My salesman Joey Hurtuk is the best. He is very attentive to what his customer needs and every vehicle that I have gotten from him has been the best of what I had asked for. He definitely goes above and beyond for everyone. I will definitely recommend him to anyone that I know is looking for a vehicle
The service advisors at Tim Lally dont follow up as they say they will. I was told by a service advisor that he would follow with my warranty company about getting my vehicle repaired he never contacted me. Ive left him a ton of messages no response. Could use better communication. Overall its a great shop nice environment, good mechanics.
Poor communication. Will never ever buy a vehicle from them. Their “internet specialists” and salesmen must not interact with each other. After receiving a personalized video, emails from two different people, and text messages and calls yesterday afternoon I was going in today to purchase a SUV and trade mine in. I received a text message today on my way to the dealership that the car had been sold last night. If a deposit or something was needed to hold the vehicle I would have done so or I would have just came in that night. Disappointed.
I am very unsatisfied knowing I just purchased this vehicle and as soon as I drive it off the lot of Tim Lally, the check engine light came on. I was inconvenienced because I had to find a ride back up there to drop my car off and get to work. I just spent $42,000 on this vehicle. I dont expect something like this to happen immediately after purchase. What is Tim Lally going to do about this?
I cannot get anyone to return my calls regarding the poor service I received on my company vehicle. Our truck was towed into Tim Lally and their service technician was unable to diagnose the issue; although we asked to have the starter and alternator tested because the truck would not start. They stated they couldnt find the issue, charged the battery and told us to pick up the truck. Less than two weeks later, in a different part of town, our truck did not start again and had to be towed to a different Chevy dealership. That dealership identified that the starter and connector had to be replaced due to high resistance/very corroded and replaced the battery. The truck has been running without issue since it was properly inspected and repaired by another Chevy dealership. Ive sent a copy of the repair invoice along with the second tow cost requesting reimbursement and I keep being sent to voicemails and being told the service manager is on vacation (its been weeks). Do better, Tim Lally Chevrolet.
Not impressed with my salesman. He was on vacation when I picked up the car and wasnt at all helpful getting a decent loan so i ended up paying cash to avoid his poor effort. Everyone else I dealt with was top notch. I am super disappointed that I spent 52,500.00 in cash for a car that was poorly detailed and had a dead battery original to the 2015 corvette. After having the car gone over by a real dealership and getting it cleaned up it is what it is, and a lesson learned.Just sad the condition I received the car in after driving over an hour and handing over 52,500.00 in a cashiers check.Step it up Tim lally.
Very poor service and communication. This company had my vehicle for two months and never fixed it. I ended up taking my vehicle back unfixed. Their many excuses was they did not have enough mechanics to blaming their unprofessionalism on a fired manager. I would NOT recommend this company for repairs. I even spoke with the owners son and nothing changed. Been doing business with this place for years but the last experience left a bad taste in mouth.
Spent a long time waiting to hear anything about status of vehicle. Was told would be 1 1/2-2 hours for repair and didnt hear anything for 2 1/2 hours. Was told that there was only 1 Volt technician there and that was reason for delay. Perhaps scheduling more intentionally if technicians are limited would be helpful. Also periodic updates on status of repair would be helpful as well.
I have a warrenty through the dealership (Detroit Michigan) for my tires. Seems every time Im in Ohio and come to this dealership theres always something through my warrenty that this dealership doesnt acknowledge. The last time with my tires(few months ago) they said I wasnt covered. I had to call my sales person in Michigan to confirm I was covered, which then they recognized I was covered. This time they said, yes your covered and we see the coverage, but only this time with the piece of metal in your tire, the threading is too low for coverage. Now my concern is, what am I suppose to do purchase another tire then my coverage restarts 🤔. Just wondering, thanks for reading Tim Lalley Chevy Dealership, have a blessed one......
The experience was great. Vidi Titas was so helpful, explained everything, and was very patient with me. He was honest telling me there were packages that I probably wouldnt utilize much or need, showed me where I could save on things I didnt need, and did what was in my best interest. l highly recommend Vidi Titas as well as Tim Lally Chevrolet as they were phenomenal. I will only buy cars from Tim Lally Chevrolet.
While I understand Tim Lally Chevrolet cannot control issues in regards to part shortages, Tim Lally showed little to no care or concern with notifying me or my insurance due to delays and failed to do simple actions like search for parts with their other local locations.I will not be using this location in the future, I will continue to go to Classis Chevy in Mentor, Ohio. (Much better with following up with customers)
Awesome! We love everything about the safety first atmosphere and totally safe people who are outstanding in satisfying our needs and the facility is totally updated and clean. You all need to speak Joey and he will totally take care of anything you need at Tim Lally Chevrolet.
Ben Walker always makes my visits a pleasure. My first visit at this location was roughly a year ago for an oil change. The oil change was wayyy less than I anticipated and was done in a timely fashion. I needed other service performed on the vehicle as a result Ben printed a point by point of recommended services highlighting their priority of low to high. Having this analysis in hand gave me the option to spread out the services that were needed and recommended.Great Dealership!
Dropped my vehicle off the night before my appt. Met by Ben who took my info and was very friendly and I was on my way. Ben called before my appt was even scheduled to tell me that my car was already finished and I could pick it up at any time. Great service but Ganley Chevy does offer a free car wash after the service is completed. A nice perk that I miss with Tim Lally service.
The service dept rep, Ben Walker, was very good. He met me promptly when I pulled in and made sure I found the waiting area. My Bolt EV was serviced relatively quickly for the regular first time service. When the service was done, Ben explained what services had been performed. While the people were great, unfortunately, I can not give the final result top rating because the issue with the grid usually not appearing on the back up camera screen was not fixed. The technician checked it out and found nothing wrong at the time I was there for service. That was probably true since the grid appears/works once in a while, but since then the problem persists with the grid on the backup camera screen still only appearing occasionally. I was not surprised that there was not a permanent fix for this. Chevy Bolt owner forums on the internet have numerous complaints about the backup camera screen grid not working right and that no one seems to be able to fix it. It seems as if this is a Chevrolet design or software glitch that has been happening with Bolts for a number of years. I guess it is not the dealers fault if service techs cant make it work as it should.
