Tire Discounters in other cities:
I have been dealing with this location for years. They always take care everything I need. This trip was no exception. Had a lag screw in my tire. Dropped the truck off. Less than 2 hours later it was ready for pickup. Great service! Thats the reason I keep coming back and recommending this location. Thanks
The team is as always professional and courteous at TD. I was happy with the service provided. I did ask that the cabin air filter be removed after learning it was a $38 charge. These are $9 - $10 and easy to install. I was literally leaving for a trip after the service work and was in a hurry, lesson learned for saying yes and first asking how much.Anyway, $38 is excessive.
Get everything in writing!!! They lie!!! I was told when I checked in at the counter, that there would be no charge to fix my tire leak, since a screw was in the middle of the tire. (If screw was in the corner or side, I would have to pay). After the mechanic Bill took my tire off, he told me he had to order a new tire and that would be $155. When I told him what I was promised when I checked in, plus that the tire was just bought in April, he then said he would take care of it, and to return the next day... Next day he wouldnt give me the key back until I paid $140.94, or he was going to take the tire back off.
The service advisors are upfront and honest about their prices and the prices are a pretty great deal. The technicians are extremely knowledgeable and make sure they take the ultimate care of your vehicle. Not once have they ever misled me or tried to sell me on things I dont need. Theyre honest about what needs replaced and when and how much its going to cost. I recommend this place to anyone needing auto repairs. Way cheaper than going to a dealer plus their technicians are just as knowledgeable if not more and in my area theyre usually cheaper than other shops.
Had a great experience at the beechmont tire discounters. Bill helped me out with everything fantastically. Ordered everything correctly and fast shipping. Sent me pictures throughout the process of adding a lift, rims, and tires. Would highly recommend asking for Bill if youre seeking to lift your truck or anything else at tire discounters.
Made an appointment online to replace my tires and got a call from Laurel (I’m assuming from their corporate office) to confirm my appointment. He was so informational about the tires I picked for my car and gave me a cheaper alternative but equal quality- all without being pushy. He even advised me to research it before making a set decision since this location would have both anyways. When I went in, Bill had set me all up and gave me additional information on both brands of tires and left the decision up to me. Hands down one of the nicest people I’ve ever had work on my car. You can really tell he cares for the employees and it really shows through their customer service. Because of Laurel and Bill I ended up saving some pocket money and satisfied with everything he had explained to me.
I was just in there today with four trailer rims and tires: These guys are great! They go above and beyond . They are very courteous and friendly. They have helped me with some basic repairs that other discount tire places wouldn’t: like a dry-rotted valve stem on trailer tires and resetting the bead on a tire that was leaking. I will definitely send whatever business I have their way! Thanks for saving me again.
I ran into a VERY low tire (that I had just inflated an hour before) at 6:40pm about 30 minutes from home and had no idea what to do. Although the place was closing in 20 minutes, they took me in with no complaints, no hint of attitude, just total helpfulness, and replaced my tire. It had sidewall damage and wasnt going to last long. To whoever owns/operates this location, your staff was wonderful. Nick, up front, was terrific but everyone was great. Restored my faith in customer service!
Awesome service at the Beechmont location on April 14. I had an issue with a warning indicator light on my instrument panel. They replaced a burned out bulb, however, the indicator light remained on. The technician and manager worked together to isolate the problem and fix it. Everyone I came in contact with was friendly, customer service oriented and determined to make sure I was a satisfied customer. They SUCCEEDED!! Thank you Tire Discounter Team!
We are huge fans of Tire Discounters. Look, this is the place to go if you you want it done right! That is what Tire Discounters is all about. We have used this location for years on three different vehicles and we have been happy with the products and services every single time.
As soon as we arrived where were we were instantly tended to by Stephen Clark he is courteous helpful and very knowledgeable of your product. I will 100% consider spending my money with Discount Tire in the future at this location. He saved us money and was very upfront with the pricing on what our service was. We will for sure be returning in the future.
I suppose not all tire discounters are created equal. This place is a cut above most. Was debating on which one to go to (I live close to two of them) and I gave this one one more call and they could get me in today to do a tire change. Threw in a free install of tire pressure sensor gages (pretty sweet). And had a deal going on for the tires I wanted. Cant beat it. And very nice and friendly service!
