Tire Discounters in other cities:
Been a customer of Tire discounters for a long, long time (30+ years?). Never had a bad experience, always satisfied. Good prices and of course the free alignment, you really cant beat it. I looked at walmart, discount tires, firestone, tire rack. None are cheaper in the end after you pay for installation and alignment. Used the brand-new pick up and drop off service and it was great. Usually a little bit of a pain to get a friend or wife to pick me up at drop off and then again take me back for pickup. No more!! Highly recommended.
Unprofessional shop if you are having tires put on a nice vehicle you better have one of them inspect the rims with you before you proceed and if there chrome good luck they will be scratched and the stores corporate manager will say a bag did the damage on the road 😉I like how you act like you made it right $50,000 truck still has the damage on the chrome rims and the wasted time to bring it back to you but you live and learn I will never do business with my new vehicles at tire discounters again and for now there will always be a walk around before a shop touches my vehicles
Great service. Dropped my car off for rear brakes and picked it up the next morning. Great smiles from Tony and his front counter guys. Ordered some tires to be put on next week. I was spoiled before moving to this area with a one stop, friendly mechanic. Looks like Tire Discounters will be my convenient, reliable shop for my cars.
Skip the Shop valet service was great! Chuck called me to let me know he was on the way to pick up my vehicle. When he arrived to pick up my car, he reviewed the services needed. He called me again when he was on his way to return the car. My car was serviced while I was working, so I didn’t even miss it. Skip the Shop valet service saved me so much time!
Have dealt with this location for years now. Have had bad experiences at other locations only to return here and be taken care of. Recently had work done on our moving truck but the Milford locations scan tool had broken. Sent me to Eastgate and was told they didn t have time to get to it. Finally, got some free time to take it to the Amelia location. No call no appt and the manager had me in and out in less than 10 min. Amelia keep up the hard work and top notch customer service.. Maybe the new store should have been built for you guys ..
Ran over something driving home after a long day at work resulting in slow tire leak. I was able to drive it directly to the store 25 min before closing. I had no alternate form of transportation and needed to be back at work at 8 am the following morning. The team stayed late past closing to fix the issue (needed new tire) Kudos!
Tire Rotation, Checking tire balance and brakes:Car lift was pinching rocker panel cover. I stepped across entry to service bay to tell them, and got an earfull from a manager (insurance regulations). My bad, but they did lower the car and reposition the lift arms.Turns out the rocker panel covers we’re flexible enough to return to their original shape. Who knew?
The valet is the greatest. They picked my car up and brought it back to me. The only complaint I have is that I had an oil change and a tire patched with tire rotation. The tire came back reading 30 psi. I texted them and was told that they had patched a different tire. I explained that the tires had been rotated and I thought this was now the patched tire. I wasn’t asked to bring it back so they could check it for me. I said I would keep an eye on it and the reply was ok. I feel after paying 89.00 just a few hours before that they could have checked it for me
Used to come here for regular maintenance all the time, cause they never tried to pull any funny business...untill this year.... I was charged for things not even done, lied to about what was wrong and was sent off knowing they messed up my vehicle. After my husband was informed of this taking advantage of a women at a car repair place happened. I was refunded my money for the things I payed for that was never even done but I was without my vehicle for over a month because of this place. No longer coming to TD ever again. Yall lost a good customer.
I wouldnt trust a word anyone says here. Do NOT take your vehicle here! My friend was shopping around for brakes pads and rotors today and one of the places they decided to call was Tire Discounters. The employee quoted them $491. Thrilled with the price they asked the employee to confirm that this was for both axles which the employee stated yes. They took their car to drop it off only to be told that that was the price for one axle. That employee went to talk to the man who had spoken to them on the phone. The employee who had given the quote decided to disrespectfully and loudly state thats what they get for driving a Ford. Since they were already there they left it for the free brake inspection which was to be completed in under an hour and a half. Over two hours went by so they went to pick up their car. The employee rudely slammed the keys down on the desk and turned away from them. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone after their terrible experience. Tire Discounters are clearly lying to get people in the door. Only to lie to them and claim they wont get a price cheaper elsewhere! Save your time and go somewhere else!!!