I was impressed with our sales consultant, Joey Hurtuk, from the moment I first spoke with him on the phone. His product knowledge was impressive. He was never pushy, but I WAS ordering a new C8 so he didnt need to push me:). He answered all of my questions, gave me valuable insight that helped me decide what options to order on the car, and he kept me informed every step of the way. When my car was being shipped, Joey kept me informed of the ETA so I could arrive at the dealership in time to see my Corvette being unloaded from the truck (I live 90 miles from the dealership). The truck arrived at 3:35 pm, and by the time it was unloaded, it was after 4:00 pm. The service department closes at 5:00 pm so I figured Id return in a few days to take delivery of my car. Absolutely not! Joey told me he had arranged for a service tech (Matt) to stay late to prepare the Corvette for delivery. Matt & Joey worked on my car until 7:00 pm and I was able to drive it home that day. Talk about going above & beyond all of my expectations for superior service! My experience with every person that I dealt with at Tim Lally Chevrolet has been nothing short of spectacular! I cant thank them enough.
Wish I could give lessWasted my time, by not listening to actual questions?Just guessing,to get me to come in.Gave me a zero down option early on.Then asked for deposit to hold car. (500) asked for 1000Then I had to call them to findThen told me because it is ex police car bank wont finance full amount. That was the question I asked on the phone. Before I drove 45 minutes one way
My salesman seemed to be very honest and genuine, actually got my vehicle for msrp will no hidden fees or misc. markups of any kind, finance manager was very nice and patient, every single person you came across always greeted you upon sight. i always felt welcome whenever i walked into the building
In a time when most dealerships are doing everything they can to maximize profit and show little concern for the customer, Tim Lally is standing as a beacon of hope for the car buyers out there today. I was nervous if everything they promised would stand when we arrived, and Patrick and Brenda delivered on their promises and more. It was a great experience and I appreciate all the time they took to make it a stress-free, simple, and easy purchase.
The representatives at the dealership was very professional, courteous and fast. I feel they valued my time as well. My only concern is that no one wore a mask. Im not sure what the protocol is there but safety precautions with Covid-19 being the rise is very important to me.
They were very helpful in getting the paint off of my windows and trim on my cart. Very good job done for all the paint that was on my vehicle and I’m very grateful that they could get it all off . I thank Tim Lally very much for fixing my car I appreciate it very much thank you …. Christopher Kraven
I had a 2 pm appointment and no one ever came to talk to me for 1.5 hours of waiting. At 3:30 I went to the desk to ask for an update. A technician came out about 5 minutes later to give the estimate. The parts were priced way more than anything online and I was looking at genuine GM new parts.
I love all your expert service and peace of mind my Chevrolet is safe and in top shape! Especially appreciate my service advisor, Matthew Nagys trusted recommendations on upcoming service and working with my tight work schedule/availability for anything urgent! Always have an outstanding experience-from the day I bought my Cruze to every point of contact since! Bravo Lally Chevrolet!
I can honestly say that Ive never had a more enjoyable experience with purchasing a vehicle as I had at Tim Lally Chevrolet. Jeff and Kimberly are exceptional people and are the best representatives of the Lally organization. I continue to have a friendship with them and will definitely make my next purchase at Lally Chevrolet.
We made the 3.5 hour travel from our home in NY to Cleveland because they were the only ones with the vehicle we liked/wanted. They even held the vehicle several days for us until we got there to see it. We were only expecting to purchase one vehicle, but we ended up purchasing two vehicles from Tim Lally Chevrolet inventory. They had several staff members stay on after hours so we could take both our vehicles home with us that night!! Clean and beautiful facility! The staff was kind, considerate, prompt, and helpful! Also have to mention our salesman Jacob was fantastic, and the sales team gave us a great deal on our trade in vehicle!! Thank you Lally Cheverolet!!
I was helped like I was family. Very professional and caring. Dion helped me and he made sure to show me exactly what I asked for. No time wasted straight to the car and then we got the ball rolling. I had my baby with me and she was running around and everyone was so kind to us. I highly recommend
I have been a customer for almost 10 years and always had great experiences. This time around was absolutely the best experience my family had. Jeff was great, the staff was great, they didnt hesitate at all to assist us. The amount of respect they had for my husband who is a Veteran was amazing. They helped with our child so we could fill out documents. Buying a car can be very overwhelming but everyone made the process easy.
I made an appointment to take my car in to get an oil change. They open at 9:00 I was there at 9:20 to get it done. 2 hours later my car still was not done. I asked and the guy said what normally takes an hour and a half. No one told me that up front if I didnt know it was going to take an hour and a half for a simple oil change in a tire rotation even though it was free I would not have wasted my time to drive there and to sit for over 2 hours to get my oil changed and the tires rotated
I tried to set up a basic service appointment that couldnt be scheduled for a few days. That was no problem with me, ALL I asked was to be able to get my error code read today so I knew what was wrong with my car. They couldnt give me any kind of commitment on how long this 5 minute activity would take. Can I bring it in at the end of the day to just get a reading? NO. Can you ask for a time estimate when I arrive? No. Can I drop it off today and get a loner? NO.Is there a good time to come in today? Wont say.All for an error code reading, they have to plug into the car and read the code. They say they understand that my time is valuable, but do nothing to value said time. I just wanted to know if my car was safe to drive. Thanks
Its no secret, Tim Lally Dealership is the Best!! For over 20 years, youve exceeded our expectations in Customers Service & Vehicles. We love our new Blazers! Tim Lally is our Home. It would be insane for us to go elsewhere! Wesley in Sales was kind, professional, knowledgeable and fun. Thank you for making our experience pleasant and smooth.
Class act- efficient and friendly. I came in with flat as a pancake tire and within 1 hour was back on the road ( needed a new tire unfortunately). They are eager to help I bought 2 vehicles from them in a 4 week window and will continue to do so as I need vehicles. Keep up the great service and I will keep coming back.
I am more than satisfied with my Blazer. The experience at Tim Lilly was great. My Blazer was clean and in the showroom making it feel like I was VIP status. Bill was awesome!!! He gave me a tour of the shop, which was also very cool!!! I will buy from Tim Lally again.
I was scheduled for an oil change yesterday on my Stingray. I know it takes 1 - 1.5 hrs which is fine, but at 6pm the garage doors closed & the service staff started leaving to going home. Meanwhile, I was the last customer in the lobby, no car, no updates, nothing….I go to the cashier to remind her I’m still waiting for my vehicle & was told with an apology, my paper work was handed to someone who had already left for the day, but my car was out front & my paperwork will be done soon. I was ok with that, but when I went to get in my car, it was not out front, it was nowhere in sight. I had to walk around pressing my alarm in order to find it. I found it on the side of the building by a brick wall, still had plastic on the seats, paper on the floor & plastic on the steering wheel, also finger prints all over the outside doors…not even a car wash was included…The sales staff was great when I purchased, but the Service dept definitely needs additional training on good customer service skills.
