2021-07-09Its been 2 weeks since our custom drapes were installed, and we love them more and more each day! Timan Custom Window treatments not only made our vision come to life, but exceeded our expectations with their product and service level. We had 3 other companies (Home Depot, Costo, 3 Day Blinds) come out, who were nowhere near Timan from a product, price, and customer service perspective. Adam was our sales person and installer. He had good balance between listening to our request and making suggestions of his own. We received our product within 4 weeks and he installed it in about an hour. Their Cleveland showroom is beautiful and full of with what feels like endless amounts of samples and examples to choose from. Elizabeth helped coordinate the appointment and was the point person for any questions we had-she was also exceptional. We will be using Timan Custom Window Treatments for ALL window needs go forward!

2022-01-20Timan did a fabulous job helping me select blinds. They expertly installed them and have maintained/replaced batteries etc for me annually since installation. John, who has serviced my shades, is the epitome of world class service. He goes above and beyond, is competent and knowledgeable. It’s not often that you have the same serviceman each year, and that’s a plus of dealing w a local company.

2022-07-22I worked with Rebecca to select my draperies, and shades formy new house. Rebecca is extremely knowledgeable and was creative in her selections. I found working with Rebecca very easy and she listened to myconcerns. All draperies, shades, etc were made to perfection and look beautiful. I would highly recommend Timan Draperies and Rebecca. The installation, by Matt, was done with knowledge and care. Overall a great experience!

2021-05-11We could not be happier with how our project turned out. As first time home buyers we had a lot to learn and a lot to consider when it came to buying our blinds. The selection was amazing and Rachelle was super helpful helping us pick out our selections and helping us find something that worked in our budget. The install was done quickly by Dave who also showed us how to utilize all the tech and apps with our motorized shades. It finally feels like home! We would definitely recommend Timan to anyone!

2021-05-06Working with the team at Timan was flawless from the start, and far exceeded any expectation. Rachelle was prompt, courteous, and filled with suggestions and ideas to support my initial step of deciding upon window treatment. Dave & Jason provided a seamless installation, taking the time to explain and answer any questions upon completion. The team was communicative when coordinating appointments and installation, sending e-mail invites prior to each appointment. I cannot say enough how easy they made this process for me, and how easy it will be to work with them again within the near future!

The install guys were very professional and it was amazing to watch them put up the blinds. 2019-09-07I had to call Timan Custom Window Treatments for a repair to my Silhouette Power Rise shades recently. The young man, Dave Toma, who ended up coming out to my house was very professional and extremely knowledgeable! He was able to fix my shade even though it was an older Silhouette which is apparently not being made by Hunter Douglas anymore. I was very impressed with this young professional. He was friendly, on time, respectful and most of all he knew his window treatments and parts! He is a valuable asset to Timan and a wonderful representative for Hunter Douglas as well.

2021-03-05You don’t find this kind of customer experience very often. Combine it with a quality product and you have the best of both! From the initial showroom experience, to the on site visit, the ordering process, the scheduling system to the installation, every person I interacted with was professional, knowledgeable and committed to customer satisfaction. I am so impressed with this company. I even got an immediate return call from the owner on the morning of the install regarding a message I had left. Do not hesitate to trust this company!
