Dropped my car off to Tire Choice for them to diagnose a wheel alignment problem, fix the problem, correct the alignment and get 2 new rear tires.Within 20 minutes Herb and his workers had the problem diagnosed. I had a good idea ahead of time as to what the issue was, I just didnt have the equipment to do the fix & alignment myself. The price quote to fix everything was lower than I expected and Herb didnt try to sell me anything that was unnecessary. This means this shop is dependable and honest. They had all the parts needed in stock and their parts were less expensive than what I could find online if I had tried to fix it myself. From the time I dropped off the car to the time it was ready to be picked up was 2 hours, very fast and very professional. Herb also gave me a print out of the alignment results and explained the results, which I greatly appreciated for understanding how the alignment machine works.Everything about my experience with Tire Choice Auto Service Center on Fishinger Blvd was excellent.
The talk on the neighborhood groups is Mill Run has too many tire shops, but my experience with Tire Choice was fantastic, I’m glad they moved in. Our previous choice for car service in Mill Run wanted to charge $130 to find out why the check engine light was on in my Odyssey. Tire Choice did it for free, after which we agreed to a tune up that has the van running better than it has in years. The staff was friendly, accommodating and showed true concern for my vehicle. Took my car in for an oil change, tire rotation, and a tire leak. They found the leak and did everything great. Herb took care of me and everyone there is really nice and understanding. Good place and good experience!
Herb, the store manager took care of me replacing my tires in July, which was a great experience & a good deal! Now he is getting me in and out while getting an oil change. He listened and checked my tires, for one has been loosing air every couple weeks. He told me what we could do to try to fix it. He also relayed to me I need to look into getting rear brake pads & rotors. They definitely want me to be safe on the road. Thanks for taking care of me!
Been going here for years. Although there have been several turnovers in management over the years I have always felt comfortable with the service. This past visit Herb was great. SHOWED me what he thought needed to be done and why. Then gave me every discount he could to help me financially. Thank you Herb. 🙂
I will definitely use this service again. Herb is fantastic and explained everything well. As a single woman, I worry about going to automotive service stations and being sold more than I need. I got a flat tire around the area, and knew I needed new tires, so I called the first place I saw. They were very fast to get me in! They were very friendly and very communicative. I got my tires changed, oil changed, and my car aligned. I would highly recommend!
The shop was so clean and safe! The nice man at the front desks was very helpful, and Herb had my oil changed in less than 40 minutes!! Wow wow wow! What can I say?!!!! I called to get a quote on my brakes and was told by Herb that they do free brake inspections. Got my car inspected and Herb was able to work with me in order for him and his crew to get the job I needed done. Tire Choice in Hilliard is the BEST auto service center in Central Columbus. We have taken both our Altima and Escape to them many times and have been so pleased with our service. They have done everything from tire replacement to repairs for us. They are super honest and transparent here. They will never charge you for something that doesnt need fixed. I have sent my own family members to this shop because they have gained my complete trust. Herb the manager of this wonderful center is so kind and will fit you in right away if you need something. This was a great experience. Everyone was friendly and very attentive. I was informed of exactly what needed to be done and given the cost involved. I appreciated their honesty and professionalism when what I thought was wrong was ok. Women need a place they can take their car without being taken advantage of.
I had a great experience here! I went in for a second opinion on a repair to make sure it was something I really needed. They serviced my car quickly and easily, the people were incredibly friendly and open, so much so that it felt like doing business with a trusted family friend. As an added bonus, I wasnt charged for unnecessary services I didnt need. Ill definitely return for my future service needs.

Yesterday, I went online to make an appointment with Tire Choice and they were able to get me in the very next day! They confirmed my appointment request almost immediately. Upon arrival, I was greeted by an incredibly personable gentleman named Herb. He did a wonderful job explaining pricing, what all they did, and the present condition of my vehicle. I really appreciated the care they showed and the details they put in to making sure I had an exceptional experience.

Was very happy to get an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation on my car the same day I called. Herb was great to work me in later in the day. I like this Monroe Center and have used this location since I moved to Hilliard. I like that they do the inspection of your car and list things that will need fixed but no pressure to have it done right away unless it’s critical. I will always use this location friendly and fast.
Even thought it was getting near closing time on a Saturday, they were able to fit me in and get my rear brake pads done. The price for the job was exactly in line with what I had researched on the internet so there was no overcharging. This is a good solid place to go for auto service.

