Ive been going to Tireman since 2015 after a misdiagnosed expensive repair at another shop. Theyre always very fair and reasonable. Tell you what you need fixed on your car, but let you know if its urgent or if it can be held off on. I have never once felt like Ive been pressured into getting repairs my car doesnt need. Ive always felt like the prices were competitive. Since they first fixed my car (three cars ago) in 2015 Ive been going to them for everything from oil changes, to brake repairs, to new tires. You can really trust them here.
Historically, this location has been great. Last 3 times have been bad. 1st was in for oil change and oil was sprayed on windshield, 2nd was seat was all the way back and radio was blasting, 3rd was grime was covering my door handle and steering wheel causing my hand to be filthy. Furthermore at check out I had to remind the staff that i had a 4 year warranty for tire repair and was going to be charged an extra $20+ had i not said something. I will not be bringing any of my 4, soon to be 5 cars in to this location for any work. There has been a lack of care or attention to detail which in this business I would think would be important.
Easy appointment and relatively quick service. Went in for a alignment and rotation/balance and in 30 mins they said I was done, I left, and was promptly called and asked to come back as they forgot to do the alignment. Slightly inconvenient but honest as had they not called I wouldnt have known.
They over charge for labor cost. They told me it would cost me 136.00 an hr and take 1.4 hrs to fix my vehicle. They worked on my vehicle and got it done start to finish in 35 to 40 minutes. While Im glad they where fast, they still charged me 136.00 for 1.4 hrs. When it did not take them 1.4 hrs. When I asked them about this the gave me a 25 dollar coupon and kept the rest of my money.
On behalf of Rickie and Angels Towing, I appreciate your fast service that allowed me to assist a gentleman to get back on the road safely. After Tireman replaced a tire stem quickly and affordably, I replaced the tire for his truck. I am truly grateful.
Called to have my daughter’s ‘01 Elantra looked at for an intermittent brake caliper sticking . Fast friendly service by several employees I spoke too. From the lady who answered the phone on Thursday afternoon., the service manager who spoke to me about the braking issue and the follow up next day from the tech who repaired the vehicle. Vehicle was with them less than 24 hrs and they had it repaired and ready for return before 1pm on Friday !
I have a 2wheel drive 14 Chevrolet Silverado. It has a smaller size tire than the 4 wheel drive trucks, and they are hard to find. The people at Tireman were very helpful in helping find a good tire of the right size to replace my tires. And while they replaced the tires, they also did a courtesy check of the steering components and brake components.
Staff was friendly and helpful, was able to get my tire patched and back on the road! Took a bit longer than I expected but they fit me in at last minutes notice.
I paid $600 for new tires and they didnt have time to fix my dome light. Usually they do a good job but I am disappointed that they didnt take the time to fix something that really bothers me.
Made an appointment and they were right on schedule . Said they would call me when the tires were done hardly got home when I received my call it was ready ! Great service and PRICE !
Ran over a mail on I75. Made it to Tireman in Bowling Green, OH. I was all prepared to have to spend the night, but they literally got me in and patched the tire in under 20 minutes. This was late in the day too !!! They were AWESOME !!!
It took 2 hrs for an oil change. The teenager they had pulling my car into garage almost crashed 1 of 5 times trying to pull it in. When I looked to make sure my vehicle was okay I noticed the workers in that bay were laughing. Management was rude to me and I will never visit the Perrysburg location again.
I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. The team there were very helpful and friendly. The process was rather quick, and the waiting area was very clean. I would recommend them for oil changes, and will go back when I need another.
On December 3rd, my wife and I were traveling on I -75 near Bowling Green, Ohio when our rear passenger tire blew out and we were forced to find a reputable tire business to repair or replace the tire on an emergency basis. Based on reviews I read, we decided to call Tireman Auto Service Center and we are so glad that we did! From the time we placed the call until our vehicle was returned to us the service was totally 5 star. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. They even recommended an excellent nearby restaurant for us to grab a bite to eat while we waited. They knew that we were just passing through the area and might not be returning customers but they treated us like valued regulars.Even though we thought the tire would need to be replaced, the service technician determined that it could be repaired. When we got our invoice, we were shocked that it was so reasonable. Needless to say, even though having a highway emergency is never a good thing, Tireman made it as painless as possible.
As a young girl who knows nothing about cars I was very comfortable taking my car here. Myles helped me so much. He was super nice and professional (which is something that seems to be rare at auto centers). I never felt like I was being pressured to purchase more high end parts for my car. They were also very efficient. Usually places will take a long time just to get an oil change done but it only took around an hour and a half to get mine done, even though I told them they had all day. I was very surprised and would recommend this place to anyone
The gentlemen at Tireman always do a fantastic job on our car repairs. They go out of the way to accommodate my family. 100 percent recommend by Tireman.
Tireman auto service center does not care about their customers. They only care about selling tires and no care for customers who are not financially well off. I came into my local tireman in Bowling Green Ohio with a flat tire and just needed a repair. My tire had a hole in the side wall and I was informed that it needed to be replaced which I understood. But after I told them that it was fine and go ahead and replace it then they told me that they cant do it that they need to replace all the tires because of the manufacturer specs being an all wheel drive car and refused to replace my tire. I was told they would put my flat tire back on and I could go somewhere else. So there policy is I either buy 4 new tires or I can leave their store in an unsafe vehicle with a flat tire cause apparently driving on a flat tire is safer than having one tire different from the rest so $752.00 later they scratched all four of my rims and still installed the wrong tires. They said per manufacturer I needed to have all four tires to be the same well the manufacturer also states that the car is to have run flat tires as this particular model does not come with a spare tire, so much for tiremans policy. I will never go to Tireman ever and do not recommend any one going there. Support your local automotive mechanics who actually care about their customers and not just selling 4 tires instead of 1.
Definitely recommend this shop. I got a flat driving from Cincinnati to Detroit. I stopped at Tireman to have the flat tire repaired. The job was done quickly and everyone was friendly and courteous. Im always impressed when I get great service and a good price as an out-of-towner. Thanks, Tireman!
Ive been going to Tireman for over 20 years. They dont try to sell you things that your car doesnt need. Ive always gotten the best bang for my buck. Iaasac and entire Tireman team is why my car has over 240,000 miles. They take really good care of her.
I had a used vehicle inspection and they truly went above and beyond. Their service was fast, personable, and they provided an itemized list of everything they looked at. It was the piece of mind that I was looking for.

