I spoke with Jim Timonere at length about my case involving getting my daughters last name changed. Unfortunately I went to the initial hearing before contacting a lawyer and flubbed it. I really wish I had contacted this office before I stepped foot in court. Jim took a great deal of time talking me through my situation, and even though by my own dropping of the ball I never made it back to court, I know more about the system and the process and what different steps I can take moving forward to better my situation. I could tell he sincerely cared and that he and his wife Jane truly wanted to help. 10/10 recommend this law office. They know their stuff!!
Dealing with the legal system is never a happy affair. Going through a divorce, custody battle or other legal issues is very frustrating. Jane and her husband Jim Timonere are compassionate, kind, professional and caring. They cannot perform miracles, but got me the best possible outcome in my divorce. They will be honest as to what you can expect, what pitfalls you may encounter, and what steps you should take. I have recommended this office to many of my friends and family and am proud to have her as my attorney.
Very disappointed in Jane This is by far the worst Lawyer paid this lawyer so much money wouldn’t even have meetings with me wouldn’t return my phone calls wouldn’t schedule a meeting before the court date. Incourt she was totally like on the other side and not fighting for what I wanted and what I paid her for we just got done with court I just fired her and I will find a different lawyer do not waste your time or your money on her! I wouldn’t recommend her to ANYONE and I will NEVER go to her again. She is just out for your money and she will take the other side and not give you what you want what you’re fighting for just a waste of my time and a waste of my money very disappointed and very upset!
I had a great experience with Jane Timonere..she helped me with my custody. She has been there for me through out all of it..yes she is not your typical Attorney, thats what I like about her.Down to earth..thats not what makes a good attorney . and yes, i would highly recommend her.
Not professional. Will take your money and do nothing for it. Very bad ethics.Deposited $1500.00 retainer, fired Mr. Schoren week before trial and got better lawyer. Did not even go to court but charged me $1222.00 for phone calls and very minimal paper work. If they did not have so many bad reviews, they would not have to explain them as they try to do. Always a good idea to read the reviews before you make a commitment.
I had to drive back and forth from Nebraska multiple times, per her advice, to never once enter the courtroom. That not being obnoxious enough my exwife informed me later that she felt like every time she had seen Jane it was like sitting/dealing with an old hippy and not a professional lawyer...take that as you may. Working on real estate projects back in that area now and this firm came up as an option but after my previous dealing it will never happen again.

This woman is only for helping the fathers! She tries everything to have the child ripped from the mother! She will dig up anything from many years prior to use against you. I know this from previous lawyers! If you are a mother dont use her!
Took a huge retainer and did Very little for my case. Was unprofessional and often rude. Went to court unprepared. Office staff unreliable.
The truth is she takes a big retainer and does not represent her clients wishes. Don’t waste the money.

2022-03-30Timonere Law Offices represented me in my child custody and child support case in Summit county. Jane is so personable and always responded in an extremely timely matter! Any worry I had, she was just a call away. She helped me to feel comfortable and confident the whole time and before all the court hearings. Best attorney Ive ever met and highly recommend!!!

2022-03-17I was referred to Timonere law by a coworker. They spoke nothing but great things about them, And it was nothing but the truth! Unfortunately I am stuck with my current attorney but they have helped me with advise and any questions I have had with my case. Truly nice people and you can tell they care about you and take the time to listen and get back to you. If I ever need help again I know it will be with them!

2022-03-30Legal trouble is scary. Jane made me feel comfortable in the court room. I was hesitant to her advice at first, but have since found out the hard way that she sees the bigger picture and what is the best obtainable outcome. The office staff is always courteous and understanding of the high stress I’m under whenever I call.

There price you can’t beat and they genuinely care about helping others when in a bad situation. You won’t be disappointed with your choice to hire them.
