My first car recently gave out. As a broke college student I was dreading this day. Me and my mom went searching for a car that was cheap but also nice. We also wanted to work with good and honest people as well. We found all of those things at Tim’s. The process was very simple and they helped me find a car that was perfect for me. They were not pushy or sketchy, and had my best interest at heart. I had a mechanical issue with the car shortly after i took it home. I called Kelly and she was extremely quick to offer a solution and made the situation less stressful than it should have been. I recommend Tim’s to all of my friends, and i’d recommend them to anyone look for a nice, used and affordable car.
The coolest people. I hate buying cars. But this time was painless, so easy. I highly highly recommend them to anybody.
From the time I inquired about the car to the time we left the dealership, it was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Tim, Kelly, Jamal, they were all so fun and easy going. Really cool place! I easily scored a 2010 Nissan Versa with low mileage for $3100! Tims a nice guy. He was very busy when I was there so must be doing something correct! I had found him by searching for cars on Facebook marketplace. Didnt end up buying the car I was originally looking at, but Tim was gladly whiling to move his cars around so I could test drive the car I ended up buying! Great place!
My daughter bought a previous car from these people and were very happy. I took my daughter today to look at another one because her first one got totaled and I was very happy with the guys attitude and the car and price that he sold to my daughter. Glory be to God almighty for giving her the deal and giving her favor with the guy at the car lot but I recommend buying a car from here based on these experiences.
This was the most terrible experience that I’ve ever had when it comes to purchasing a car. He honestly lied straight to my face about a car and then sold me a car with safety concerns that could’ve actually killed me. Then, when I spoke to him about it he told me that he personally knew that the car had problems and I was just confused on why he didn’t tell me. Going here is a waste of time!! He cannot be trusted and I will never ever come back. Usually I do not write reviews or anything however the fact that my safety was put in jeopardy because of money deserves the truth be exposed!
The worst place I ever bought a vehicle ,the lady was drinking while doing paperwork she put 5500 on title I purchased it for 10000,then a month later the wldnt give me day or time to fix the issues they was supposed to never wld have thought they wld rip a customer off for 10000
Came in to look at a vehicle I saw on Facebook market place as soon as I came in I didnt like the woman at the desks attitude she didnt try to really tell me about the vehicle she seems very stuck up I think she just trys to sell you anything rather its a good car or not. The man who showed me around was really nice he showed me a vehicle I really liked but after talking to her again and the way she spoke to me I didnt even want to purchase anything from her at that point.
Kelly, the GM was amazing. They were so honest and up front about everything, good or bad. They have good prices and they had their prices on the cars so you dont have to ask about every single one! They do financing and work with everyone to try to get them in the car you want. I will be going back when I need my next car and will tell everyone to get their cars there.
Bought a 2009 Subaru Impreza from Mr. Palmer, and the transaction went well. I believe I got a good price for the car and Tim helped me out a lot with my interstate title transfer. He knew the local mechanics and sent my car over for an inspection and was very straightforward about a few items on a list that needed a little love. The car runs great, and I haven’t found any issues that weren’t already talked about. If I have the misfortune of needing another car any time soon, I will search Tim’s inventory first. I chose to wait a little while before leaving a review to ensure I didn’t find something that made me regret the purchase, and so far all is well.
Bought a WRX from Tims last week and I am super pleased with the entire experience. My husband is a master tech and he checked over the entire car and says it has been well maintained. Tim was honest and down to earth. Completely different than any other dealership I have ever been to. I will be back when its time to upgrade!
We went in and had less than 2 hours to find and buy a car due to our work schedule. Tim went above and beyond and even offered me a sweater because I didn’t bring a jacket and it was cold! 100% recommend this place if you are looking for a car or truck. I have been a repeat customer of Tims for the past year and a half. Him and his staff are fantastic! Best priced cars around and he is honest and upfront about anything the car may need. Just bought a 2009 Camry from here yesterday, and so far so good! Kelly did a great job helping me find a car, she also worked with me on price and I’m taking it back in Sunday to get the bumper fixed for free! Tim was also really knowledgeable and helpful whenever it came to all my moms questions lol they even printed off a page for my mom stating there was no recalls on the vehicle! I will be recommending to my friends and anyone looking for a solid car at a good price.

-3 days after I bought it, it wouldn’t start. They said the replaced the starter but didn’t cause they recently showed my old one-was told $50 to tow from my house but was charged $75 TWICE-dirty napkins/crumbs were left in my car.-car was towed with HALF A TANK OF GAS, got it back on E.-added a button to my car so now I have to use my key AND the button for it to start?-alarm now goes off when I roll my window down.Recommend them to two friends and they both had bad experiences.