Tireman - BG is my normal stop for anything tires. They are always super helpful from getting a new set to just patching up a hole. Recently was a walk-in for patchwork to replace a plug and they got me in and out in less than 45mins. 😊 thanks guys!
Took my 2021 gladiator in to have an alignment after installing a 2 level kit. Service was ok but they charge a $7.50 environmental fee. I questioned it and they said its an automatic charge on some services. I can see on an oil change or discarding tires but not on an alignment.
It was my first time getting my oil changed, and I wasnt really sure what to expect. I was really happy with the service and they even let me know about another problem on my car and offered to fix it during my appointment. Would recommend!

They were excellent, from answering questions I had about the services needed on a family members car. To quickly getting it done same day too ,That was a huge plus and just great. I love going to Tireman, the staff is extremely friendly and honest. I am always in and out very quickly, which is helpful with my little ones, and the small waiting area is a bonus.
My experience was terrible I went in for $29 oil change. Received a phone call saying I had a bad tire and it couldn’t be patched . Tireman BG charged me $160 in total for my oil change plus a new tire . When I got into my car my dashboard was not set after they did the work . I was very disappointed in the service I received from Tireman BG and I have been a Tireman customer in Toledo, Oh for many years . I will never go to Tireman BG again. I literally give them no stars but, I have to at least give them 1star to post my review

I was headed back to Cincinnati from a funeral in Detroit. As you can imagine, the day was already tough. I was coming up on the Bowling Green exit on I-75 when there was a rumble, pop, and a flat tire. I immediately exited the highway and found myself sitting in a vacant BP gas station. I drive a Hybrid so the car in not equipped with a spare tire as the battery takes up most of the trunk storage space. I attempted to use the repair kit to help me get home, but safety was an issue, and the hole in the tire was just too big. I searched for a tow but decided it wasn’t worth the wait. I gave Tireman a call and they said they could get me in fairly quickly. I decided to drive on the flat for the 2.5mi to their shop. Upon arrival they got me checked right in. It was shortly thereafter that they came with an update and let me know that the tire did need replaced. While they had the perfect opportunity to upsell me on two tires, they let me know that my tread was great and one tire would be plenty. Options were offered as well, including the tire that was most comparable to those I had on the car already. In the blink of an eye my tire had been replaced and I was on my way. I made it home safely just a short 1 hour and 8 minutes later than expected. It was quite literally the most convenient flat tire I had ever had, thanks to Tireman and their staff! Kudos to the crew for a job well done! 🙌🙏👊👊👊
It was good but I was quoted 650 for 4 tires and another person tried raising it over 700 then the original person came out and fixed it all around good company

I got a flat tire on my F-250 traveling on I-75 through Michigan & Ohio. We put the spare on and were on our way. Wanting to fix tire right away, I called several tire shops as we traveled south starting with Monroe, Toledo, Perrysburg. No shop could help us stating short staff and all booked up. That is until I got a hold of Eddie from Tireman (perrysburg) stating they were booked up but he would fix it himself due to my situation. Unfortunately we were past his location so he instructed us to call Jeremy at the Bowling Green location. They had no bays open but said he would repair my tire right away, I would just have to put it back on myself. As promised, he had it fixed in no time and we were on our way. Hats off to both Eddie and Jeremy for taking care of a traveler in an unscheduled mishap. Thank You.
I went in and asking for the cheapest tire cause I was moving and the trailer I was hauling with all my stuff Im moving went out on me and I asked when it will be done the guy told me about 2 hours and asked if it could get done sooner cause the trailer was sitting along the road with all my stuff on where they can see it and they had it done about half hour thanks again to staff at tireman in bowling green,Ohio

Place is clean and staff are nice. From what I saw they try and explain things that might be a problem to those who might not fully understand cars. Good place so far. I had 4 tires changed and I’ll be going back for more work done eventually.

I just walked in to Tireman -Bowling Green with no appointment and a troublesome tire also knowing I needed 4 new tires. All the young men that helped me were incredibly polite, well spoken, and explained to me in detail all my options. I had many to choose from! Everyone at Tournament at Tireman is always nice and they keep me informed of what my car needs. Now, I don’t always choose Tireman for every repair because sometimes I can find a more competitive price elsewhere, but that’s the case with any shop. I’ve never had a bad experience.
Had an appointment, then questioned on if I was going to pick up my vehicle same day. It was discussed previously and arranged. After communications I was taken care of and new tires and alignment are good.
I do not understand why it takes an hour to do an oil change. I did not have my tires rotated. I know they put air in the tires and checked all the fluid. It never took me an hour. I was the first one there.
Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. With a scheduled appointment it still took over an hour. When I got my car back there was damage to 2 of my wheel rims that was not there when I dropped it off. The manager was polite but assured me they did not do the damage. I am now working with the regional customer service manager who assured me they could not have done the damage. They offered to replace the wheels at cost. I’m not paying $360 for damage incurred while my vehicle was in your shop. Customer for over 12 years. About to be a former customer if this isn’t made right. I’m sorry but I know my car and I know beyond a doubt that damage was not there when I dropped it off. Period.

Took a vehicle here for a basic oil change, was quoted $30 at drop off. At pickup I was charged for full synthetic oil change and charged $66.
Even though they were shortstaffed and I didnt have an appointment, they got my vehicle in and swapped out a tire and had me out the door in 75minutes. Super friendly, clean. Highly recommend.
My husband and I were traveling with our one year old son home to TN from Michigan when we experienced a flat. Midas didn’t have our tire size so we went to tireman and we are SO GLAD we did. They do an awesome job at taking care of my car, but I had an appointment at10:30am and my car wasnt worked on until an hour later. Whats the point of having an appointment time when someone can walk in and get theirs done during your set time. I also had a coupon and it wasnt applied to my total
I knew Saturdays are busy, so I made an appointment, assuming I wouldnt have to wait as long. Ended up having to wait three hours to get new tires. When asked what the hold up was, they said it was because they were busy. Other than that, staff was very friendly.

