The customer service is great! They are very helpful, and the manager did an amazing job!
They took time out of their busy schedule to find the tires I need it for my car and go to another store and pick them up. He also showed me what was going on with my front end being out of alignment so I had to align my car after I got the new tires. These guys do good work I recommend them for all auto repairs
I called This morning to see if I could get my car looked at because my heat was no longer working, they said no problem if you can drop it off for the day... I was expecting a call which never came and then found out they close at five and are not open on Sunday.I would have appreciated a call to notify me that they didn’t have time to look at my car... I have to work Monday and they are not open on Sunday... not sure what I’m going to do now. Would have appreciated a heads up or at least leaving my keys in my car.
We moved up into the Logan county area 5 years ago from Columbus. I really didnt know what to think. Our family had been going to the same mechanic in Columbus for 10+ years, and couldnt have been happier. So losing him was a big hit to us after our move.After doing bouncing around from to shop to shop, and not really finding what we had been looking for. We decided to give Tire Choice a go. We started with just an oil change, which was where we met the store manager, Nick Barnes.I was blown away at his knowledge, he was able to answer any and all questions (Lord knows I had quite a few!) and was just as friendly and respectful as anyone can be. Pardon the cliche, but it was like picking up a conversation with a best friend after a short absence. Nick went above and beyond for my wife and I that day. We went from going in for a simple oil change to check out the place to being set on making this our shop of choice from the future forward.We have since gone back for numerous (thankfully) small repairs/services and Nick continues to just knock it out of the park. Im not one to normally write reviews, but this had to be done.Weve told all of our friends about the shop and the professional treatment we have always gotten. Scam shop!!!!! Went for an alignment, they refused to do the alignment stating my rear wheel bearings were shot and would cause a no good alignment..... wheel bearings where brand new. They wanted $800 from me. Would trust them with a hot wheels
We were visiting from out of town in a small town close to Bellefontaine and found a headlight was out. We had to choose a place to get it fixed and fortunately we went to Tire Choice. Not only did he change it on the spot (clearly he was working in other cars) but he wouldn’t charge us saying it didn’t take long. We had to go back the next day as tire pressure gauge was on! Now what? Turns out there was a nail in the tire. Again, they fixed it while we waited which was great as we had to be back on the road the next day to travel a long distance.Wish this place was in the town where we live as I would use them going forward. Highly recomnend them.

My husband’s van needed a rear tire ASAP. He usually goes to Walmart to get the Douglas tires. Well, due to COVID-19, their tire center is shut down. I was told I could still buy the tire there to which I laughed because I don’t have the equipment to put the tire on the wheel. Lol The time was 4:45pm on Wednesday and we were half an hour away. I called Tire Choice and a super nice guy named Ray answered the phone. He told me he would stay open later to put a new tire on for us!! Because Ray was so HELPFUL and COURTEOUS, we purchased 2 new Yokohama tires!! THANK YOU VERY MUCH RAY AND TIRE CHOICE CENTER!! You made a not so good day FABULOUS!! God bless!!
Just went in for a tire rotation. I can’t say enough about the staff at this location. They had to try to get my tires off that were stuck due to a different auto service putting them on incorrectly. I will be back and highly recommend! THANK YOU!!

