My step dad ordered a shed from here like months ago but they Kept pushing it back or never answered the phone. Or they were very rude and unprofessional about it. But people said not to go to them. Cause of how bad they are and the Quality. So we change are mind cause they said 4 weeks and it already been longer than 8. So we went to a different place in Niles. It only took 2 weeks and they were so nice about it. Definitely say go to millcraft barns. They are faster and super nice and not ignorant and unprofessional. 
Just like everyone else, waiting on a product that will never be delivered. The owner keeps saying the negative reviews are fake. You know whats not fake? THE NUMBER OF TIMES TIMBER CREEK AND TIM DOTSON HAVE BEEN SUED. Just look at the Warren Municipal Court and Trumbull County court dockets. If youve been ripped off on a shed, you better get in line - there might not be enough money left when those cases resolve.Ordered in February, was told 6-8 weeks (by the way, you cant blame the pandemic when you know all your prior orders are delayed by months)
Very high quality. excellent build quality. Great price And the delivery crew was awesome. I don’t remember the machine operators first name but the crew knew him as “Red”. These guys did everything in their power to get this shed into position and set, and they achieved that goal. This is why I gave them 3 stars Overall, the delivery crew deserves 10/10!But……Customer service goes a long way and that was lack luster at best from the rest of the staff. I called and spoke to them on 3 separate occasions to get dimensions so I could build my platform accordingly for the building to set on. A large majority of that information was incorrect and modifications needed made to my platform on delivery day. Initially I was told that my building couldn’t be set and they were to drop it and leave, the crew however knew that wasn’t an option for me. I called the office to talk to them and find their concerns and how the situation could be remedied. The gentleman I spoke to is apparently the owner. He proceeded to tell me, in short that I could take my building and “F” myself. He said that he sells so many of these buildings at such a great price, he only makes $200-$300 per building. He then threatened me with His last words to me which were, “I’m calling my crew and telling them they have 15 minutes. You can either decide to have it dropped somewhere in your yard, or they are dropping it on the road and leaving. If that’s not good enough, they can bring it back here and YOU’RE NOT getting any of your money back. With DOT you’re not allowed to have oversized loads on the road after noon on a Holiday weekend. (not my problem since this is the time you chose) If they get stopped you’re responsible for those fines as well. I’ll see you in court.” And he hung up on me. He did call back, never apologized, but tried to get me to let them drop it in the yard and come back to set it later after I would rebuild the platform a different way and add plywood. With the exceptional skills of their crew, they got it in place without a single hiccup. I would use their builders and their delivery crew but the owner and the office staff need to get their act together and stop giving false information, As I said I built this thing to their specifications.
If I could give them a zero I would! We made the mistake of buying quickly because the price was good without looking at reviews. Ordered in November and was told 8-12 weeks and after A LOT of phone calls we finally got it in May 6 MONTHS LATER!! Then at delivery he said it was too wet and slippery to set it on the concrete pad we had poured in our back yard so he left it in our side yard and acted like it was no big deal for him to come back after it dried a bit. So here we are 3 weeks later calling them daily with no response and now have to pay another company to move it for us. Please DO NOT BUY from them!! The money savings is not worth the time wasted and headache!!!