When I made my appointment for and alignment the person I talked to on the phone was able to set me up with an 8 am appointment, but the technician that did alignments didn’t start until 8:30. The I purchased tires and it was an extra 45 minutes because they had to locate tires because there was no organization of their inventory. So all I’m all I was there for 3 1/2 hours for an alignment and four new tires purchased.
Update to my original review. MAY 2020 Had a 2nd set of tires wear out on a different car. There was a small argument here, but ended up honoring the warranty and replaced the tires to keep me as a customer. Thank you tireman. I took a different car there the next day for an oil change...so no hard feelings.Original reviewIve been going to tireman in BG for many years now. Ive taken advantage of their purchase offer for tires with a the 5 yr, 80k warranty on a set for my equinox (if wear out, new set free). I was ready for an argument when I thought the tire wear was enough. Didnt have one. They replaced the tires free of charge. Always- their tire rotations are free...even if I didnt buy that set of tires from them. This is the only store I buy my tires from. Trustworthy and fast with comparable pricing. Cant comment on buying solely on price since I have purchased the tires with warranties- which costs some more. Id recommend them for tires to anyone.

They repaired my tire and it is holding fine. But I also asked for a tire rotation and i dont know if they did not hear me because of the mask or if they didnt have time but it did not get done. Also all 4 of my tires are at different air pressure. The counter workers were friendly but will avoid going back. And I am new to this area so I will keep searching for a good tire shop.I have to add to this. The store manager called me and was very concerned about the situation and made it right. I had them fix my exhaust and am very pleased. I will return for future service
I requested new tires, an alignment, and a new fuel filter for my diesel vehicle. First, the employee told me it doesnt need the filter replaced unless somethings wrong. I told him it needs replaced periodically because its diesel. He said, I dont think it does, but let me look at the manufacture recommendations. Sure enough, it says to replace them at a certain number of miles. He said the work would be done that day.When I came to pick it up, they had forgot the filter, and also had to order it. I made another appointment to get that done. Came in a couple days later, they replaced the fuel filter in around 20 mins. I go to my car which is parked outside, running, with windows down and key in it. They left it unattended with the key in it. I also notice a weird stain on the bumper where they spilled something all over the car. It is stained and wont wash off.I went 2 minutes up the road, ran into the store, came out and tried to start it, wouldnt start. Look under the hood, the filter is leaking fuel in 2 places and the copper washer hadnt been replaced. Tireman pays for the tow, tells me it wont be fixed until the next day. So I have to get a ride home.I wait all morning for an update on my car and get nothing. Because I was at work, I couldnt call until 1pm. The man tells me he is not sure if its done and the guy who worked on it was on brake, he would call me back in half an hour. 2 hours go by as Im still working, no call. I call again. A different guy answers, and puts me on hold because he doesnt know for sure if its done or not. He comes back on and says its done, the problem was the technician replaced the filter but didnt put the copper washer on, which keeps it from leaking.I have to get another ride to go to pick up my car, they do not apologize for the screw up. I get in my car and they had left it unlocked and parked part way in the entrance to the lot.I will honestly never go to a tireman again after that fiasco.

Simply amazing experience. Was traveling cross country and encounter some severe time issues. Was able to get in and out within an hour getting new tires and an alignment at a good price! Not to mention the service was excellent! Would recommend to anyone! 5/5
I brought my car to this Tireman as I was hearing a funky noise coming from my car. They were unable to tell me what it was and considering I am a 22 year old college student I asked if I would be safe to drive my car to the nearest dealership to get it looked at. I was told I would be okay to do that. 10 minutes into my drive my engine blew on the middle of 75 South. This is completely unacceptable for them to advise me it was safe to drive. When I got towed to the dealership they said that the noise coming from my car was the common symptom of an engine about to blow. Basic knowledge they lacked. Luckily I was able to pull over safely, however, this could have been extremely dangerous not only for myself but others on the road.

I normally have a great experience with tireman. Unfortunately this time, was different. I had an appointment scheduled for 8:30am. I called around 10 and my car hadn’t even been pulled in yet. They also didn’t provide me with a receipt/diagnostic sheet when checking out.
Came in for four tires. Installation took a lot longer than expected. Was not given a quote time when I came into the store or warned they were swamped (even though I had an appointment)Was told it wouldn’t be much longer after inquiring and that took an additional half hour. Talked to the ASM Myles who refused to make the situation right and then the SM Justin who proceeded to say I should of “planned a little better”If you want a fair price? Sure I guess you can go to Tireman BG. But you’ll pay for it in other ways like absolutely poor customer service.I have since took it upon myself to reach out to the Customer Service manager who is trying to make it as right as he can, but ultimately things should have never had to get to this stage.
I will never go anywhere else but Tireman for my tires. I usually frequent The Fremont Ohio store where they treat me really well but this time they didn’t have my tires in stock and I needed them immediately because I could not function in the accumulation of snow we had and kept getting stuck at my customers homes. I was so thankful that the Tireman in Bowling Green had all four Tires I needed, and took care of me right away even though they were to close in two hours without any inconvenience so I could keep working! They took my car in before my appt time. The guys that work there are very generous. The prices are also reasonable. I recommend going there. My services will be done there from now on.
The workers here were so helpful! I came in with a low tire alert and in need of an oil change. Within an hour or so they not only changed my oil and checked out the alert but rotated my tires as well! They did not talk down to me when I didnt understand things and were affordable. I was recommended here by a friend and it will be my main source of car care from now on.
I went in without an appointment to get new tires. The salesman gave me a couple of options for that size. He offered me the warranty Tireman offers. I picked the tires and bought the warranty. He said it would be 1 to 1 1/2 hours. It was 2 but Im fine with that, he was close enough. The people are very friendly and they advised me of a couple of small issues they noticed. They didnt try to pressure me to have those fixed right then and there (it may have not been repairs they make, I dont know). I bought a set of tires at this same place a few years ago for adifferent vehicle.

Had to make it in early and speedy for a tire repair today (12/30/20) before I drove to work. Guy at the counter was super friendly and upbeat although it was 7:30 AM. They initially told me an estimated time, but bumped me up since the previous guy in the schedule didn’t show. They told me everything else they saw wrong with the car but didn’t push me to buy any more service or up-charge in any way. Super affordable job and very quick, 10/10 would recommend

Used to trust them to service my vehicles, until I scheduled an oil change, tire rotation, alignment check and adjustment, and replacing my rear windshield wiper. The tires were rotated and the alignment was adjusted. No oil change and no new wiper blade. And no explanation. Time to move on.

