Management and the staff at Tire Discounters in Middletown went out of their way to ensure I was taken care of today. They even drove to another store to pick up the tires I needed for my F150, to be able to get me on my way the same day. Amazing service and great prices! Ill be seeing you again soon for my F350. I only gave them one star because they put the tire on. They charged me a signicant amount for the tire. I was quoted the price. It was granted ,last minute, but they agreed to do the service. We talked about my spare tire and how to put it back up. It was not a long wait. I got the car back. I didnt check to make sure the tire was put back. I noticed the tire that had been replaced still had lube all over it were it was placed on the rim.The tires were not rotated and I found the spare in my back not under the car. I will not be back awfull service. I guess those services are extra.
If i could give below zero i would. I ordered online for tires for my 2015 gmc sierra 2500 hd... they shipped them from indiana and when i got there on my appointment i waited 1 hr. To find out they were not recommended on my truck.. i have had 2 different recommendations that my rotors and brakes are needed of change. Along with the fact ive had the same rotors and pads for 120,000 miles. Tire discounters in middletown said they were good. On top of all of this, and this is the kicker, i left with bald tires that i BOUGHT from tire discounters before all of this has happened... very disappointed. Been going here for years for service. Not sure whats going on. Live 45 minutes away too so it really sucks..
DOES NOT BACK THEIR WORK. I brought a set of wheels to be mounted. I bought tires and tpms sensors from them. Install went great, there were no defects with the wheels. The stem ejected within 10 minutes of the first drive. The TPMS sensor is installed along with the valve stem in the wheel. The TPMS sensor has also failed due to the tire going completely flat and rattling around inside the wheel due to the stem ejecting from the wheel. I got a quick fix just to get me off the side of the road. I brought the wheel back to them. They would not warranty the sensor. ($70ish). It was a parts failure that cause the flat. Through arguing with the Manager of the store he would not agree to warranty the tpms failure. Yes the stem was the ultimate failure but the sensor failed as a part of it.I will not be returning to this tire discounters with my 5 other vehicles.for reference the Springboro location has agreed to take care of me with all my issues moving forward.
Absolutely awful! Spent almost $300 on a busted break line about four months ago just to find out they’ve been leaking ever since!! We did it ourselves this time and find out that the people who work here don’t know how to flare the end of a break line?? I could have been leaking break fluid for 4 months for all we know! Luckily nothing serious happened this time. my breaks were leaking so bad that eventually I had no pressure in my break pedal...(found this out WHILE driving) scary right? First time ever taking it somewhere (my dad normally fixes my car) NEVER again what a waste of money...
Took my tire in to get it patched, the employee waited until the next day to tell me that the tire couldn’t be repaired and that I would need a new one. I went in and bought the new tire and the employee highlighted my old tire where the nail that couldn’t be repaired was. I took the new tire to my local mechanic because I didn’t trust the guy, my mechanic looked at it and immediately knew it was just a rock. I tried to return the new tire that I had just bought from tire discounters and the same employee told me that it couldn’t be returned even though I had the receipt and the stickers were still on the tire, this was within a few hours of me buying the tire. Called back the next morning to speak with the GM of the store, Steve was just as rude as Reilly Roberts who was the employee who initially lied to me. I told Steve the whole story and brought my car in so he could see that my mechanic plugged my old tire where the actual nail was and showed him where Reilly had highlighted where the second “nail” was, he still would not give me a refund and said that they did nothing wrong. Finally after he talked to someone at corporate he said they would give me a refund. I had to fight tooth and nail for something that should have been so simple to return, I have never experienced worse customer service in my life and I will absolutely never recommend this store to anyone for anything at all.
Reilly is very unprofessional. Almost everybody did not have a mask on. Was sitting on my tire before they mounted it. Took guests back before me that had no appointment. Refused to fix my tire and only offered me a new one that he claimed he didn’t know the shelf life of any.I usually avoid this location and go to Monroe.
It took them almost two months to get my rims for my car. Every week they lied and said it would be two days when my rim would be in. Communication was terrible. Pricing is god awful. The only positive is they did get my car in and out the day they did finally work on my car.
I want to thank Brad and the staff for their excellent customer service. A family member had been traveling in a rental car on the interstate and had a tire problem that was missed by a competitor who she went to first. Brad and staff took care of the issue even though they were very busy on a late Friday afternoon. I want to highly recommend them if youre looking for a company to keep your family safe on the road. Thanks again.
