I had my oil changed here, as I have for the past several years. They were very courteous and efficient. I also had a tire problem. The young man explained the problem very clearly, fixed what they could, and suggested that soon I should get 2 new tires, where I should have them places and why I should have them aligned. Everything he said made sense to me, so I will be following his advice.
Routine front brake service. They said it shouldn’t take long. Waited for over 3hours. They took $20 off of my bill. If you come here for repairs- make sure you have no other plans that day or get dropped off. I’m still standing here as I type this review. My car still isn’t finished.
Ive never had a bad experience here! Went in for an oil change. They found that two of my tires needed to be replaced because of wear. They didnt try to rip me off and say all four, since I had replaced two last year. And they gave me the same deal! Couldnt be happier with the staff at Tireman!
After making an appointment for a simple oil change/tire rotation earlier in the week, I had to wait 2 hours. My time is more valuable than that. Also, I mentioned I thought air was leaking out of the tires/valve stems. They overlooked it on the service invoice. They asked me to wail a couple minutes to check it out. No, Ive been here 2 hours already.
I had a horrible experience. I went in to have two tires placed on my car. I was very clear about which tires I wanted replaced. After they serviced my vehicle, the mechanics did not do anything I requested. First they put a new tire on my cracked rim instead of the rim that I requested (which is the same size as the other rims on my car). Second, they replaced a tire that was still in decent condition and not the one I asked. I am sooo upset. If I could rate them as ZERO I would.
Great service! I was driving back from Columbus, maintenance light came on indicating oil change was due. Car dealer service couldn’t get car in for a few days. I was headed back to Columbus in two days! I then called Tireman Reynolds Road. They took my car in same day I called & was done before end of the day!! Thank you for taking care of my car needs so quickly!!
Aaron, and Brian were absolutely the very best customer service professionals at a Tireman that I have ran into in a very long time, the service they provided was very fast and accommodating, just a pleasure. The Reynolds road store was great. I highly recomend these two for all tire needs. My alignment and tires seem to be exceptional. Thanks so much!!
I had an appt at 2 for an oil change. I arrived at 1:45 and was there until 3:35.I gave you guys another chance. Had appt for 7:30 oil change. My car was not pulled in until 8:08 and finished after 9. Then sales guy tells me I need rear brakes....interesting my husband just changed them 2 months ago. Nice try!
Im very satisfied with the service we recieved at the Tireman on Reynolds Rd (Toledo, Ohio). My sons car needed engine work done right before Christmas. Needless to say our money was tight but they worked with us and gave a quote I was satisfied with. Their customer service was great and I would highly recommend them. - The Jarretts
The cashier was very nice and thoughtful. I was quoted a price over the phone for the wheel alignment. The person on the phone added in the tax but not the charge for the use of the garage. So when the cashier told me what the final charge was it sort of caught me off guard. So the cashier told me they had a discount on wheel alignments. So he put the discount on the charge therefore, I paid $10 less. Thank you!
Had my 2000 Ford Ranger in for rear shocks. The technician took the time to do a thorough inspection of front/rear end. He then brought me out and went over his findings. Everything was explained in a manner, to which, I could understand. I was shown that a rear brake line was about to fail, also, could possibly lose steering due to bad outter tie rods on both sides. I gave them to Ok. They had me back on the road in no time. Excellent work at a very reasonable price. Before leaving, I was given a detailed estimate, with breakdown, of all remaining issues. I will be making an appointment to address these repairs. Thanks Tireman.. your TEAM is awesome!
My wife and I were extremely happy with our recent Tireman visit! Had a very flat tire coming in- the tire was flop flop flop dead into the parking lot. Worked with Jeff who promised to have the vehicle done in a certain time. Job was completed early! They did help diagnose other issues with the vehicle but there was no pressure involved. We drove away timely with a new tire, and when I’m ready to get the check engine light off- we’ll be back! Thank you
If I could leave a negative star review I would. Damaged my vehicle. I had it for 2 days! 30 day tags still on it. Not a single sorry. They offered to get it fixed at a body shop. Body work was ok. I get the vehicle back. Not a single sorry. Not an offer of a reduced bill in offering an apology or anything. The single most worst experience ever. They do guarantee the lowest price... but at what cost?
There were a couple times I went in for service at this Tireman and I got my car/truck back with oil smudges and dirty seats, door handles, and steering wheel. The maintenance service is great but I require cleanliness also. At my last visit they cleaned my car after I brought it to the attention of the attendant at the desk.
After I checked in for an alignment the person at the desk said they will be able to get my car in next, I sat for about 30 minutes then I went back to the desk asking how much longer till they pull my car in, and after I made him ask the mechanic about how long, he came back and told me an hour and a half, he was expecting a customer to sit for an hour and a half after telling me it will be in next couple minutes. People have livesNope Midas is the way to go
Went in for an oil change and asked them to check out a rattling noise that had been a problem for a few months. Oil change didnt take long, they didnt try to upsell or talk me into any unnecessary repairs and they fixed the rattling noise at no charge! Ill definitely be back!
Went bc I had a slow leak. Waited almost two hours before they even plugged the hole. Just got my car a month ago with great tires and tread. These guys said my two back tires are dry rotted. How Sway? Then proceeded to sale me some $200 tires. FOH. I just rather not deal with them again ever.
Great service, the guy at the front desk was nice and explained everything. He had no problem answering my questions. They also showed consideration for my schedule and had me out 15 min before the time I told them I needed it back. I would give a solid 5 stars, but the waiting room was cold. I almost had to put on gloves to ward off the frostbite (mild exaggeration). 10/10 would still recommend. Bring a scarf!
Go somewhere else! Tireman is a RIP off. I bought 4 tires in February from Tireman. They told me when I bought my tires that they wouldnt warranty them because my tie rods were bad. My car is still under dealer warranty so I took it to them. NOTHING was wrong with the tie rods. Just their way of not warranting my tires. Came back on 7-2 because one got a screw and was told they would patch it. I had to get the tire out of my trunk myself and carry it in the store and then wait for an hour and a half after being told a half hour. Guy comes in and tells me my tire was all worn and chewed on the inside. No way! I told him I got into my car started to drive away and got 2 houses away backed up to my house and left it. He told me that wasnt possible I drove on it. And tried to sell me another $60 tire. I said no just patch it. He tried to scare me by saying its not going to hold. But it was done within 5 mins after that. No way could you have put it back on the rim, filled it with air, properly checked it and put the rim on the car in 5 minutes! No freaking way! I only used them for tires because it was closer. Bell tire had the same tires $20 cheaper but is on the other side of town. I guess now I know to just go somewhere else! Such a shame you have to scare people into having work done thats not necessary just to make money.
