Had 4 new tires put on. One tire monitor did not work when car was returned. Told them all 4 monitors are less than a year old , they all worked before they installed the tires. What are you going to do? Fricking sell me a $30 monitor for $70 and install it for free. No thanksTD last time I do business with you.
Ive been going to TD since my first set of tires. I talked my Employer to open an fleet account at TD. BIG MISTAKE. I recently called to get tires on my companys trailer. Called 4 days in advance. Drive the 40 minutes to the store for them to tell me the tires have not shown up. Tell some crazy story about why, offer no discount for my wasted time. I decided to give it another shot for tires on my personal truck. This time give them 5 days notice to get the tire I wanted. Was told would be in the next day. Made all arrangements to drop off my truck on a Saturday morning called ahead for them to say once AGAIN they didnt order my tires. Offer no sort of a solution or discount for my wasted time . If you have time, money and respect to waste go here. I called NTB and they took me in immediately and had the tires I wanted in house, and saved me $129. I will no longer be a customer to TD.
Stopped in to order tires because 2 of mine were leaking air. They informed me that they would have to order them. I said fine and I would pay for them now and asked if they could put some air in the tire that was almost flat. They said they were to busy and go to Giant Eagle for air. So I went to Giant Eagle, got some air and drove to Pep boys and bought 2 tires for less. Will never go there again or recommend them.. Very poor customer service if you ask me. 🙄
I wasnt aware of this service. However, when I was told of it, I was excited & maybe just a bit nervous @ the same time. Once the guys showed up & introduced themselves (Rey & Mike), I was put @ ease immediately. My questions were answered w/total confidence in the service & also spoke highly of the Tire Discounters in my area. I have to say, from beginning-to-end, my service from the entire Tire Discount team was flawless. This Skip-The-Shop team was fabulous! They were professional, personable, & humorous.Rey was quite the personality. Sharp, quick-witted, and eclectic. (I told him if I was 40 yrs younger we would hang out.) I look forwardto having Rey & Mike provide me w/the same top-notch service in the future.Thanks Rey for letting me joke around w/you so much. You were great. And thank you Tire Discounters for providing a fantastic service.All of you are my new BFFs.
Full service shop means full service and they deliver nothing less. Recommendations are timed for exactly what is due and it isnt pushy but informative. This is a group that makes sure your car leaves fixed, if you want it to be. Mechanics need your word before starting work which many dont consider when they bring a car in. But, mine doesnt even make suspicious noises. So good job.
Got my car fixed up here when I needed the TPMS sensor replaced. They fixed it up nicely. Only downside was that the light was constantly on after the visit; I assumed it needed to be recalibrated. So I called and explained the problem and Rich (I believe his name was) recalibrated it right there in front of me for free. No charge at all, just great service.I also thought I was going to need 2-3 new tires, but they let me know I only needed 1. It was then that I knew they weren’t like most places that’ll speak circles around you with mechanic jargon to get you to buy anything. They got me what I needed the same day. Great staff.
I went to 3 other tire stores and this was by far the best customer service I’ve received.I just wanted a quote, but The Store Manager made the offer so enticing I couldn’t resist buying here. So an hour and a half later I was on my way home with 4 new tires and the alignment I needed. My precious time was valued and my worries about needing new tires at a value where gone. I dislike taking my car into the shop bc of past experiences with men trying to over charge when a woman comes in. I was hoping this place was different after a great experience getting my tires done recently but I was wrong. I over heard 2 woman talking about how they always come there bc its great and they are always busy. Thats why when a problem came up I felt comfortable coming back here for a diagnostic scan, the price of $30 seemed fair. I was looking for a mechanic close to my home that knew what they were doing and didnt try to overcharge me, unfortunately not easy to find these days. Mark Reese (sp?) tried to overcharge me nearly 250. After he quickly realized I wasnt taking the bait his tune changed. I explained I wanted to call around and would call back. I already knew it ranged from 300 to 500 for the job with part being around 200 and the rest labor. He immediately calls back to explain he crunched some numbers corrected an error and would only overcharge me $80 to fix my issue. I received no paperwork on what code came up just a receipt for the alignment and scan. Mark / Tire Discounters do better and be better we dont need this sexist energy in 2021.