Got me in quickly when the shop in Urbana had an issue. Helped me clarify the problem, covered by the brakes for life warranty for my brake pads, and got the new pads on quickly. The manager is a good guy, focused and efficient. Good experience, all told.
Worst ever!! Go in and can see the guy in the lobby sleeping. One vehicle being worked on and I get turned away and told they don’t have time because they are about to close! Hours state they are open till 6pm so why are they getting ready to close when it is 330. And why would the guy ( Rick) be sleeping in the lobby when he is supposed to be working??? I will gladly take my business to people that don’t have a problem working and are not sleeping on the job.
Very impressed with the mechanic at Monro Muffler. I went in for an alignment but according to their system it was fine. He said he didnt want to do work that wasnt needed. His honesty was greatly appreciated! Highly recommend!!
I would like to give a HUGE shout out to Gary! My family and I were stuck at a gas station close to his shop when our Buick died. I first called a tow truck then called his shop and Gary answered and I explained that our car wouldn’t start. Gary kept me calm and said that he would drive the company truck over and try to jump us. It worked and we followed him back to the shop where he then tested our battery. Good news was that the battery was fine he explained that sometimes the batteries go out on short drives. He proceeded charge it for a little while longer. Gary was friendly and professional and he went ABOVE AND BEYOND for me and my family! THANK YOU SO MUCH GARY you are the true meaning of customer service!
I bought a used car with high mileage and was suspecting potential suspension issues due to how it had been handling in winter weather. Monroe scheduled me in right away and did a suspension and alignment check. The car passed all their tests, so they didnt charge anything or try to oversell me. Their assessment is thats how this car with these tires will handle. 5 stars for honesty and professionalism.
I just had a tune up and oil change for my 2005 Chevy trailblazer, I would give more stars but feel like for 6 spark plugs at 38.50 each plus 35 each to put them in is a little excessive. How can 6 spark plugs be $441.00 can someone please explain. Overall the guys were nice and I give them 5 stars! The total price for a tune up and oil change (I chose the oil change for high mileage around 40 to 50 bucks) was $667.90, is this normal?
Ive taken my both of my cars to these guys with everything they are able to fix (Dodge needs dealership tools occasionally) and if Im in town needing an oil change, they are my first choice every time and they have always done right by me. They treat their customers well and are quick to do their work. Ill continue going to them for everything I need 😊
Excellent service! 19 year old truck had many issues but Rick Deis massaged their schedule & tech Mike Casperson came in early to make sure the work got done the day promised. Hope I don need them again but now have a preferred shop if needed. Thanks guys!

I got a flat tire at 5:30 at night. Brought it in to this tire choice center and they squeezed me into a busy evening, and even mounted it for me. The service was top-notch and speedy. Can’t recommend them enough.

Low tire light came on, so stopped at 7:30 AM when they opened. They got me right in, discovered a leaky valve stem, replaced it, and didnt charge me a dime! I would definitely take my car there for service in the future!
Dropped car off to be worked on while at work. Car was not worked on. They failed to check issues I asked them to. Paid 129.00 for alignment. Go to another shop for car. Hell wal mart would be better choices.
I do this because of my phone conversation,I ask about taking a bad tire off & wanting the spare tire mounted on to the original rim & balanced he told me $50Way too much & no courtesy. Just wiped you off the list!
If no stars were possible I would give it to them. Ive received three oil changes from the row in the last year Ive used conventional Valvoline all of these times. On Saturday the 24th 2018 I was told I cannot use this oil anymore I have to use the recommended oil by Chevrolet. But it was okay the first three times I used it. Course theres a $20 price gouge involved in the Chevrolet oil. Will not be back spoke to my family that all drive GM products they will not give them there money either. see the sales representatives for Monroe make their employees push certain kind of for there Kickbacks of course oil I was told by their employees that you can always go up in the quality your oil but you cant go down so there for the oil they put it in your car is low quality oil and I would bring that up to him next time you want to get a oil change.

Stopped in for leaky aluminum rims, bad bead seal. Ended up replacing brakes and having all the tires resealed. Technician Ray went over and above to make sure everything was fixed and showed me how badly I needed brakes. Thanks to Tire Choice and Ray.
Ive been here several times, and had only good experiences. Their staff has been helpful, and their pricing is very reasonable. Will definitely continue going here for oil changes and more.
Thank you to the folks at Monro! My wife and I went in just before they closed with a busted tire and they replaced it with one we bought from Walmart, who could not replace it for some reason, plus they did it at no cost to me. You guys saved our backs!