If I could give zero stars I certainly would. My Fiancé Signed contract for custom built shed 9-26-21 with a delivery date of 4-6 weeks! It has now been 20 weeks with zero returned phone calls! And when Keith finally answered he was very rude, condescending and unprofessional! He was lacking in actual answers but full of excuses and blame! When he was informed that we wanted a refund of our money he became belligerent and laughed and told us we’d lose 15%. If you’re looking to throw money down the toilet then this is the company for you. But I’d suggest going anywhere but here! Was sure to contact the BBB! It’s just one more negative mark to go along with the 40 others just like it!UPDATE… apparently they don’t like negative reviews on their Facebook page! Because my reviews and warnings have been deleted and I’ve been blocked.
Made a full payment for a work house to be built in September 2021. These people have given every excuse in the book including covid and have failed to complete the work in 7 months let alone the 12 weeks that were promised on the terms of my contract. Why take my money in the midst of a pandemic if you do not have the supplies or man power to complete the work.I truly feel robbed of the $1100 that was stolen from me. This has to be a scam.
I was looking for a 10x16 lofted shed. Tim said he could bring it down to a certain price. I said I needed to make sure itll fit in the spot I have. I texted him back 2 hours later asking if he could deliver a few days later so I could prep the spot. He said it was a one day deal and then stopped communicating altogether. Terrible way to do business. I had cash ready to spend, but I will take my money elsewhere that will appreciate it. Do not waste your time with this company.
Ordered a 16x30 building, the building itself is well constructed however, when ordering in person with Houston(very nice sales man), we where told it would be leveled, it was not, 10 to 12 weeks, closer to 18 and requesting a refund, it arrived. We provided a level spot for the most part, with gravel, and had blocks, the delivery truck driver told me it was not his job(it was just him, and an out driver due to wide load) started out with an attitude because I had a few tree branches that where not removed, told me to get someone here quick or he was leaving, I can do that myself so tree branches got cut and his attitude changed (he became a rather nice fellow) he placed the building pretty quickly. Now on to the chicken coop, an entirely different story, one hen box is falling off, and the chicken entrance door is nailed shut. Paid cash and driver left before I could inspect it. Again, not leveled. So, in short, inspect the items before paying, and be sure they follow through with the leveling. Driver told me to use a floor jack and itll be fine. So on to the extra work of jacking up both buildings and leveling.
I ordered and paid in full for a shed 11/6/2021Court date is 6/15/2022…. 8 months later still no shed.They want you to cancel so they take 15%.I have been lied to every time we talked.5-6 weeks, Covid, lumber shortage, no employees, Amish made ????? Be there in 10 days or less , be there in 2 weeks …. SAVE YOUR MONEY. I have documents texts, phone messages . RATED “F” by BBBAfter being served (I thought) I finally get a phone call like what’s going on…I, trying to get you your shed…8+ months later not the promised 8 weeks…but go to court…said they weren’t served…hmmmm why did you call me AND tell me your confused by court papers…really!!!!Anyways new date mid July but got a call saying delivery is July 8th..we will see
Contracted to have deck built. Showed up, did not build to specs. Had very particular guidelines and builders totally ignored build sheet. When told deck was not built right, the builders became belligerent and rude. Refused to fix and later that day showed up and took deck away. Will not respond to calls requesting refund or solution. Definitely do not recommend.
I paid in full for a pre-built shed they had on special. I was told they deliver in 3 to 5 weeks. That was in May! Its now mid August and they have yet to even answer the phone. Ive never in my life been so mad at a business who doesnt mind taking your money but doesnt deliver your product or respond for MONTHS .
Bought a 10 x 16 Gazebo off the lot. Experience was seamless, good quality and delivered quickly. Delivery was smooth and driver paid attention to details of placement.
Ordered a building on 11-18-21 to expand my business. I was told 4-6 weeks for delivery. Today is 5-19-22 and I cant get any answers or anyone to call me back after leaving multiple voicemails. This is impacting the growth of my business. I would not recommend them to anyone.Update: They are still telling people 4-6 weeks on new builds. They delete my comments on Facebook about waiting almost 7 months on my building. They know what they’re doing is wrong. Scamming people and blaming everything they can on reasons for delay.Update 7-5-22 and still nothing.
3 stars because I dont love it or hate it. The built quality is average, not over built but good enough for storage. The only problem is that I was told 3-5 weeks. It took 3 months. The other issue I had is that my wife changed her mind on colors a couple days after I placed the order. I texted the salesman and his reply was Good morning Mike. I will put those changes through for you. After however, these are final. No further changes can be made. (Like he was doing me a huge favor......). Needless to say they never changed the colors. The delivery and placement went smooth and had no issues making it up our hill with the mule. I had the spot prepped with gravel and pavers so everything was level and ready for placement. I wanted the skids the shed was built on centered on the pavers and asked for dimensions. The salesman did not know and never found out for me. On a 12 foot wide shed the skids are very close to 1 and 3 feet in from the sides.
They only got 1 star because 0 isn’t an option.I’m not sure what this company has going on. It seems pretty shady. After reading all of the reviews I wish I had not bought anything from them. They have 3000$ of my money and I can’t even get in touch with anyone. The phone never gets answered, the voicemail is full, they have not responded on Facebook and at this point I feel like I was scammed. What’s the owners cell phone number? You people are literally holding on to thousands of dollars of peoples money and charging 15% fee on top of that and don’t respond to anyone and can’t afford to pay someone to listen to voicemails and answer phones and respond to your customers? Without customers you wouldn’t have a business my friend This is insane. This is not how a business is ran. Can someone please give me a phone number of how to get in touch with these clowns? Don’t ignore the reviews. This business lacks customer service skills. Tim’s personality did a 180. Save yourself the time & stress! Pay more somewhere else.It is soo important to treat your customers with respect and have the emotional intelligence to communicate effectively. Train your employees.
I canceled my order on March 23, 2022 and have yet to receive a refund as of May 11, 2022. Was told 3-5 weeks to get a refund. When I call the people are friendly, but no one seems to know what is going on. when it comes to someone holding my money I’m not very appreciative of it.
I ordered a12x20 garage. . Back in February 3 2022 .put a down payment on it they said 4/6 weeks before delivery . Now its may 5 th no one calls you back .