Customer service is not an issue people were very pleasant and area manager was as well, even returned call. However company doesnt really stand behind products. Not the employees problem no issue with them. Tires should last a little longer than a year. Tire at tred mark but was told acceptable. I really enjoy sliding and vehicle slipping as I pull off. I will find another shop. I didnt rotate every 5000 miles but who does, that was my fault? 16000 mile tires guess its true you get what you pay for. Could have replaced at probably low cost to company and kept a customer, but heads up to buyers follow there warranty policies.
My girlfriends Jetta needed an oil change and they got me in, same day, with no appointment. Nick was great! Very professional and personable! They didn’t try to up sell me on unwanted or unneeded services which made it a pleasant experience. They had a special for $50 synthetic oil changes. My girlfriend said that’s cheaper than she’s ever paid, and $50 less than her normal shop! We will be taking her Jetta here from now on!
They told me it would take 4 hours to replace my tires. They got it done in 2 hours. If I knew it was only going to be 2 hours I wouldnt have Ubered home. 4 stars for making me spend money on an Uber. Oh yeah and these people were all wearing face diapers too. Flipping gross
By far the best customer service for anything car related that I have ever received. Scheduled an appointment at another TD location earlier in the day only to show up and have them tell me they didnt have my tires and they would call me whenever they got them in (understandable). However, I called this store and Memphis was extremely polite and helpful, and said they could have the tires in that very day. Also, only took about an hour for them to install and align 3 tires as opposed to the 2 hours it had previously taken the other location to install 1 tire. Thank you for not only doing an exceptional job, but having a great attitude as well!
My Chevy Trax needed 4 tires and they had the exact ones I wanted, and were able to put them on in about an hour even though they were already busy. The store is very clean, including the bathrooms. There is a soda machine with free coffee and bottled water. A nice sized waiting area with a television and even a work space.Great service and great customer service.
I was at this location today & I received excellent service. I needed four new tires due to a blow out on the highway. Needless to say it was a stressful situation. All the employees were polite & professional even though they stayed well after 4pm (closing time) to help me. I highly recommend this Tire Discounters.
Great service and knowledgeable team. I went in for an oil change and they checked everything out for me. The tread on two of my tires were out of compliance with the law (I had no clue). Instead of just trying to sell me on it, they showed me the tools they use to measure tires and educated me on something I knew little about. I dont like to make last minute large purchases without knowing everything, and they patiently explained everything very well to me. I have had a few oil changes here, and my car is always left the way I had it (mirrors, seat, radio all untouched). Great service every time!
Came into this store on black Friday looking for great service and great pricing. I was able to find both here. One thing I absolutely hate is tire shopping, but when I was here I was treated very well and they seemed like they actually appreciated my business. (This is a big deal as other undesirable shops act like they are the only place you can go.) The customer Service and pricing didnt even make me want to go anywhere else.I talked to the manager (David I believe) about what I wanted and he showed me different options I had within my budget. He was able to help me when I was having a down and crummy time during the holidays. (This is appreciated more than you guys will ever know.) You could tell he appreciated my business and was a great person to talk to. Top notch customer service.Casey was the tech who installed my tires, and let me say you can tell he loves doing what he does. He was very professional and had my old tires off and new tires on in no time. I hope you guys see what a great asset he is to the company, and I hope to have him work on my cars anytime I need tires done. I appreciate everything he did for us.Also all the other techs I saw while waiting were very nice and professional. They said hello in passing and were great.5 stars. This will be my go to place from now on!
I have been absolutely blown away by the service Ive received at this TD location - I dont think Ive ever had better service when it comes to my car, and I will never go anywhere else in Cincinnati. We came here after a different Tire Discounters location failed to correctly identify a serious problem with our brakes that nearly caused a fire. The rear rotors were destroyed and we got stranded in Red River Gorge because of the mistake. When we finally made it back to Cincinnati, we went to this location on the recommendation of my mother-in-law. Not only did the guys at Beechmont TD stay after hours to fix our brakes despite us calling an hour before closing time begging to come in, they ALSO didnt charge us the full cost of labor for the work since it was another TD that had messed it up. They did it for literally HALF what I would have paid anywhere else for a full replacement of the rear brakes and rotors. After an unbelievably stressful end to our vacation in RRG, I nearly cried from relief.Since then weve continued to take our car here for regular services, even though this location is very out of the way for us. The manager, Russ, is one of the kindest and most helpful customer service staff I have ever met. He treats you like family and does everything he can to help you out. The staff here are all friendly, honest, and straightforward in answering my questions. Im very happy to have found this gem...good help when it comes to cars is very hard to find.