Best service in town! We took our Ford Escape in to Herb after being told we needed $800 worth of work at a Ford Dealership which ended up not even being the issue. We walked out of Tire Choice with an honest diagnosis of our issue and it was repaired for a very fair and reasonable price. This is the only repair shop we trust in town and I cant recommend it enough!
Went in for a Tire Rotation and to have a nail removed and patched. Shop was empty - no cars. Technicians looked disturbed that I pulled up and interrupted their smoke break. Purchased tires from Mr. Tire, which was acquired by Tire Choice. They couldnt find me in their system but reluctantly agreed to honoring the lifetime tire repair and rotation warranty Mr. Tire offered. Service was complete within the timeframe they estimated but 4 days later, discovered that they never repaired the tire. Found my tire with 10 psi in it sitting in my driveway. After reinflation my tire, I took my truck back and showed them a picture of the nail from 4 days ago to prove it was the same nail in the exact same spot. Their response was that its not a big deal because I didnt pay for it. 3 hours of my time wasted is worth more than what it would have cost to have the tire repaired properly and been charged for it. I apologize for interrupting a smoke break but please actually complete the service being requested instead of just doing half of it so you can get back to break time.
Great service and prices. Went in for a wobbly tire, Herb and Konnor were able to diagnose the problem quickly and even showed me my warped tire once it off my vehicle. Herb also gave me a great deal on my brakes which was greatly appreciated. I highly recommend taking your vehicle here.

Took my car here for the first time today and Im so pleased I did. Nick was very welcoming and when I arrived, I felt assured that my car was in trusted hands. Shea also made sure he showed me what needed repaired and explained what was going on with the car. They were able to get me in the same day and fix Trinity up at an affordable price and then was even able to find me a better deal than originally quoted. I will definitely be back to this precise location for my automotive needs.Update 3/12/20 once again the guys have done an amazing, quick job getting my car back on the road safely. Was able to diagnose and fix my coil in about an hour. Something the other shop couldnt even do after 2 days.
I highly recommend this Monro (Tire Choice) center. The manager Herb is is so kind and truly cares about you as a consumer. They have done repairs and replaced tires on both our Escape and Altima. Our cars left the shop in excellent shape and I can tell the quality of the repair was of the highest quality. They are also very reasonable priced which beat the dealership by over 10%!
Really enjoyed the experience we had! Was pouring and snowing when our windshield wipers stopped working, motor and everything! Called right when they opened; Herb at the desk was amazing and made us feel calm and like part of the family. Got us in and on our way 2 hours later. Such a great experience, will definitely be back!

Another great experience. My first visit was because they were close to work, and I needed brakes taken care of. Herb, Justin and the team were great again today! They were able to squeeze me in on a Saturday when my car broke down. Within a few hours they had me back on the road again. They havent ever tried to oversell me, are kind, flexible, patient, and knowledgable. (If youve got a Hyundai - its a great place as theyve got a mechanic who knows them inside and out.). They also looked through their own deals and coupons to apply discounts without my searching or asking. Highly recommend them.

The mechanic’s here are very pro service and helpful, herb has seen me at my worst with my cars and has been there to help me every step of the way. I recently took a truck, the abs system needed replaced. The anti lock was kicking in on its own at nearly every stop I made, no I was not breaking to hard. The price was definitely more on the high end, charging $1,300 for this service, but they also filled my windshield wiper fluid, and changed my oil. The people here are very friendly and helpful. I later took in another car that had issues with a large amount of moisture getting in, herb told me to leave with him and see what he could do, thought it may be a heater core going bad, called me back the next morning around 12ish, told me that it’s not the heater core, he also checked out my radiator via customer request, said the core and radiator were fine, suggested to me a shop that has more expertise in the areas the car needs work, and didn’t charge me a penny for it. There are good people trying to take care of you.
Needed an emergency repair quickly and these guys really came through!!!!!I made an appointment online the night before and when I arrived the next morning, the parts were already ordered and the team was waiting for me. They did a full inspection, explained all my options for the repairs, gave me a good price and had me back on the road the same day.Many Thanks to Herb, Shea and Nick for restoring my suspension!! Took my corvette in, was initially nervous about taking my new car there for an oil change rather than the dealership. But they did a great job! They got me in and out quickly and the peces are very reasonable. Friendly staff aswell, would recommend 10/10