Was told 8 to 12 weeks for shed now on 26 with no date in near future of getting my shed hard to get a hold of people when you do they just want you to call back in 2 weeks I just want my shed built or a full refund including the 15% you dont get to keep money when you havent even started building my shed 6 months later

I love supporting local, which is why I wanted to shop with Timber Creek. Not to mention, upon visiting their lot, I witnessed what high quality products they had to offer. I bought a shed. Paid in full. They said it would be delivered Monday, and it never came. I never even heard from them. From here, getting the shed delivered took a lot of phone calls and a lot of waiting. And they dont give much notice prior to delivery. Several weeks later, the shed finally arrived. Dylan did a great job installing it. He paid very close attention to detail, and he was very friendly and wanted to provide the best service he could. Overall, although the whole delivery scheduling situation seemed kind of sketchy for while, the product is great and the installation was also high quality.
They have the best prices anywhere. Ive looked at 100 sheds within 75 miles of my address. The only bad comment I can make is the not so timely manner in which my shed was built. I ordered July 7th and was told it would be delivered by the second week of September. Then I was told second week of October. It wasnt built until the first week of November and then they said if I didnt take delivery of it like immediately it would be after Christmas.So to sum it all up....its a very well built shed,but if your not in a hurry,their the cheapest Ive seen.
Updating after shed delivery.Customer service: 1 star. Shed was delivered 3 weeks after estimated time frame. No communication with the customer and no one was able to provide an update. Constantly passed the blame to other people within the company.Delivery: 3 stars. Took the time to make sure the shed was square and level where I wanted it. But dragged shed from the street to my backyard. Back of shed should have been on wheels to not turf my yard and mark up my driveway. Skid steer used turfed up yard as well, most shed companies use have wheels on the machine to avoid this rather than tracks.Shed quality: 4 stars. Overall very happy with the shed itself. You can tell where corners were cut but for the price it is exactly as, if not better than, expected.Overall if youre willing to deal with the long turn around time and lack of communication about your order its worth the purchase. If you want one in a hurry look elsewhere.
Was between 3 stars and 4 stars. Consider this a “3.5 out of 5 star” review.The good:-Ordering was easy, lots of color options.-Shed did come and looks great. Appears to be built well.-The delivery guy was phenomenal, did everything he could to get the shed EXACTLY where I wanted it in the yard.-Price was the best around.The bad:-As everyone else says, communication is close to nonexistent with this company. The shed looks so good, it is a shame there is no “order tracking” ability on the website. I was quoted 6-10 weeks, it took 12. This was not a big deal, but communication with order updates would have been really nice. After the 10 weeks came and went, I tried emailing and calling to get an update. After several attempts, I finally got an update. It is so hard to get ahold of anybody here, it almost felt like I had gotten scammed (I paid in full when ordering).-There were some screws/nails loose on the floor of the shed once it was delivered, as well as a lot of wood dust (from drilling). 30seconds with a broom to tidy up is all it would’ve taken.Every shed builder is backed way up at this time. Times are crazy. Some sort of order tracker or even actual updates such as “shed is being assembled” “shed is in paint” “shed is waiting for delivery” would make this company the best. I was not in a big rush to get my order, but I probably would’ve paid more to get more communication. Overall, the shed did come so I am satisfied with my purchase.