❄️❄️UPDATE❄️❄️. My previous review honestly doesnt give this place justice. Im just wondering what space I was in when I left it...nonetheless my apologies. So let me began with saying I love how professional the service Dept. Is, and theres this one guy that goes around cheerfully speaking to everyone, its so amazing. Everyone is so polite and kind...are we in a dream or something? This place is amazing, even if you dont purchase or get your vehicle serviced the inside is nice enough for you to want to just hang out 🤣 theyve done a wonderful job. Im glad we gave them a second chance. I mean theyve thought of everything! Thank you TIM LALLEY CHEVROLET. Youve done amazing!I wouldnt suggest anyone go to this place, go to Joe Firment instead, so much happened I dont even know where to began...NOW if you need to go to collision then that makes sense, but regular service no, they over price and inflate the price and to an unnecessary amount....smh
Our experience was first rate. The salesman was knowledgeable and very responsive. He worked with us through a number of questions. The dealership was honest about damage to the vehicle that occurred during transportation that we hadnt noticed and they are fixing it completely. I would definitely use Tim Lally again!
Vidi was amazing from start to finish. I came to the dealership to see a specific vehicle that I wasn’t interested in once I got there. Before I could leave, he let me know there were vehicles coming in later that day and pulled each of them up one by one to see if I was interested in them. I was impressed of how knowledgeable he was about what was in inventory and what was on the way. He found the perfect vehicle for me and was able to help facilitate the financial process that day although the vehicle had not yet been delivered to the lot. That was a huge relief and made the process a lot faster the next day when I came to pick up my new car! Vidi is an amazing salesman. I dreaded the car buying process but he made it so smooth and comfortable. I’ve never had that before. I will recommend Tim Lally and specifically Vidi Titas to anyone looking to buy a vehicle.
This is only for the service side of the dealership, I only have good things to say about the sales side. The service department could potentially be the worse run dealership garage in North East Ohio. A brand new vehicle has been service 4 times now. The first time was for a paint issue and it took 2+ weeks to get a part in. Its been a few weeks and im already having to send my car back in since the issue was not fixed. I had a rim warranty claim, that took multiple extra days. At one point I had an appointment to get it installed, waited at the dealership for 3+ hours only to be told it wasnt actually there and for me to come back another time to get it fixed. Finally, I now have an issue with my engine and I am having a hard time getting my service manager to reply to my calls / text after they said they would follow up the next day. I cant even get them to help me with a rental through GM while they work on the warranty work because they never have a dealership car to loan out.Save your time, go to a different place for service.
I had an amazing experience here! The staff were very friendly and super helpful! Nolan and Jason I owe a very big thanks too because they helped me so much answering my questions and getting me my new car! They were great and very nice! So I’m very optimistic about staying with this dealership in the future and to continue getting my services here!
Phenomenal customer service! Friendly, knowledgeable sales staff. Expert technicians that work efficiently and quickly as possible. I felt valued and appreciated for my business. I will definitely patronize Tim Lally Chevrolet again, for all my automotive needs and my next vehicle! Highly Recommend.
I originally went in for a couple of recalls and planned on waiting for the service. An additional recall had popped up and the tech was busy working on other vehicles. My salesman Joey Hurtuk saw me in service and came up with a loaner within a few minutes for me. This is the kind of service that makes repeat customers!
Nolan Gaines took great care of us! Y’all got us under what we wanted to be including gap insurance. I am beyond happy and excited to see where this SUV takes up!! Great people who treat you like family and try their best to work with you on what you want!! Thank you Tim Lally Chevrolet!!
I came in to potentially buy a 2021 Camaro that I had looked at on you website. I live some distance away, so I called first to make sure it was available. The customer service was great right from that first phone call. Joey took fantastic care of me. From the test drive to delivering my new vehicle, I cant think of anything he could have done to improve the experience. I trade vehicles pretty often, so Ive spent my share of time in dealerships. This by far is the absolute best car buying experience I have ever had and I would not hesitate to come back myself when I am looking for a new vehicle. I would also recommend your dealership to friends knowing that they would be well taken care of. Joey was incredibly knowledgeable and answered every question I had. Its obvious he knows his product well. Financing and the final paperwork was smoother than I have experienced at any other dealership. All around an outstanding experience!
Ed and Henry completely changed the car buying experience! They made me feel like a little sister that they were looking out for. They never made me feel pressured or guilted into getting a new car. I am absolutely obsessed with my new Equinox. Tim Lally Chevrolet definitely has a customer for life because of how incredible my experience was!
I did not have a great experience from the service department. I have tried to stay loyal because this is where I bought my traverse from.I had 2 issues, one was a lose battery cable which was easily fixed and the other was not addressed and possibly not even looked at. I am still driving around with a wobbly steering wheel and front end. I questioned before I got in my car, and was blown off as if the problem didnt exist. Actually suggested it was bare tread on my tires, which are brand new tires. I was irritated at a $160 charge for a 5 hour wait on a diagnostic, that was a lose cable and I pulled away still wobbly in the front end. This makes me rethink returning to this location for any of my needs with the traverse
The staff and personnel of the Lally dealership made the purchase of my Trax a complete and stress free event. My morning began at the service department. Brandon Sartain greeted me with a fantastic morning presence. Attentive and reassuring. He kept me aware of the inspection results. While waiting, I enjoyed a fantastic manicure. Well done. I came in contact with Brenda Milliner. Brenda shared and educated me on purchaseparticulars. She then introduced me to Dion Fllewellen and Ed. After a intake interview with the team. They selected a vehicle for me. The test road drive was awesome! Dion demonstrated and explained features of the vehicle. Safety amenities were covered by him as well. The manager of sales, Anthony was a welcomed site for me, he was my previous sales consultant. He kept me returning. The fantastic friendly finance committee is always a pleasure to learn from. They make the ambiance of the dealership. When they are happy the whole building is happy! I am regretful for and to the essential personnel, in other departments, and the trained dealer technicians I did not make contact with. Thank yall each and every one. Be blessed. Famous words, Ill be back!i
We went to Tim Lally because they had the car we wanted sitting on the lot. The car market is really strange right now. The staff was great from the moment my husband set foot on the lot and Ed greeted him. I wanted to verify the car was actually on the lot. Ed was there to get us the next day. He helped us make sure my moms wheelchair would fit in the back before we went for a test drive. Brenda took care of all the paperwork. She even made adjustments when I realized I hadnt brought the correct paperwork to transfer my plates. I met Tim and Brock while I was getting my OnStar set up in the parking lot. Today I met Shawn in service while dropping off my car for the Cilajet treatment. Because of his experience in detailing, he was able to explain the process to me. I cant wait to get my car back and I look forward to building a relationship with the wonderful people I have met on Team Lally.