I was fortunate to have worked with Brad, the General Manager! He and his front staff were very approachable and easy to talk to.During my initial call to Brad in regard to getting my tires rotated, I had mentioned that my wife and I have a newborn baby at home and I was looking to get in & out as quickly as possible. Brad assured me that he’d do his best and once I arrived, he did exactly just that! He took it upon himself to drive my vehicle to the work bay and made it a priority. I was done and out the door within 10 minutes. Exceptional customer service!Make sure to ask for Brad!
The guys here are amazing! I have had issues with my tires so much this year because of these roads and each time I have gone there they got me in and out in less than an hour and they were pretty busy each time. They are always honest with me on the prices and and have even done a small repair at no cost. These guys are genuine and have earned a lifetime customer.
This is the single best place to take your car. Brad and his staff are absolutely amazing! In a world where you always feel like you are being ripped off, this Tire Discounters always makes you feel like you can trust them. Every phone call, in person meeting, etc. is pleasant. They know me by name and are always extremely courteous. I dont know if I could ever trust my vehicles to someone more than I trust Brad. If you are looking for a place to take your car, this is the place to go. In addition to, remember, they do a lot more than just tires.
The staff were friendly and efficient. The road hazard insurance I bought 2 years ago really paid off as my tire was unrepairable.I got there at 8am but there were 5 or 6 other customers already ahead of me so I had a 2 hour wait. Next time I will either go earlier or a little later when the morning rush thins out. Maybe making an appointment would be even better but this was an unexpected emergency.
Called and they answered the phone home of the free alignment. got an oil change that came with a free alignment. Got tires here last time I came in and got the warranty. After waiting for 3 hours for an oil change I was told one of my tires had a bubble. After being convinced that if I dont change my tire I would die I did. The tire that was under warranty still costs 50 dollars to put on and then they wanted to charge me another 100 dollars for an alignment. They would not let me see the old tire or the said bubble. If you value your money find anyone else that wont try and charge you for everything. I also had to take it back after driving the car 5 minutes down the road because they spilled oil everywhere. Belts and exhaust manifold covered. My 60 dollar over priced oil change turned into 210 dollar robbery. And 6 hours over two days. Just go to Walmart down the street.
I went in for a new tire ,oil change and flat repair. They said $263 I said ok. Three hrs later they call me and said tie end rods loos and brakes. I told him they just been replaced 1 month ago said can you fix it. He said ok brakes too I said ok. When I go pay they charge me $ 1400 and flat repair didnt wasnt fixed and car wables 65mil on free way😡😤
These guys are amazing.I picked up a nail in my tire.Loosing air pressure in my tire. I see there sign from the interstate I roll in on a almost flat tire. With in 20 minutes I was on my way again. All fixed professional shop. Clean shop even the restroom. Top notch placeThanks so much guys.
Highly recommend!!!!! Awesome customer service! They stayed late after close to fix my flat tire and had it repaired and back on so quickly . Price was also a lot less than I expected, which never happens! I would have purchased a new tire but am thankful they were honest and told me they could repair it. Thanks so much !!
Returning 20 year customer. Unimpressed with new managment team-talked me out of a 4-tire sale after driving 900 miles to buy from them. Asst. Manager stalled on a quote for Cooper tires, told me to ignore TD web promos, (as I waited over an hour in store) because he preferred to push his promo. I quietly left without tires and purchased what I wanted for $100 less than TDs web price from a small business owner. Unfortunate that I will not be returning, Roger (prev. GM) was a local icon I depended on for 2 decades.
Top notch! I had a screw in my front tire, and I asked if they could repair it. They told me no because it was too close to the sidewall. So as they were pulling it in for a new $200 tire, asked the service manager Kevin if he would see if it leaked after he pulled it out. He did and then came to me and said your all done. 3 minutes later no tire replaced tire and a happy customer back on the road. Dodged a big bullet on that one. The are honest good people trying to service our community. Thanks Kevin!
