Ordered a bacon,egg & cheese on a croissant-out of croissants at 9:30am so asked for it to be on a well toasted english muffin because most of the time its barely warm but again it wasnt & I got sausage instead of bacon. Not sure Ill go back again. I gave it another try this time.
Drive through is so slow traffic backs up into the street. Ive never seen a drive through this slow so often.Update: tried using mobile order, was informed they dont start the order until you show up. I was told to call instead, tried that and no one answers. Hands down worst tim hortons I have ever been to. Manager had an attitude with every customer.
Today is my daughter birthday. We order breakfast from Tom Hortons through DoorDash and they wrote Happy Birthday on the bag and gave her a free donut that say “Happy Birthday For the Birthday Girl” 🥰 love you guys .. you guys made her day. Thank you 😊 to the entire crew
Charged us for 2 half dozen donuts because we asked for the dozen in two separate boxes. When I questioned if that was right, they said yes. $2 for an extra box. Just the box. Same number of donuts. Other drive-thrus charge maybe 25 cents for a cup. Tim Hortons charges $2 for a box.
A great place to grab a quick drive through breakfast that is a better quality than most other fast food. Their bagel sandwiches are good and the coffee is too. Note: The line for the drive through can get pretty long during peak times, but they keep it moving. I personally dont go inside unless I have an abundance of time, as the inside service is usually slower.
Good price for a cup of coffee all with the convenience of a drive thru. the donut was good too. ive never seen a tim hortons before till in the state of ohio. id say the other states without tim hortons are missing out. after my first time visit i think theyre basically a donuts and coffee specialty place with some breakfast offerings such as breakfast sandwiches.
Today me and my boyfriend went to Tim hortons, our cashier was a sweetheart! She was trying her best to get us what we needed (didn’t catch her name.) she had blonde and brown hair. She was crying because it was a hard day, she was hurrying to get our stuff and working hard but when she asked where large bags were no one answered including the manager!! They just shook there heads, one even had the audacity to say “I’m so sorry”. If they would of helped her then we would of left quickly and I wouldn’t of had to see this poor example of “training skills” your managers and other associates have. Tim hortons could do better and help people learn. Won’t be coming back.
I work here so obviously biased but... its a terrific place. Christina is a wonderful manager who works hard to maintain a good team of people who are friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I work part time and thoroughly enjoy the customers (many of whom are regularly) and working with my coworkers.
The cream cheese on the bagels is VERY inconsistent. Last time I went there was only cream cheese on one half! Its not all bad though, sometimes they put LOTS of cream cheese on. (Which I love) Outside of that, the donuts ALWAYS taste fresh, even close to closing, and Ive never seen an employee who seemed anything other than happy. Always adequately stocked, I think theyve only run out of something once. And it was something silly like lettuce or something like that. They dont have the honey mustard anymore, and that majorly sucks, in my opinion. All and all its a good place.
They appear to focus on fast service which is nice but it comes at a cost to accuracy and friendliness. When ordering at the drive thru the person taking the order often seems annoyed, especially if I order more than one item. They also tend to be distracted, often needing details repeated, which I wouldnt mind if the order I received was correct more than 10% of the time.
My husband and son went there today and they was very rude to my son they asked for a bagle with everything on it got home it was a plain bagle asked for hash browns they was not put in the bag I have noticed the last few time I have went threw the drive thru they were rude and pushy I have called them over and over about the bagle and hash brown and there is no answer wont be going back to a place like that.
If you like to place an order and have the worker snap at you with, Thats all your going to order?! Then pull up to have your order wrong to which the worker tell you to count whats in your bag repeatedly. To which you respond with I ordered 2 more. Worker in a super confrontational tone repeats themself to count what you have. Once again I repeat myself. All the while the manager is there listening. The maturity level and hostility the window worker has shows the level of customer service.
Order for the first time not screwed up, but every order for the past 5yrs has been so going to take lots more right to get a better rating from me. weve even found hair in our food, complained and have yet o hear from upper management... they just dont care if they can make a buck, thats what they care about. go to McDonalds.
I work right next door, so I eat here 3-4 times a week. Quality of food is going down. Employees working the drive thru are on the most part always rude. They act as though they are mad because I ask for napkins to go with my order?? Today I purchased Mac and Cheese . I received Maybe a half bowl of cheese sauce with a couple spoons full of hard elbow macaroni thrown in.
I have never had a good experience at this tim hortons. Being new to town its a real disappointment that one of our favorite quick breakfast places can be so rude and disorganized. The .50 hashbrowns they were advertising were never available any of the 6 times tried to order them....come on guys...its not like your making them your selves...and then today we try to use two coupons for breakfast sandwiches that clearly state one per guest...(we have two people) but they would take them both and said it was one per car. I wont be back... need to have some customer service training
11/11 7:40am: I got a 2 for 4 bagel, sausage, egg, and cheese and a large Carmel macchiato. The sandwiches were luke-warm, not even warm enough to melt the cheese. Then the coffee was burnt, as I kept drinking it it tasted like the milk was also bad. I didnt have time to go back as I didnt eat/drink until I got to work which was only a 5 minute drive.Two stars because when I called the girl on the phone was very polite and asked if I was coming back, they would replace it.
They had a deal for 2 sausage, egg, and cheese English muffins for $4. I asked for this but asked them to hold the sausage. They said that the deal doesn’t allow for them to remove the sausage so they would have to charge me MORE to get LESS. Unreal. I told them to go ahead and do the deal and i will remove the sausage, essentially wasting food. How insane is this?
The early morning crew is always amazing!It seems like the people in the afternoon are either short staffed or clueless. They never have the dark roast made in the afternoon. Today I sat in line for 10 minutes to get lukewarn coffee and a weird looking cookie.I guess 5am is the best time to come here.
Every time I go to this location they are rude. Today I went and had a coupon and misread it instead of nicely explaining she made a scene and made me feel stupid for misreading it. She rolled her eyes and kept saying oh my god and was just horrible. It sucks that they have to be this way because I love the food and coffee. Coporate needs to come in and see how horrible they are. There are so many complaints about this location. Also if I ask for a sleeve for my coffee they dont need to get mad and throw it at me. Very disappointed.
I looked up what time they opened and it said five am. I walked down the street since its such a short walk and notice their doors are locked. Curious I look up their phone number and call. As soon as they picked up the phone they hung up, so I called again and same thing. I decided to walk back and get into my car and drive through the drive through so I could even talk to somebody. The person at the window was very rude to begin with. I asked when they opened and he said five so I asked why the doors were locked. They said the parlor opened at six so I asked why when I called they just hung up on me. The man said because he heard no one talking even though he picked it up for a split second then hung up. If your restaurant opens at five and your parlor opens at a separate time it should be listed on the door. If I call the store to find out why I cant get in someone should at least answer and inform me the reason why. ESPECIALLY IF THERE ARE NO CARS GOING THROUGH THE DRIVE THROUGH. This means you are literally dead and ignoring my phone call. Terrible customer service, and its also on the owners for not posting separate parlor times on the website or the door. I would like to at least have someone inform me of the parlor not being currently open instead of me standing there like a dumb ass and when I pull through the drive through I would like to be treated like a human being. Awful experience and terrible start to my day.
This Tim Hortons is in Delaware Ohio. My wife and I had a couple sandwiches and they were very good. The little Shop is very millennial and the folkes there are very nice. We had a great time and got a coffee to go. This could be a romantic place to meet or just a nice place to meet with friends for a cup of joe. It is very clean, lots of parking and I believe they also have a drive thru. Tim Hortons coffee is good tasting and you can get a variety of hot drinks other than coffee. They have had a lot of improvement from several years ago. The first time I went, my husband and I were out late exploring our new town of Delaware. We decided to stop by and get some cider since it was freezing out. Literally the woman in the drive thu said,what do you want. She was so rude it was funny. We ended up not getting any cider in fear of having our drinks spit in. Im sorry we stopped by, hahaha! It was a year later or so that we went back. Staff is a lot more friendly however not very accurate. Im glad you guys are working on it! 😂