From my initial phone call to schedule an appointment to the time I paid for my oil change, everyone was genuinely courteous. I had to take my 1.5 year old son and, despite his energy, the staff was patient and kind. Miles even complimented him. Due to the current circumstances, Id say they have handled things well. Ive never had a bad experience here and will continue to go back.
Nice employees, but need to work on communication when busy. Had an appointment and was given a 1 hour estimate. Vehicle not taken into bay within that hour. Took another 2-1/2 hours to finish and was asked twice what I was having done (install new tires purchased elsewhere). I was given a 50% discount, but that cost was still more than other locations.
I have had issues in the past with almost every repair place. But during this troubling time. these guys came through for me. Some of the places I asked for an estimate would not even give me an estimate period some of the places had weird policies where you have to make an appointment just to drop something off. And their appointments arent available for days at a time. Just to leave a vehicle there. ridiculous so Im glad tire Man was able to work with me and it was a decent price and good quality work.
I went in to get my tire fixed. It had been leaking for days and I had to fill it up everyday before I went out. They got me in right away and didn’t take too long to fix it. It seems they might be a little short staffed but they worked with what they had and did a pretty good job at it. It was also a reasonable price and fit my budget. I will be going back again if I have any other car problems. Highly recommend!
I had a very good experience here, and a big thanks to Branden (the Retail Sales Manager). I went into Tireman and Branden helped me pick out a new set of tires. He was patient, attentive, and answered all the questions I had about which tire was the best choice for me. I was very impressed with Brandens knowledge, and I really appreciate such top-notch service!The next day, I went in early in the morning and Branden was able to have the tires I wanted delivered to the store the same day (they are not a common size, so they were not stocked at the store...but it only took a couple hours for the store to receive them). Once they arrived, I dropped my car off and the tires were put on the same day. The only downside is that it took a bit longer than I planned to have the tires put on...but the upside is that they installed the tires the same day I ordered them. They are busy because they do such great work.Big thanks to Branden for making my tire purchasing experience a good one! I will be using Tireman for my other service needs, and highly recommend Tireman to anyone else!

I have had my car serviced at the Bowling Green Tireman for over 10 years. The technicians are always professional and knowledgeable. Yesterday they went above and beyond — they took me in without an appointment so I could get to work the next day. They are very good at what they do and I have never doubted that they treat their customers with integrity. I would not take my car anywhere else.
They did a good, clean job on the oil change and tire rotation but I wish they had communicated better about the length of time it would take. When I arrived at my appointment time, I was told it would be about 45 min. I was okay with that. Unfortunately, they pulled my car into the service bay at the 45-minute mark and it took them another hour to finish the job.
I’ve been coming to Tireman for about 3 years now with any and all of my car related problems. They’ve always been quick, friendly, and affordable. One of the best experiences I’ve had.Thank you!
The last 3 times I have taken a car to BG Tireman a fix did not occure or a problem happened on pick-up, as a 25 year plus customer (all the way back to The Andersons) I am done with them due to their incompetence.
Poor customer service and unprofessional. My passenger window wouldn’t roll up. They found a wiring issue and fixed it the same day but I went to pick it up and tested the window in the parking lot and the window and switch stopped working completely. The next day they said the switch is bad and needs replaced but would be another $130 on top of $160 I already paid. What kind of service is that? They told me it was fixed and the job was done but clearly didn’t fix it correctly. Very frustrating they didn’t offer to fix the issue without charging me more money. I would’ve been fine to pay for the part but they wanted to charge me more labor for not doing their job correctly. Wouldn’t recommend getting your vehicle worked on here.

I blew my tire out while driving on I-75 towards Columbus… the tow truck took me to this location of tireman and the service was great and I was in and out within the hour. I recommend them to everyone .
Did a great job getting me in for an oil change at the last minute towards the end of the day on a Friday. Had to wait a bit, but that wasnt an issue. Was not expecting a little hidden fee though. There was a 3.00 fee for disposal that I was not told about and thought was hidden in the fine print if the coupon. The otger places Ive gone have always included it in price or not charged. Otherwise, very good service and friendly
Tireman in Bowling Green is generally known for having terrible customer service, and high prices, but I have not been there for a couple years, and was going to give them another shot. Unfortunately, I ended up dealing with a manager named Branden, and it is now very evident to me that this is still going to be the same old Tireman subpar customer service. I suggest you take your business to any of the other fantastic auto centers in town. I will say the parking lot was clean though!
Took 30 minutes to take my car in after my appointment time. Took over an hour to put new tires on. They let me know a couple things that would need attention soon which is a good thing but must be time consuming. I will tell you why I say that in a minute. They said they were on the last tire. When they got the last tire on they noticed they were the wrong size and rubbed the fender. I think they should have checked that first and asked if i new the tires were not the same size that were on the car. They put the correct ones on and it only took 20 minutes. It took over an hour for the first set to go on as I said earlier. I am disabled and had plenty of time they were polite and professional. If you are in a hurry you might want to tell them bur my experience was good and I do recomend them to others. Oh and they do have a military disciunt
Had an appointment to get 4 new tires. It took 2 hours and I wasnt updated as to why until I was already kind of upset that it was taking so long and several people after me had come and gone. They offered a half price alignment but I certainly didnt feel like waiting around anymore at that point. They did also give me a military discount but I was just really annoyed at how long it took to change my tires. Maybe Im wrong, and I dont usually complain, but 2 hours seems about twice as long as it should have taken considering there werent many people there when I arrived for my appointment.
Great service, the employees are really kind and explain any problems with your vehicle in an easily understood way! However, it did feel a little pricey and, with any mechanic service, its hard to know if youre receiving the best possible price.

Approximately 45 minutes.9/30/21.I purchased two small tires for my pull behind chopper mower. Price was very reasonable. Again, nice customer service. Left the tires to pick up the next day. They were mounted and ready when they said they would be!
They charged me $586 for an alignment! It also took them over seven hours to complete the job! Not impressed at all. Will never give tire man my business again. And am telling all my friends and family to stay clear of the chain!