Poor customer service. Left me standing in the cold at 7:53am. The guy in the office told me they are closed. It is more important to them that they shuffle papers at the desk than taking 30 seconds to let someone in out of the cold.A good customer service representative would invite you in and advise you that they will be with you when they are ready to go for the day. This is my first and hopefully last interaction here.
UPDATE. I went back at 11:00 and the person with a beard showing from beneath his mask restored my faith in this location. He was friendly and pleasant, the work was finished in under an hour, and they had my car waiting-with the heater running which was a a very nice thing on this very cold day. This is the type of customer service I’ve always had in the past at this location. 👍🏻Original: Normally, I love Tire Discounters. I’ve purchased my tires here for many years, for many vehicles. However, today was very different. I scheduled online for a tire rotation at 10:00 after my morning workout. I showed up at 10, the guy said they’ve got you down at 11. Sure enough, my confirmation text said 11, although my online entry and voice communication both were for 10.My issue isn’t with the imne error. It’s with the guy at this location. Once he said my appt was for 11 he was finished talking to me. A good Custer service response would have been, “I’m sorry for the error, if you’d like to wait well try to fit you in.”But nope. He just ignored me.Truly a disappointing response. I hope they hire friendlier, more customer service oriented people again soon at the Amelia, OH location. This guy needs training.
I dropped my car off for a flat rear passenger tire. Very polite staff. Shawn was awesome. I had them put 4 cooper cs5 ultra touring. While it was in they also did a oil change for me and a front pad slap. They found a coolant leak and advised me I should take it back to the dealership that had recently done a recall repair where they left the upper radiator hose clamp loose at the thermostat housing. I told them not to rush and to take their time. They had my vehicle for a week. They performed quality work on my vehicle, that is what matters most to me. I would also like to add that I am a forklift mechanic and am more than capable of changing my brakes and oil myself but still paid to have shawn and his crew take care of me. I would recommend with warning that its not a fast food chain. Turn around is not fast but work is of the highest quality.
Buying new tires is never a welcome affair. They are expensive! That being said, I always feel good about purchasing those tires at Tire Discounters. The staff is excellent, knowledgeable and able to make good, honest recommendations. The service is efficient. And, I believe I got the best price available! Benji and Greg manage the store well and care about the safety of their clients/neighbors. I highly recommend this store for auto care and tires.
First and foremost, the biggest issue I have with this location is their speed. Ive been to this location twice. Once to purchase a set of four new tires, and the second time to replace a flat tire. When I bought the four tires, I made an appointment and bought the tire five days in advance.I dropped my car off at 9am and they didnt get my car done until almost 4pm. How does it take almost seven hours to put four new tires on a car? Then just today, I got a flat tire replace around 9:30am. I was fifth in line and my car wasnt done until 1:30pm. I was told the car should be done around noon. After I got my car, the manager forgot to subtract the Road Hazard warranty from my bill. So, the person at the desk tried to charge me the full price for a new tire. If the manager wasnt there, I mightve had pay the full price for a tire. This location does have friendly staff and theyre not too pushy on their upsells. Its just annoying how long it takes to get anything done at this location. Its probably the slowest service Ive had at a Tire Discounter.
Wow! I cannot say enough about the team at the Amelia Tire Discounters. I bought my tires from them years ago and was so impressed by their friendly, professional and prompt service that I thought I would never go anywhere else. Today I had booked an appointment for a leaking tire repair through the website and was in and out in no time. As before the service was impeccable. Such a nice group of guys too! I had left my credit card on their counter and minutes after leaving they were calling to tell me they had it. The best service of anywhere around! Thanks, guys. Ill be back and continue to sing your praises. :)
I have come here religiously since I started driving 15 years ago and my family has been faithful customers before that. Normally I have no issues and get great service, today however was a little different. brought my car in for a leaking tire and alignment @ 10am and called at 2pm because I hadnt heard anything. I talked to Shawn and told me they were getting ready to pull my car in since a bay had become available and would only need 45 mins with it. I arrived at 2:30 and expected a 15 minute wait. Its 4:05 now (after their closing time) and I was told it would only be 5 mins when I asked if I should come back or what at 3:30. Just poor service I wouldnt have came up here yet if I knew it would really take this long.
