I reached out about my daughter’s first birthday smash cake and about cupcakes via Facebook messenger. My experience was not as I expected as this place is reviewed very well. I am sure cake quality is excellent but is lacking with customer service. I reached out to the experts to help design the cake gave flavor looking for, party theme, and colors. The response I was asked twice to send a picture to them for pricing. Sorry if I wanted to select a picture for a cake would have went the big box stores. This is just a gimmicky bakery who copies Pinterest images to call their own.
I live down in Columbus, but I was up in NE Ohio again today and stopped in finally and had one of your cupcakes! Best cupcake I have had in a long time! Will def be back again when I am in the area next time
Pistachio sundayThree girls cupcakes has the most delicious desserts hands down. The cupcakes are firm yet moisturizer. And the clever flavors that come up with are amazing. Which leads me to this. Today they were out of cheesecake, so they let me pick the flavor for the day for the following day. I choose the Pistachio flovor. when I was a little kid after church every Sunday like clockwork we would go to dinner and after was this shop that was like a little drugstore, but also has a ice cream shop inside. Naturally me my sister my cousin wanted to try all of the flavors but eventually I asked my grandmother if I could try some of hers, The pistachio flavor. ( which sge got everycsunday) It wasnt until Recently when I tried the three girls cupcakes version of pistachio of cheesecake that Im reminded of this memory. I mean it was as if I was taken back to those moments instantly as if they were yesterday. Never have I had anything so delicious and so creamy Besides that day that my grandmother let me try her ice cream. Thank you for giving me this memory back.
The cupcakes are delicious, and I’ve started getting a big cookie with frosting each Friday! They recently had a chocolate mint fudge that was heavenly!!
The people who work here were not nice to me or my family at all. The girl Malissa that works there was throwing a hissy fit about us ordering a lot of cupcakes. I have been there before and she was not a nice person to be around! I do not recommend going to this place AT ALL!!!!!!!
Went to Three Girls Cupcake Shoppe today after seeing them on a local TV morning show.Picked up 2 cassata cupcakes. The most amazing frosting ever. Almost supernaturally delicious. Just the right amount of strawberry and filling. Moist light cake! Oh and I only got two because they are so good they sell out. Go early!!Also picked up a gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan vanilla cupcake. It accomplished what i needed. A cupcake for my lactose intolerant son. Dense and has a different frosting texture but this is to be expected. My son said it was good.Finished the visit with three macarons. They were larger than similar cookies i have had before. This is a good thing. The filling is thicker and this is also good!The raspberry was very fruitful. My favoriteMy older son had a cookies and creme. He loved it.We still have a red velvet saved for later.I will definitely go back and you should go also.
Maria made the cake for my wedding, and she was a gem through the entire process. I fell in love with the shops story, and with her cassata cake. As an Italian lady, Ive always wanted one at my wedding, and Maria delivered!My cake definitely wasnt a traditional wedding cake, but Maria captured what we were hoping for ♡ Highly recommend!
I purchased cupcakes from here a couple weeks ago for my boyfriends birthday. I bought a peanut butter one for myself and really liked it! He really liked his cupcakes as well. However I do agree with some of the other reviews I have seen regarding the way they display their cupcakes. I think this place should store them properly away from fruit flies and other bugs.
I dont know where to begin. This has to be the worst bakery I have ever tried. I usually dont like to leave negative reviews but this place deserves it! First, the quality of the baked good at Three Girls is not good. The cupcakes I got were dry and just lackluster in flavor. The facility also didnt feel very clean as another review stated, I had a bug flying around my face the entire time in there. Other than the quality and cleanliness, how the owners present themselves online is also disgraceful. Lately they have started a new trend on their Facebook where they review other bakerys around the Cleveland area, and a lot of times make negative comments about their items. To me this comes off as unprofessional and slanderous. Why dont you worry about making your own facility clean and making a better quality product before you go judging other people. The way I would describe this place is no class and no taste!
Amazing cupcakes and other stuff their pepperoni bread is to die for and fresh and hot everyday. Ali pies are also amazing it’s like a little Debbie but super sized. If you have never had one you should definitely try one.
Ordered a Casada birthday cake for my mom this past weekend. It was absolutely delicious. It was so fresh and not too sweet also you really get what you pay for. Hopefully in the future they will be making cakes again because I would love to get another birthday cake from this establishment. Thank you!!! My mom was so happy!
Had a great little chat with the gal at the counter and got two delicious cupcakes (neopolitan). The fresh strawberry frosting was amazing, the vanilla half was dense and flavorful, and the chocolate side was fluffy and just delightful. Definitely will be back again to try some other flavors!
Just ok. First time they were good. Last time I purchased they were just ok. Dried out, lacked flavor of cassata taste. The custard was hardly in the middle. I bought 4 so at 3 bucks each I was disappointed 😞. Wont be back.
A friend of mine told me to stop in and check this place out. Im not entirely sure what was sweeter, the cupcakes or the woman working, but regardless Im happy I stopped in. I have to say the Cassata cupcake was quite possibly the best thing I have ever put in my mouth. An explosion of flavor in every bite, and yet light enough that I didnt feel like I was going to need to check my sugar levels for a diabetic episode. The place looked amazing, great service and the prices were more than reasonable.
Yesterday I stopped in to appease my sweet tooth. I asked the young lady working there for her recommendations. She happily told me about each type of cupcake available that day. I purchased a double chocolate cupcake and a casada cupcake. I love chocolate and the double chocolate didn’t disappoint BUT.. the casada cupcake was literally like eating a slice of heaven. The cake to filling ratio was perfect!While there I was told that Key Bank was supporting local small businesses by giving each business selected, $50 gift certificates that could be given to customers in a drawing. To my utter surprise, I was a winner!!! I c add my wait to use my winnings on more cupcakes! I would love to share photos of the cupcakes, but I wolfed them down before I could document them! :-)
I stopped here for for the first time today. I couldnt decide on which cupcakes to get because they all looked so good. Needless to say, I left with a few. They are WONDERFUL!!! Ill definitely be going back. 😁