Super impressed. Saw the vehicle online, fair price and did all the pre financing and ppwk prior to arrival. Brenda was quick with ppwk, Dion was awesome sales person. Repair shop awesome, the Lally track cars were and getting some TLC.Usually dread car dealerships but its evident why they have been in biz for 90+ years.
Second time bringing my vehicle in for a specific noise and on both occasions noise not solved. Asked to replace my rear wiper blade, they told me my vehicle was ready only to discover the wiper was not replaced. Addressed this to BEN, he “looked” through his notes and discovered the tech “said” there were none in stock. I also requested a warranty check for my driver side window panel as I cannot roll my passenger window down from the driver side panel. To date, no response from BEN regarding my warranty and the wiper being in stock since my Tuesday Oct 26th appt.
The service department in this dealership is very well run. The employees are knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. It was the only dealership in the area that could complete the recalls on our vehicle due to its size.(its a 32 RV) While it was there we also had it serviced. The turn around time was very quick for the extensive amount of work needed for the brakes service.(never would have thought they would need to pull the axles) We had mentioned something that we thought might be an issue that needed addressed. They checked the entire vehicle over for issues. They were honest, and let us know that it was in fact fine, rather than sell us parts and service we didnt need. The pricing is up front, and they didnt play any games like the Chevy dealership on Brookpark Rd has done to me. The service area/dealership itself is very clean and well taken care of. I had to smile at the nail salon inside. Thats a pretty smart idea. I would definitely recommend this place.
Overall the whole experience was positive. Nolan, Alex, and Brock were very easy to work with. However, at one point, when they had run my debit card to pay off the balance of the car, they mistakenly ran it as a credit card, and some lady, from what I assume is the finance dept., with a very snotty attitude, said: Well, if you want to pay the charge for running it as a credit card, fine. First off, why should I pay the charge for running it as a credit card when it was their mistake? Secondly, I just bought a $30,000+ car, that I paid cash for and they are worried about the cost to run the credit card? (Seems petty to me) Thirdly, to fix their mistake and get the car required that I drive 96 miles round trip to PA to get a cashier check for the balance, which cost me the gas plus the $12 cashier check fee, did I ask them to pay for the gas and cashier check? No. So, in short, I would recommend this dealership with the caveat that you arrange your own financing ahead of time to avoid any problems that will cost you time, gas, and money.
Great customer service and friendly environment. Both Chris the salesman and Jim in the financial department did a great job with me getting my vehicle. They went above and beyond for me. They made sure that I left that lot with a new suv. I would definitely recommend anyone to go see them both.
I would 100% recommend coming here. I came here with no idea what type of car I wanted but I knew I wasn’t leaving without a car. Dion Flewellyn was my salesman and he made my experience very personable! He wasn’t pushy, answered all my questions and if he didn’t know the answer he tried to get me one. This was my first time purchasing a car on my own and he definitely left a lasting impression. I can’t wait to go back.
Bill Paolella was by far the best salesman we have worked with Ever!! I will not buy another vehicle without giving him the opportunity first. Professional, knew what he was talking about and quick with the sale process. we bought 2 vehicles the same day because he was so good. we would recommend him to everyone. great job.
I went to Tim Lally Chevrolet to get a new SUV. I wanted to trade in my old SUV for a brand new SUV. I talk to a Sales representative who I personally know, My high school buddy I graduate with Chris Tharp. Nice guy to work with. He and his team help me get the right price for my New SUV plus the Trade in. If you are looking for a fresh start and want to upgrade your old car for a new car, or just getting a new car or SUV, Go see Chris Tharp and his team at Tim Lally Chevrolet in Warrensville. Thank you guys! The New ride is nice.
First, it was a fast and easy appointment set up. Everyone was super friendly and the place was clean. The reason I gave this place 2-3 stars was because I went in for an oil change at 8am and did not leave until 10am. A 2 hour oil change? I did not leave, I stayed and sat outside (which is nice they had an outdoor seating) They said it would be an hour. It was 2 hours. & at another Chevy dealership I paid between $45-50 and here I paid $68. I’ve never had an oil change take 2 hours, especially if I was there waiting. At tops 45 mins.
I feel so comfortable and safe with Tim Lally Cheverly!!!! You guys know how to make your customers feel at ease!!!!!!!!!Overall disappointed in the service center, but still love your sales people who always have my back!!! Strive told me after driving 40 mins to your location to drop off my car that there wouldnt be a loaner car for me that I would either have to wait there for a few hours or call for a ride, leaving me with no vehicle. When I contacted my sales person he was able to get me a car. So the service department contacted me to pick up my vehicle they said they couldnt find any issues, and then charged me $25 (even the receptionist didnt know what the charge was, or what it was for) for the diagnostics even though my vehicle was a certified vehicle. I honestly feel it was because I had sales find me a loaner car. I dont know, of course cannot tell for sure it just seems odd that nobody but Brandon was able to tell me why there was a $25 charge, if it of course was a normal thing Im sure the receptionist wouldnt of had to find him to tell us why there was a charge at all.BUT MY SALESMAN WAS AND IS THE BEST AROUND TOWN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It’s kind of sad how no one called me back about a car after I said I’ll pay it in cash. I asked if they could find a car around that they could bring in and I never got a call back it’s been about 2 1/2 weeks. I had a nice talk with the sales man really cool people there I just wish they would do their job and call me back. So you missed out on really nice customer that was looking forward to buying other cars in the future!
Got an oil change and tire rotation at a great price, but I had to wait for a coupon from Chevrolet to take advantage of the offer. Usually the coupon is too early or too late to use. (April or October) I have been using Conrads or change the and rotate tires myself. I have had several problems with my truck since purchasing and your dealership either wont or can not duplicate the problems due to atmospheric conditions at the time when they happen. Also, Chevrolet proper fails to correct any of the real problems Ive had with my truck. As a result I just dont bother returning to Lally because nothing really happens and I am wasting my time at the dealership or conversing with Chevrolet over warranty repairs. Why did I ever purchase the extended warranty? It doesnt cover any of the real problems. jhl
Working with Mike & Brock Lally & Vidi has been excellent! They went up and beyond measures to find the exact car I was looking for.I am more than satisfied, I am ecstatic!Myself and my family have been loyal customers for more than 20 years...we will continue to be. Thank you...Peggy Zone Fisher
My salesperson Joey Hurtuk was honest with me the whole time I waited for car to be built . The wait wasnt pleasant , but it was beyond anyones control with pandemic, plant closures. Very honest dealership , even down to financing. Everyone was very pleasant to work with . Thank you Tim Lally Chevrolet !!!!