Tj went over and beyond to help me! I’m a 26 year old single mom who doesn’t know much about tires and I am also on a budget. He helped me get the best deal possible and helped me find a deal $300 lower than the other tire place down the street... hands down the best customer service I’ve ever experienced! I drove out of the parking lot feeling like I was driving a new car and know I spent my hard earned money on something that will keep my son and myself safe for quite awhile. They also were finished with my car in a little under 2 hours! I will be a tire discounters customer for life! (First time coming here) thanks again Tj!
A great place to take your car. A few months ago I took my car in. They patched my tire - no charge. Today, new set of 4 at a square deal. And while I waited they helped two young ladies who had a bad valve stem. They could have taken advantage of the young ladies, and they could have taken advantage of me. But they didnt. They do business right.
They do a great job and are very honest but getting in is near impossible. I dont have days to wait, the longest I can give them my car is 24 hours. The customer service associate told me that it would be a 2 hour wait and that they can drop me off at my home. I agreed then realized I had other things to do so I told them I would be back in 2 hours. I called 1 hour 40 min later and the mechanic was very rude. I tried explaining twice that I told them that I would be back two hours later and to save my spot. He would listen to none of it, I eventually just said thanks and hung up.I came back later that day when someone could drop me off and was told my car would be one of the first looked at the next day, I get a call around 10-11am saying i didnt need brake pads(they were at 50%) but I insisted on changing them anyway (its hard getting a spot in this place so I wasnt going to waste it). I drive up at 3:30 and it still isnt finished (they close at 4). The guy at the desk had a bit of an attitude as well. I thought when they called me that they were working on my car, is that odd to think that? I have been going here for years because they -are- honest, they do good work but their customer service is terrible this time around, what gives? I will most likely be finding another mechanic shop, they may be honest but its a pain to get anything done in a reasonable amount of time. The last straw was poor service.
Stopped in because I discovered a low tire on the way home, luckily the TD team had some available hands. People, no matter where you purchase your tires, never underestimate the value of the minimal (10%! of TDs tires price!) fee for road hazard protection at time of purchase! Repair cost me an hour wait.I travel fewer miles for work than I did a few years ago, and less wear on the car means less visits to the repair shop, so the current crew is new to me, but this Amelia store has always had the friendliest crew, and they treat you right the first time.
So, went to get an oil change and alignment. Was quoted about $220 for the work and was told it would be 3 hours tops. The job ended up taking 8 hours and costing me $459 after they gave me a discount due to additional problems they found. I was informed that they were down a technician and I know what its like to be short staffed but I still wont be going back there for any more automotive work. I am giving them 2 stars since the work they did was done well.
Woke with a flat this morning and it was 17 degrees, but managed to put the donut on. I thought I would need a new tire but the staff at Tire Discounters assured me the tire was okay and just needed the bead cleaned and resealed. I expected to pay whatever, but the gentleman in charge would not accept payment. I will definitely return and do the work that they recommend. Thank s Tire Discounters.
They told me a 2 hour wait and 3 ours went by without even a call just to patch my tire. I called them, they havent even looked at it. Wish they told me I needed an appointment! If i would have known that I would have went some place else, That is why they didnt tell me.
Purchasing tires from this rip-off artist was the first and last time I will come into this place. Front tires were unusable after only 18,000 miles on 65000 mile tires. They claimed that it was out of alignment enough to cause these tires to completely wear down on the inside to no tread in only 6000 miles. Funny how the rear tires are perfectly fine even though I have rotated these on a regular basis. Shop claims what I must have hit something right after they were rotated. Pathetic excuses combined with slow and pathetic service. More than likely this shop probably did a horrible job on the alignment and probably never even rotated the tires since they werent able to squeeze some money out of me for that. why bother? They made no attempt to rectify the situation but immediately pulled up prices of new tires that I could buy. What nerve. I immediately left this rip off shop and went to the shop that I trust for all my mechanical repairs and purchased some new front tires from them. They also gave me a front alignment and said there is no way that that amount of damage was caused by how far out of alignment it was. Let me give you a clue Tire Discounters of Amelia. youre not in the tire business or the automotive repair business you are in the people business and you have failed miserably.