Just came in for mounting and balancing as I already had tires. We set an appointment for 10am, expecting to be out by noon or so. After waiting until almost 11am and nothing had been started, we went to the restaurant next door to eat. We returned around 12:15pm and the work hadnt even begun. We asked when it would be done and the desk staff rudely told us that no one should have given us a guarantee of completion time, that we were next, but even so it could take a few hours, that it would be done sometime before the end of the day and that they were just very busy. I noticed 4 or 5 cars rotate in and out of the bays after they said that. So we asked for the keys back and to cancel the service. I took my truck to another company that got me in right away and had my service done in less than an hour. I would suggest not going here.
Had a low tire pressure warning pop up on the dash going down 75 . Stopped by 30 minutes after close and they still checked the pressure in our tires ... which were indeed low and needed about 12 psi in each tire. They could have turned us away and said they were closed but they were eager to help.Thank You guys for giving us the peace of mind for the rest of our trip!!!
On the drive from Florida to Canada, my cars computer notified me that there was a tire pressure issue and on inspection I saw that a screw had punched through the rear tire. It was less than two hours before closing time on a Saturday afternoon and I was travelling alone. I brought my car to the Tire Discounters shop in Middletown OH and within less than thirty minutes they found and removed a two inch screw from my tire, completed the repair, checked the remaining tires and I was back on the road! To say the staff at TD in Middletown OH is awesome is an understatement. They were friendly, professional and super efficient! One might think that on seeing a late model Mercedes convertible driven by a woman they would have insisted on a new tire rather than a simple repair. Myth! They did no such thing and were more than reasonable in terms of pricing. Thank you so much to General Manager, Brad Steiner and your staff! Michelle M. Sudbury, Ontario
**UPDATE** They reply to bad reviews to make it look like they care but have yet to reach out. Just another joke played by this company.Brought wheels & tires here to be mounted. It was a problem from the start. Between about 6 different trips here we had to buy extra sensors because they couldnt figure out how to not break them. The manager completely avoided us. They never called once the work was complete. Oh & to top it off there is damage on the my brand new wheels. Never will be back here... lesson learned.
Went in for a oil change and tire rotation, I dropped it off before 10am still waiting on it, I called and it was just being taken back to be done, it is now 12:15p. Good place to get tires not sure about oil changes, takes too long, they are busy and Im sure they will do a good job, but when you have to go to work and need your car to get there,this is too slow when you got places to go.
I took my car there back in July to get new tires and the tires were fine, but when they put them on they ruined my power steering. Now I have to spend more money to get it fixed for a problem they created. On top of everything I was supposed to get a rebate on my tires and never got the rebate. I wouldn’t recommend taking a vehicle here unless you want it destroyed.
I brought my wifes car in because it was losing air from the 2 rear tires...it was thought to be fixed. I was not charged. But, on my way home I checked air pressure. I had 4 different readings on my air pressure. I took pictures. Air pressure ranged from 20 - 40 psi. I was told if I brought back they would take care of it. Come to find out I am still losing air pressure from the 2 rear tires. I was going to buy rims so I didnt have to be concerned with it, but I was told I probably didnt need to do that. Now I have to come back... probably have to wait for the rims to be ordered and wait another 1 1/2 hrs. Not sure what is going on. The front desk guys are nice to me now after a couple of previous issues....but my air pressure was obviously not checked before I left.
600.00 and 3 hours later they lost one of my hubcaps and center caps scratched another one of my center caps and then proceeded to call me a liar and say there was no hub cap on the tire when I brought it. There absolutely was as I just took that tire off the car and put it in the truck myself with hubcap still on it and center cap laying on top of it. I am very angry and will not return and will make sure family and friends know of my experience today. Very disappointed.
I would like to have given them a little higher score but do to the extreme long wait time I just cant. I have dealt with them for years now and this was a really long period to get a tire fixed over 2 hours. I dont know if it was because they were short staffed in the garage area or what but when your main thing is Tires and you are dealing with mostly tires get real. I did notice that one of there techs didnt seem to know what he was doing as he kept coming inside and asking about how and if a tire could be repaired. also as I was sitting the the waiting area the music was so loud coming from the garage area I could plainly here it in there. Now while I have nothing against people listening to music I sat there and wondered were they working or partying while I sat waiting.
I actually never left you a review. I left it open on my PC until I figure out how to actually write a review of how your staff decided to burn a bridge with our company who has been doing business with them exclusively since we have been in Middletown even though your reviews were sub par. I left Tire Discounters a good review in our early dealings to help your Google review status to be better but after today I see why your reviews were so low. Staff is every companies issue and is definitely yours. The lack of caring of how we are treated as a repeat customer was unbelievable. We have almost 20 trucks in our fleet here in Middletown plus personal vehicles. You have my information if you want to reach out to me. 3 Stars is more than is deserved so dont press your luck.