We had a very positive experience purchasing our new Equinox from Tim Lally Chevrolet. All of the staff members we interacted with were friendly, professional and efficient. In particular, Chris Tharp did a great job working with us on our purchase. Great experience!
Over two hours was to long for an oil change. I understand that you do a thorough check, but this is still to long. I dont understand why you leave the paper floor mat, paper hanger and paper tag on. I understand the plastic on the steering wheel, but do people really want to have a paper floor mat? Why should I have to dispose of this stuff? Everyone was friendly and as far as I could tell did a good job.
I’ve always thought this was a good dealership until recently... I took my car in because my turbocharge started failing and I had a check engine light. After 2 days I was told it was ready to pickup and had been fixed... within one mile of driving out of the parking lot I could tell it wasn’t driving correctly and it didn’t want to accelerate and the check engine light immediately went back on. I returned it to the dealership. They ran the diagnostic test and it was the same error code as before. This really makes me wonder if they even fixed it or just silenced the check engine light or if they even took it for a test drive or anything. It’s a good dealership, but my experience with the service hasn’t been the greatest.
Joey Hurtuk was our sales dealer and we could not have asked for a better experience. We are first time buyers/leasers and he was very patient letting us take our time and helped us explore a number of options that worked well for our small family and wanted to make 100% certain we got something that was a good fit for us. Thank you Joey and Tim Lally staff for a great experience!
Vidi, our sales person was very knowledgeable, kind and was working with us to find the best deal for our pocket. We are planning to return our Ford Explorer in aonth - we were SO impressed with Vidi that we decided to get a Traverse from him.We will come back again!!Thank you Vidi for a wonderful and honest experience.Nir & Jessica.
The best car buying experience I’ve ever had. I was looking for an inexpensive car to run around my neighborhood in. Jacob Ober my salesman found me exactly what I was looking for. No pressure to buy something out of my price range. Overall a very pleasant experience. I’m very pleased with car I ended up with.
Came in to look at a car and sell mine walked around inside of the dealership for 15 mins and never was approached by anyone granite all the sales people were behind the sales desk.. receptionist asked if I needed a sales person I said yes no one came up still.. had to walk in the sales tower and ask for help when doing that it seemed as to me none of those jabbing there has back there wanted to help.. poor customer service
Terrible service department. Two of my last three service appointments ended in me requesting my car back back with nothing being fixed or serviced on it (car sat all day 9-5, without being serviced). Be prepared for 3-4 hours oil changes and shotty customer service from the techs (James is the worst) I have bought, leased, and serviced countless cars over the last 10 years with Lally. I will be finding a new dealership.
I came in to get a p0106 code corrected they had my vehicle for 3 days said the problem was corrected, I paid over a thousand dollars for the service. the very next day the check engine light came back on and the same code is still there . Needless to say Im not happy with the current result. The dealership has my car now for the 3rd day now and they cant seem to find the problem #not a happy camper.
My experience at Tim Lally is always great! My salesman Anthony went above and beyond to make sure I went home with the vehicle I wanted! 2020 EQUINOX!!! He kept me updated throughout the process and was extremely kind. My grandfather, mother and myself purchase/lease vehicles here. The staff from sales to service make you feel welcomed from the moment you walk in. I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else. As the snow approaches I feel comforted knowing I have safe and reliable transportation. THANK YOU AGAIN!
I’ve had more issues with my new 2021 Chevy Colorado than I ever did with my 8 year old RAV4.I took my truck in Tuesday morning because it was not locking with the fob or from the interior. There was also an issue with the transition from all wheel to 4 wheel drive that I never received follow up on from months prior. I had to call several times for an update, was never offered a rental until I asked for one after being without a vehicle for 3 days. The mechanisms were fixed but customer service was severely lacking.
I went to Tim Lally Chevrolet on miles. My Rep Ms/Mrs Brenda Miller was soooo helpful.. Calm.. And very Patient. I was super nervous and had a direct idea of what I wanted price range and payment range and ms/Mrs Miller literally held my hand and walked me thru each step using her calm and helpful voice... Her Assistant Mr. Paoalla was helpful and very like motivating on thinking positive and encouraging with the gays and congratulations lol. This place handle Everything in one spot including the transfer of plates to new car. Yeses I left with a car and very happy!!! Thank u Brenda Miller and Mr Paoalla for ur great work and help!!
I really enjoyed going to Tim Lally Chevrolet. It was the best experience Ive ever had with a car dealership in my 45 years of buying cars. There is a huge selection of vehicles to choose from both new and used the dealership is bright and clean and the finance team were great. But the person who really made my day at Tim Lally was my salesman Bruce Myers He took my buying experience to a new level. He listened to what I wanted and showed me all that was available. He was not pushy or overbearing and was more like a good friend. Thank you Bruce
This is the fourth time I have tried to buy a truck, it had never worked out. Then I went to talk to Alex and Joey. They literally lined up all the trucks with all the options that I was curious about so I could get a real feel for what suited me and my family best. There was no pressure at all, though I knew that they wanted a sale both my wife and I got a clear impression that they were more interested in us getting the perfect truck then just one they had on the lot. They worked within our budget and helped prioritize the features that we wanted and liked. I left with my dream truck. I WILL be buying my next vehicle from them. I know that I got a good deal, they got to the sale, and I couldn’t be happier.
I used the Collision Center to repair my vehicle after an accident. They worked with me so that I wasnt without my car long. Gave me updates on any delay and when I was ready to pick up my SUV. The end result was exactly what I wanted. My SUV looked just like it did before the accident.
The service has definitely taken a turn for the worst Ive come for years I just had my car washed and waxed and specified DONT WASH and they did and it was outside covered in water stains no one discussed my report that was obviously just pencil whipped it said the lights are good but yet the right brake light is out it said there is a trans fluid leak but noone felt the need to speak on it nor offer service being such an important issue they didnt cover my wheel or even put a floor paper Im especially since I had my advisor take me to get my wallet when they took my car back and it was out side not being serviced then 15 minutes later it was done and washed(which was NOT to be done) I called the service manager but apparently 2 days later my concerns dont matter Im not going to deal with tim Lally chevy oh yeah I guess the manager was busy working on their race car so screw the customers I guess
Tim Lally Chevrolet provided excellent customer service. Lou Schreiner, Joseph Hurtuk and Alex Reed listened, cared and understood my needs to lease this vehicle.Their patience and time exceeds 100% satisfaction!!! Thank you and I will refer this dealership to all my friends and family.