Had 2 new tires put on a work van because they were getting pretty worn out. The service was so great! Dustin took his time to explain why the tires were getting worn down like they were. He answered all my questions and made sure I understood. I didnt have an appointment but I was guaranteed a job well done that same day. The shop closed at 5 PM and Dustin stayed over and made sure my vehicle got done. Definitely recommend!
This is the second time Ive visited this Monroe Brakes. They were fantastic both times. This past visit, I needed to wait for my car in the office with my 3 yr old. I was prepared for a rough couple of hours. Instead the man in the office changed the TV immediately to PBS Kids, and my car was finished in 40 mins. On top of it all the work was affordable. Ill definitely be back.*****UPDATE***** I did go back and they were fantastic again! Not only did their mechanic stay late to make sure my husbands car was finished before he needed it for work on Monday but today they looked at my van immediately without an appointment. I honestly wish I could give them more than 5 stars.

Super Quick and Great Customer Service! I went in for an oil change and my car was ready within 20 mins! The staff was very nice and told me what maintenance needed to be completed next time, no worries just a tired rotation, which is included in my oil change fee!! Very happy! Ive been going to this Monro for 2 years now and have never had an issue.
Extremely fast service. I needed an oil change, within an hour they scheduled service and had my car back ready to go. They rotated the tires and did some other things for me for a great price. Super friendly and great service. There’s a lot of tire shops around the area but this is the one I would go to every time.
I have no idea how this place has a good rating. Do NOT take your car here for any diagnostic appointments. I Went here to get my muffler patched. I was lied to about my brakes , rotors, and two tires needing replaced and the tech was not willing to work with me about a patch or after market muffler. He only wanted the money for a new one and I ended up driving a mile down the street to Meineke to save $1200.
The people at this shop were great to work with. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to work with me and my complicated schedule to get my car in and out without any problems. Will definitely be going back again with any future car issues.
Usual stop for regular oil changes. Staff is very friendly and helpful. They usually have some very good coupons on their website and they also price match. Just got my brakes done here as well, they did a great job. Appointment is recommended.
I had a nail in the tread of my tire with a very slow leak. I made an appointment and Dustin fixed it quickly and professionally. They were able to plug it and said to come back if it didnt work. The person at the desk (now I cant remember his name and am so sorry) was friendly, professional, and went out of his way to keep me informed. Thank you!
Asked for an oil change, tire rotation and a brake inspection. The rear brakes needed a great deal of work. Everything was done in a timely manner. Herb explained everything they did in detail and even walked out to my car to show me what they did.Ill go back.
Very impressed with the customer service and quality at this shop!! Went in for an oil change and was warned that one of my tires was in very bad shape, they were able to replace my tires the same day and aligned my wheels which was SPECTACULAR! It feels like a completely different vehicle. The steering wheel is straight and the brakes dont squeak for the first time since Ive owned the car and it feels completely stable! I feel so much safer now during bad weather. (And mind you, I had already been to the dealer for an alignment!) They even gave me a courtesy ride home so I didnt have to wait with my toddler. Im planning to use them exclusively from now on. Go here! They will do it right.
I went in for an oil change not too long ago and I was well pleased. Today, 2/15/2020, I went in for a Coolant Change and then also got the vans serpatine belts and pulleys changed. They are very professional and curtious there. They care about your time as well. Angel has always been very kind and helpful and explains all the details thoroughly to me. The mechanic was awesome as well. I didnt catch his name though. I highly recommend going here.

Hats off to the crew at the Mill Run location. Ive been coming here for a few years now as it is an easy ten minute walk from where I live should I need leave the the car overnight. I started coming here when my other go to shop start getting slick and costing more than everybody else.Munro is always friendly and they explain what needs to be done and why. Ive asked them to come through on so many occasions and they always do. They take the time research the best deals on replacement parts to keep my eight year old Hyundai humming along.They pay attention for the details. I have gone to this location for years. They are always friendly and quick. I have never had a problem with being overcharged nor do Iworry about them overcharging for any service i may need. I’ve brought different vehicles in over the years, they always, ALWAYS take care of what I need. They get the work done quickly, usually within a day. The prices are great. I would highly recommend this shop for any repair needs not just muffler and brakes.