Went here during after getting my taxes, I think everyone else had the same idea. Half of Akron was at this little shop. Tim and his office manager Kelly were very nice and helpful through the chaos. We test drove 3 cars, and found a nice Subaru for a good deal. Driving for 5 days, no problems other than she already hit a parking pole. I wonder if they do body work too? Would definitely recommend.
This guy is shipping cars in from other states so they have no rust! I called a couple weeks ago asking for a kinda specific Subaru. I put $500 bucks down and he looked for 2 weeks and found what I wanted- In New Mexico! Well worth the wait! Got me a great payment and a nice warranty too!
What a great experience I’ve had going to Tim’s auto they are always their to help u with what ever car or price u are seeking. Tim is always reasonable on prices and try’s to help u as much as he can! Kelly got me approved for a loan I didn’t think I could get but she got it done. A friend of mine brought me to Tim’s because I needed to find a car quick. I will say that he had a lotOf options. I test drove two cars and finally decided toGet my 09 Jeep Liberty. He told me it was minor things that needed to be fixed... but after 2 days of driving it, Definitely needed way more Work done toIt. But I love my Jeep. The only thing I can say that they need to work on is the titles. I been waiting awhile now for my title so I can get my hard plates... I’ve been pulled over 4 times due to the fact myWindows are tinted so ppl can’t really see my tags that I have. I got The car late February and it’s now about to be April and I still haven’t received myTitle. My tags will be up in the next week hopefully I can get a call Or Something
Just bought our Nissan Sentra from Tim. He has a ton of cars there, I dont know how they get around the parking lot. All the cars are priced cheaply, and the employees are super honest. Maybe too honest lol. He made me test drive a couple just so I could get a feel for what I was buying. I feel comfortable there, and I will be sure to bring my niece when shes ready for a car!
This place is horrible. no customer service at all. No organization. All they want is your money. stay away its not woth it. I have had to get three 45 day tags because first they couldnt find my Title. I also had to show proof of last payment because they thought I still owed money. The DMV warned me about them and said they do this all the time to customers. Tim and Kelly suck at their jobs. March 18th is when I got the vehicle and its June 11th and I still have no title
Prices are fair. Tims a nice guy, but Ive had nothing but problems since I got the car home. I bought it in August and havent been able to drive it due to multiple issues. I reached out to tim and he refused any kind of help other than you can use my mechanics but you have to pay full price who never knew the fan wasnt working and that the nuetral safety switch was bad and that the brakes were completely locked up (which I knew the brakes were rough after test driving)

Kelly posted a 2008 Explorer online and my wife responded paying 1200 because she wanted to sell cheap to make room for more inventory... The Key word was cheap! My wife had the car for less them 24hrs when the powersteering pully blew out of the engine! Took it to a garage to get fixed and after 500 in parts and labor the garage made us sign a waiver stating they were not responsible if anything happened after leaving there shop because the Mechanic stated the car was unsafe and wouldnt recommend driving it. My wife contacted kelly who just kept saying she felt horrible because she drove it arohnd the lot and nothing was wrong with it.... And to top it all off she advertised a 2008 Explorer and the bill of sale says its a 2003! Dont know where you find your employees but youll loose business with Kelly at the wheel! So my wife is out 1200 for the car 500 in repairs and Tims Auto Sourcing isnt even offering an apology!
Tim and family are nice However, he told me I can contact him for parts...I did that and he did not respond . The engine light is still on in the car and the car can not pass Echeck. If you buy a car from here take your mechanic. and drive the car for an hour to see if the engine light will come one. A lesson learned...if a place does not give at the least a 30 day warrant as this place does not...go somewhere else.
I dont usually purchase from small car dealers, but this place had many of the cars I was looking for. The cars were cleaner than the big chain dealerships I went to first. Tim is very down to earth and made my daughter and I feel like family. Ill be back for another one once my tax return hits the bank!

I had a good experience while I was there and seem like super fresh staff Although I did mines a car as is I do not suggest getting a car from there if you live in a county that needs a check I’ve had nothing but problems with the car when I first bought it I was aware of the check engine light and it came up as a code for cam sensors I have put over $500 into the car trying to fix it They also whacked impact the back corner panels and door jams which if you were not a car person that means they filled them with body filler to cover rust and then sprayed over them causing the doors to rust very easily and this was done to try and make the car look better and sell for more than it was worth. The E check station also said that they have had a Lot of cars come in from Tim’s auto sourcing that have to be waived because they will not pass a check
I just recently got my car from Tim’s and I must say this is hands down the best dealership I’ve ever been too. They are efficient, extremely nice and great to work with. I encourage everyone to go there, Im sure I fought my set dealership. Thank you guys !
I saw the ad on Facebook that Kelly (the general manager) posted. She was so responsive, honest and helpful. Everyone there was so up front about everything. I bought a car from them last week and Im going this weekend to buy another one. I will continue to do business with them.

Although not ever car is pristine they are straight forward and will do what ever it takes to help you out. I have bought three vehicle from them. Kelly is especially great to work with she is a no nonsense type of women and will do everthing she can to help you out. Was burnt by another car lot in the area ,bought my 17yr old son acar and motor went bad in a week
My sister and I purchased a Ford Escape up there. While parking can be a bit messy, they seem to have alot of nice cars. I was a bit surprised that the prices were not higher. We had gone to a couple other car places and they seemed alot higher...not sure why? My sister has been driving her SUV for a couple weeks now, no issues. Thanks!