I took my car 🚙 for a wheel alignment, no appointment although advisable and they took it. Also the staff were really amazing to accommodate me, leaving the car for an extra day til I was back in town. The alignment was professionally done and also they recommended replacement of lower control arms in the near future and if within 6 months, alignment is free. Best thing I liked about this place is they give you pricing before they start work and they do what you went in for, NO hidden fees.
I had my car towed to the Amelia location with a flat tire. I knew that the tires on the car were low on tread and asked that they replace 1 tire only. I was told that they could not do that due to the car being all wheel drive. Long story short, they told me I had to have all 4 tires replaced. I asked for an estimate from Russ and asked that he let me know before doing anything. My wife found out that she gets a discount due to her employment and called as well. She spoke with Mike and he told her the price on the tires was lower than the discount. She again told him not to do anything until she talked to me. I again called Russ and was told the car was done and ready to be picked up. When we got there, there were 4 new tires on the car without my permission. I was also told that my old tires had been discarded. Mike also stated that this was all Russs doing. Needless to say we were not happy at all. Conveniently, Russ left for vacation that same day and was unreachable. Mike was there and offered to reduce the cost of the tires. This was a very expensive unforeseen expense and we could not afford all 4 tires at the time. I have submitted 2 inquiries to the corporate office never to get a response from either one.We are down to 1 vehicle and having to ride share until I get my car back. It seems as if the corporate office just doesnt care.
As I was driving through Amelia, my tire went flat. I had just passed tire discounters so I turned around. I went in and asked if they could help me with my flat tire. They said they were booked. I asked if they could help put my spare on. They said they were too busy. I proceeded to start changing my tire myself as it was now completely flat. The guy who had told me he couldnt help me, came out and told me I couldnt change my tire here. Its against our policy he kept saying. I said I didnt really have a choice. He proceeded to call the police in front of me! (or at least pretended to do so) He gave my license plate number and then went back inside. Obviously the police didnt show up and I completed putting the spare on. Clearly their moral compass is such that I would not trust any recommendation they gave me. I would think twice before going there.
Stopped in the Amelia store, the guys were fantastic. Quick in and out. I had a screw in a tire and no appointment. Crazy quick. as a small business owner important to be out there working especially the day after Christmas and the guys got me back on the road. Thank you so much. Queen City Propane!
Dropped car off for tire rotation, balance and alignment at around 11:30 am. Was told it would be a couple of hours. Called around 3:50pm to check status of vehicle. Said they were completing service now and it would be ready by time I got there. Get to tire discounters and vehicle is still on the rack. Wait another 30 minutes and see it coming off rack and being parked for pickup. Go to pay for service and they cant find paperwork. After 10 minutes finally find my paperwork and tell me they forgot to do the alignment on it. Really ?. Now I had to wait another hour to get my vehicle back. Im a patient person, but this is ridiculous service. Will never give them my business again. Next time I need tires Ill buy them on Amazon and go some where else to have work done.
The mechanic who did my oil change and tire rotation saw that I needed new brakes. We made a convenient appointment and got the brakes replaced. The actual cost was below what I was quoted! The staff at the Amelia location is always friendly and helpful, their mechanics are knowledgeable, and everyone is very professional. Thank you!
Bought my tires less than 6 weeks ago. Purchased road hazard insurance at same time. Got a flat tire on way to work went into Amelia store., Was told it would take 2-3 hours to look at tire/patch tire. Told them @ the time I was on way to work, they asked me if I could leave my car or make an appt. My question is how to you make an appt for a flat tire? What do you do, put air in for the next week? I feel they cold have squeezed a patch/replacement in so that I could get to work. Especially since I had insurance on tire. I had to miss work when they wouldnt fix my tire . Previously bought my tires there. Will not go back
The guys here are really helpful and are honest and upfront with you. I usually work on cars myself at home to save some costs, but if I need a shop to do work, Ill go to them. The customer service provided by Mike is outstanding. Hes a really nice and upfront guy. When they are working on your car and you are waiting, they will either bring the old part to you and show you exactly whats damaged, or they will take you out to your car and show you exactly what is wrong or worn. Like I said, they are honest.Mike has helped me out plenty of times, helping me with my brothers car, my car, and my mothers car. I would definitely recommend their service, they do it by the book and theyre not sloppy mechanics like other shops Ive been to.