I called got a price, they only had 2 I needed 4 I called back told him I would take them he said he would go get the other 2 and have.them for tomorrow morning be there at 7:30. So at 9:00 he comes in and tells me they didnt get the other 2 that it would be 9:30 10:00 before the truck would get their to do the job. Then I give him a paper form work for a 10 dollar off per tire and he said I cant do that,. Whats up with that.
I give this rating because my problem still exits today. I went to Tireman yesterday to get a flat tire repaired. I was told that the tire went flat because of corrosion around the rim. I was told they clean the rim and sealed it. When I went out to leave this morning the same tire was flat again. I called my service to come yesterday to change my tire so that I could drive my car to Tireman yesterday to get it repaired. Now I have to call and get it changed again today for the same problem. I was not completely happy with the service but the bigger issue is being in the same position today that I thought was settled yesterday.
Dropped car off at noon and it was saved until last. The rookie mechanic broke my spare tire, and had to cut the wire so i have no spare right now. 🤦♂️ I asked them to do a computer diagnostic to see why my brake light was on the dashboard console. The mechanics just checked my brake lights. 🤦♂️ I left after 6 pm and i dropped off at noon. Horrible service.
Spent 1,300 dollars on a job. Was originally quoted 800 and they ended up doing more work without ever telling me the price update. Also asked for them to do a complete diagnostic on the car as I had just bought it. They told me everything looked good and a week later I ended up having to replace the battery terminals which was no big deal but they never even mentioned it needed to be done. A week after battery terminals were replaced I found out I need new spark plugs too, also didnt patch a leaking tire when they advertise that as free and tire has a leak, they had the car on the lot for over a week and couldnt be bothered to patch the leaking tire? Just made sure it had air in it when I was there to pick it up. After a 1,300 dollar job Im pretty upset...
I had been out early in the morning and the Tire Pressure Symbol came on on my dash. Having a newer car, that does not have a spare, just a fix-a-flat tire pump. I went to the nearest Tireman. Im glad I did! I had, not 1 or 2, but 3 bulges in the sidewall of my right front tire, courtesy of winters potholes. I was given 4 prices of tires and a recommendation of what would be best for my amount of driving. I will get a new tire on the 15th when I get my next check. KIA Souls are not designed to carry a spare, but I will find room for one, even if I have to mount it to the roof. The tire pump would do me no good with a sidewall blow out. Thank you Tireman!
The service was good , and the work was good as well, and the fact they got it all done in a few hours was even better . WHAT I DIDNT LIKE WAS THEvY CHARGED MY 19 YEAR OLD SON $259.00 TO REPLACE A $40.00 PART.. I DIDNT LIKE THE WAY THE INVOICE WAS WRITTEN UP EITHER IT BASICLY SAID 120 TO diagnose the problem which I knew what it was when I took it there then it didnt say exactly what the other 139 consisted of and definitely no break down on the price of the part.
Started with a tech who mumbled and got upset because I had to keep asking what? Argued with me about the service I was requesting. I am paying, please do what I asked. Took my keys and walked away. Never directed me to a waiting room or even made any comment. Just turned his back and walked away. Waiting room hasnt been cleaned for a long, long time. Not sure why they have appointments. Waited over hour and half for an oil change with an appointment! Very unprofessional experience from the front door on. You can bet I will NEVER visit a Tireman again. Too many other options out there!
I normally don’t leave reviews but I can’t believe the service I got here. I came in at 2:45 for a 3 o’clock appt. and am still sitting here waiting for my car to get just an oil change done. It is now 5:15. I have always went to Tireman for all of my work but am questioning weather I should anymore.
I made an appointment online based of the instructions given. Guy called to confirm my appointment, and I missed the call. When we connected later to confirm the appointment, he informed me that the tire had to be ordered (but it said online the tire choice was available at that location) and it would push my appointment back an hour, 11am. I arrived for my appointment, on time, and still waited 2 hours.
I wanted an oil change, but I couldnt just set an appointment for it. I was told to just drop it in the morning. This is my only ride, so I have to wait. I ask how long it would take to get started, and the response was over an hour. OK fine. Ill wait. Now, 5 hours later, my car hasnt moved. I understand being busy, but this is ridiculous. Shame on me for sticking around so long, but I need the oil change.
Purchased tires from them a few years ago and have had issues with every visit since. They have always had issues looking up my records and I even took my original receipt to them the second time I was in after installation and they still had trouble finding it in their system, but did find it after a couple hours and I was then told the next time i come in, we wont have this problem and have had the problem everytime Ive been in since. I was in last week again and after they couldnt find my records within a few minutes yet again, I told them I wouldnt be wasting my time with them again and left. While rotating the tires myself a few days later, I found that it doesnt look like my tires have ever been rotated and after having had it in at least 3 times for that specific reason. The tires now need to be replaced with less than 30,000 miles on them.
Horrible, took it in for my front brakes and oil change. It gets done 3 hours later and I go to pay and I ask how much for the brakes and oil change and he says brakes? we didnt do your brakes. So then he disappears for 10 mins and comes back with the basic they didnt need it as Im squeaking out of the parking lot. Very disappointed been going to that same one for almost 10 years
I made an appointment online, in addition to choosing 4 tires to replace on my car. When I arrived at Tireman, I was told that rhe tires I had chosen were neing discontinued, and offered another brand that are comparable in price. When I received the bill, these tires were $20 more each than the original tires I had chosen. The salesman did not care when I brougjy thos fact and the the previous conversarion of comparable to his attention. I was told, their on your car, so thats the price. I have always come to Tireman for my car repairs, but this time I feel like I was cheated.
I got my truck aligned all they did was adjust toe . Had I not known what needed to be done for an alignment on my truck I would’ve been screwed with a partial alignment. They did not adjust caster or camber. And they were way out. They claimed the computer told him they were non-adjustable. But they are adjustable so had to sit for another hour to have them adjust caster and camber. When I stop somewhere I noticed my hood was not shut completely.