Two hours is a little long for a oil change, my apponent was a 9 am and left the shop 11:15am.The tech brought my key out but that took another 20 min and the bag was moved around 4 times then hung on the wall. I was told they over booking and understaffed, but that a poor excuse.
I showed up just before close on Tues and got an appointment for Saturday to have one of my tires looked at...Everyone was kind, courteous and replaced my tire...the price was affordable for the original tire purchases plus added road hazard protection...i would recommend...
I called TD early in the morning to inquire about getting help putting air in my tire. The manager was so kind, he immediately said no problem and told me to just show up and he will fill the tire. I didn’t have a spare moment until around 3:30 so I called back, the same manager remembered me from earlier and said “no problem I’ll see you at 3:30”. When I showed up he came RIGHT out, checked all my tires and filled the one that was low! The manager has left such a good impression, I don’t think I’ll go anywhere else! Thank you!!!
Really like these guys. Very up front, honest and professional. Had a pretty bad experience at Midas on this past Friday morning.Called Tire Discounters for an oil change and found out they do so much more.I took my over $3,000.00 Midas estimate to them and they beat every individual service that I needed without me breaking the bank.Coolant and fuel flush, oil change, brake pads and replaced a rear bearing for less than Midas was charging me for labor alone.This will definitely be my new go to for my vehicles and I highly recommend them to anyone needing dependable and timely service. Great job guys, you rock!!!
Great service with an incredibly friendly team!It was my first time visiting this location, and I came in with a tire emergency. They extracted a three-inch rod that had pierced my tire and had it patched within a couple hours!Had some time to chat with Rich, and casually mentioned that I was also needing to have my hood latch looked at- it has been jammed for months. He said the TD crew could take a look and see if they might be able be able to make the repair. Dropped by the next day without an appointment, and the team was able to have it up and give my Toyota a much needed oil change.Ive saved a lot of money, very grateful to have gotten such quality service- definitely returning here for any future car maintenance!
Im not very happy right now. I specifically told them more than once that I wanted the 2 tires I was purchasing put on the front of my car. They didnt care what I wanted and didnt bother talking to me about changing what I asked for. Instead they did what they wanted. They installed both tires on the back. I paid almost $200 at this location and BS scare tactics arent going to make me happy. The guy tells me to watch a video about where tires should be placed when you get 2 and tells me theyve been doing this for years. Well the guy who works on my car has been doing it for 40 years and his family for generations. They know more than a guy trying to sell tires.The only positive was that this time i was only there an hour (compared to the 3 1/2 hours last time for 1 tire).But I think I may go back and tell them to rotate the tires. As I said, Im not happy.
The salesman that helped us was very nice and helpful. We had already had tires that we wanted picked out which made the process a little faster. They even gave us the tire warranty for free which was nice. They told us that its be about 1 1/2 hours to replace all 4 tires and that they would call us when it was done. We left the car and came back almost 2 hours later and our car had been done but never received a call. I was also disappointed that they replaced the tire valve caps with the cheap green ones, Im aware theyre there to show nitrogen inflation but they were very cheap and fell apart after a week, needing to be replaced. Other than those few issues the customer service was great.
We stopped by in a last ditch effort to get air in my tires when the outside compressors were too cold to function properly and they took care of me right away, no questions asked. They were super polite and professional like they have been every time Ive ever used them for anything.
I have been going here for about a month getting various things done on my car since it’s been a whilesince it was serviced. The customer service from Mary and Robert is amazing!!! They’ve been able to get me in each time I’m in a crunch. I’ve been going to this location since high school for oil changes only but whenever there is a good deal or discount that makes things less expensive, I may start to use them for other services as well. Thank you!!
Made an appointment an hour in advance for just an oil change. Takes over an hour and a half to even get my car onto the rack. And then when it was actually on the rack, it took another hour. Im sorry but an oil change does NOT take 2 and a half hours unless you are either sleeping on the job or have no idea what youre doing. Im going to assume they had people not knowing what they were doing since they took a good 5-10 minutes just to process the payment once I was leaving. Unless you like spending half your day in a waiting room, go elsewhere. Rest assured, you will not receive another cent from me.