I went here to purchase a new tire knowing that I would need to replace all 4 tires. The gentleman who wrote up the work order was very nice and told me a general time to return. It was done earlier than expected so I pleased. The service tech then told me that I would need to have the other 3 tires soon and that there was a little movement on the tie rod ends. I told him that I was planning on having the other tires replaced in a day or two when I had more time. The next day I was informed by an employee from another Tireman that had I purchased all 4 tires I would have gotten a minimum of a $30 discount. A few days later, I opened my trunk to discover that they did not put the spare tire in the trunk well. They simply put it on the felt covered cardboard which then collapsed into the well. It was even written on the work order to put the spare away and they obviously didnt do it. Also, regarding the tie rod ends, they were replaced less than 5000 miles ago so, clearly, I wont be returning there to purchase the rest of my tires or to get any repairs done. The only reason I gave them 2 stars is because the tech was very nice and my car was done earlier than expected
On the road from Detroit to Columbus, I encountered a low pressure warning. Stopped in Bowling Green to put air in it, but the tire was having none of it.I was directed to Tireman on South Main Street.Let me tell you...from the moment I walked in, they took excellent care of me (and my car).Looking at only an hour delay on my commute, which included time finding and getting to Tireman.The facility is clean and inviting, the staff friendly and personable.Owen took care of everything I needed...including the reassurance that my tire would be ok.Highly recommend this business for your automotive needs. Kind of reminds me of back in the day...where customer service was always number 1.Hats off to Owen and the crew!Thanks for getting me back on the road quickly.
I went in for super messed up hub bearings and they fixed the problem for me within just a couple hours! Everyone that helped me was very nice. There was a chance that we’d need to order a part and I’d need to leave my car there, which thankfully didn’t happen, but they had offered to help me get back to campus if it did, which was definitely beyond great service. I’ll definitely be going back to support this local business, and I recommend them to anyone who needs speedy, well-priced tire care!
Even with an appointment it took over an hour to get finished. They messed with my drivers seat and air controls. And to top it off, they didnt take the spare off and put the fresh tire on. They just replaced the flat and put it back in the compartment where the spare goes. Dont go here for anything, shop local, the prices and service will be way better.
A Fairly Unimpressive visit and my distinct impression was that if you see a Tireman coupon on your Kroger receipt, THROW IT AWAY! I try pretty hard not to be a cheapskate, I tip well, donate to causes, round up, etc. but I have been known to use a coupon here or there, maybe at the carwash or grocery store, but not again here. In the end, with the disposal fee added, its not as good of a deal. I dropped my car for an oil change and tire rotation at 10am and said I would walk over to Walmart and maybe grab a bite to eat. No big hurry. Call me when its done. Less money in it for them so I can be flexible and they dont take oil change appts so I couldnt schedule at their convenience.It was a thousand miles early for the oil change, but I mentioned a concerning loud noise up front over bumps, as my primary concern (ball joint, sway bar link?) and thought it would be a good opportunity to have it looked at and not have to come back in a month for an oil change too. I didnt ask for this to be free, just looked at. The salesman offered to look at the front end and check the brakes while it was up in the air as it was part of their service and wrote it up for a courtesy inspection. I walked down the road feeling pretty optimistic. I called about 1:30 and I checked on it, and again about 5pm, and they said it hadnt made it inside yet. I said I was going home and would need it by 2 pm the following day. Called my wife to come get me. Enough walking around town for me. Got home and they called me at 6pm to say the tech was just finishing it up. Thats 8 hrs. Ok fine, I didnt say I was in a rush so...discount oil change downside. Lesson learned. Picked it up the next day. Nothing was inspected. No notes or record at all. Asked to see if they could ask tech if he checked the noise as I was concerned about it and it was really the main reason I brought it in. He said that tech wasnt working today so there was no way he could do anything for me about it. Awesome, thanks loads! I guess nothing fell off of it and hit him while he was under it, so it must be great. No oil change sticker on the windshield when I got in I noticed. Looked all over the car, hadnt fallen off or stuck in cup holder. Did find a good amount of sticky white stuff resembling dried Cappachino foam got sloshed across the center console lid and down the side of the seat. I keep my wallet in there while driving, so I know it wasnt pre existing. As am driving away, I looked at the Receipt and noticed it says that repairs were completed at 12:03. Two hours after I dropped it off. Thanks Bunches and keep up the excellent work!
Went there and got tires and a light put in and told them I was kinda press for time! They got me in and out on a fast time! Plus the salemate Issac was really great to work with! Thanks again and Ill be back in the future!
Awesome is the best I can say. I had a slow leak and was told it would be fixed for free because I bought my tires there. They then discovered the tire could not be repaired but their warranty would replace the tire for free. They had to order it but it was there by 3 p.m. that afternoon. I stopped back and in less than an hour I was on my way. Owen was very nice and apologetic.
The guys at tireman were very professional and polite. I had a nail in my tire and explained my situation and even though they were really busy they fit me right in and was done within the hour. I will definitely be returning

My recent visit to Tireman could not have gone any better. All personnel there were very friendly and helpful. They had the tires that I ordered in stock and pulled my car in exactly at the scheduled appointment time. In just over an hour the new tires were balanced and mounted and I was ready to go. I definitely will be going back there again for my next set of tires.

I dropped my rims off with the hope of getting my new tires mounted by the end of the day and they said they would do their best. They did exactly that!! Wasnt even an hour later and they called to say the job was done. Great service, price and the tires looked amazing!!!
Im very satisfied with the products (four new tires) and services that I received at Tireman. However, it took a whole hour for them to get my car into the garage for service while I waited in the waiting room!
I was very satisfied with the oil change and Ill bet they did at Tireman. Im always satisfied when I go to Tireman they were extremely busy that day but I was taking in at the exact time that my appointment was and they got me out in 45 minutes. I use Tireman for all my auto repairs. They have always been responsive, getting me in even when they are booked with other appointments. I have never had any reason to doubt their diagnoses or advice.
Prices are good, BUT service sucks. My husband had 3 pm appointment. They did not get him in until 4 pm. Then it took 2 hours to change 4 tires. We understand its hot, but you need to properly schedule vehicles so the guys can extra breaks.
I used to come here often. Treated kindly and with respect. Here recently things have changed. I bought tires with a warranty from Tireman. I get my oil changed at Tireman as my car manual suggest, with a tire rotation. My last visit I was told my alignment was off and my tires were too bad to rotate. I was also told my warranty as no good because I didnt get my tires rotated regularly. I paid for my oil change and left. Talked with my brother-in-law (who has been a mechanic for over 20yrs). He got my car in his shop (which is kind of inconvenient for me) and said my alignment was fine and my tires were fine to drive, after rotating them. Thats was 7,000 + miles ago. BEWARE!!!! They will try to take your money!!! I will now go to people I trust instead of going where its convenient.
I went in 10 minutes before they closed and they were able to put a whole new set of tires on for me before I made a long road trip.The Customer service was outstanding and I appreciate you for making sure that I was safeon the highway.
I don’t have many places to compare service to but they were able to fit me in immediately and got my car completely fixed in a few hours. Let me pick it up before closing. The staff was extremely nice and I’m confident they did quality work to ensure a safe vehicle for me.