THANK YOU! After such a terrible experience at the Monroe location, myself and the rest of my family, (easily 6 customers off the bat) will drive the extra 10 minutes to the Middletown location. Monroe threw new tires on my vehicle and not even a week later, I heard a rubbing noise coming from the driver-side front tire. Tire Discounters in Monroe wanted to charge me an additional $30 to check out the suspension? Apparently, there is a suspension check that also covers the tires, tire tread life, brakes, etc. Whatever, all I wanted them to do is to recheck their previous work! Ill keep the rest of the comments I have about Monroe to myself... Long story short, I walked out of there, drove 10 minutes down the street, walked in the front door, kindly greeted by Kevin, in and out with the rubbing noise FIXED at ZERO cost!! Thank you Kevin, for the professionalism, kindness, and knowledge that Monroe lacked! He was nice and smart enough to realize that if any Tire Discounters made a mistake, then he would recheck the work previously done, and fix if necessary - at no charge, (my initial thought process). Mind you, all of the Tire Discounters locations are busy around lunch time; I didnt even have an appointment, (bad on my part) and Kevin took care of me.Funny enough, not even a week later, my sister got a flat tire on her way to work. We were able to get enough air into it to get it to Middletown and once again; Kevin was there and helped me out again. Threw two tires on and she was rolling again. So once again, I appreciate all of the staff at this location, (Kevin, and another manager didnt get his name, bald I believe, and all the mechanics!) Like I said before, my family and I have always gone to Monroe but since I was disrespected, laughed at when exiting, and up-charged, we will continue to go the extra mile and head to Middletown.
Beware negative reveiws, this is the only place l go around here, l have over 10 cars in my family to maintain. Yes, there are wait times, thats because its busy. They are busy because they are doing good quality work at a reasonable price. I am capable of doing everything myself, l need ti trust the work, and it has to be reasonable to convince me to pay someone. To those crying about wait times...how did that shop with no line do for you? Did you learn a lesson?
I have been to worse.I had brakes done there with a lifetime warranty. A couple weeks later they started to squeak, so I went back. I was given the run around about having them checked out (we are REALLY busy right now, can we schedule something for next week?). They had to add some more grease to stop the squeaking. About a month later, same problem. Same run around about getting them to look at them.I will say, the prices are usually pretty good. We had a water pump done there as well and it was about $100 cheaper than anyone else. So, the service is average but the prices are good.
Pulled up with a blown tire and no wallet. Guys in shop pointed to the counter and they gave me some figures that were pretty good. Had there mechanic put my spare on while showed me the prices. A handshake and a come and see us - didn’t even expect anything for the work on the spare.
I seriously doubt the integrity of this establishment. Took a BMW sedan to get quote on tires. The sales guy told me that they are going to cost more because of the brand of the vehicle. Any person knows that the brand of the vehicle doesnt add anything extra to the cost of tires. The quote I got was the most expensive of any please else. Shop somewhere else.