Just stopped in for the first time and got a GIANT frosting filled oatmeal cookie sandwich. The owner promised it would be the best frosting I ever tasted. I thought she was just enthusiastic about her own bakery, but SHE WAS RIGHT!! This is literally the best frosting Ive ever had and the cookie is absolutely delicious as well.I see many more cookie sandwiches from here in my future! Cant wait to try more of these :)
I popped in today wanting to try out a new spot. This shop did not disappoint! I tried their casata cupcake which is one of the best cupcakes I’ve ever had! Their buttercream frosting on the chocolate cupcake is delicious too. I usually don’t like icing, but this one was so yummy! I definitely recommend this shop!

After my sister had these cupcakes at a party I had to get some for my coworkers to try. They are AMAZING! Everyone loved them and wanted to know where they came from! I absolutely will continue to get items from here! The Pepperoni Bread was the perfect Savory to the sweet cupcakes! The fact you are so close to my home makes it even better, I will be fat and happy forever!
Three Girls Cookie Dough Cupcakes are the best! I called to place an order last minute and they had it ready for me as soon as I walked in the door. Their breads are delicious. The ham, cheese and banana pepper bread was amazing. The Allie Pies are a must try and their themed cupcake weeks and change of menu will keep you coming back. You won’t be disappointed with your visit:)
I just had their cheesecake. It was absolutely wonderful though I knew it would be because everything at the shoppe is. It was creamy and the crust tasted so yummy. I love this shoppe. Everyone is so nice there. If you want a yummy treat, stop in, the treat comes with a smile. :)
These ladies did an amazing job baking my sons cake!I came in with one idea and she showed me her work and it was colorful, bold! They definitely love what they do and are very good at it! Great location for locals to support!
I LOVE Three Girls Cupcake Shoppe!!! I stop in almost weekly to get cupcakes or bread for myself and friends. They have a wide variety of items and they are always up to try new flavors or ideas! The ladies are wonderful and always very friendly when I stop in. The Cassata cupcake is a huge favorite with everyone I know and they serve it daily!! You can’t go wrong with this bakery! Definitely worth a visit.
Paid $120+ for a cake that fed 8 people that looked like a teenager practiced on. Worse was their customer resolution skills. Wanted me to bring back an uneaten cake for only my deposit and wouldn’t own up to the poor quality. The party had started so wasn’t an option. Do yourself a favor and order from Michael angelos instead where they ALL know how to bake opposed to just 1/3 girls. Horrible quality. Overpriced. Don’t base your decision on their photos because apparently quality isn’t consistent when you have three bakers… note to business post your pics in an album of WHO decorated so your client can CHOOSE .
Go in and see the girls at Three Girls Bakery you won’t be disappointed!!! I have never had anything bad from there!!! One of my favorite things there are the Allie Pies they are to die for!! They have done multiple birthday cakes for us and they are always amazing!!
I love supporting small businesses but this one was a bit gross. Fruit flies everywhere. They have nothing covering the food.If you are gonna charge $3 a cupcake at least store them in a proper place.

Not environmentally friendly. At all. These are truly some tasty sweet treats, but I simply can’t understand why she continues to use SO much Unrecyclable plastic. There are so many paper options out there that are capable of protecting fragile goodies, I just don’t think I can continue to come to this bakery if she can’t recognize the impact she’s having in the environment with all this plastic. If you want to set up air in a community, have some awareness of the impact. One planet folks. That’s all we got.