I drove an hour to get a vehicle from this lot. Initially I loved it and the staff, but after being there for a few hours the Fina cr guy told me the bank wouldnt finance the vehicle and and he proposed trying a different less expensive vehicle. I told him no that I found that vehicle online and drove all that way for that vehicle and if I were to just settle for some other car I would do so from a lot close to where I lived. He seemed a little surprised that I was walking on him. Anyway the point is I went to a lot near my home and used the same bank, bought a vehicle a little more expensive around dame year with similar miles and what do you know they approved me.
My experience with my salesperson was just awesome. The hard work that was put forth to make the outcome a successful one was outstanding.. The staff members that I encountered were kind profession people with warm personalities. I could not have asked for any better service. Tim Lally Chevrolet is a great place to purchase a vehicle Thanks Again John, Bruce,Jose, Jim and everyone else.
Had a bit of an issue getting the car track aligned and a few other issues that weren’t up to the standard I expect from my dealer. The owner, Mike Lally personally contacted me and made sure that EVERYTHING was made right, and it was.He had the Master Tech that works on his personal cars, gentlemen by the name of Rick Sedivy do the track alignment on my 19 ZL1 1LE and the car hasn’t tracked this straight since well, EVER.Fantastic job Rick much appreciated!Nothing in this world is perfect and I understand that, I’m quick to express my displeasure, but I’m just as quick to shower praise, again, job well done. It’s good to know the guy at the top cares, when he does, in most cases his employees do to.
Bill Paolella and his brother Anthony were very helpful in my pursuit in a new vehicle since my lease was ending. I already knew Anthony so it was a pleasure to get to know Bill and work with him. He was very friendly, personal and professional and was able to offer me what I wanted regarding my monthly payment. I love my Trailblazer!! Thank you to Bill and Anthony for your help!
Well......the purchase experience was actually really easy, and very smooth. Matt Frost my salesman was friendly and made the transaction a pleasure. Likewise the finance manager, I forget his name but he cruises around on a hover board was also very nice to work with. Both of these guys were great with the communication before, during and after the sale. I purchased a “like new” used vehicle, and the price was phenomenal and I got an amazing offer for my trade in value. Literally $500 more than what I paid for my car a year and 20k miles earlier. For that side of the business I’d give them 5 stars. As for the service department........Wow. I’ve heard some poor communication before, but never have I been around somewhere with a complete lack of communication and knowledge. I dropped my car off for a simple wheel and tire warranty claim at my appointment time early last Friday morning. I also asked some questions in regards to my coverage and it was clear my advisor was not at all familiar with my warranty plan. As of 3:00 Monday afternoon I had not heard back from my service Advisor. I had called and left messages and voicemails for him earlier that day with no return call. I needed the car back so I went there around 3pm to get it and literally nobody could find my service advisor nor did anyone have an answer as to what was going on. A different advisor attempted to locate my paperwork and help, but he didn’t have any info either. Eventually my advisor showed up and basically just pulled my car up and took some pictures of my rims and told me he’d call me the next day with what the next steps were. When he didn’t call I called in and asked for the service manager. He wasn’t available, but did call me back a short time later. He was apologetic and explained he’s only been there 5 weeks and they’re short handed. I understand that because I’m in retail management as well, but it’s not something a customer should have to care about. He told me he’d look into it and get right back to me. I’m writing this review tonight, because as you may have guessed he did not follow up. The service department from the moment you walk in gives you the sense that it’s an unorganized, understaffed nightmare waiting to fail you.
Great dealership experience. Friendly, helpful and easy to work with Staff. Clean modern facility! Good quality used cars. Everyone I dealt with, from the finance person, insurance person, sales rep, sales manager and even the general manager were awesome! In particular, Matthew Frost and Alex Reed were a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend this dealership.
The service was great. What I am upset about however, was the fact that not only were some customers not wearing masks, some of the employees were not wearing masks. I have six of the health issues that make the virus dangerous for me. I got out of that waiting room as fast as I could after dropping off my car and seeing all the people without masks. When I paid for the service, one of the cashiers was not wearing one and on the way out, a young lady coming in (dont know if it was an employee or customer) was not wearing a mask, but coughing her head off as she walked past me. I hope I dont need to go back before this pandemic is over.
Mark Bertolone is an AWESOME mechanic. I trust his expertise and knowledge completely. He takes great care of my car. The staff in Lallys service department is very friendly and my car is serviced in a very timely manner. I wouldnt take my car anywhere else for service!
I took my 09 malibu here today because there was a recall with the ESC and power steering. We paid almost 1,000 to get this fixed and I walk out to my car to see that now the airbags need service, and this only showed up after getting my car serviced here. And then I went to drive the car and nothing changed, there is still no power steering assist which is what we paid for to get fixed. So basically we walked out of Tim Lally Chevrolet out 1,000 bucks without my power steering serviced and now they messed up my airbags. It seems to me they never took the car on a test drive and they were okay with sending out a customer with a car that now doesnt have airbags working, how safe.
Worst dealership. Was good at one time, leased 2 cars from them, went back for a third, was there for 3 hours and got nowhere. We had Brenda a salesperson, and Henry a manager helping us. They didnt know what was going on. We filled out a credit app, waited 45 minutes then they came back saying we need to fill out a credit app. WE JUST DID THAT. So we decided to leave and upon us leaving they ran out and stood in front of our car to talk to us. Too late, will never deal with them again and told them that. Heres the kicker, a week later I get an email from someone else asking us to come in to turn in our lease and discuss options.
Jeff my service advisor was Awesome, he listened to me and was very helpful and communicated the status of my vehicle with me very well. I didnt feel pressured to get any other services other than what i was there for even though he did offer. This experience was one of the best. The two gentlemen driving the shuttle service were also very pleasant.
I took my truck to them 3 different times to fix 1 problem they incorrectly diagnosed my car and fixed the wrong thing leaving me with a 2,300$ bill after paying the bill and assuming it was fixed I pulled off and hoped and the free way my car cut off!!!!! And I almost died looking for a lawyer now to help me with the case. Extremely unprofessional and absolutely no mechanical skills at all
Today was extremely successful walked in and was greeted and taken care of with tremendous service. I only went to look but also knew in the back of my mind I wanted to maybe wait another month or two or when the opportunity presented itself sooner than later and I got more than what I was looking for and then some.. I felt extremely thankful for my salesman and the other employees I would recommend Tim Lally to anyone! My salesman was so patient and awesome all around!
They have always provided excellent customer service and exceptional technical care of me and my vehicle. They dont focus on the cost of them helping you, they focus on your satisfaction. I have bought all of my vehicles from Tim Lally, he sold me my first car when he was just a sales man at Bass on northfield road in Warrensville Heights and I have never regretted it.