Bought 4 Michelin tires in 2015 with full warranty and road hazard. Got a nail in a tire one month ago, and they wouldnt fix it because although it went in through the tread it was too far to the side. Fine, cost on new tire? $250. Price on 4 of the same tire, because there is an ad for $50 off each of 4 Michelins... We dont have those tires in stock.. Ok, any deals on 4 similar tires you have in stock? I buy 4 Coopers for $800, because there is $25 off per tire. After I pay, Im told they cant do the alignment because of some work needed on a tie rod end. The quote to fix it? $1,800. I leave, planning to get a 2nd opinion and quote. Just over one month later I get a flat from a wrench in one of the new tires. I paid for free flat repair, but a wrench isnt covered, thats road hazard. Road hazard is included automatically on Michelins but not Coopers. I could have gotten 4 Michelin at a local dealership including road hazard for $825, but I chose to be a loyal 20yr customer and go back here...I will definitely shop around when I get tires on my other vehicles.
Been there twice. Both times the alignment was off after they aligned it. They told me if I brought it right back in theyd fix it, but I needed more suspension work done so I didnt bother. Id recommend finding somewhere else for alignment, and tires are MUCH cheaper online. Had better experiences with Walmart, which isnt saying much, lol. They do seem nice though
Very slow service. If you drop your car off, forget it. Youll be there at closing time no matter what time you bring it in. I dropped my car off at noon to replace a single tire. Called at 6:00 to see what was up since no one called to let me know anything. The guy on the phone said, no problem, it will be ready at 7:00 (which is closing time). I got there at 6:50 and didnt walk out of there until 7:30! Unacceptable service. Tire Discounters just lost a 4 car family as a customer.
Went in for a 49.95 oil change /fillter/and inspection. final cost 103.00 they broke oil filter cap and made me pay for it say ing that this happens all the time . WHAT AN EXCUSE. i have had oil changes at toyota for three years and this has never happened. MY LAST TRIP TO AMELIA TIRE DISCOUNTERS.
Got two tires replaced. No hassle, except they pushed the damage insurance as all places do. However, I found out a year later that they installed one of my tires with the treads backwards. I purchased a very common set of tires at a bit of a premium, so I was disappointed they made such an obvious mounting mistake. I went to replace the remaining two tires a year later and found better prices and service elsewhere.
Had a great experience today at the Tire Discounters in Amelia. I received excellent, and professional service, while having my tire repaired, and an oil change. Mike was friendly and efficient in getting my vehicle in for service. He was also very kind and helpful. I also found thier prices very good! Definitely recommend Tire Discouters in Amelia!
I wish I could give them a 0 (Not the company but this store). They are some crooks. They have admitted that they made a mistake but not willing to fix there mistake. They tried to do a cheap toe and go wheel alignment on my SUV instead of doing a complete which consist of a camber, caster, and toe wheel alignment. I now have to go buy more tires and get another wheel alignment. I would not refer anyone to this store not even for air.
Good tire service/ cant change oil.Tires are fine, no problem. Oil change is another story. Half to three fourth quarter over filled! The most basic of services and they could not get it right.Yes I know to check/change my oil. Good I didnt drive it. They would be paying for a rebuild.New to the area . I will continue my search for a new mechanic elsewhere.
Wasnt able to put a review without placing a star lol.Husband went into today 5/26/2018 valve stem issue in passenger back tire. Which they replaced valve stems in 2017Was told needed a new tire, tires were purchased in 2016 from a different tire company nothing was wrong with the tire just the valve stem. Was told from now on they wont work on valve stems unless 4 new tires are purchased through them ( what a joke)Was charged $41.00Will never return to this store again and I will let all mu friends and customers know this shop is a rip off company...
Said they fixed leak in tire.. paid $26.. a day later my tire was at the LOWEST PSI it has ever been... when I wanted to go back in to get it re fixed... they told me they were “ too busy” give me a break.. ended up having to get my car towed and luckily I have AAA. So I went to the certified AAA tire place. Haven’t had a problem with my tire since!