Made an appointment last week for today. They got my car in a half hour after the appointment time. Took an hour to do an oil change. I have been here multiple times for tires, brakes and oil for several years and they acted like they had never seen me before. They have a new computer system and it appears that almost no data history was transferred. Shame. Just an odd experience today. I hope next time is better.
I work at a dealership and we have our own service shop but our tire machine is older and considering I just bought my 16 BMW M4 I wanted to make sure my tires were put on without damaging the wheels. I mean I just bought the car and payed $45k. Anyways 3 of my 4 wheels are damaged all in the same spot on each wheel. When I called immediately after to tell them about it the guy I talked to in a real condescending voice said well our machines are designed to not damage wheels. He told me to bring it by which Im doing in the morning. If they make it right I will change this review but the whole reason of bringing them my tires to get mounted and balanced was to avoid damaging these beautiful wheels.
Ive probably spent $5000 here in the last 2 years or so between my 3 cars. Used to be a great place, fast friendly efficient, Ive had to come here 3 times in the last 6 months and it has gone down hill so bad. Every time Ive shown up for my appointment and waited more than an hour before my car is in and 2 to 3 hours to actually get the work done. With he exception of Cody and Mary the new management isnt friendly or courteous, seems very lazy and slow. Also not truthful in thier practices as theyve misdirected me to more expensive tires or tried to get me to pay for a tire I had a warranty on. And I would have if I hadnt pointed it out to them. Thier scheduling is horrible and theres always at least 3 people standing around doing nothing when cars are waiting to be worked on in the parking lot and theres a line of customers. I used to buy lunch for the workers but not with this new setup. Hopefully theyll get new management in asap or Im gonna have to start going to NTB. And thats saying something.
Absolutely rudest people I have ever dealt with. Called to see to get 4 new tires put on my car. They kept putting me on hold 3 times with 3 different people talking to me. The last gentleman got real mouthy with me for no reason while I try to find my tier sizes for him. They all seem like they have no time to talk on the phone and to be nice to customers. I will never do service with them and I would definitely make sure my family and friends knows not give service to them as well.
On a trip to Cincinnati I realized my valve stem was leaking. I have lost 20 psi within 10 MI. I needed to be 100 miles away in 2 hours and Robert offered to work on it himself immediately as the other technicians were booked for the day. 20 minutes and $30 later I am back on the road. Thank you very much Robert!
Called in a few days ahead of time to get pricing and was told $168 out the door including tax, so I made an appointment but after going in for my appointment they changed the price to $185, not too happy about that. But since I was quoted $140 just for tires and $60 for an alignment elsewhere plus tax we stayed and got 2 front tires and an alignment and it took about an hour and a half, so far the alignment seems good and tires working good. Just would have preferred honesty with the pricing. One of the cleaner places I have been though.
Use to work here, but.... I was let go UNFAIRLY with a bs reasoning behind it! Ive made this store alot of money. And them new GM comes inn, and gets rid of anyone who he doesnt like. And Mary Hise goes along with it! 21 customers I brought to this store! And this is how they treat me. On top of that I had 22hrs of PTO that they never paid me out on! 3 long years I gave to this store. Loyalty dose not pay off. Especially when I was the only TT who stayed and dealt with there bs! Now they have inexperience techs putting on yalls tires. Psh unreal!!
I came into the store towards the end of closing for the day for air in my tire of my fiances car. The service technician whos name I believe was Dominic added air to the tire plus help me locate the nail in the tire. He recommend for me to speak to the service Advisor Sunny for the repair. After speaking to Sunny, it only took 15-20 minute for them to repair the tire. Both Sunny and Dominic gave me fast quality service. They were also courteous and straightforward about details for repairing the tire.