People are just too much of the moment in this day and age and too into opinions. I have been satisfied from start to finish. I bought. Deliver was on point from purchasing to the delivery. The delivery is what counts 😉 the delivery was on point. He was so into making sure everting was just right. I hope you take the time to read my review even though the others are trash. All I can say as a consumer is that I got what I wanted and more than I expected. I’m happy. I will use them again. Thank you guys. And ur delivery guy was awesome.
I ordered a shed August 19th and was told I could have it in 4 to 6 weeks but at most 6 to 8. I have to say the price is unbeatable but I think it would be better if a more realistic timeline would be communicated to the customers. I did recieve an email a week ago that they were processing my order so Im hoping some time soon I will have my shed.
I am very pleased with my new shed from Timber Creek Structures. The workmanship is top notch and the price can not be beat. Be prepared for a little delay with quoted delivery times, that is to be expected with the world we live in today. Quintin was awesome using his machine to set the shed in place with the very limited space available. I Highly recommend! Lowes and Home Depots sheds are not even close to the level of Quality that Timber Creek provides!
I looked around at a few different places before I chose TimberCreek to order a building. After talking to Keith at TimberCreek I looked online and noticed the complaints with BBB. He messaged me the next day and I mentioned the complaints I found and that I didn’t feel comfortable with TimberCreek because of the poor reviews and that I was still looking. Keith explained the reasons for the complaints and blamed it on the pandemic which I can understand. So after he was nice enough to take the time to explain the situation. I decided I would take his word and order a building. Drove 3 hours to the lot and ordered what I wanted. This was on 7/10/2021. I was told 6-10 weeks for it to be completed and delivered. That time came and went and I was patiently waiting. After 14 weeks went by I messaged TimberCreek for an update. I was told that orders from July were just being completed and that it would be done that next week. Also said that I would receive a call for delivery in 7-10 days. That time came and went and I waited patiently. Sent an email after 21 weeks and never got a response. Sent a message on messenger. Shows they looked at it but never responded. I noticed a post on their Facebook page that someone who had ordered a building in august had just had their building delivered. So people that ordered after me were already getting there’s and I still had no call. So I had to get in contact with credit card company to open a dispute for a charge back. Absolutely the worst customer service. They are quick to take your money but fail to communicate or deliver.UPDATE………So I thought it was either the dispute or the review but a few hours after writing the first part I received a call from Amy to deliver my building tomorrow . Really nice lady!! I explained to her that I had already done a dispute for a charge back but I would still take delivery if I can void the dispute. I called my credit card company they told me if I wanted it to have it delivered. So I called Amy back and told her to set up the delivery. Again very nice polite lady!! A few hours go by. I get a call from Tim. The owner. I answer. He tells me that he was going to deliver my building tomorrow but he just read my review so he won’t be delivering the building. Then say’s “see what leaving a bad review gets you” then hangs up after I laughed and said ok. Like a big loss to me. I never expected to see it after being ignored. I could have actually changed the review which I definitely did plan on after they called to deliver. Tim is probably thee most unprofessional person running a business that I’ve ever spoke to.