I know people often joke about all the tire shops on Beechmont, but I wanted to share a great experience at Tire Discounters (8600 Beechmont Ave) with Donald & Paul this evening. I have a 2018 Chevy Traverse and am 2,500 miles from needing an oil change, but started receiving oil change alerts for low oil on my dashboard. When I contacted the dealer they brushed it off and said someone probably forgot to reset it. I stopped by Tire Discounters at 530pm and these guys checked my oil which was EMPTY and EXPLAINED everything in detail, preventing me from burning out my engine. They were attentive and kind and refused payment for the 1.5 quarts of oil, simply telling me to come back when I need service. I love sharing great experiences like this. Unfortunately, they are few and far between. We are LUCKY to have them in our neighborhood ❤ I am grateful for their assistance.
Usually service is great. Not this time, wait time was incredibly long. I waited almost three hours from the time I entered the store to get a flat tire fixed. They only had one tire tech working. This is a tire store right? They should be better staffed, especially coming back from a holiday weekend. I came in day after Christmas. They did inform me that I could leave and come back but I had a flat tire so I really did not have a choice.
Absolutely amazing! Came in with a slow leak, was scheduled to come back a little later where they fixed the problem and rotated my tires which were all covered under my roadside hazards. I appreciate that they appreciate that we dont have a lot of time as parents. Thank you Tire Discounters
This is by far the worst Tire Discounters that I have ever dealt with. I manage a fleet of 20+ vehicles and this shop gives me zero reason to give them any business. We will continue to use the shop in West Chester as they actually care about their fleet customers. To give the backstory on this shop, I took one of our vehicles in last year to get it looked at as the check engine light had come on and it was rocking while idling. The shop assured me that they could fix the issue. The General Manager insisted that I have over $1,000.00 in work done to the vehicle, which we signed off on as we were promised that it would be fixed. Money spent and five minutes down the road, the vehicle is still rocking and having more problems than before, so I bring it back to the shop to have them look at it once again.Heres the thing, you know that its bad when the front desk retrieves the spark plugs and shows you that they are in perfect condition and that replacing them was a waste. You know that its bad when the mechanic pulls you outside and tells you flat out that he doesnt understand why the GM oversells their capabilities and that he really has no idea whats wrong, cant help, and recommends that I take it to the dealership. At this point I count my losses and schedule the vehicle into the dealership. To make matters worse, before I can even get the car into the dealership, the engine starts seizing up, so I end up limping the vehicle over to the dealership for emergency repair. Upon investigation, the dealership discovers that the initial problem was a timing chain issue that was covered under warranty and the engine seizing up was caused by a lack of oil. Whats not so comical about this is that I had just paid this Tire Discounters to change the oil and they apparently removed it, but never actually replaced it. In short, I paid Tire Discounters to sabotage my vehicle because they were too careless to replace the oil.Fast forward to today, the engine light kicked on again, so I decided to give this shop one more chance due to their close proximity. I told them that I wanted them to read the engine code first before I decided to have any work done considering their past track record and I was told it would be a minimum $100.00 charge just to read the code. No thank you, Beechmont Tire Discounters. The GM in West Chester would never in a million years think to charge a fleet customer just to read the code, especially when I can buy a code reader for less at Walmart.Until the Management changes at this location, I strongly advise anyone to avoid it like the plague.
On Friday 3/3 I went in with a slow leak and was told the tire was good but my ball joints needed to be replaced and told them to do the repair because I would be traveling to Louisiana in the truck. The next day while traveling the tire with the slow leak blew leaving me stuck in Bowling Green KY..With no Tire Discounters here my warranty is useless.
Went in to investigate a slow leak in tire. Their crew took the tire off and found a screw in it. Was told if had Road Hazard on tire it would cover the repair/replacement. Remembered I did have it, but the tires were purchased from another establishment, and the TD guys were great about it . They mounted the tire, put air in it, reinstalled on car, at no charge, and I was able to get it repaired where I bought it. I will be a customer of TDs in the future.
I went to Tire Discounters, because of the convenient location, last summer while visiting here to get a new tire. Now I need another one, and I asked someone for the name of a good tire store. He said go to this place because of the prices. I wont, because last time I waited for about 3 hours just to have a new tire put on. Other places can do it in 20 minutes. Finally I asked why the wait and was told they were short-staffed. They could have told me that in the first place. I was so annoyed that I called the main office to complain. I left a message but my call was never returned. I dont care how low the prices are, Tire Discounters is NOT worth it.