I have been having the Mill Run Monro do all the oil changes for my cars the past 3 years (probably about 15 times) and I always have a very positive experience. They are timely, priced very fairly and give a good overview of the basic maintenance components of my car/van. I have never been pressured to get more than I need and the manager is great in the way he explains what was done and the status of everything.I would highly recommend giving them a shot the next time you need to schedule an oil change or basic automotive maintenance.
Monroe did a great job and was quick. The attendant took the time to talk to me about upcoming routine maintenance the car would need so I could prepare for it over the next visits. Will definitely come back for the great service

These guys are great. They always find the best discounts to add to my oil change. I never go in there paying full price. Each time they suggest work that needs done they accept my answer and never pressure further. I feel like they are knowledgable without trying to sell their services.
Monroe has always done excellent work on my car! I’ve been taking my car there for a couple years now and I have the lifetime warranty on my brakes with them and it’s totally worth it! Great staff, very nice and professional.
This place is awful. They are supposed to be open at 7:30am, but each time I go there its not open. The tech didnt arrive until closer to 8. When I schedule an appointment, they seem to never have it on record, even though I have a confirmation message. Also, when they do have the appointment down, they dont start working on the car until an hour after the appointment was scheduled. The oil change includes a tire rotation, but good luck getting that. I started marking my tires to show them that the rotation wasnt done. And they are always telling me that I need new brakes, even though I just had them replaced. Its not worth the discounted price to go through this much hassle. Ill pay $10 more elsewhere and get the work done well and in a timely manner.
The technician working on my car seemed not to know what exactly he was doing and had to frequently seek help from other technicians on how to do things. This was obviously not a good, secure feeling for me to observe. Not sure whether the technician was a rookie or new to the job. I’ve been worried since, not knowing if he tightened the oil pan drain bolt or the oil filter. Keeping my fingers crossed and hoping for the best!
Excellent Customer Service and Fair Prices! I went to Monro after taking my car to the dealership and discovering the astronomical price for a simple tune-up; the quote via telephone was half the cost of the dealership. Upon picking up my car, the mechanic, Tom, took the time to explain what he did in a way I could understand, and let me know what repairs would need to be done in the near future. He made me feel like my car and questions were important, rather than a problem like I’ve experienced at the dealership. Thank you Tom for all your help! I will be back!

Worst customer experience ever! Stay away!! Rude employees and unethical business practices to the extent that I’m filing complaint with Ohio Attorney General. Took my 2014 Sprinter van to this mill run location for repair estimate only. With No customer approval or contact, they installed a $370 battery and called to say the vehicle was ready. When I informed them that I’ve been in car biz 30 years and never have heard of nor would I pay $370 for a battery and asked why I wasn’t called. After telling them I did not authorize or instruct them to do anything other than diagnose, they demanded $70 to remove the new battery and reinstall the original one. On top of that, the rude unprofessional female employee and clueless substitute Mgr demanded I pay tax when I specifically told them when I dropped the vehicle off that it was titled for resale through my dealership and I was tax exempt. She then added $10 sales tax for a $60 invoice which was a fraudulent 15%+ tax rate when labor is not even taxable in the state of Ohio!! Called their Corporate office customer service and they promised a call to the store and then a follow up to me...NOTHING, and still waiting for call. Just confirmed that now the Ohio Attorney General will be investigating them for fraudulent business practices and illegal sales tax rates and collections as they said they’ve had other complaints for same issues.