I left a review about 4 months ago about having to have two alignments re-done a day after they were done. That issue was taken care of. On 6/23/16 my fiance kept getting a back left flat, we took it to this location, found out it had a nail in it. They had to replace the tire. Tried to get me to buy a tire for $109. Thats a pretty expensive tire for a Honda Civic. Anyways, On 6/25/16, we were heading South, and the check tire pressure light came on. I stopped and checked it, 1 tire was right at 30psi where it should be, 2 were low, and the new one they put on was 4-5psis more than it should have been. I called the manager today 6/27/16 spoke to Kareem, he said he would look at who worked on our car and call me back, and of course, he didnt. This is the second somewhat major issue weve had with this place in less than 4 months, but Joe (the other manager) always makes things right)
Had to get two front tires and when I walked in for my apppintmenr, the first thing I noticed was that it was extremely clean. Which is a huge plus for me. The guy at front counter. I believe his name was Joe. He was super nice and had wonderful customer service. They were pretty busy due to it being a saturday, but I was only there a little over an hour. I would definitely recommend this company to people.
My wife has raved about this place for the last couple years. They did well by her and our daughter with different issues. When the tie rod on my left front tire popped and left me completely immobile, I probably called every shop within 10 miles. They are literally a block up the road from me and they actually quoted me the cheapest price. I had it towed down, went back home and waited. Ive been through the ringer with shops, and they always seem to find something new that doubles the price of the job. I was waiting to hear that I needed the entire rack and pinion replaced (I was told this by another shop before they even looked at it). Even though I could see the problem, and knew it was just the outer tie rod, it wasnt like I could have just drove away...To my surprise, they were finished in a few hours, and my final price actually came in $12 cheaper! Seems they found a better deal on the part and passed the savings... I would have never known... but this is a stellar example of honesty and integrity in a business. At this point Im sold. Next set of tires, next whatever issue that falls under their abilities, I wont be calling around.The marque is good for a laugh now and then as well. Highly recommended.
This place is nothing short of a scam. I was suppose to receive an oil change only to find out nothing was even done to my car. I drove for a week after my visit and my car sounded the same and had a low oil light. I took it to Midas and they told me it looked like nothing was done. NEVER WILL I EVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!!
Very impressed with the service here. I drive a company car that had an irreparable flat. I called to see if they could squeeze me in. Not only did they get me in right away, knowing that I had a tight schedule, they had my vehicle finished by the time promised, allowing me to get on with my work day and be on time for my appointment! I had originally purchased tires at the grove city location. I have road hazard warranty. I ended up with a flat so I called my location to replace the tire. I wad told it wouldnt be until the next evening before they could replace the tire. But to feel free to come and drop the car off . I called the Hamilton rd location and spoke with Robert the manager and he said bring it in that they would fit me in to replace the tire. I walked in and Mary pulled up all my information and got me in right away (even though they were busy). I really appreciate their help and from now on i will be going to the Hamilton rd store.
Im leaving a new review in place of my previous one. I want to give a shout out to Robert White. I went in to get a balance and alignment, and my tires had worn out after only about 23k miles and 1.5 years. Theyre Pirellis. Robert saw that the last time Id made a purchase from there, I was given tires that were 3 to 4 years old. He was irate that the tires I was provided were that old, got me a brand new set of tires, and helped me out with an AC problem on my vehicle.Service there for the previous few months had gotten pretty bad. Long waits on the phone and slow service at the location. Not anymore. This place is back on track and treating customers well again. Thanks again, Robert, and the supporting staff!
I had a terrible experience at this particular Tire Discounters. I popped a tire on a pot hole and the tire needed replace. I dropped my car off since they did not have time to work on it that day. Later the next day I called to check on my car and they said it was on the lift and would be done in an hour. 2 hours later I head to the shop to pick up my car. It turns out that they did not have my tire in-stock but neglected to call me. But proceeded to try and up sell on 2 new tires. I think checking to see if you have the tire in stock would be one of the first things, especially when you have the car for such a long period of time. I have now wasted a trip and am a second day with out a car and having to get others to drive me around. Now the 3rd day I call to check on what time the car might be ready that day. They told me the afternoon but would not specify a time but assured me they would call as soon as it was finished. I had not heard anything by 1:00 so I decided to call and check up. Low and behold my car was ready for pick up. So much for calling me when it was ready. I had the road hazard on this tire but next time I pop a tire or need new tires I am moving on from Tire Discounter to a better run shop.