I come to the Bowling Green Tireman anytime my vehicle has issues. Ive been to other locations but never feel like Im really valued as a customer. This location, however, always makes me feel comfortable and welcome. They have an extremely friendly and personable staff who seems to genuinely care about their customers. They truly try to get you the best deal possible and they take the time to explain anything and everything wrong with your vehicle. I would highly recommend this location to family and friends!

My 82 year old mom took the car in for an oil change. Tireman charged her 300, for brakes.. The car did not need brakes. I know because I had just had them done myself. Taking advantage of a senior on a fixed income is pretty pathetic

When I went to pick up my car and got in it, there was fingerprints on the inside of my door which I didnt appreciate to much.
Multiple employees not properly masked during the mask mandate. Very disappointing to say the least. Also was quoted around 45 minutes for my oil change and ended up being an hour and 45 minutes. I understand things get busy but I had a scheduled appt so you would think it would be a higher priority than the other people that came in after with no appts.
I dropped off my tire with a hole in it and came back later and picked it up. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Waking up to a flat tire is a straining day and it was nice to know that Tireman would take care of it.
I normally have a good experience with this Tireman, but my most recent experience was terrible. I took my vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation. When I went to pick my vehicle up after 4 hours, they informed me that 2 of my tires were close to needing replaced, and I asked for and received information on pricing for that. When I went to my vehicle to leave, the car wouldn’t start. I went back into the store to tell them, and a gentleman came out to jump it. Upon opening the hood, he informed me he could smell my battery leaking and it probably needed replaced. No one called me while the oil was getting changed to mention anything about a battery and no one mentioned the battery when I picked it up.They had my vehicle for more than 4 hours and could have easily taken care of it. Instead, I had to wait an additional 45 minutes for them to replace my battery. I was incredibly frustrated disappointed by Tireman yesterday.
Had to make a return visit the next day. Service writer forgot some of the details of the issues I was having.
I had a 9am appointment. I was there on time, they told me an hour and a half. It was 10:15 when they pulled my vehicle in. I didnt get to leave until 12:45!! This is the 2nd time Ive been there and they said 1.5 hours and it was over 4 hours. Both times I was getting 4 tires. I used to work for this company and I know how long it takes to mount tires. I would be ashamed to make customers wait this long. I gave them the benefit of the doubt the 1st time, but after the 2nd time Ive had enough. Whats the point of making an appointment if they dont even bring my vehicle into the shop till over an hour after the appointment time?Employees were, and always are friendly and helpful. Technicians are incredibly slow. Im guessing they are underpaid and the good ones go somewhere else to work.This company used to do the 30 minutes tire guarantee. I know it can be done, they used to do it, I worked for them back then! We did it! Whats going on with this company now?!
I had a flat tire. Walked into tireman without an appointment. They took me in without hesitation. Had to wait a little while but they were super busy! Jerry took great care of me. They figured out the problem....stood by their warranty...and got me back on the road within an hour.Thanks Tireman!

The same evening that I bought near trailer tires I risen an accident and damaged a rim, I was able to purchase a new rim the next day , I went to the Toledo location and they were happy to put the tire on the new rim at no charge. They always get the job done right. Their prices are comparable to other auto services and they always have coupons in the mail. During the Corona Pandemic they went out of the way to pick up and drop off my vehicle so I didn’t have to drive with my kids there and wait or figure out another ride scenario. Also, my weather guard was falling off the bottom of my car and they put it back on no charge. Very helpful!

Tireman did have the tires in stock that I needed after having a blowout. They told me to come on in and then that it would be about an hour and a half. It took over 3 hours to get my car back. While I know I did not have an appointment they should really not quote a time if it is going to be that far off.
Best price for the tires in town. Owen was really nice over the phone making all the arrangements. The morning of our appointment, seemed like the front staff was not aware of our arrangement. I was leaving the car for the day and they were supposed to take me to work and then when the car was done either bring the car to me or come back and get me. Other than calling to tell me other things that were wrong with the car nobody ever called to set up a time to pick me up. I tried calling the front desk myself and the phone just rang. I was stranded at work until I was able to get a ride just before 6 when they closed. The guy behind the desk acted like we did not just see each other that morning. Next time, if there is a next time I will make sure to pick up my car on my own and not rely on them.
Nice guys at the counter, good prices. Reason for 3 star - I had appointment set two days before. Only getting one tire put on, still sitting here one hour and 35 minutes later and car was only pulled into garage after I went and asked why it was taking so long.What good are appointments if they mean nothing?
Overall they did an amazing job! We purchased 4 new tires and got a 2 wheel alignment. We told them we were on a fixed budget. They got us an amazing deal for everything! I highly recommend them to everyone.
I came in for new tires. I worked with Brandon. He was very nice, and when they found additional items that were safety issues, he helped me to figure out how much I needed to take care of them immediately. It did take a long time to get it done but they were really swamped with work so I understood. I will be back!