We were visiting from out of town and developed a brake issue that made our truck undrivable. Monro was able to fit us in and get it fixed in under two hours at a VERY reasonable cost. They saved our trip and we are forever grateful.
This is my favorite place to get my oil changed because they make the experience so convenient! I work nearby so I am typically able to drop my car off and they work an oil change in when they see fit and I pick my car up after my work day. Tom is easy to work with and always closes each experience I have there positively. If you are in the area, I recommend this place!
Chad was the visiting manager on the day I brought my car in for an oil change. Of course they discovered a bigger issue then just a routine oil change BUT Chad took the time to problem solve and went above and beyond in providing top notch customer service by finding us the best deal while keeping our best interest at hand! I chose this Monro based on other reviews, and I am not disappointed! I had concerns about my brakes, so I brought my car in for an inspection. The service was prompt, and the employees were friendly and knowledgeable. They did a complete check of my brakes and suspension, and rather than insisting I needed something fixed or replaced unnecessarily (like many places do - especially with women), they assured me that everything was fine and nothing needed to be done. They did not talk down to me. To top it all off, the inspection was FREE! Thank you for your service and honesty, Monro!! When my car requires other services, I will be bringing it to you!
Sometimes it takes longer than quoted, but that’s to be expected honestly. Overall, great service, great staff, convenient location. I feel like I’m getting a good price for a good job.
Herb fixed me up with 4 new tires and 2 new brake pads, beat NTBs price and saved me more but having to replace rotors! Also beat NTBs price on 2 new tires for my van, both service appointments were a good experience.
They were very nice and found every discount they could to help me... so that is how I felt about a month ago. Now I will probably not go back they did really hard to find me all the discounts but now I have realized they shorted me over a quart of oil and it has cost me $200 in repair and that is from my regular guy that is way cheaper then any other shop he fixed it for cheap it prbably would have cost me at least $500 at a “shop”

I took my car in to get the front struts replaced. They actually were able to meet my budget, even with a new battery as an unexpected cost. Then when I expressed concerns that my car still didnt feel right after they repairs, they took my concern seriously, going as far as having the tech drive around with me so I could explain the problem.
I had an emergency flat tire, and they were able to fit me in the same-day, offer fast and affordable tire replacement and oil change for barely any additional cost. Great place!
I set an appointment for an oil change. Didnt have to wait long and the guy that changed my oil for me was so nice. I got a recommendation on what oil I needed and found out the best and cheapest oil for my car. I would highly recommend.

Great experience! Got me in quickly. I needed my front brakes replaced - the problem was diagnosed quickly, repair done under the amount of time originally estimated. The staff explained the problem in laymans terms, how to fix them, and charged a very fair price. In addition, they explained warranties which will be very helpful in the future. They also noticed future problems and gave me a suggested timeline to have them repaired, a general quote for how much it should cost, but didnt try and oversell me or push me on anything unnecessary (where other places probably would). Honest mechanics that work hard! Cant recommend a better place. Also close by to quite a few places if you would prefer to wait at a Panera, Starbucks, etc.
Ridiculously overpriced. Came in for a quote on a basic tune-up. They quoted over 1k for 200$ of parts and 30min of labor. This place is a complete ripoff, avoid at all costs.
Had some brake pads needing replaced (let them grind a little too long...the week of my wedding my car sounded like it was going to die in the mall parking lot) and they were able to fix my car in a few hours and on a Sunday no less! Nick at the front desk was great!
Herb and Nick were amazing they were able to get me in and out within 15 minutes after my car battery died. They even offered to come help me jump start the car. Herb treats his customers like gold!
A friend recommended this shop, and I was not disappointed. The level of honesty, service, and consideration by the staff, especially Tom (the manager,) is superb.I sent my mother to them when she arrived in Columbus and heard a horrible thunking noise when getting off the highway. Turns out the dealership had installed a part of her brakes at the wrong angle, and Monro fixed it for her for free.(This is after her struggling with the dealership, telling them there was something wrong, and them patting her on the head, sending her on her way.) If they hadnt been open Memorial Day, and if they hadnt kept looking to find the problem, my mom might well have lost her brakes trying to find someone to take care of her.Thank you, Monro and Tom!
I recently went to Monro first thing in the morning on a Friday of a holiday weekend and I was worried they wouldn’t be able to fix my car before I left for a trip. Sure enough they did! I can always count on Monro. Great service, great price, & great people!
Monro got me right in even though they had a full schedule. They greeted me with kindness and explained in full what was wrong with my tire and a description of the charges. This was the third place I had gone to. The first two didn’t greet me right away and did not attempt to fit me in. I won’t waste my time anymore and will take my business straight to Monro.
Tom and his crew are great! Wife had vehicle problems and stopped in the shop to have them take a look. Found the problem and got her back on the road in no time, didnt try to upsell her or tell her she needed things done that didnt need it. Made her feel comfortable and we will be back. Thank you!