2022-01-29If I could give them zero stars I would. I went in for just a regular oil change and the same day about 6 hours later I was driving and my oil filter blew off because they installed it improperly. When I called they were not sympathetic at all. Their first and only concern was the the dollar. They clearly were only focused on making sure they didn’t lose money. They fixed the oil filter the next day. When they called to let me know the car was ready to be picked up you can tell they were just trying to save themselves again. One of the first things they said when they called me was to tell me that there was still oil in the pan. Even though when I checked the dipstick it was bone dry. Looked like a brand new dipstick. So clearly there wasn’t enough oil in the car to drive safely without doing any damage. When I went in to pick it they never offered me a reimbursement for the initial oil change. Which should have been the absolute bare minimum for the inconvenience that they caused. When I stated that I wanted one the Manager, Nick, was absolutely reluctant. He said he could give me a free oil change for the next one. I promise you I will never return. When I was adamant that I wanted a refund he was very reluctant and tried to emphasize that it would take a few days to see the money back in my account as if that was going to deter me. Again, they only cared about saving their money.I also told them I want everything documented that they are at fault so if I have any future issues it is clear why. On the invoice it says verbatim “ Vehicle arrived with no oil filter on - we added oil and replaced oil filter.” Which makes it sound like it was my fault. When I said that I wanted that corrected it to state that it was their fault. The Manager, Nick, said “well it’s documented you came in earlier that day to get an oil change so we would know”. Yet again, they were incredibly reluctant to take any form of ownership. Fortunately, I pushed for it and it is documented that it was their fault. Throughout this entire experience with them they were exceptionally difficult and they never apologized for their wrong doing. I will never be going back there again. It was absolutely horrible through and through. I would recommend to anyone to look elsewhere for an oil change and save yourself time and frustration.