Stay away from this place at all costs. I drove 3 hours to look at an Impala that I was told had not been driven. It is listed on the Chevrolet website as new. I get there and the sales person had quit the day before. Her name was Tamara Collins. The car was in the service department being detailed. It has almost 7000 miles on it. It is used. I wasted a day, gas, and tolls. You have my number and email. Never sent me listings as promised.Never heard back after I left except to offer me a deal on the same car I saw and did not want. That is why I left this review. You were nice to me and apologized for the inconvenience. You did offer to cover my expenses. I did decline because I thought that you would help me find a car.
Buyer beware... We bought a certified used truck and they put old tires and wheels on it for the sale. They didn’t even match the specs of the certification paperwork (R17 vs R16). It was the truck we wanted at a fair price, so we swallowed the $800 for new tires. Salesperson, finance and insurance people were great, but management knows what they did and had nothing to say about it. EDIT IN RESPONSE TO DEALER: The truck purchase was in my husbands name. Our salesperson talked to management when we were there and all they said is that they would finance new tires; to which we said, no, thank you. Im using this review to let others know, not to get anything out of the dealership.
The entire staff is friendly, attentive and professional across the spectrum from sales and finance to parts and service. A great team! I strongly recommend checking them out. No gimmicks or games when buying a vehicle. They are straight shooters and really work to take care of you.
Long story short I brought my car in for service because my car was overheating. They proceeded to let me know nothing was wrong and I just had to pay for the diagnostics(140). I drove to Cincinnati which I then found I had to get my car fixed for the same reason I brought it in to Tim lally. Clearly they do not have good service technicians.. I wait 4 hours for them to tell me nothing was wrong with my car ! Jim the service manager was very rude .. DONT TAKE YOUR CHEVY TO GET “FIXED” HERE !!
I highly recommended shopping at Tim Lally first. Itll be the only place you need to stop at. Ive bought four vehicles here over the last several years. Always a good experience. My sales guy, Matt Frost, was awesome. He was always so kind, polite, and respectful. Never did he try to pressure me into anything I didnt want. I told him what I wanted in for my most recent purchase and he delivered. Ill enjoy my Jeep for a few years until I get ready to trade it.
I must say I was wrong about Tim Lally, I had bought a Jeep from them that had some issues, which upset me.. But they stepped to the plate and knocked it out of the park and fixed all the issues that was wrong with it,, and even some I missed. So they definitely did me proud and have earned a customer for life.. Learn from me never jump to conclusions...
Treated with courtesy and respect from the moment my family and I walked through the door. Excellent facility and employees. After purchasing a certified used truck my salesman Nathan went over every little detail in the truck with me and made sure it was completely detailed before leaving the lot. That alone never happened from the previous large northeastern Ohio dealership I bought from. The follow up calls have been excellent from Nathan too. You can really tell that Tim Lally employees really care about their customers. All and all it was a great experience and will consider Tim Lally as my dealership from now on and would highly recommend them.
Called several times to ask of a problem im having on paperwork theres a section that says I declined a service of broken exhaust hanger. When the technician showed me the drive shaft no hangers were broken . On the exit paperwork it says I declined to have it fixed when I looked under the car there was no mention of the hanger being broken nor was I asked if I wanted it repaired ( called service manager no return call!
Shout out to Kimberly at Ext#1202 in the Body Shop for going above and beyond for me today. I was calling around to State Farms Preferred Provider Body Shops as a customer who lives 2 hours away from my office got into an accident and unfortunatly does not have Rental Car on her policy and really needed to see who offered courtesy vehicles. While my customer contacted the local authorities to get a police report I made multiple phone calls to body shops and was not once greeted as nicely as I was from Kimberly! I simply was asking if a courtesy vehicle was available and Kimberly was so empathic towards my customer and situation and even reviewed times that customer would need to contact the Body Shop if courtesy vehicle was needed same day. I will gladly be calling Kimberly for anything needed in future! Thank you,
Service Center staff is friendly and takes good care of you. The service team will go into detail on any issues instead of mildly blowing you off. Movie theater and nice waiting area. Have not had jacked up price or ghost (mysterious) problems that need to be fixed at cost, unlike some dealerships, which has made me a return customer. Removed one star due to long wait times for service even with appointments (average 2 hrs for oil change/tire appointment).
I was overall dissatisfied with my service visit for my 2017 Corvette. I arrived earlier than my appointment time, but still waited until after my appointment time to be greeted. there was also an exceptionally long wait for my routine service to be performed. Customers that arrived after me completed their service before mine was completed. The advisor was then unable to print my inspection report, but stated everything is ok. The car was also not washed even though this was previously mentioned to be part of the Corvette service. When I inquired about this, I was told there was no time for a wash. Upon leaving the dealership on my way home the service rear axle light came on. After I arrived home the car then died and would not restart. I then had the car towed to another Chevrolet dealership through roadside assistance. Overall this was a very poor experience and my car came out in worse shape than when I took it in. I will not be returning to this dealership.
I always have a great experience at Tim Lally, from service to sales everyone there has always made me feel very comfortable, like family. This is my 4th vehicle purchased from Tim Lally, Dion Flewellyn was my salesman. He was very helpful in helping me decide which vehicle would best fit my needs. He also took the time to listen to my needs and answer any questions or concerns I had. My deal took a few days due to whats currently going on in the world but Dion was diligently working to make sure my deal moved along. I really appreciated the fact that he didnt want to just sell me a car/truck but he wanted me to be completely satisfied. Sometimes this type of customer service is hard to find. Needless to say I had an excellent experience and will definitely return for any future vehicle purchases.
I would highly recommend purchasing a car from Tim Lally Chevrolet! I personally worked with Dion Flewellyn as my sales person. He was great and really took the time with his customers making a great experience. I also had worked with Henry Jablonski and Irina Chesea throughout the process making it very easy! I had such a great experience all around and would recommend anyone in the market for a new car to go check out Tim Lally! This is the second car my family has bought from Tim Lally and I will continue to go back!