I had an issue with my car and had gotten several estimates, but when I went to monro, not only did they tell me that the estimates I had gotten included repairs tht were not necessary, but the repairs that did need done were significantly cheaper at Monro than other garages. The manager; I believe his name was Tom was super professional and extremely knowledgeable. Thanks to Tom and his crew, I saved almost 300$ over my other estimates! Thanks!
ATTENTION!!! Do not use this place, not only did they scam my Girlfriend into getting her tires balanced without them needing it, they charged her $600 to fix the overheating problem which wouldve been fine if it was fixed but it was not they then call her explaining that it will be another $2000 to fix a problem they already said was fixed. I drove to pick up her car and when they pulled it out front for me to get it i started the engine the whole engine was shaking it wasnt doing that when we brought it in, the guy told me he would find out the problem and not charge her for what was wrong that was also a lie . These guys are sneaky they will try to squeeze what ever money they can out of you. Theyre as dirty as they are incompetent! For the sake of your wallet go someplace trust worthy.
Its ironic that they answer the phone with How may I earn your business when found every way to lose my business. This was my first and last time at Monro.I had my rotors and pads replaced at this location. They sent me home with my vehicle that night without clips since they put the brakes on and then realized they were missing those parts. They asked me to come back the next day and promised it would take no more than 30 minutes to make it right. I drove home that night with some clanking and rubbing in the brakes but thought it would be remedied with the missing part. I returned the next day during my lunch time and they told me it would be over an hour. Since I did not have an hour I asked my boyfriend to bring it in the following day and made an appointment for 1pm.When my boyfriend showed up early at 10, Tom made reference over the phone to their parts guy regarding how inconvenient it was that his 1pm appointment had shown up early then proceeded to let my boyfriend know they did not even have THE PART IN AT THAT TIME, TWO DAYS LATER!He waited 3 hours and left feeling belittled and pretty irritated but I at least thought my car was fixed. I drove the car over the weekend and the rubbing noise still had not subsided. I have had the car for three years and have NEVER had an issue with a low frequency rubbing noise prior to bringing it into their shop. When I called about the noise, made an appointment and brought the car in for the FOURTH time, the manager decided to argue with me in lobby, in front of other customers, stating that I could not POSSIBLY be hearing the front brakes and expressed how inconvenienced he was to take a look at the brakes again. He proceeded to drive it around the block and put it up on the lift.My observation was that he turned the tires a bit, touched them, talked and laughed with his coworkers, then left my car up there and made me wait 30 minutes just to come out and tell me he heard the noise I was describing while driving around but was certain it was not coming from the front brakes. He never removed the tires or inspected the brakes and I left feeling completely insulted with a car that does NOT sound right.I will NEVER return to that location.

I have taken my Jeep here for things I cant do on my own. That is saying a lot, I dont trust a lot of people with my Jeep. The manager is always nice and willing to help me get a convenient appointment. Also, bc they know I do work on my Jeep, the manager, and the mechanics talk shop to me. Inform me of what we are doing, and what I should plan on repairing next. I know if I need anything I can come here and will always be taken care of. I have and will continue to refer friends here.

Horrible. I took my Saturn to Monro on Fishinger Blvd because the pipe was dragging from the catalytic converter. When I was called with a quote, I was given a quote for my brakes and shocks. I had to ask about the muffler/pipe. He had no idea why I brought my car in. He later called back with a 1360.56 estimate. I called a trusted company I used for years when I lived in Licking county, he quoted me 329.00 for the same work! I paid 350.00 OUT THE DOOR for the entire repair. ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS?! Monro is a scam. Do not go here. I am glad I drove the 45 minutes to my trusted place in Licking County. (L & F Muffler in Newark if you are so inclined)

Dont fall for the façade of what can we do to earn your business as its just their robotic way of answering the phone, not a genuine desire.My wife has been in there seven times since April (today is September 6th). Her first visit was satisfactory and they serviced as needed. The SIX times that she has been since because of a grinding that shes been feeling (they had the nerve of correcting us after the sixth visit, saying that we misconstrued it for grinding when it was technically a shudder, which regardless of how you describe it, they shouldve felt it when they supposedly test drove it as my wife, myself, and our family members feel it literally every time we drive the vehicle).Nearly every time shes been in, they try something new tacking on a new charge for service, telling us that theyre confident that its been remedied, which it never has been.This last time they diagnosed it as something to do with the ABS sensor (which my uncle, who is a paramedic, not a mechanic, immediately diagnosed after driving the car for five minutes), but they said that they didnt have a fix for it and wouldnt want to throw parts at it and guess, which they have already done multiple times.Lastly, if they tell you they call right back, expect to have to call them the next day because they got slammed.Save yourself the headache and go to a competent shop.