The guys took good care of me. I was a walk in no appointment. My engine light came on not sure what was going on. The car was starting to hesitate it needed checked. They put it on the computer and found the problem. It didn’t need replaced just cleaned. They cleaned the fans and it’s running fine. It only cost for the diagnostic that was great $67. I had another garage check it out. They put it on the computer but came back that is was going to cost me $255. Big difference. Tire man has always treated me fair. I’ll keep going back for great service. Thanks guys.
Ive been to several Tireman locations in the area. Bowling Green has the best service hands down. All of their people are extremely helpful. They give you any applicable discounts without being asked. And no matter how swamped they are they always manage to fit me in by the end of the day. Their hard work and excellent service builds trust and keeps me coming back. I really appreciate it guys!
The staff is very nice. The price was great (by far the lowest in the area.) My only complaint is that I had an appointment and it was supposed to only take an hour. I was never given an update as to why I was left sitting in the waiting room for two hours. Every time I went to approach the desk, they were either on the phone or with another customer, so i do realize that they were busy but again, I had an appointment. It was also one of the first of the day, so its not like they were already that backed up. Besides, it shouldnt have been my responsibility to chase someone down to find out why my one hour appointment became a two hour appointment.
We have taken our household cars to be serviced and fixed here for years. We are members since 10 years ago. Tireman get things fixed at once and always provide trustworthy advice. We dont really know any of the mechanics because they seem to come and go over the years but we love the professionalism and convenience.
Miles was very helpful to the success of the repair of 96 4runner! His communication was clear, confident, and courteous. The 10 plus year tenure of the senior mechanics made me confident that Tireman takes care of their employees and therefore that attitude to take care of customers is reflected.
We called and were taken care of the same day. Oil change and tire rotation. They called to let me know of an issue with the right rear brake pad being separated and also took care of it. Great service, great price.
I dropped off my car for an oil change and picked it up six hours later. Oil was changed, tires rotate and my windshield washer fluid was full. All is good. Ive had oil changes there several times never a problem I took my car in for them to fix my AC and they tried to charge me $600 for a $259 part. If I hadnt been smart enough to check the prices of the part on my own they would have overcharged Me by almost $350 They told me it was a mistake so either theyre a little unprofessional or they are crooked. I wont be going back.
The guys were all absolutely amazing. I arrived 1 hour before closing with a flat trailer tire. They got 2 new tires put on in about 30 minutes plus alerted me to a problem with the shocks on trailer and even then recommended a place to take it to that works specifically on trailers. I would totally recommend.

I had scraped the protective panel under my car on icey roads. They got me in the shop on short notice, found no serious damage and reattached the original panel. They also noticed my tire light was on and filled them with air. I asked how much the bill would be and was pleasantly surprised to learn it was at no charge! These pandemic days are fraught with high emotions. When I took my car in to have a tire puncture repaired, Tireman said I’d have to wait at least three hours, because they have to fit in that type of repair—they don’t take appointments for this. Having no ride home, I envisioned sitting in the waiting room with the potential for COVID-19 infection or sitting outside to be sunburned, and undoubtedly needing to risk using their public restroom within three hours. When I rather desperately approached the counter serviceperson with my concerns, he politely reminded me they are currently short-staffed and extremely busy and doing the best they can during the pandemic. After pondering this for awhile, I realized I could easily walk 3/4 mile home and wait for them to call me when the car was ready. I was ashamed of myself for being demanding when the repairpeople are considered essential and have to work during a pandemic. In the end, it all worked out, and I got a little exercise! Nevertheless, I recommend Tireman reconsider its policy of appointment-making during this time. No one should have to decide between waiting three hours on-site during a pandemic for a minor car repair or walking home!
The serviceman that took care of me was very polite and handled my problem with speed and professionalism. My only problem was that I had bought this tire from u less then 3 months ago and I believe it was defective. They replaced the tire for free but I had to purchase another tire warranty or whatever u want to call it. I think that was a rip off no older then this tire was. For that reason I will not be buying tires at tireman again.
I had a very fast and accommodating visit with bowling Green Tireman. The evening after scheduling my appt I got a flat tire. I called before my appt to see if they could take care of it along with my oil change. The took care of my tire during my oil change appt and explained I had a slow leak. They were fast and did a great job

I always have had good service with Tireman in Bowing Green. I purchased tires from there. They did order the wrong tires and didnt realize it until the car was in the shop. However the worker did offer me another tire that had better warranty and was rated better and not much more expensive . I havent had any issues with them trying to sell me some that wasnt needed.
Experience was excellent. People at front desk were very helpful with helping me pick out what tires that. Would be best for my car and got them installed on the rims in the time they said they would. I will surely return to this facility if I need anything else for one of my vehicles
Had them check my tires before a 3000 mile trip. They determined that I needed two new front tires and the rear tires had some more months on them. I requested they rotate the rear tires to the front and then get new tires on the back. I also complained of vibration when driving in the highway as well as requested an alignment. They completed the tasks within two hours, and then checked to see if I needed an alignment. They determined that the vibration was likely caused by unbalanced tires and my alignment didn’t really need an adjustment. Since then, driving on the highway has been a smooth ride that I’ve never felt before. The balance of the tires appears to be perfect.
I stopped here because I had squeaky brakes, I had assumed I had bad pads somewhere, but with drum brakes on the back, couldnt be sure myself. I stopped in on a Monday at 11:45am and they were pretty busy. they scheduled me in for a check the same day, at 2pm. they got me in and out in 25 minutes and let me know that my brakes were fine, there was just some brake dust in the drums causing the squealing issue. they cleaned them out for me (all for free) and I havent had any issues since. great service, I will go back in the future.
The staff is very helpful and polite. They do have a tendency to take on more than can be done in one day though. I was told my car was ready after getting several things done to it. When I arrived to pick it up the last thing hadnt been done. To their credit they stayed past closing time to make sure it was done and done properly before I paid.
Was priced brakes for x. Then told price was for y not x. Was priced an oil change for x was charged for y. Waited over 2 hours total.. When I was given price for brakes my oil change and tire rotation were already completed. But it took them over an hour to put 4 wheels back on my vehicle. I opted to not have my brakes done by them. When I went to have my brakes done the lug nuts were on so tight it BENT my tire iron and busted of the caps. Burned up one battery and killed another on a torque wrench!! Never again will I go to Tireman for anything!!
The sales team was friendly but it took three hours to plug a tire. Trying to be the first customer in the morning does not work. They need to have appointment scheduling for some people and allow emergency service for others. After the tire was repaired and I returned to work they realized they didn’t return the keyed socket for the lug nuts. I had to return to the shop after work to retrieve it. When I returned for the socket there were other sockets on their counter. This must be an issue for them as well.
I’m from Pa and made a quick trip out there, didn’t have time time to get my truck aligned before I left so I called Tireman and they went out of there way for me in making sure they got me in as soon as I got there and had it done in record time! I was in BG. An hour away from my home. And I needed emergency brake service. Tire Man was so friendly and they had someone available when I walked in, to do the work on my car! A few hours later I was good to go! Thank you, Tire Man for getting me back on the road!
I needed a tire changed and they were exceptional with their customer service. Interacted with 2 different people between the time of drop of and pick up of my vehicle and both were to the point, proffessional, and informative of what they had to offer. This business has very good value to their deals which is something else i noticed and took advantage of like a warranty for wheel alignments thatll save me money in the long run. If i need anything else done, this will be my go to spot so long as im living in the Bowling Green area.
Absolutely the best for auto care in Bowling Green. They have handled difficult issues our dealership could not figure out! Respectful of women and always professional. They tell you if something critically needs to be done or can wait a bit.
I called and had the best experience on the phone. Got exactly what I needed and at the price I needed it at. When I arrived they had all my information from the call and installed my tires. Professional and courteous! They have earned a new customer!
Shout out to the crew at Tireman in Bowling Green! My son and I were traveling from out of town and had a flat tire. We walked into the store at 5:40 PM and walked back out with four new tires (as we knew all of them were needing replaced) by 6:30 PM. The staff was very friendly, accommodating, and experienced. I would certainly recommend them to anyone.