UPDATE I FINALLY got a hold of the timber creek, Lady on the phone was nice, checked my order status was unsure why i havnt received any notice nor could she give me an update on my order. Told me her boss will call me. NEVER GOT A CALL BACK! I called again 5 times AND NO ANSWER. IM DONE WITH THESE CLOWNS!....UPDATE MARCH 2022 literally a year plus and never got a call back, they dont answer phones or emails. Ive given up on these people, bad business, bad service, bad practices.
I had reservations about buying a shed from Timbercreek. Hell, look at their reviews. But, I decided to risk it and check out a shed that they had available “off the lot”- meaning it was already built and not customizable.The salesperson I dealt with when I arrived at the lot reeked of weed and seemed very chill 😎 . While inspecting the shed, I noticed the man door would stick when opening it and the metal roof was bent on the edge, as if someone had smashed it with a baseball bat. I pointed these issues out to the salesman and he wrote it up on our invoice that those issues would be fixed before it was delivered. Guess what? They weren’t. However, the delivery guy, who was outstanding in every way, took the time to fix the issues before he left.All in all, the shed is decently built-you’ll see nails popping through the walls and some imperfections here and there with paint, lumber quality, etc.With that said, I got a nice shed at an awesome price, delivered well within the timeframe I was told, and a great delivery guy who did what he could to make me happy.
I was apprehensive after reading some of the reviews but as my sales consultant noted, they are a very high volume business. Amanda did an outstanding job on the sales end and the build crew were polite, efficient and did quality work! I will definitely refer any friends. Pics to follow.

Be aware of thiss shady company.. I worked with a sales rep online and had said I would purchase 3 sheds. Then I came across their better business bureau dozens of complaints and just asked for assurance I wouldnt have any issues? Once the seller knew I caught on that I knew about their reputation, they immediately blocked me. This company is fraudulent, please dont let the low prices on Facebook fool you. They will take your money and never deliver. Go buy somewhere else!

Purchased a cabinette for our home and delivery was timely and discounted at a price that was unbeatable. The driver placed it where we wanted it. Completely happy with overall price and construction. Would recommend to anyone looking for a shed.

Chris delivered my shed today from timber creek in warren Ohio. He was amazing with his skill. The shed itself was very nice and price couldn’t be beat. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is the wait time was much longer than planned. With that said I am very happy with my new shed and how it was delivered.
Beware of fraud. This business uses fake Facebook accounts as salespeople, and also claims their credit card machine is down to steal your money paid via Cash App. Once you pay or catch on to their fraudulent operation,, they no longer respond and block your account. These sale prices are truly too good to be true!
Been waiting almost 6months on my grauge. Everytime I call I get the run around now they said they will be here Oct 25 or the first . Tim that works for them dose not know how to talk to people. Their is one thing I want him to know when he comes to my house he better choose his words very kindly thats not a treat thats a promise I will show him the road real quick bow treated me on the phone was the worst customer service I ever had.
Was told 4-6 weeks May 13th Its been 14 weeks. Still waiting! We called several times. Last call was 3 weeks ago they said they were working on Mays orders but cant tell us anything else. I would think at this point there should be some kind of timeline or list we should be on and have more information. The communication and customer service is horrible at best. Went with them bc of the decent price, but at this point I would have paid the extra money to have better service and my shed by now.
Gazebo Delivered in April. Installation not finished. I was assured they would be back to finish. Calls not returned. Three appointments set up, three no-shows. Unable to use because not supported properly. Seams coming apart. All calls go through an answering service and calls are not returned. Very disappointed. Think twice before using this business.
Bought this wonderful deck from Timbercreek Structures for my pond and was delivered today. Prompt, courteous professional. Cant wait for my grandkids to come out fishing! Love it!!!!
Ordered a building at the beginning of the year was supposed to take 7 weeks to be built and delivered. Never received. I called no one ever called me back. The only people I ever had calling me was the finance company.
Was told 6-10 weeks. Im looking at 12-13 weeks now, or longer, Was a cash sale deal. Real disappointed about unrealistic time frame i was provided with at first. I appreciate honesty

