Tim Hortons in other cities:
Nice to see a little piece of Canada here south of the border! They have a few sandwiches (hoagies) that you dont get back home. Other than that, you can expect the same tasty fare that you are accustomed to back home. For those of you that arent familiar with Tim Hortons… its kind of like Starbucks... except your wallet doesnt hurt as much, and you dont need to be able to speak Italian to order a coffee!!This location is downtown, so no parking, and no drive through.
Absolute worst fast food experience Ive ever had. Waited an entire hour for our drinks and finally had to leave without them because the employee making them was so rude and moving so slowly that it must have been intentional. There were so many orders up on the screen that hadnt been made or bumped that they couldnt even find ours. We watched her get into an argument with a customer who had been waiting even longer than we had, and another customer had been sitting for half an hour for a lemonade, at least 10 people walked out without their orders before we decided to. I understand it was a busy day, but the lack of professionalism was absolutely unacceptable. An absolute waste of money and time.
This is absolutely the worst place to go get something today. The employees all seem to have very little to no experience with their jobs. And none of them have been educated at all about their menu items, and are completely ignorant on how to make any of the sandwiches & other food items. Then they get very rude & upset toward you when you let them know your order is made wrong. I feel they need to fire every employee there, and put people in there that work there because they enjoy their job and are grateful for being able to work for that establishment.
I stopped at this location twice while in Columbus. The first time the service was fine. The second time I went was in the morning. They opened late. It was after 8 am. I ordered 3 breakfast meals and never received my hashbrown sticks. I also never received a receipt to see if I was charged for them. Also there wasnt any donuts made. This location only has 2 booths that were taken up by one person in each booth. I suggest that this location puts up signs booths are for 2 or more people during peak times. It makes it difficult when families have to sit separate. Also be aware there are no restrooms at this location.
Thee older lady named Linda is beyond rude. Second time shes messed up my simple coffee order and each time she acted like it was my fault. Usually this place is packed seeing how it is downtown they usually do their best but always seem short on help. I go almost everyday and have decent service, but I feel like the past month the service is declining.
Not many choices to choose from. At least not today 4-26-18The manager was being rude to an employee. Im guessing he was new but thats not how you treat people. I heard its gonna come out of your paycheck at least 5 times. There were 5 employees and some other customers looked pissed. Idk.
It sits @ broad and high the very center of town! It can be very busy during early morning rush! Coffee donuts and even hot food items. The downside is they are not open late and they are open standard 6-5 m-f hours. 8-3 on weekends! Conveniently located close to buses Cosi and convention center!
The service and food here are pathetic. I suspect my melaninated skin was at the root of my experience. The bun on my sandwich was badly burned on one end. When I brought this up to the manager, I was met with indifference. Ill show them indifference. It will be a cold day in hell before I visit another Tim Hortons.
The grilled Italiano Bagel was okay, but they were out of the sun-dried tomato bagel that goes with it so I think thats why it wasnt as good as I was expecting and the Sugar Cookie latte left something to be desired. For an item with sugar in its name, it was anything but sweet.
Absolutely abyssmal service! Every time I come in! The staff are rude, make PERSONAL CALLS WHILE AT THE REGISTER, and even appear intentionally slow. They dont even give you the free water cup WHICH IS REQUIRED BY US LAW. Tim Hortons should be ashamed this shamble exists. A pathetic excuse for an eatery. The food is just as disgusting.
I saw a fight break out in here between the cashier and a customer. it was so funny, maybe i will post it on YouTube and link it in the reviews for everyone to see. this is the perfect place to go if you need some meth, or are high on meth, or need to stop and roll a blunt on the table before smoking it on the corner of 2 of the busiest streets in Columbus Ohio.
I came to Tim Hortons on my trip to Columbus because every city I’ve been to has impressed me with the coffee and service. I was so excited to have some coffee. I went into this one and the staff was incredibly rude! I was so disappointed. They acted like we were wasting their time just by being there. I received my coffee and it was just like hot water with some pumpkin in it. I’m so sad. :( They definitely need a manager onsite. The Timbits were good though, so 2 stars yay.
Went to get 3 dozen donuts for our staff. Got there just after they had restocked the display and the lady working said oh hes not going to be happy. When she told the gentleman working that he needed to provide us with 3 dozen donuts, he was visibly ticked; walked to the back kitchen; and came out with three boxes of donuts. We didnt think anything of it until we got back to the office and opened them - they looked like day old donuts. Hoping we were wrong, we took a bite, and sure enough, the CRACKING sound (like the crunch of a a tortilla chip) of the HARD frosting on one of the donuts was proof enough that the employee had definitely given us the day old donuts that had been removed from the display and stocked with fresh donuts. GROSS. Will NOT be going back. Rude staff and disgusting food standards.
Tried to call ahead to place a large order. Their phone was disconnected. I showed up completely expecting to either wait or not get all 5 dozen I wanted. They had six donuts in the store. Other guests were told they didnt have supplies to make any hot drinks besides cider and plain coffee. They were out of syrups for lemonade. I ordered four boxes of 40 Timbits. It took nineteen minutes to pack them up. They were out of 40 boxes, so I received one 40 box and four 20 boxes. The size of the box doesnt bother me, but when I pointed out that they shorted me 1/4 of my order the shift manager said, You can fit 60 in a 40 box. Even if that was true, this still would leave me 20 short. The team member who packed my order told the manager she counted the number on the box. The shift manager said to pack me 20 more Timbits with a tone of disgust because I clearly was wrong. After 35 minutes in the store, I walked out with 20 less Timbits than I should have had.
Girl behind the counter was very rude and took forever taking our order, and then they promptly messed it up. My friend asked for cheddar on her sandwich instead of american and they even repeated it back and then made it with american anyway, and my pumpkin spice muffin was a doughnut so we had to go back in. Also, after waiting more than 10 minutes for our food and drinks they tell us that theyre out of milk, at 10:30 on a Sunday morning. Any of this may have been forgivable if they were busy, but they werent.
After placing my order, a couple walked in behind me and the manager ma.se their food for their order that had not even been placed yet. After making their food on the last bread she told me she had no bread for mine. After a few minutes of waiting a gentleman made my sandwich, which turned out to be wrong. Then when I asked for my money back it was a whole issue because I did t have the receipt that I wasnt given in the first place. STAY AWAY!!
This is the worst Tim Hortons ever and it is very disappointing that it happens to be in the heart of downtown Columbus. This Tim Hortons should be well kept and professional. Besides the unfriendly staff, the place is a hang out for people who ride the cota bus so it was uncomfortable and I would not recommend going there. It is unfortunate that as a paying customer the place was packed with people sitting waiting for the bus that an employee had to embarassingly ask a bum to get up after I sat down in area that no one was sitting in but they were cleaning ..(no one was cleaning btw) .
Was in there January 2019, Coffee machine was broken, only had supplies for 2 types of sandwiches in stock, took about 20min to make the chicken hoagie. Customer in front of me was there even longer. Staff lost her sandwich... forgot about it in the microwave. Store need new equipment, and more staff.
Today, I went into the store for a treat (for myself) to celebrate another semester ending. Anyway, it was about 10am. Most of the staff were polite, even one said goodmorning. The woman who first took my order was very sweet, making sure she heard everything I had asked for (I have a soft voice). I asked for a medium coffee, 4 EXTRA large sugars, 2 EXTRA large creams, and a creamy caramel shot--along with some timbits. Of course, the sole reason being for the coffee was to compare the freshness of their coffee to the one I currently work at. Anyway, after I recieved my items, I went to one of the tables by a window. it was the cleanest one. Now, I admit that the coffee was FRESH compared to the location I work for (I burned my tongue at first sip). However, I DO know how I like my coffee, and I could tell that the sugar level was off by at least 3 and a half sugars (maybe slightly over 3). I went back to stand in line and waited a good 7 minutes, as everyone else was being served (there were only two people in front of me, but that does not account for the other 5 that were behind me being served before help finally got to me), just to ask for more sugar. After that, it was fine. The timbits were pretty good alone, much better at this location. Overall, it was a pretty good service, just have someone come out and wash tables every now and again and I will make sure next time to watch how much sugar is put into my coffee. I like mine sweet :)
The workers there are rude and i stud in line for 15 minutes while one of the ladys was in the back eating and the other lady was doing someone elses order the line was at the door another costumer was just as upset as i was asking Whats going on the lady up front doing the order (as slow as possible) had an attitude it took me and the other upset costumer to start complaining loudly for the other lady to come out and start taking orders i love tim hortons coffee i usually come in and get an ice cap or an iced coffee but because of the grouchy employees i have not been going as often and Im not the only one there are others who have said the same thing... Also an associate of mine was telling me they had an incident at the same tim hortons on broad and high where the employee took the straw out of the costumers hand and used her bare hands no gloves stirs the costumers drink with the straw and gives it back to the costumers.... They need new staff bad....