Richard explained everything well. The reason for the 4 star is the oil change percentage on computer not rest and the paper floor mat not removed. New person being trained so I understand.
Have made to tire installation appointments with this company. For the first one I got there and they scheduled it wrong and a tech was leaving and cannot install tires. Reschedule the second time and running behind 30 minutes. Will not be back.
After stoping in to have them check a shake in my steering wheel, they had loosened the bolts on my tire and didn’t tighten them back up and caused my car to break off two studs, would never recommend.
Had an oil change appointment. They would not put the regular oil in my car that I wanted. They explained that my car requires a different oil and I could damage my engine if I use the wrong oil. Thanks Jim. I will be back.
My Jeep became so loud it was embarrassing to drive ......Im so thankful for the fast and friendly service. The cost was very reasonable.... I will diffently send people to them

2022-02-16Tire Choice Auto Service go above and beyond. I was stranded with a complete flat tire. And normally they dont do house calls but they came to me, got my tire, took it to the shop and fixed it, then brought it back, all while it was snowing pretty hard and very extremely cold out. They all have very excellent customer service. And the tech that came out was super sweet. They were a God send. Thank you Tire Choice Auto Service for being amazing!!!

2022-07-18My 18 year old had a nail in his back passenger tire, so he made a appointment to get it fixed, or get a new tire put on today. Well all they did was break TWO lugnut studs off and try to charge him $30 to fix them. Plus $230 for a new tire.🙄 Seems to me they seen a 18 year old kid with Honda whites on and a new Civic and tried to take Advantage of him! My advice is find a different place in town because this place is Shady!!! I would say more but Ive wasted enough time on this place today!

2022-06-27They tore my car up I simply explained my problem I ask them not to drive my car until they figured out why it was tearing my cvc boot up it took 3 weeks for a part but before they they were driving my car unauthorized an tore it up again I called them serveral times they kept saying waiting on parts they cost me an extra 200 $ to get it fully fixed which ended up costing a total of over 400 bucks this place is crooked an no good

2021-12-17I had a vehicle that broke down. This company was able to repair my vehicle in 4 hours. Other auto repair shops usually take a full day or longer for these types of repair. Great job.Unfortunately I had additional problems with my vehicle of a different nature. Nick and his crew were great in fixing the problem. The only thing it took longer then expected to fix but at no fault of the crew. Nevertheless they did a great job. Thanks again.

2021-12-09My fiancé used them last year to get tires for his car the Bellefontaine shop didn’t have his tires so they sent him to Springfield and the guys were so helpful! They’ve been fantastic to work with.I got a flat tire and called about 40 minutes before they closed and asked them if I could drop my tire off and then drop my car off that following morning to get the tire put back on. The gentleman on the phone said absolutely not a problem. The next morning they got me taken care of. I would highly recommend them for any tire needs. We’ve had nothing but a positive experience with them and they seem like they truly care about their customers.

2019-05-31The guys here are so nice and friendly. Always upfront and honest. Always takes pride in the work and the customers car. Stopped in today to get tires on my Jeep. I know I will leave with a vehicle safe for the road. The price is fair and in line with most tire places... Yes I checked. If you want good quality products you have to pay a little more. Nothing less then the best for our vehicles. The service is top notch. I am glad to Gary back in this store.

2022-03-04Purchase tires a week ago called back complaining three different times about a vibration and a shaking to have my tire fault off of my car and then I’m told that I am refused service at that location because I filed a complaint but why would I want to do business with anybody that is going to allow their employees and their managers to put other peoples lives in danger and pass out their personal information like their phone number and address the shop has literally become a joke

2020-10-19Talked with Ray this morning (right when the store opened) and was very impressed with his customer service--a lot of times people struggle to show a smile through the phone that early. Also, when I got to the shop, he took the time to explain exactly what I needed to get me out the door safely. Thanks for your professionalism, Ray--thats how you keep customers coming back!

2021-06-11I dropped off my car for a couple rear tires and they tried to upsell me all four plus new shocks. I was unwilling to pay $2k for all that and didnt appreciate the upsell (shocks are only $60/ea on RockAuto) so I picked up my car instead. We have a trusted mechanic in town and my partner can do most of the work himself anyways so I only needed the tires and would have preferred them to just have done what was asked.