2021-12-28Because today I went to another repair shop. After they checked my car,the first question they asked me is: Did you repair the clutch?..... I was surprised why they asked so. They asked me to check my car and said that they hadnt installed well your steering gear mounting bolt . I was very, very, very angry. The only thing that made me happy was that when I was angry, tireman sent a text message that made me comment on tireman. Now that the evaluation has been written, I will go to tireman now to ask whats going on. I will continue to update my comments.12-28-2021.........I back to there, the guy told me will check my car.

2022-06-08Got a nail in my tire around 9am. Drove straight to Tireman at 9:20 after calling and being told my car could be fixed up in about an hour. They were able to take it back within 10 minutes of me being there and I was out the door in a little over an hour. Tori was great help over the phone and in person. They were able to replace my tire with the brand I wanted which also comes with their great warranty. Inside the store was clean and quiet while I waited. Overall: a great visit and the reason I choose Tireman! Thanks to all at the S Reynolds Rd location who helped make this experience great!

2022-07-02The work and price seem to be fair. But the personnel at the counter needs a lot of help. I made the mistake of making my appointment on line. When I got to the store and told them that I made my appointment online. I was greeted with “Oh I need the keys”. The appointment was at 3 and the car didn’t even go to the bay till 3:49. My car came out I waited a while and went to the counter. I asked the same gentleman that greeted me if I was good to go and he said “someone needs to do your paperwork.” So I waited patiently all while the gentleman was counting large amounts of money and completely ignoring the fact that I was waiting. So then some woman comes out that I’ve never seen let’s me pay so I can get out of there. It before it’s all over she’s trying to recommend other services but goes from tires to alignment to struts so quick that I have no idea what she’s even trying to sell me. The most of the time this is going on the other gentleman just stood there with more piles of money on the counter. It was obvious that they must not like appointments late on a Friday, or to be inconvenienced by just a tire purchase. I won’t go back it’s obvious they don’t appreciate my business.

2022-04-26Very happy with the customer service and the professionalism. I blew a tire on the Anthony Wayne trail on my way to take my daughter to school. I called around who could get me in the fastest. I was 4 min away and they got me in and out in time to make it back to work. Im so thankful for the excellent customer service. I will be going here from now on for all my tire needs.

2022-04-17Good service went to get my oil change and wait time was shorter then expected. Only reason I gave them a 4 instead of 5 is because I asked them to check my battery because I had a issue with it the the night before and they said they checked it and it was fine. So I left but I had a feeling I should take it to a couple different places just to be sure and everywhere I took it said bad battery. So I ended up buying a new battery which is a lost for them because if they would of really checked it I would of bought it from them.

2022-06-30Work done expeditiously and well, as far as I know now so far. Was hoping to have a door lock issue addressed but there wasn’t time. Will have dealership look at it when I go in for a recall. Have always received great service at any Tireman I’ve been to - Findlay, downtown Toledo and Reynolds Road.

2022-04-29I had called around to 6 different Tireman locations and this one saw me immediately. They were thorough with the oil change and topped off all the fluid levels and a tire rotation. It may of been a minor job but for last minute and a coupon at that, they deserve a shout out! I think we all know a well-run operation when we see one 👍

2022-02-05Great service!!! They Even Up-graded me to an better quality set of tires because they didn’t have all 4 in stock that I originally wanted. The nice young lady behind the front counter helped me load my tires into my trailer while it was Ice-Raining and I told her she didn’t have to Help,

2022-07-13Update:Had my car in 3 times now and it’s still not fixed. Took it back in on Saturday for them to call and tell me that they don’t have a diagnostic person in on Saturdays. So what exactly did you do the last Saturday that I brought it in? I’m guessing that’s why I didn’t get it back until Tuesday (never called to let me know that it wouldn’t be done Saturday and 4th was Monday). I wouldn’t recommend going here. I used to use Tireman exclusively and they were fantastic but this is unacceptable.Update: Received a call today 7/13. Car is done and fixed. After having the Air Compressor replaced in November, taken in 7/2 and replaced again 7/5, taken in again on 7/9 (not worked on due to no one available for diagnostic work) and taken in today. The new air compressor wasn’t working correctly due to a fuse. I’m hopeful that this is the end. Thank you for fixing it, I just wish the fuses had been checked much sooner.I’m changing my rating from a 1 to a 3.