2020-12-05After going to this Tim Hortons and others in the area, I’ve almost stopes going there altogether because of poor customer service and bad management. And even thought this location has been better than most it was still in need of a little help. The last few weeks I’ve noticed tremendous improvements with the store. The staff seems happier and more proficient. My food has been correct and the first time, the wait time has dramatically change for the better. The new manager Kyle has done a fantastic job changing the atmosphere at the store in his short time as manager.Good job Kyle and Tim Hortons staff, I’m glad we have a good Tim Hortons in the Reynoldsburg area again.

2017-11-10This place is great!! We ordered our food. The staff was very patient with me because I didnt know what I wanted. It was my first time eating inside. But she was friendly and helpful. She fixed our meals and made our drinks. She was a great person to be working for them. And she offered us desserts. We picked some out and she bagged them so they would survive the bus ride home. She was Great!!!

2019-05-22Worst place for real customer service.Wish I didnt get my beverages here.Had to wait while employees were outside smoking cigarettes.I would like to get my coffee from there after a good change of the entire staff.Broad and High street store needs the health department to do a thorough inspection.

2019-03-26I love donuts and coffee! One of my favorite things is that their coffee flavorings are flavoring only, completely unsweetened!!! You get to choose how sweet and which sweetener you want to use if any.

2018-02-25Ordered everything bagel. It was good and tasty. Place was clean but service was very slow. The politeness of the staff made the wait worthwhile.