Tim needs a bigger lot! Too many cars to chose from. Got a good running Malibu to get back and forth from work for $1500 bucks! Hard to find honest dealers now a days!
We were the unlucky ones and bought ourselves a “lemon” of a car drove it for a month before it broke down from rust. Leaving Three stars because you cannot predict when a car will break down, but just wish that Tim and crew (car experts) would have told us ignorant buyers more about the rust.Do your research before buying any car, and don’t marry a car. Get it checked out by someone your trust.
Cars are lower price than youre usually going to find anywhere else yes there may be a couple issues with them but if you know how to fix up cars yourself its a great way to get a great deal on a car or even make a good turnaround profit I will be buying a car from there soon

2022-01-31Tim’s is a good place to get a used vehicle. He is very friendly, but more importantly upfront and honest. You let him know your budget and he will show you all available cars in your budget. He lets you know right upfront what’s wrong with the vehicle’s or if they need anything. It’s hard to find decent used cars or dealerships with honest people working at them, but Tim’s is definitely one of the few around. If your looking for a used vehicle I highly recommend going to see Tim.

2022-02-27Tim and his staff were very nice and respectful but for the cars I was looking at in my budget between $2500 and $3000, all the cars I test drove(3) had significant amount of issues. To fix the issues it would cost more to fix than what the price advertised is for. Not worth it.. I knew there would be issues but they dont even inspect them if they cost under $5000. I think he just looks at the cars and gives whatever price he thinks it looks good at. You can have a nice looking car with minimal damage or rust, but if it has significant issues under the hood the price should go down. Even Kelley blue book asks if theres anything wrong with it to have a fair price to sell it at. The owner needs to have someone check out each individual car and write down everything that is wrong with it and re do prices to match condition of the car. If People are spending what they can afford for something to work not put a bunch if money into it. Im a single mom of 2 kids on disability I only get a 1000 a month. I need a reliable car not something I have to fix a whole bunch of stuff on it. When I just saved several of thousands for a car and been with out a car for seceral months when I need one asap.. Mechanics are expensive on top of that $100 an hour...........not even including if it needs towed($100), and diagnostic test($250)

2022-06-12Just bought a 2008 Ford F-150 king ranch and drove it from the lot 2 and half hours home with no issues at all very friendly honest people all around they have a mechanic on site that will check codes and literally tell you any issues what dealership does that now the owner will go out his way to speak with everyone and give advice and options not to mention was the best price dealership in a 300 mile radius from me awesome place I will definitely do business again

Look under your data base for Haley Nice, you traded me a Pontiac G6 that was garbage. An oil & antifreeze leak, all 4 tires were shot, brakes & rotors? Garbage. The lights cut out sometimes. My car that was 2013 Mazda, with ONE mechanical issue was booked at almost $7,000.Thank you, and make sure you check your “data base” because if it isn’t there I can always send you a copy of the bill of sale through email. 🤗🤗

2022-05-16Beyond beyond disappointing shop couple of years ago my mom purchased a car from there and when she went in there to talk about the Warranty she said she didn’t have it. Then I thought about giving them another shot so I told my boyfriend why don’t we go up there and get you a car. they gave us a 2015 Jeep Cherokee that had corroded wires. would not pay for it we had to pay out of pocket to pay for corroded wires. And then on top of that they gave us cars that did not have new brakes or they did not check the brake system. so I recommend NEVER going to Tim’s auto. Haven’t even had the car for 6 months and have to replace both control arms and the wheelbarring. So all together spent 1400

2021-12-11This was my first time ever financing a car because Ive always owned my cars outright with no payments. I have to say that everyone here went above and beyond to get me into a car that I needed and did not take advantage of me not knowing much about the process. I like how everything was broken down and explained to me. I love my car! The customer service was awesome and if anyone needs a good car go here these guys will treat you well.UPDATE: I had to take my car back to get the muffler and back brakes fixed but I got a loaner to drive while my car was in their care and it was repaired at a really discounted price and was ready 24 hours after I took it in. I am still impressed with these folks and will still be giving them my business in the future.

2021-07-06Just purchased my second vehicle from Tim. I bought a Ford Transit Connect for my small business almost a year ago. I could not have been happier with the value and service that I experienced. When it came time to purchase my next vehicle personally, I called Tim to see if he had any inventory of a specific make and model. Although he did not, he asked a few simple questions and told me that he would call me when he found what I was looking for. Within a week or two, he called and let me know when he would have the vehicle. After testing it himself, he let me know if was ready. I test drove it the next day and made the purchase. He has remained available any time that Ive called and answered any questions that Ive had proficiently. I cannot recommend this business enough to anyone looking to maximize value and experience superior customer service!

2021-06-29I bought a 2011 Subaru here in cash and the moment I drove it around the block at my house Ive had issues. The first stop sign I stopped at the entire car just stopped.Every person looking at cars at Tims was told what was wrong with each car they were looking at in advance, but I wasnt. My Subaru is automatic and stalls 75 percent of the time I brake to stop. I took it to the dealer and its a $1700+ to fix the transmission anywhere you go.7 months later my head gasket is blown and I dont have a car. 5-6k just to drive 7 months..Ill pass.. Be careful and no matter how nice and honest a salesperson seems, dont trust them. You simply cant.