I had an 8:30 appointment on a Monday morning. When I pulled into this location, there was not a single car in the parking area. They knew my passenger front tire had a slow leak because I wears there the Friday before to have it checked & to set the appointment. I got there at 8:25 & they didnt finish until 9:35. Thats an hour & 10 minutes just to plug a tire. I dont think it is unreasonable to expect that to be done in @ 30 minutes. Then I left & kept waiting for the tire pressure monitor to go off but.it never did. It is customary to test drive a vehicle for a very short distance to make sure the light goes out. They never did! As a courtesy, they could have checked tire pressure in other 3 tires( which would take all of a few minutes ). So I had to return to the store to have other tires checked & found out another one was low. Also, Ehen my Car was finished & pulled up front, I stood up & went to the counter. The same customer service individual who wrote my car up was standing there, proceeded to go where my ticket was sitting in a wire basket & then turned around & pulled a ticket for another car that was brought in before waiting on me. Sorry but I was not impressed with this tire discounter location. 😬
WOW!!! AMAZING!!! WONDERFUL!! BEST SERVICE EVER!!! If i could give more than five stars I would definitely do so. I have never in my life experienced such caring, kind, courteous, respectful, patient, considerate, generous, and understanding customer service and individuals in my life! This place went above and beyond to assure that my problem was fixed! I was leaving Perrysburg OH on my way back home to Paducah KY and ended up running over something that went through my front tire. Luckily it was right at the Middleton OH exit because my tire went completely flat in about 60 seconds. It was after 7pm so there wasn’t one single tire shop open. By the grace of God i managed to make it to Tire discounters right off the exit. I noticed 2 fellas cleaning up as I pulled in and my intentions were only to ask if they knew somewhere nearby that i could maybe take my car to get fixed and they said they would fix my tire and get me back on the road in no time! So EVEN THOUGH they were closed and cleaning up they were kind enough to stay until after 8 to make sure my tire was fixed and it was safe enough for me to drive back over 3 hours away!!! What a blessing they were!!! One had dark black hair and a long beard maybe he was the manager I think he said and the other guy might’ve had red hair couldn’t tell because he had on a hat. They even engaged In conversation with me and made sure to help calm my nerves. These employees deserve more credibility than this whole world would ever have to offer. I’ve never been treated with such kindness and respect in my life from complete strangers. Plus the passion they both had about the jobs they have was so incredible to me. The couldn’t say enough wonderful things about the line of work they do and the company they worked for. I just cannot explain to the everyone enough about how greatful i am to have ended up at this exact tire shop with these exact 2 men! They are the most amazing two guys in the world and I will forever be grateful and remember them! I recommend driving a distance just to have work done at this place! You WILL NOT regret that decision!
The Good : Walked in (no appointment). Had the tires I wanted and they were put on with only @ 1 1/2 hr wait.The Bad: Put the wrong size tire on right rear. This caused my 4 wheel drive system to indicate a problem by a whirring and humming noise.The Fix: Brought my vehicle back to Tire Discounters the next day to see what might be the problem. Employee was able to identify the wrong size tire and immediately replaced it.
This location is terrible and shady. I dropped off my car at 10am and they were supposed to call me when oil change was complete. 15 min before close I arrive and my car is having breaks out on it! Was never called to discuss this. Do not go there. Incompetent and dishonest. I asked for a # to contact someone and the guy walked away.
This place has usually been great customer service until today. Monday May the 7th from a very negative attitude coming from Steve who is the manager. I had a problem with my air pressure from my tires which I voiced a concern stating this has happened before after I have visited in the past. He quoted what do you expect me to do? Put magic air back in your tires? As a manager, that was very disrespectful attitude towards a customer.
Made an appt for today at 9 a.m. (this was 10 days ago the appt was made) to check out the brake pads and give an opinion on whether tires needed replacing or could go awhile. Let them know I would be waiting. Came in about 9:05. Asked if they could do oil change too. They said okay. Car was not taken back until 10 a.m. At 11:27 called me up and said brakes were okay, but should get a number of fluids replaced. I said no thanks. They said car was done and gave me keys. Oil change was not done and nothing said about tires. I have had good experience with them in past, but a consistent pattern is that I will make an appt way ahead of time and when I come in they start asking me what I need done when I told them when I made the appt and I always let them know I will be waiting there when I make the appt but they ask me when I come in if I am dropping it off. They had a number of cars there but I cant believe they all made an appt before I did over 10 days ago. Also, one time about a year ago I got a new battery there and they didnt tighten the connections so the next day I stalled at a parking lot dropping my kids off at summer camp and had to call AAA. Anyway, it was not a good day. They were running a special on the oil change, too, so I will have to go somewhere else and pay more money for that. Would have said something but who knows how much longer I would have to have waited. I dont like posting these types of reviews (In fact, this may be the first Ive done like this) but I feel people have the right to know what other peoples experiences are so they can make an informed judgement.
I knew tire would be a little pricey when I stopped there because they are the professionals and I wanted good service, BUT: The service took twice as long as I was originally told, the new tire was under inflated when I first got in the car and they included road hazzard insurance in the bill without asking if I wanted it. Just be careful if shop there!