2022-01-26First time coming to Tireman and will be coming back. I did have to wait awhile and some people who came after me left before me, but the staff was very courteous and kept me up to date on my car! It was well worth the wait. The prices arent too bad and being in school, money was definitely important. They gave me good tires for a reasonable price. Fully recommend!

2022-05-17Ive had nothing but great service, prices, and experiences throughout 20 plus years of having Tireman. And for me, its been top notch service no matter what branch or city Ive brought vehicles to for different issues. The service that Tireman has brought to me has never let me down or left me feeling like I could have gotten a better deal!! This last issue I had was a nasty wobble that I couldnt pinpoint myself over the weekend, so on my way to work Monday morning I decided to turn back and swing into the Bowling Green Ohio Tireman to see if they could diagnose the problem and find out what my options were. When I arrived there around 8:30 am , they were very busy with a possible 2 hour wait before they could take a look at it. Prior to that I informed the workers that Im supposed to be on my way to work but didnt feel safe driving my van in that condition on the freeway 45 minutes one way. Within less than 5 minutes one of their technicians came walking out to take it for a test drive. Long story short, ended up being a broken belt in my front tire as I originally suspected. So they were able to get it replaced with a new tire and I was back on the road around 9:30 . Not bad considering there was going to be a 2 hour wait just to look at it originally!! 2022-05-22We were traveling down I-75 (on a Fri evening) when one of our tires suffered a split & deflation. Our car has no spare tire and we just made it to a Bowling Green hotel before going completely flat. Tireman in Bowling Green has a good website with all the info I needed. Sat morning by 7:45 I’d spoken with their service agent, had an 8am appointment and a quality replacement tire lined up. I was in by 8:10, out by 8:50 and back on the road again.On this Sat morning there were three service agents behind the counter and a full staff in the large modern shop which was full of jobs (making me even more impressed that they gave me an immediate appointment).Fast quality service, professional service agents and a fair price (they didn’t try to take advantage of my situation & push a full set of tires)Based on my experience on this Sat morning I would absolutely recommend Tireman for your tire & service needs.

2022-01-26Went to the Tireman on Alexis for 2 tires, this location did not have them, but told me who had them and gave me their number. I called the Bowling Green store and spoke to Vinnie. He was polite and professional I told him my situation and had the tires pulled when I showed up 30 minutes later and I was out in the same morning. Bowling Green was down the road from Toledo and smaller town which yielded in my case prompt service. I would recommend Tireman and have recommended Tireman to friends and family. Will see them for my next car needs.

2022-01-18I purchased Lifetime Warranty Tires 5 years ago. I have followed up with maintenance on them and each time I go in for service, I am treated good. The maintenance is taken care of in a timely manner. I feel safe driving knowing my Tires are maintained and in good condition. Thanks for your service!

2022-04-15Rating this from my last experience.Had a 10AM appointment. Car wasnt touched till after 11AM, all n all I waited just under 2 hours for an oil change and a tire rotation. Having been in the business.. I find that pretty unacceptable. Had I known they were going to be short handed or be behind, I would have had someone come pick me up but no one communicated that with me. Also didnt appreciate my seat being messed with, or my lights being turned off but it is what it is.Staff has always been nice and I do trust them with my vehicles. Waiting room is always clean as well.

2022-06-30Tireman had the tires I needed for my Chevy Malibu. My only complaint is that they need to keep their customers more informed of the status of the vehicle. I was told the job would take 1 1/2-2 hours, ended up 3 hours. It would have made my experience better if I was informed of the delay.

2022-02-01Scheduling was convenient and they were timely with the appointment. However, I’ve been there several times for oil changes, used a coupon and my price was double the coupon price. How does that happen? They used full synthetic oil without even asking…my car has never had full synthetic. Felt taken advantage of as a female customer. Why bring a coupon if they are going to double the price.

2022-05-15This tireman facility went out of their way to help me when I picked up the screw and had a flat tire. The customer service was fantastic even when they were dealing with another difficult customer beside me who was out of line. They gave me a projected time that my truck will be fixed and we’re done with it nearly an hour sooner. Something tells me someone to lay their lunch because they could see that I was in a little bit of distress. I can’t say enough things about their service and how they went the extra mile! Highly recommended for great service, extremely reasonable pricing and showing integrity. ❤️

2022-07-07Went in to get new 4 tires, alignment and an oil change. Showed up at 7:30 when the doors unlocked, didnt leave until 11:15. My friend who works at the tireman in Findlay told me that it was a 2 hour job, not 4. Will be my last time going to Tireman. I was hoping to get some kind of Were sorry it took so long but I got a shrug of the shoulders when I asked if my vehicle was almost finished. I spent $1300 in this place and will definitely pay more and go elsewhere for the same work the next time I need anything.