I am the queen of running over road junk. My car is in here with a flat at least every other month (just in time for an oil change, haha) the guys at the desk are always awesome. Pretty much know me by name. I used to live in Amelia but I now live in Blue Ash and will go out of my way to bring my car to this location. Awesome crew, great work, super honest. I can not say enough good things about the crew at this location!
Took my car in for brake pads and was told I wouldnt need them until my next oil change. Went back a month and a half later and was told I need both new brake pads and rotors. Either they were incompetent the first time or trying to rip me off, either way I will never give them my business again. They offered no apology or explanation for their mistake.
Spoke with Bill and told him my situation about needing to be in Columbus buy 7 ..he said no problem we definitely got you buy four PM...... Well get down there and my car hadnt even been brought in to be looked at!! They had a young man drive my car towards Amelia at 65 mph to see if there was a shim in my steering wheel ( where in Gods name did this happen given the fastest speed limit is 45 and dude was gone 5 minutes) comes back talk to supervisor and he says no shim at all and sound from front is maybe a break pads slippin (new pads and caliper hardware) ultimately this experience was a complete joke and letdown! I didnt recognize the employees and will not be going back to this location given I was lied too by the store rep and then sent away to drive over a hundred miles in a unsafe vehicle
My wife had a screw in her tire. So she went to the Tire Discounters in Amelia Ohio to try and have it repaired and they told her she needed 4 new tires? Because her car is all wheel drive. What a joke. Luckily rather than being taken advantage of she decided to take it some where else and on her way there the screw fell out and no repair was needed. It’s just a shame that places like this try to take advantage of people. There was another time when I took another car there and they tried to charge me $650 for a tie rod. Tire Discounters in Amelia Ohio will never get another dime from me. I live only a few miles away and I will drive right past it and give my money to a establishment that will treat us with dignity and respect.
Very friendly and accomodating staff. I need a new set of tires but Im in the middle of moving to another neighborhood so Im pressed for cash. My current tires are dry rotted and one is leaking badly. They offered to fix my leaking tire for free with no promise of my return for a full set of tires. Regardless, I will be driving back to this location to buy when I can scrounge up the dough. They deserve my money.
The salesman guy lied about the TPMS sensor. The guy claimed that there was some Federal law that said something like since the car was there for a messed up sensor and the sensor wasnt being replaced due to the high cost, that insurance could deny any future claim due to not replacing a faulty TPMS sensor. What a poor sales tactic. Outright lying just to sell a sensor that says a tire has low air pressure. Be weary of what they tell you. They will lie straight to your face.
Took 2011 jeep liberty there for tires found $617. worth damage to floor from improper placement of lift they refuse to pay and corporate office is nothing but lies and excuses! still working with bbb but watch out and check your vechicle Im positive there is more out there ! the person in corporate office canceled first appointment because he didnt have his appointment book when he made it then canceled second appointment just before time to meet when we both tool off work early, because he had a root canal and was in pain😭 then the lady at corporate office failed to give him message we could not meet at next appointment because Alicia has a broken ancle and I was out of town for work ,so he told bbb we failed to show. he also does not follow thru and do what he says. its all about them. also problems with another location sent my work van out with bad balljoints which were under warranty and 1000$ worth new tires instead of replacing them Im going to find a new place to go and so should you its not your local tire store annymore !!!!!!!!!!! seems to me like they think there above there selfs well the word will get out!
I went there to have defective tires replaced. Took 3 months to get the other 2 tires. Then they under inflated them by 20lbs. Took a wire wheel on a drill and scuffed off the white letters, and didnt put a valve cap on 1 tire. At what point do I Think that was done in purpose?
Went in to get 2 jeep tires .250 well told me 226 then after the work a different guy comes in and says 250.tire looked better for maybe a civic not a jeep then i look at Wal-Mart they had some really nice tires that looked like they should be on a jeep for 60 dollars less .never make that mistake agian
Friendly associates, affordable, wait time once I got there was about an hour 15 minutes not bad. I was told one price on the phone when I got there I was given another price but they honored the price that was given to me on the phone. Would recommend an go back again
I was very disappointed with this place. Felt I was invisible when I first came in even though two people were behind the desk and I said hello 3 times they just ignored me. The hub cap fell off after I left, they put the wrong weight on my daughters tire which caused it to make a loud noise drive badly and made her wait for hours when her car was already done. Ill never go to this location again.