This store is great. One of the best experiences Ive had buying tires. Memphis walked me through the exact tire options for my car, and explained the details of the tires that were suggested. I said I was trying to stay in a specific price range, and he went above and beyond to get me the discounts needed to keep me there. If you need tires, go here and see Memphis!
Extremely happy with the customer service and care at THIS location. After my horrible experience in Amelia, Bill Turned a bad experience into a positive one and has gained a forever customer. He even offered to drive me around the block and answered all my questions that I had about my tire blowout. Thanks Bill and the young man who opened the door and made me smile :)
They can be busy at times but I have been going to this location for a couple years and they have always treated me well. Sometimes the waits can be long so if you can schedule an appointment I would recommend that. But they work they do is good and the pricing is fair!
Have spent a lot of money at this location throughout the last year. The customer service I have received in the last couple months has been absolutely terrible. No call backs, no updates, no communication at all UNLESS you call them first and wait on hold for half an hour. My vehicle has been there for a power steering pump replacement 3 times now and they did not resolve it and were going to charge me more to take another look at it.At the beginning they were great. Has just gone down hill a lot over the last year.
I went to this location to have my tires rotated and BALANCED since TD has a policy of lifetime free rotation and balancing when you purchase a set of four tires. Unfortunately, I observed their tech doing just a rotation, but no balance on my tires. I specifically requested both, and this isnt the first time Ive watched a TD tech only performing the rotation. I had the same experience with the store on Five Mile Road. Just remember, if you trust them to do this without actually watching to see if they do both, youre running the risk of having no balancing work done. Since Ive experienced this same thing several times at multiple TD stores, I can only surmise that they simply dont want to honor their agreement since they view it as a waste of time doing the free routine maintenance, instead of selling new tires. Extremely disappointed that I cant trust TD anywhere.
Russ is THE MAN!I went in to get an oil change, tire rotation, wiper blades and was informed I needed new tires. I knew the treads were getting low, but didn’t think I was at replacement stage yet because I knew I still had about 30,000 miles left on the tire warranty (Michelin-bought at Tire Discounters). Needless to say I was surprised and disappointed at the prospect of making an invest I wasn’t really thrilled about making.Despite all of this, Russ was TREMENDOUS to work with. He said we could file a claim with Michelin on the warranty, but long story short we determined going with Bridgestones was a better bet based on cost and warranty. Russ did a GREAT job and the feeling of being “up-sold” disappeared quickly. He was fair and definitely worked with me to find the best value (bought a new battery too).Russ and everyone at this location were great Tire Discounters ambassadors. I also learned a few things that we will definitely apply moving forward when it comes to maintaining our tires. No need to get an oil change anywhere else!
I went in for a leaky tire and met a Rock star! If you want some free entertainment its worth the drive to this new Tire Discounters. The main star is a gentleman named Memphis . Yep that is his real name and he plays the part to a tee. I would not say he is an Elvis impersonator but he is pretty close. The up hair dew and mannerisms makes it a fun visit. He also has great customer service and will tell you the truth whats wrong with your car. He gave me a complementary tire fix for my wait.
I am the new store manager of the original Cherry Grove / Beechmont Tire Discounters. Since I have been here we are striving hard to give the best customer service in the industry! We have a great and talented crew. We cant wait to help you with any of your car needs. Tires, brakes, suspension, and fluid exchanges. Come on down and see us. We will be waiting for you.David BennettTire Discounters GM
Horrible Im the owner of Mikes Automotive Repair Service at 7720 beechmont ave. I took a customers vehicle in for a alignment on 2/17/20 they put it on and off the lift in 10 minutes its impossible to do a alignment that fast you cant calibrate the machine that fast to do the alignment needless to say after I received the vehicle back after being reassured that it was good to go I drove the vehicle and let off the steering wheel which is proper procedure to test the alignment and the vehicle pulled so hard to the left and was told it was pulling because the front suspension parts were bad. Funny thing is I just replaced all the front suspension and it is why I was taking it in for the alignment in the first place this place is a rip off and Im not saying this to discredit them and take there business either just dont respect shady services
This store is the epitome of poor customer service. Don’t be fooled; their goal is to upsell you, consistently. Rude, typical sales people. The mark up is almost three times their cost on parts?! Absurd. I wouldn’t recommend this store to my worst enemy. And the fact that one of the mechanics said I can get it done elsewhere for less? Says A LOT about the company. The ONLY time that I’ve had a good experience here is when Holly worked here and I dealt with a red haired guy with glasses.I’m not sure the circumstances as to why they no longer work here but, I’m sure they’re better off!STEER CLEAR of this company.