I had an appointment to get tires two new tires on a Saturday from this tire discounters . It was really important that I get these tires because my car was going to get inspected in another state . The clerk behind the counter that day walked outside looked at my tires came back in and said I dont need tires . So when I arrive in my home state the car does not pass inspection because I need two new tires . I was livid and I am livid with this tire discounters . In fact I will never go to a tire discounters ever again . I could write a novel on how bad my experience was . So that Saturday when the clerk told me that I didnt need new tires I took him at his word since I I am handicapped . I then asked the clerk to check the engine because my car had been stalling on me for the last couple days . He then said well is it running now and I said yes it runs good one day but then it stalls again the next day . He then says if its running today then I wouldnt worry about it . So I start to pull out their parking lot and my car stalls on me . So everyone is assuming that its my battery but its not . The only thing that I can applaud them for is that the whole staff had to come out and push my car into the parking lot since it stalled right in the middle of the main road . Oh but they but they couldnt resist being rude and tell me what a nice parking spot I found right in the middle of the road . It took them like two days to figure out what was wrong with my car . Im really worried about the work that they did to my car now . Because not only am I disappointed in this particular store but last year I went to another tire discounters in Fort Mitchell and they repaired my brakes . Im hearing from my neighbors and friends that tire discount does not do good work . I believe them now . Because for three years Ive had to have my brakes repaired . My friends and neighbors are telling me that a car does not need new brakes and new rotors and new brake pads every year . So now Im starting to believe that they do not do good work there . I hope they know what a inconvenience they put me in this weekend . It was so important to have this done before I got to my home state this weekend because my brother was getting married. Not only did they put my child and Is life at risk sending us out in a car thats not safe just so they could have their Saturday off or have a lazy Saturday workday. Ill never be able to get over this so I have to say Im livid one more time 😡😡😡👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
Amazing experience if you have not been here recently then you are in for a treat newer management. The service and value will blow you mind! From front desk to oil change tech they are here for the customer! You will see this is the best place in middletown to get work done
Worst experience I’ve ever had with buying tires. Bought all four tires. Attempted to up sell me 3 times for brakes, better tires etc.. picked my car up and noticed it had green valve stem caps in only one side of the car. When I asked abou it they said they do that just to get rid of the green caps they have left over. Guy didn’t want to give me my black ones back. Drove home and my car notified me a tire was loosing air. Took it back guy put air in it and said it will be ok, come back if it continues, which it obviously did. Also did not reprogram the TPS sensors to read the correct location on the car. When asked they guy said they don’t do that, they just tell the customer to remember the wheels have moved places. Took the wheel to another shop for the leak. Turns out they failed to tighten the valve stem back down. Complete hacks. Don not take your car here.
I bought my car in for a low tire on July 5th. When I came back a few hours later my tire was fixed, but the driver side door of my car was dented and scratched. I complained to Steve the manager, and he told me to take it to Body Werkes in Springboro and get an estimate. I got the estimate for the damage and Steve said he would pay for it. When I asked for a rental car so I could get to work, he said I was unreasonable. I took the car to Body Werkes and had the repair done, but Steve had changed his mind about paying for the damage, so I ended up having to pay the $400. to have my car back to its original condition. Just know, if you leave your car at Tire Discounters you may find it damaged and they are not responsible enough to pay for it.
Great customer service and friendly staff ... They helped me when Monroe Tire Discounters turned me away yes they were about to close but the open sign was shining bright( he put air in it though 🤔) Middletown Tire Discounters actually patched it up in no time and was sympathetic to my situation!!! I will return no doubt in my mind, Thanks Brad Steiner!
I was staying at Holiday Inn just across from them and my tire was low. I was concerned. So I dropped it off and they could of ripped me off like most places do but they were very honest and you dont find much hones ty these days. I would highly recommend this place. They were very professional and I respect that. Thank you.