I never write reviews, but I need to make sure people know what they are getting into when visiting Tim Lally Chevrolet. This was absolutely the worst experience my husband and I have ever had when trying to lease a car. The salesman and finance guy took entirely too long to negotiate our lease deal. While we are well aware that it always takes awhile when working out the details of getting a new car, it took them nearly two hours, which was uncalled for especially when the dealership was practically empty. Once a deal was made for our lease, the salesman stated that they had to make one more financing call on Monday morning but that the car was ours and we could bring it home that night. I will admit this was our mistake to believe them. Looking back, we never shouldve taken the car at this time, but we were exhausted and just wanted this process to be over as we had two young children to get home to, and I had to work that night. The car salesman even went as far to tell my husband he could come sign paperwork after work and we would not have to bring the car back. The salesman reached out to my husband the next afternoon and stated our deal was no longer valid and that they could not lease the car to us at the agreed upon price. They then increased the price approximately $175/month. After more back and forth by them they stated the absolute lowest they could go was $59/month more than the agreed upon price. The salesman then treated my husband as if he had never leased a car before, this was our 7th time leasing a vehicle and we are well aware of the process. We are both highly educated people (not that it should matter) and the salesman tried to make it seem like we had no idea how this process works and that we werent cutting THEM a break. They blatantly messed up on their end and tried to make it our fault. We will make sure that we let people know about the awful customer service we received at Tim Lally Chevrolet.
Best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. If the world had more salespeople like Vidi, the auto manufactures would have a hard time keeping up. I got a competitive value for my trade, fair price on my new vehicle, and i was on my way back home (NY) within an hour. I will keep it brief because I have too much to say about how great of an experience I had with this dealership - 5 stars. Thanks again Tim Lally Chevrolet!
The first two times a went the vibe was not that welcoming, not mean or rude just not welcoming but today it was great! The price of the oil change I received was very reasonable. They did take a long time though. Over an hour. One star deducted for that. I made an appointment online.
They gave me a very good deal and were responsive to my requests. All staff was very courteous and pleasant. Salesman Anthony was very knowledgeable and worked with me and my wife without being pushy. We liked him a lot and will search him out when we are ready to trade my Chevy equinox.
Glad I stopped at Tim Lally on way home from a bad experience at another dealership. From the start my experience was amazing!! Joe V was my salesman and I stated where I needed to be payment wise and he worked with my needes with no hassle. I am loving my new equinox. They work with our scheduling needs and made picking the car up and signing the paper easy and relaxing. Will definitely be going back when time for new vehicle!!
My service advisor, Matt Nagy, was fantastic! I had an issue with recurrence of an error message on my vehicle. Matt was so apologetic, I said things happen and its not your fault, youre the advisor not the mechanic (nothing against the mechanic, no one is perfect). I made another appt. to bring my vehicle back to rectify the issue. I am COMPLETELY satisfied with the service I received.

2022-05-03From service to sales to even the detail department this dealership is 10 out of 10. I’ve never felt more comfortable with all my vehicle needs in their hands. They legitimately treat you like family, I guess that’s what you get with a family owned business that’s been open 100 years. The TEAM at Tim Lally is one of a kind. I drive 45 minutes and pass multiple dealers for just a simple oil change even… no shame

2022-07-05Recently moved to Ohio and saw good ratings for the service department at Tim Lally. Took my Tahoe in for a transmission failure (have extended service contact) and they have had my vehicle for 5 weeks. After numerous calls to try and get ahold of the service advisor and after getting Chevrolet Corp Customer Service involved finally got ahold of service advisor. No apologies no nothing just explained was swamped with work and that a tech had to be dedicated to one day of working on vehicle and he didnt know when that would be. This was two weeks ago.Had Chevy Corp Customer Service follow up (today 7/5/2022) and they were told that my warranty company is requesting the transmission be broken down. Called my extended service contact company today as well to see what they are actually requesting and they stated they have no claim or call in as of yet (7/5/2022) from the dealership. The only good thing about Tim Lally is the service dept receptionist who is responsive and shows empathy and apologies for the service advisor. I requested a phone call from the Service Department Manager today(7/5/2022). Will follow up and report if they even bother to call me.I am now trying to pick up/ tow my vehicle to another Chevy dealership.Avoid Tim Lally Service Department at all cost if you value your sanity.

Both exceeded my expectations. What I love most about Jeff is that hes ALWAYS available to answer questions and help. Great job guys, and Thank you both!

2022-07-08-- NEVER GET YOUR INSURANCE COVERED REPAIRS HERE --I have had an accident and decided to get my car to TIM LALLY CHEVROLET for worry-free genuine parts and faster services.I have given my car to the collision center for repairs under INSURANCE COVERAGE. Initial estimate was $4,500 which requires 8-business days of work, they also notified me that they will tell me the exact price once they open my car. I went ahead and drove my car to the center for repairs. The next day the estimate went up to $17,500 (THE INSURANCE COVERS THESE CHARGES). The repair shop called again and gave the estimated work time of 15 business days (which is 3 weeks).By end of the three weeks, I called them up to get an update. The repair shop started to give excuses for manpower shortages, the amount of work on the car, so now they need another 3 WEEKS! (NOW 6 WEEKS TOTAL)Just sweet-talk you while giving you car updates. Otherwise, absolutely unprofessional and irresponsible to the customers.Never get your car here at least for services, ESPECIALLY UNDER INSURANCE COVERAGES

2022-05-31James listened to my requests and concerns. He and his team efficiently and thoroughly serviced my car and let me know when the work was complete. He greeted me when I picked up the car and thanked me for the business. GREAT customer and technical service!

2022-02-15Ben was nice, but there were some communications failures at times. Some expectations of returns calls were set then not met. He was very nice when I did talk to him and worked with me to get my car back. Was supposed to take 3-4 days it took almost two weeks.

2022-07-05Horrible sales and service. My wife and I went test drove and went to purchase a brand new 2022 Chevy Equinox Rs. I arrived in the morning to make the purchase. The dealership had estimates for the payments to be higher than they should have. I said I will go to the credit union for better rates. They didnt want a deposit or anything. I called while at the credit union because the loan officer had a question. They sold the vehicle out from under us. We found this same vehicle at another dealership so went and purchased it. We had an all wheel drive fault after having for 2 weeks which a glitch isnt abnormal for something brand new. I called to see about service and then the possibility of a rental vehicle while it gets serviced. They didnt have any loaners but then suggested we talk to out salesman about getting a loaner from the used car lot. I said we didnt purchase it from there since you sold the car while I was at the credit union getting financing. I was told that is too bad and they wouldnt be able to help us. Horrible sales, horrible customer service at the time of attempted purchase, and horrible experience when dealing with them for service. Dont waste your hard earned money there

2022-06-27Tim Lally Chevrolet is the only dealership I will do business with. From Sales to Service, everyone is top notch. Ask for Joey Hurtuk in sales - youll be in and out within a few hours instead of a multi-day ordeal like other places. Im sure other salespeople are great, that is just who I always work with. James in Service as an Advisor is also great to work with!