I recently moved from the tire discounters located in Amelia I am now up in Mason but love doing business in Amelia Devon is one great manager he will do anything for you and make sure that its done right thats why I drive a distance to come back for all my tire needs Bob Taylor
Took my sons car there for 2 tires was told itd be a couple hours 5.5 hours later they finished it, the last car of the day... after it sat in the parking lot all day... if you cant wait, find somewhere else, because if you leave it, anyone coming in after you (willing to wait) goes in front of your parked car.... unacceptable service times.....
Service was very good. They promptly maintained my oil change without an appointment and fulfilled my requests to check for additional problems. They brought me inside the shop to show me parts on my car that they found might be a problem in the near future. The estimate was rather high but they seemed honest. Not sure I will go back, but the were very prompt although it was spur of the moment.
My husband had an appointment at 10:00 .He arrived at 9:50.At 11:00,he asked for his car keys, because our car was still parked out front.2 workers hanging out in the office and one car bay empty. Our time is important, too.5 walk-ins were immediately helped and their cars were fixed .He sat there .Why wasnt he helped ?
They got me in and out I had requested to be out by 4- 4:30pm and they got me out early and informed me of any issues with alignment and they couldnt do the alignment because of and issue and gave me a free alignment once I get the issue fixed and made a note of it in my paperwork so I will get it.

2022-07-20I have 3 vehicles that I bring to this location for oil changes, tires, rotations, alignments, etc. I will have to admit that most times their service is great. However, I have a 2008 Toyota that has a full size spare and I always get a 5 tire rotation. The last time I took this car in to have an oil change and tire rotation, the tech did not add the spare into the rotation. So I had to sit there even longer to get that done. This time they did it again, even though I specifically stated a 5 tire rotation, twice, when I brought the car in for service. I didnt notice it until I got home. When I called to let the management know what happened, they had an uncaring attitude, even though they did say I could bring it back in and have the spare added in again. I dont have time for this every time! I could just take my 3 vehicles somewhere else, AND let everyone I know NOT to go to TD.

2022-07-05My sister had her van repaired here. I needed air in a tire. With no questions, they jumped out to my car, greeted me and filled up my tire that was low for FREE! I will remember that when I need new tires.

2022-06-18Terrible experience. I bought 4 new tires and when I tried to leave the parking lot the front wheel locked up. I told the Manager Hunley what happened and he said “Ok. What do you want me to do about it?” He reeked of weed and both of his eyes were glassy and red and he was slurring when he talked. It took half an hour of arguing with him and listening to his profanity to get him to take a look. Turns out he mixed up the staggered wheels when putting them back on the car! He changed his tune completely when he realized it was his fault. Will never go back

2022-04-21We had questions on our brakes. They checked out, they could not find anything wrong. They even called the next day to check with us! Excellent customer service. We will use them again.😀

2022-06-18Terrible service and the manager Hunley was clearly high or drunk and slurring his words. My car had a grinding sound as I pulled out of the parking lot after getting 4 new tires. The manager told me it wasn’t his problem and refused to help. Turns out he put the back wheels, which are an inch wider, on the front. Port excuse for a manager and shop.

2022-01-10Great service, fair pricing and quality products! Stopped in looking for tires for my 2012 Toyota Tundra, they had several options in stock, I purchased 4 of the Michelin Defender LTX M/S tires, had the, mounted, balanced and free alignment and was out the door in a little over an hour! Tires run quiet, super smooth, feel firmly in contact with the road, couldnt be happier! The best part, free rotation and if necessary flat repair for the life of the tires!

2021-11-24Great experience today! Went there first thing in the morning since my tire pressure light was on, I was waiting before they even opened to get in as fast as I could.. one of their technicians came in early and saw me. He promptly checked the air and topped off all 4 of my tires and I was off to work... all of this even before they officially opened! I just want to commend the excellent, friendly service I received, I wish I had his name, a young man, thank you again and Kudos to you!🙂