DO NOT GO HERE! Story below:On Tuesday, 08/12/14, I brought in my vehicle at 8:15am for a electronics diagnostic and air conditioning/freon recharge. The desk person said it may be a few hours before they could get to my vehicle. I decided to go home (in walking distance) and await a phone call from them when it was ready or any updates. I received no phone call and returned to the store at 2:30pm inquiring if they had gotten anywhere. My car had not left its original parking spot. I returned again at 5:20pm and my car was actually in the garage, but they made little to no progress on it, advising my truck works but my gas door was broken. I left the store and scolded the worker who gave me only a smug lazy grin stating I made no promises on a time to get to your vehicle. I told him to improve his customer service skill and at least acknowledge the long wait time may be longer than anticipated. Go down the street to the Midas or Jiffy Lube. Only go to any Tire Discounters for alignments or tire repair, not for service work.
I have purchased tires from TD for the last 15 years--purchased new tires for my 2005 Honda Odyssey 2-3 weeks ago. I ran into a snag with the outer CV boot being torn, during inspection before the alignment was completed. I ended up replacing myself, came back to have the alignment done with no issue. I did however run in a rumbling/vibration in the steering wheel. Had re-balanced once to try and resolve, but made the rumbling worse. The crew did a simulated road test (cant remember the technical name of the test) and identified two of the tires had manufacturer defects and were outside of acceptable limits/norm. The crew replaced, no questions asked, and was more than apologetic for the issue (they even stayed past closing time to resolve). Ari was great on selling my tires on my initial visit and Memphis was AWESOME in each subsequent visit to try and resolve my issue. Everyone is very attentive and will come to this location more and more.
Russ and his team have my kia spectra riding like it did 12 years ago. I went in for a routine tire rotation and had some exhaust noise going on. They took care of both issues and gave me a good deal on a sway bar set. #WorldClassCustomerServicep.s. manifold blessings to you and your future wife Russ
Ive known the store manager, dave, for a couple of years now and he has always been great. Very friendly every time I come in. I always wondered why they have two stores so close but im glad they left this one open. It might be older but the staff really cares and i trust them.

2022-02-23After trying to fill the tire with air, at two gas stations and $8 later, I pulled into Tire Discounters and a friendly helpful service tech immediately came to my aide! He was awesome - and i am sorry I did not get his name. He had a beard, slender and tongue ring. Super awesome and knowledgeable! Thank you for the awesome service and ordering me a new tire.

2022-06-18Picked up some road debris in a tire on Friday night. Dropped the tire off on Saturday at 11:45 a.m. Got a call that the tire was patched at 12:15. I tried to pay, but they did it for free. Absolutely top-notch service. Everybody here was kind and friendly and helpful.

2022-02-24I got a flat tire on the interstate and changed it like a pit stop. Thankfully the flat was covered under road hazard. What I was really impressed with was their great attitude, how quickly they got it fixed, and they put all my tools and spare back in place like it never happened. During rush hour was not a good time to put all that back.

2022-02-18Ive been buying tires at TD for 25 years or more. This week I had a slow leak in a tire. Took the truck in to the Beechmont store and not only did they repair the leak while I waited, they did NOT charge me! THAT is service! Ill always remain a loyal customer. Wish I could leave 10 stars.

2022-04-20We took our 2018 Ford Fusion in last week for an estimate on brake repairs. Our car recently turned over 35,000 miles. The estimate was just under $1000. and we made an appt for today at 10:00 am . We dropped the car off and was expecting approx. a 3 hour time frame. We then went to breakfest and driving home we noticed our car had been moved to the front lot. We stopped by and it was finished---BUT- the best surprise this honest company said the extenstive work was not needed and the bill was under $400!!! We really appreciaate their honesty and prompt work!!

2022-07-11As always service was excellent. Work done was thorough and efficient. Manager was very knowledgeable and genuinely concerned about getting the job done right.