2022-01-13Ive been to this Tim Hortons several times and while the coffee and food have always been sub par I still came back when I craved their breakfast sandwich. This time I got 4 of them for my girlfriend and I. 2 out of the 4 sandwiches had moldy english muffins. Ive worked in food service for over 5 years. I know that there is no excuse for this, and they didnt even offer me a refund.

2022-02-16Ordered two Carmel drinks and two plain bagels with strawberry cream cheese. Wasn’t told a total or anything. Received my food and drinks and it was mocha, also my bagels had no cream cheese. Was told that’s exactly what I ordered and was given attitude. If you hate your job so much, and customer service is too much for you, get a new job. I shouldn’t have to be belittled because you messed up. Thanks 😊

2021-02-25Dining room closed due to covid. Had 3 people in drive thru for orders and they refused to let us each use a coupon. Kept saying 1 per car!!Seriously if we had gone inside not a problem. They need to lighten up and work with the situation. Top it off they threw my 6 pack of donuts into a paper sack! I asked for a box and she closed the window. Terrible customer service.

2021-10-07I will start by saying the staff are wonderful! They work harder than most people will give them credit for. I am only giving a 3 star due to the fact that the staff needs to be paid more so they can keep the good staff and hire more. I have not seen a location that does more business this this one, surely a bump in pay would help to bring in more staff. Other than that could not be happier with this spot for a quick family breakfast.

2021-10-23Server gave us cold drink not hot.acted mad when told her.she went and got hot late for us. We thanked her and she did not apologize or acknowledge us. After we drove of we tasted our drinks and neither had any flavor of pumpkin spice. We were already on highway s I we did not go back.

2021-09-06This place is absolute GARBAGE. Nobody there cares about customers. The app never works and nobody tries to help correct the errors. If you order online, I promise you your order will not be ready and they will say they never got it even though you will be charged for it. They will argue with you for 30 min before giving you your order. I asked if they could please place sprinkles on the chocolate iced donuts like the vanilla one. They said no because they would have to do that for everyone. I even offered to pay for them and they still refused. Customer service does not exist here. Stay away from this dump.

2021-10-04They got my entire order wrong. I asked for a vanilla dip donut They gave me a vanilla cream. I ordered a Original Iced Cap and They gave me a pumpkin spice one. Didnt know until I left that They messed my entire order up. They didnt have my correct receipt when I asked for it. Then said thats all they had was the receipt they originally gave me which that didnt have my correct stuff on it. She had no idea what she was doing. My boyfriend paid for it and we have no Idea what he was even charged. He used his card and then she tried giving me change back after I used a credit card. I notice the evening workers dont have it together but the morning staff always gets my order correct. And to top it off I was in line for 25 mins. Several vehicles left as they were tired of waiting.

2021-11-14We ordered online and we were missing 4 coffees, 2 muffins, and 2 donuts. We came to the location and someone was kind enough to make up for the items. That person was named Lindsey. We went at 11:20. Thank you Lindsey!

2021-03-08Dining room open. We were the only ones not using drive through.Love their coffee! Also had a Turkey bacon and cheese, no bread and a Ham and Swiss combo , warm potato chips and coffee.Great service. Super clean restrooms.