I would like to personally thank the team at tire discounters for making your mistake right tho there was no way you would have known those parts were going to break, you made it right with us and I will be coming back there thank you Jim for making everything right and thank you steve for showing your concern and Care that our Christmas went well I have my teenagers and my little guy like planned because you all made things right and for that my fear of coming back to this store is gone and we will be back to use your services again we need back tires now. My father in-law went to this place for new tires an alignment they put the tires on then said they couldn’t do the alignment cause he needed something on the front end fixed so he took the car had the part they said was bad fixed this happened 3 more times before they finally did his alignment then he got the car home an discovered that some items that was in the trunk was gone one item being a impact driver don’t take your car here they will rob you blind
I wish there was a way to give a 0 for this location Im telling you people this I would not recommend bringing your car here to be aligned on a sale day they are having.. because we did to have two new tires, front alignment and when our car was finished at end of day Saturday evening about 3:45pm we pulled out of the driveway and our rear end which should have never been touched was suddenly fishtailing down the road now mind you we paid only for two tires and a front alignment so why is the rear of my vehicle acting as if we are a fish out of water .. I can prove our vehicle was not this way before we brought it to tire discounters and upon looking for the problem we noticed a spring was cut in the rear of our vehicle and upon speaking to tire discounters about this problem we were told it is not their fault they didnt do this to our car they dont have a clue as to how it happened..Well I will say it wasnt doing it until we left that parking lot that evening of Saturday December 16,2017 so how and why is it doing it now our car was brought back to them Monday morning after not driving All day Sunday which we Lost money from because we deliver toys for a living.. our car sat up there at tire discounters All day Monday morning this also being after speaking with tire discounters main office as well they assured our car would be repaired and safe to drive again .. well here is Tues after they so called repaired it and it is still fish taling as we drive it..Not sure why you would send a car back not repaired correctly but I will say this I will not be coming to tire discounters ever again the management Steve got smart with us because we called corporate office on the store due to them messing up our rear end.. I cant believe that they would do this to a family with kids and a business vehicle ...I mean we cant even drive it down the road..Tire discounters I hope your prepared to hear from my lawyers and the media about this because like I said I have proof my vehicle wasnt doing this before...Please contact me immediatelyThe district manager then told me that I would have to pay out of pocket $400 to repair what was not broke before we arrived there which is unacceptable.. I have filed a complaint with the better business bureau which my aunt works for... And have spoken with the channel 12 news about this and have an appointment to meet with them .. so I certainly hope I hear from someone who is ahead of this company soon because our vehicle was not acting this way before I brought it here.. I feel we have been sabotaged ..
Most of the employees are wonderful and very nice, but a man that works inside named Kevin is very rude and puts other cars before yours, we had our car here for 3 hours and Kevin kept putting the people after is before us, and when I questioned it he was very rude to where an other employee knew he was in the wrong and started working on our car immediately.
I was charged $40 extra for something that I shouldnt have been charged for. I was told I was going to be refunded the money and never received it. Also, When they did my alignment, they had something wrong and it locked my steering wheel while I was turning. Luckily I was in a parking lot when it happened.
Slow and not covid friendly.....worker spent hour and a half talking to a woman about her life history instead of working on cars.....masks are optional and they have to drive your car so they are breathing and emitting germs in your car....and $208 to put a battery in is highway robbery.....

2022-01-18I bought 4 new tires, spending over $1200. You would think the tires would be balanced and aligned properly the first time, since they boast of this service. Here I sit in their lobby three days later, waiting for over an hour for them to fix what should have been done correctly in the first place. I was told 30 minutes ago I was next and my car hasn’t move from its space. They are busy but if they are rushing to get work done rather than done right, what’s the win for the customer? Not happy and will look elsewhere next time.

She went to Tire Discounters, she left the Tire Shop with 4 new tires and a Free alinement for under $600.00 She told me she was very satisfied with the service; and I was very satisfied with the price. 2021-12-22I scheduled to have new front tires replaced on my 93 Skyline GTR. There was a logistical issue with their supplier, however, Dave really came through for me on a time crunch and drove to Columbus himself to pick up a set of the same tires to help get them replaced in a few hours. There were extremely helpful and professional. Absolutely amazing customer service and I really appreciate your help.

2021-09-24The valet service was fantastic! I really appreciated not having to take my car out to the service center myself. It saved a ton of time. The employees did a great job of explaining everything. There was a minor discrepancy on my bill when it was texted to me; I called the store and they found the error right away, corrected it, and sent me a new bill.

2021-10-30Went there for a nail in my tire. I actually felt the nail in the tire and heard the hissing sound of air leaking. Put air in the tire and drove uo to the store. Couple hours later receive a phone call that nothing was found and tire pressure was good. Tire pressure was good because I just put air in the tire!! After explaining for the second time that there IS a nail in the tire, it was magically found. They plugged the tire and sent me on my way. 6 hours later, the tire is low with 10psi. They did NOTHING to the tire. Absolutely ridiculous!