I had a nail in my tire, ( for the second time) and Tire Discounters fixed it with no problem and no fee, because I purchased my tires with them and it’s covered under the warranty. No problems, the work was done in a timely fashion . Their workers are kind and understanding. Thank you for your service!!!!
The wait was horrible I ran flat and needed a tire with groceries in the car, the tire couldnt be repaired so I bought the cheapest one. I gave a 4 because I was a walk in so I expected it to be long appts took 2 hrs and my wait was about 4( I did end up calling a ride to get me my child and groceries home to finish the wait close to the 2hr mark) and the price I was guaranteed on the phone which I specified if it was with tax was not the same when I picked up my car it was about a $20 difference but the manager did correct the mistake and got it as close to the price that was quoted which was only a dollar off so I cant complain. Other than that no complaints except that wait time, but the service itself is worth the prices!
They sold me junk tires and did an alignment on a BMW they had no business attempting. Screwed up the camber (which I previously had professionally done by a performance shop) and rear tire wore to the cords. Claimed you cant rotate a staggered setup. False! Side to side WILL help some although not as much as a traditional rotation. Ive had at least 4 sets on this car and this set from TD were BY FAR the worst. This doesnt even begin to explain the issues with our GL550 they also serviced. I couldnt be more disappointed and will never step foot inside another one of their stores. Thanks for the free alignment. Huge rip off!! Partly my fault for trusting a place like this with high end models.
While they were just doing their job, Im not one to like the overpricing tactic. I understand that I needed to have my calipers replaces, rotors and brakes, but I wouldve appreciated it a little more if they respected my budget and finances. Having already replaced my muffler and resonator, I was out $900 on all of that so the last thing I needed was another $700 on something that can be held off for another couple of months. I do however like the fact that they showed me the condition of my rotor to allow me to make the determination of whether or not I wanted to replace it. I also liked how they kept me updated on the little things and granted my request for the price breakdown to see what I could get done. The gentlemen that I discussed it with were still nice but I also dont like being treated like Im stupid and know nothing about my car. I still feel like I was upcharged on a simple brake pad for the back axel just because Im a female.
Andrew made sure I was taken care of and I really appreciate the help.I had issues connecting new TPMS sensors on a Prius but Andrew wasted no time getting things straight. It only took 7-8 minutes and I came in a half hour before they closed! Thanks again, I will be back!
Granted that is was within 20 minutes to close. A better approach than saying “we’re closed” when it was not the actual time would have been to look at the tire and have the customer make a appointment. We as customers have choices on everything. I choose never to give my business to this new location. This company is great at their Delaware Ohio location on US36 and also at Gemini Rd in Polaris but this new location? No thanks and good luck. These places need to remember that we are the boss, they are the provider of services for money in return, it isn’t the other way around.
Had 0 problems dealing with Tire Discounters. Joe who took my order was very easy to work with with the hectic schedule they have at this location. They stay very busy but kept me on time and at the very competitive price they promised. I definitely recommend this place for tires and normal maintenance repairs.
Id like to say what a great job Cody and Drew did. Cody was friendly, answered my questions and went above and beyond when fixing my tire. Drew was super helpful, answered all my questions and really went beyond. I really appreciated it. These guys need some kind of recognition. Ill definitely return when I need anything.
To bad I couldnt give a zero star, Seriously! I stopped by the Hamilton Rd store on 11/14/18 to have my tires checked out. There were a few customers in the lobby but I didnt think two hours is what it would have taken to get my tires checked as stated by the manager on duty so I left with the intention of coming back the next day. I came back the next day and there was NO ONE in the lobby with two cars in the parking lot and the employee told be it would be two hours .I questions the timing in which he laughed at me and said it it is what it is. I took my car to a competitor and they had me in and out in 30 minutes. So going forward I will lot be using or referring anyone to this brand.
DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!! my husbands car broke down and was towed to the groveport location. The diagnostic pulled up a negative fuel trim. They instantly (without even stating that) said it was the fuel pump. Because it is a flex fuel it costs $915 otd. Gentlemen then handed us a packet offering a third party company to make payment to get this taken care of. We accepted and contacted the company. Company states that tire discounters is aware that fuel pumps are not included in this offer.We then have to get the car towed a second time (now were up to $200) to our home so I can have a home mechanic come replace the fuel pump. So I buy a fuel pump and with labor we are now at $600 out of pocket. THE CAR STILL DOES NOT START!! The issue was not the fuel pump and so I call them back asking exactly what was the diagnostic explaining I did exactly what they said and it still doesnt start. Brittany then explains that it was a negative fuel trim. Now Im not car savy but when I Google that diagnostic nothing I Mean nothing says fuel pump. Possibility could be maf or o2 sensor or a couple other issues. But NOT the $900problem they just told me.How the hell do youtell someone what is wrong with their car and leave out so many details as to what other possibilities it could be when I am standing there with my children desperate for options on what to do. So glad I did not give them my $900for them to come back and tell me it didnt fix that problem And try to get more money out of me. And so glad I just spent $600fixing something that you misdiagnosed!!! YOU OWE ME AND MY CHILDREN A FREE SERVICE!!
Called there Monday to schedule an appt for Saturday spoke to a Lady there for about 10 mins. Before the call ended she confirmed my appt. Something told me to check again to verify the appt. I called there Wednesday morning to confirm I was scheduled. Spoke with Sonny who kept put me on long holds and repeating wrong info to me. Then when I would correct him he advised that he understood what I was saying but Still responded back with information I wasnt saying I wanted. Ive always had good experiences with this store but the last two people I spoke with definitely made my lose a lot of confidence in them. Im pretty sure I still wasnt scheduled correctly since it seems everyone I spoke with was Incompetent. Off to another business to give my little pennies too. Very dissatisfied
The day I was there I walked in and a lady said they put her tires on incorrectly after she drove home and had to come back and wait again. I went in with a problem that the rep told me could be fixed if I bought all new tires. Well it didn’t. So I spent hundreds of dollars to leave w the same problem. Now I’m being inconvenienced because they want me to come back to see if they can figure it out and of course I’ll be charged again. They didn’t do a diagnostic. They just assumed. Wasted my time and money.
I had bought my tires here about four years ago. I scheduled an appointment for my free rotation and balance and to get a leaky tire looked at. They got my car back in the bay in about 20 minutes, but it was another 40 minutes before they started working on it. It took about another hour to get the tires rotated and balanced and the leak fixed. I will commend them on their generosity, though. The leak ended up being in one of my TPMS sensors that they had replaced a couple years ago. I was about 50 miles past the 24,000 mile warranty on the sensor, yet they still fixed the stem on the TPMS sensor for free.
Possible oil leak. They told me when they could my vehicle in I brought it back in time. Guy even said they had a rack. I sat there 1 hr lil less. Ask for my keys back ....I didnt realize the empty rack my suv was to go up on was to sit empty for so long. So they let me leave with no ?s asked just handed me my keys. Well then I guess my money will be better spent elsewhere.....my appt was at 3 not 3:30 not 4 SMH. Im happy that u can let customers and perform such evaluations keeping that money flowing in your pocket way to go from rags to riches and your time is more important then everyone elses. Ugh.they could have given me heads up a reschedule time, something. Thats ok I dont want to invest money on you if you dont care about Customer service and I wasnt nasty either no reason to be I just wont be back and that includes buying anymore tires, or given a reference to your business again.
Made an appt at 8am to get 4 new tires. Took Van in at 8:45 didnt get done until 10:45. 2hrs 45mins. Ask them to put my good tires in bag, sure no problem. Get home tires are not in bag. Made appt yesterday there. The guy didnt put it on schedule. Short staffed 1 guy doea tires 1 guy does oil changes etc...1 guy at counter phone ringing off hook. Turned at least 5 people away.. Booked solid. They have 3 ports the one port with Jack had tires in it. Maybe they should consider hiring more people and opening up that port. Reading material cars & golf. No womens reading materials and there were more women then men there today. TV on Espn. Bathroom needed attention sink was dirty. Tp wasnt on dispenser. I put it on. They got 2 stars because the tires are good.