I bought my shed from Nicole Allen of TimberCreek structures I was very impressed with the quality and the low price and she is by far one of the nicest sales person that I have ever dealt with she nailed it my shed was exactly the way I wanted it and my delivery driver was awesome and was careful not to damage my yard when delivering my shed thanks again TimberCreek and Nicole Allen you rock !!
Overall good quality, delivery people are nice and helpful BUT........the owner is ridiculous and will curse you out even before saying hello on the phone. This was a CASH deal the beginning of April. We were told 3 weeks! Turned out to be 3 1/2 months! Also in Trumbull County anything over 200 sq feet requires a permit and tied down with concrete pillars. No more just gravel, as their sales people will tell you!! It is right on Trumbull County website. We had originally ordered a 20x40 building. We found out 3 days later about Trumbull County specifications and called to see about a smaller building and adding to the order for the pavilion as well. The owner, Tim, was the most disrespectful person we have ever talked to declaring we were NOT getting our money back. We did not want that at all. The building had not even been started to be built so that is not what the hold up was! The owner just does not have any people skills and even treats his employees disrespectfully. He called our delivery guy twice in twenty minutes telling him to drop the building and leave. Look up Google reviews for this company. Just warning you to do your research before buying from this company. I wish we had been so diligent in researching beforehand.In response to the reply of false information, here are 2 simple screenshots of messages from the ordeal. At the middle of May, they were just finishing up March. So definite timeline issues when this was ordered and paid for cash beginning of April and was told 3 weeks to delivery!

2022-08-19Ordered our shed March 1, 2022. We were told delivery would be 12-16 weeks. Here we are now at almost 20 weeks still with no shed. Spoke to Keith last week and he said they would be starting orders from around our date soon but only 3 men are qualified to build our shed style. No time frame of when it would be completed. But they are still telling potential customers on Facebook 4-6 weeks. Whenever myself or someone else questions their completion time, they delete the comments. Very unprofessional. If you cannot complete orders by the time you said, you probably shouldn’t be taking any new orders.Update 8/18/2022We received our shed today after 24+ weeks! We were notified around 11:30 that it was ready for delivery between 2-4pm today and it was delivered at 3:30pm. The shed is perfect! I would have given a 5 star review had I been told that it would take so long to be built and delivered. But being told 12-16 weeks and actually being over 24 weeks still makes my review a 2.

2022-05-05Ordered this nov 2021 said 8 to 12 weeks. After numerous phone calls because half the numbers didnt work finally got my shed april 2022. It was in a accident on way to my house so they told me they would build be a new shed this was on Friday. Monday they called to deliver they brought me the same shed some what fixed. But told me it was a new one I have pics of both and same exact wood is in both knots stamps everthing . I called stopped payment until they made this right. Their solution we will just take the shed and refund your money bc they said they can sell it for more on their lot than what I paid. Not very good business. I ended up paying for a refurbished shed with a little money off but not worth the hassle with these people

2022-03-25Yes 5 stars. When ever i called i was given courtesy and compassion. Yes it took a while but like everyone else they are short handed. Keith is great to work with. Nothing hidden or surprise charges. Chris the delivery man is a master at his job. From truck to spot 30 minutes and leveled. I love this barn and excited to make it my own. Thank you!!

2022-02-24I joked with the very nice delivery guy that getting a building from Timber Creek was faster than Amazon. It was less than 24 hours between contact and delivery of my new builing. The quality of the building and the price cant be beat. Definitely a satisfied customer here.

2022-05-21Placed my order in October still no shed, minimal info, now their office is temporarily closed. I drove to the address and there is no office to talk to anyone. I feel like Ive been scammed at this point and wasted $2500.Update:. Ive moved it up to 3 stars from one....the shed came today 8 months later. The shed itself is awesome and well made. The delivery guy was cool and was set in place quickly. The price cant be touched by others. If they told me are you willing to wait 6-8 months for delivery? I probably wouldve said yes. Least thats being honest. When you get hung out on a hook after being told 4-6 weeks then repeatedly lied too it gets very frustrating. But in the end if you can wait almost a yr for your shed. I would say the savings is most definitely worth it.*They respond to FB messenger best*