Husband had an appointment he made online. Got there and the guy said there was nothing in the system. So he showed him the confirmation number and the guy said well I still cant help you then in mid conversation answered the phone and completely blew my husband off...terrible Customer service. Glad he didnt wait it out for them to do my tires...

I agree with Sam O yelp review. The store and site say open at 7:30 am and the few times I’ve been there they haven’t opened until 8 am Or in one case 9am. The techs drift in when they feel like it and move with little to no urgency. Keep in mind this is with an appointment which they claimed they never got. Never again. Between tardiness and rudeness from the staff I’m taking my business elsewhere.

This is the only place I go to get my oil changed. I know this shop isnt going to massively overcharge me like so many places have before. I no longer live in the area but still will go out of my way to get any work or oil changes done here because I trust them.

Had to get a new battery on my van, not same vehicle and went tot sams club.... no installation fees, and they wire brushed my connectors and put a little oil/lube to help with rust ... and again NO INSTALLATION FEE!!!

Save your self the headache and take your car some where else for tires. I tried to give the benefit of the doubt here but after now having to take my car back for the 4th time for the same tire I can’t. Ended up taking it the Hilliard Rome location of which they hopefully now fixed what these guys couldn’t get right. Never again.
HERB is the best. He took car of both of my cars and figured out what was wrong with them when no one else could.

2022-05-17I called a few places in the area and they didn’t seem to understand my concerns. Once I called this location I spoke with HERB and immediately drove there to get my car checked out. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I was only coming to inspect my engine light and tire pressure and left there with 4 new tires, alignment, brakes checked and an oil change. I really appreciate him and his team for everything. This will be my repair shop for all my car issues ,everything is done smoothly and the customer service is top tier !

2022-06-14This place is by far one of the best auto shops I have ever heard of and had experience with. I had a serious problem with my Mustang on my road trip and they took it treated it right diagnosed the problem fixed it and were reasonable and fair priced. If youre a person that values your car staying clean and want to voice concerns and know exactly whats being done with your car this is the place. The owner is a car guy himself so he understands the best is the only way.

2022-04-15I came to this location this afternoon to get one of my wheels inspected. I was driving home from work when my car struck a curb and bent my wheel rim a day prior. I came here on a wim, no appointment, just needing advice. I explained what happened and Herb the store manager and another gentlemen came out and inspected it. Long story short I couldn’t afford the service today and Herb graciously and generously repaired my bent rim and gave me a wheel alignment free of charge. (I even had issues with my car not starting and they confirmed that it was a starter issue, and even took the time to show me the issue.) This was my very first time coming to Tire Choice and I had initially planned to go to a different location this morning but decided to come here and I am so thankful I did. You all blessed me and relieved me today. I can not express my appreciation enough. Thank you. 🙏🏼

2022-07-07I called in and the manager made an appointment for me on Thursday at 9am. I arrived at Thursday at 9am to find out by a tech that there is nobody here to look at your care today. We might be able to get to it tomorrow if you can leave it. Why make appointments if there is no one to do the service? Also I had to come back due to issues that came up after everything was fixed by them in May, and then dont even have anyone to do the work when they make the appointment. Thankfully Discount Tire was able to get me in the same day and fix what I needed. I will not be returning to Ture Choice and would not suggest them to others. A simple phone call would have gone a long way in this situation.

2021-09-23Came here on a whim to get my tire patched after months of dealing with slowly losing air. They got me in quickly and put to the top of the priority list since I didnt have anyone to come get me while I waited. Absolutely friendly and helpful staff! I went back for an oil change later after such great service. I plan to get my new tires later this year from them as well. They earned a new consistent customer in me!