Not happy with the service anymore been going to Tire Discounters on S Hamilton for years and now they seem like they can careless about their customers. I tried to schedule an appt over the phone and Im told no appts. on drop offs??? I have called before and it wasnt a problem. I wont be coming back to this location!

2022-04-25I purchased a set of tires from the S. Hamilton Rd. store in Groveport approximately 3 years ago. I’ve spent the last two years constantly putting air in them, with one always being especially low. I made an appointment to have the tires checked and was told that there wasn’t a problem. The store chalked it up to cold weather, even though the issue with the one tire persisted in warmer months. They also said it could’ve been a problem with the valves. I kept airing the tire and vowed to make an appointment to have the valves checked at the dealership. Yesterday, the tire went nearly flat after having been filled two weeks ago. I was lucky enough to make it to a Mr. Tire down the street. They found a pinhole in the inside tire wall. I was so grateful for their customer service and willingness to help me that I purchased 4 new Yokohama tires that they had in stock. They had me in & out the door in just over and hour and I even made an appointment for an oil change before I left. I’ve had it with Tire Discounters and no longer care that they may have offered a pro-rated deal on new tires. Never again, Tire Discounters. Never again.

2022-04-08Tire Discounters has treated me fair and consistent, place is clean, restroom could use some attention, but overall they are great!! I was on time for my appointment and the wait time was approximately 40 mins. Keep up the good work!!!

2022-07-02Started the process online to purchase 4 new tires and an alignment. Putting in the vehicle information and purchasing the tires of their recommendation and scheduling my appointment. I called to confirm my appt to which I was told the tires I wanted to purchase were on back order and not coming in for months. So they offered the next best increasing my original purchase price by around 25-30 bucks. Fine. I arrive for my appt and they inform me that only 3 tires were sent and not only that, but the wrong size tires were sent. Oh my gosh.. BUT Larry, the manager at the Groveport, OH store, informed us that he in fact had the correct tires I needed IN stock AND the price is closer to the original purchase price. THANK YOU! That wasn’t it though! Once I arrived to pick up my car, Larry gave us a great deal including a 3 year tire protection, beating the original sale price! Not only was he able to save the mistake of another employee. Larry and his employees were incredibly fast, knowledgeable and friendly. Hard to come by nowadays, so, Thank you.

2022-04-22They are insanely slow here. Don’t even make an appointment, it doesn’t even matter ! It takes 45 minutes to even get your vehicle in the garage when you have an appointment. This place is a joke. I had an appointment yesterday for 11am and they didn’t bring my vehicle in for 45 minutes, and then the oil change alone took over an hour.

2021-09-01I have used this tire discounters for several years. I believe they have great deals and perks like free alignment, tire rotation and balance and if you pay a little extra you get free roadside assistance in any state. The staff is always friendly. The reason I am giving them a 4 star rating is because the amount of time it takes for them to perform their services even when you have an appointment. Maybe theyre over booking? Not sure. I made an appointment for my tire rotation and balance at two pm dropped my vehicle off at 12pm. I had to call to check to see if it was finished at four pm. They were just getting to my vehicle and asked me to wait another 20 minutes before arriving to pick my vehicle back up. Needless to say they had my vehicle all afternoon just to rotate and balance my tires. I would love to see improvement in this area! I will still continue to use them as there is always room for improvement anywhere you go! Thank you tire discounters for your friendly staff and great deals on new tires!

2022-01-08Gave a call to verify if i wanted a repair that wasnt in the intial list of things to do.Friendly staff and usually low wait times to be seen by a person at the desk.Have gone here for many years, and will keep coming back to this location for the oil changes and tires.

2021-10-07The man who helped me at the desk was wonder. Very friendly and helpful. However, I gave them my car at 8 am. Explained I would need my car by 615pm to go to work. Stated it would be done way before then. Needless to say I had to go up to the place at 530 pm after 3 calls telling me it would be ready soon, to find my car not being worked on with the hood up. Great people but need a lot work on time management and staying on time.