2022-01-06I ordered a 12x20 shed on 7/8/2021 and was originally told 6-8 weeks for delivery. After 10 weeks I was told they were only starting to build the orders from the week before I ordered for various reasons. That was okay with me and I patiently waited. The next update came 3 weeks later on 10/11/2021 (13 weeks after I placed my order) telling me it looks like 2 more weeks. Again I patiently waited even though it had already been 13 and a half weeks from my original order date. From that point forward for the next 10 weeks Lana the salesperson completely avoided my calls and texts looking for any available updates.After about 5 months from ordering I called the main office and spoke to a very nice woman who assured me she would find out what the status of my shed was. She never called back for 4 days. I called the main office back again and spoke to the same woman again on 2 separate occasions and again was told, ...the salesperson was supposed to call you. Ill talk to the big boss and get this straightened out. Again I never received any update.Miraculously, Lana finally answered a phone call on 12/17, over 7 months after placing my order, and told me my shed should be ready and will be delivered the following week. Realizing the next week was the week of Christmas, I didnt expect delivery. I was right and again I received no communication for 2 more weeks and again my calls and texts were ignored. Suddenly on 1/3/2022, 25 and a half weeks after originally placing my order, I received a call at 5PM notifying me my shed would be delivered the next day between 11AM and 2PM. The delivery driver showed up at 10:10AM the next morning and got my shed unloaded and placed on the pad within 40 minutes. The delivery driver was great and very good at his job. I love the shed and am happy I finally received it, but if I had known it would take almost half a year to receive, I would have paid the extra couple hundred bucks to order from any other actually reliable shed builder in the area. This company, at least in my situation and apparently from a handful of others as well, has the worst customer service I could imagine especially from Lana the salesperson. Again, the delivery driver was great and the shed is nice but there is no reason a customer should have to wait 17 weeks longer than originally promised without any sort of consistent communication.Unless youre willing to wait close to half a year to receive a sinple shed, I cant possibly imagine ever recommending this company to anyone. This company needs more employees like the delivery driver and less like my salesperson.

2022-05-07BUYER BEWARE!!!! I really wish I would have read reviews prior to dealing with Tim and Timbercreek Structures. I have had this shed for about 2 years now. This is the second time that I am going to have to pay to have the roof repaired. The first time it was the back side and this time it was the front side.The crew showed up late when they were supposed to be there first thing in the morning and Tim was all over them every 90 minutes asking when they would be done. He basically rushed them the whole time. They were finishing the roof in the pitch black because Tim did not want them to come back the next day. So as a result I got a shotty roof that is now in need of its second repair. The first repair cost me $300. When I reached out to Tim his response was that it was not his problem and he said I should call the insurance company.I would very much recommend going elsewhere. The communication was terrible and it was like pulling teeth to get answers all the way up to the installation. The foreman of the crew was really great but Tim rushed them off of the job. Quality IS NOT TIMBERCREEKS CONCERN!

2022-03-17Do NOT use this company!! We ordered a large shed 9/4/21 and were given a timeline of 6-10 weeks. We started calling to check on it mid-November, and got the run around and excuses each time. We started calling more often in February and finally got the shed delivered 3/14/22 - a whopping 27 weeks later. When it was delivered, they had forgotten to include the access ramp, which we paid $300 extra for. I wanted to short the final payment that the delivery team was supposed to collect, but they assured us that the company would make it right and most likely we would have the ramp the next day. Still dont have it. Now they are saying they will bring it next time they are in our area. Not acceptable! They made the error, and they made sure to cash our check first thing in the morning the day after delivery, but arent willing to make sure we have all of the product we paid for. We saw the other bad reviews too before we used this company, but they were priced right so we took a chance. Its not worth it, pay more!

2022-07-07Update: My gorgeous cabinette has arrived! Again Houston was a pleasure to work with during the process, as well as the ladies in the office who answered every question I had! Quinton the delivery driver was AWESOME! Thank you to all involved in building my 12x20 cabinette!Houston was so easy to work with! They have a great selection. I got to see them hard at work getting the sheds built. They are very busy builders! So excited to start decorating my lofted cabinette! The negative comments sound like little entitled cry babies who dont understand the work going into these sheds which doesnt leave time for them to hold your hand through the duration of your build...

2022-07-10We really love our pavilion it’s beautiful and delivered on time and we had a great experience with timber creek structures and the driver Chris was great and Houston my sales man was awesome too and understanding of my initial concerns but I’m very pleased and would recommend this pavilion to anyone.