Aside from the fact that EVERYTHING I have bought from this shop is absolutely amazing, it is run by some of the nicest women I know. They are always on social media complementing other small businesses in the area and help out in the community. They respond to my (many) messages almost immediately, and they interact with their customers on social media. You can tell that it’s not just about the business for them, and it shows. Their prices are great, and you can tell everything is homemade because it tastes amazing. They’ve done two specialty cakes for me that were beautiful. You won’t regret going to their shop, I’m in there at least once a week!

Stopped in today. 2 dozen assorted cupcakes, pepperoni bread and ham and cheese bread with banana pepper rings... Absolutely amazing i would and will drive another 40 miles one way for those goodies.. The staff is pleasant and welcoming , the atmosphere has pep with a hint of refined. Very geared to making the visit worthy of a road trip.
Hands down the worlds best chocolate cupcakes!! Any variation of their chocolate cake seems to be incredible and I am a vanilla/ almond kind of person typically. Their buffalo chicken stuffed bread is really yummy too!!
This cupcake shop is amazing! I cannot even begin to tell you how delicious the sweets are here. The owner puts a lot of love into the shop and the food. The shop is very cute and welcoming when you walk in. Very clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The recipes are to die for. There’s not a single thing I can say about this bakery that isn’t positive. If you don’t believe me about how great this place is, stop in and look for yourself. You won’t be disappointed!
Ive been at this cupcake shop 3 times before today. They seem very inconsistent-first time was very good, the other two just OK, with the cupcakes being fairly dry. So, I thought Id try one last time, hoping for a repeat of my first visit. Arrived to see a sign on the door complaining about customers having to wear masks, or the proprietors would lose more of their personal freedoms. Followed by some political complaints about the governor. Well, in my view, their personal freedoms dont extend to putting my health at risk. In fact when their concern seems to be about only themselves-I question whether they would cut corners in food safety practices if it were to their benefit, as well. I surely wont go back to find out.
My family has been extremely excited about this bakery opening and I can say it was worth the wait! We ordered 6 of the highly recommended blueberry lemon (the woman next to us in line would not stop about them...) and 6 chocolate chip cookies which I think are better than Panera’s! Everything was we had was fresh, moist and flavorful. We will be back for sure.
I absolutely love the vegan options. My nephew also has a gluten allergy and the thought of being able to go in and get some goodies for my family and I, vegan, allergy free, or just normal goodies makes me so excited. I had the vegan vanilla cake with chocolate frosting and it tased just as good as the baked products I had eaten before I was vegan. My life change shouldn’t effect my sweet tooth and thanks to three girls it doesn’t!! I’ll definitely be back next week!
I thought the cupcakes were delicious! I particularly enjoyed the Casada and Sea salt caramel cupcakes. I also recommend the chocolate chip cookies. Mine was fresh from the oven - warm and soft. I plan to visit again soon.
Best cupcakes around. I ate a s’mores one and I almost pooped myself because I had a flash back from when I was little sitting on my grandpas lap roasting marshmallows on a fire. Not many people can make you feel those memories by a single bite. I can definitely tell the owner has the passion and heart needed to make a really good business flourish. Definitely will be back time and time again to get a bite of heaven.

My brothers retirement party from The City of Cleveland was today. A fellow that works with my brother stated his sister has a cupcake shop in Berea. She baked a wrench cake (how clever), as well as some cupcakes...yum! Great butter cream frosting. No too sweet. Im gonna be estate saling in Berea tomorrow. Definitely gonna stop by her shop. Cant wait!😋

I would love to comment on the quality of the goods at this bakery however I cant. After contacting them, via messenger as they asked, to make a custom cake and making plans for the cake they stopped responding. If I would have been told that my order was not feasible, that would be fine. However to leave me in limbo and just stop responding is extremely unprofessional. I really wanted to support a local business too.
We have been excited for this bakery to open, because it is right down the street from us and it appeared from their webpage/Facebook page that they were passionate and proud about their vegan offerings. We stopped in today and the girl basically pointed at a small display case off to the side that wasnt even lit up with a few small donuts and bland looking little chocolate chip cookies, and said that that was the vegan items they had left for the day. Meanwhile the main display case was brightly lit and filled with a wide variety of colorful non-vegan selections. The girl said something about the fact that they dont have a lot of vegan items in stock and that they will probably only be delivered every other day (which day? how does one plan for that?) Then she said the vegan cupcakes are good, you cant even tell theyre vegan, as if to imply that the automatic assumption would be that vegan baked goods are tasteless. Not very good marketing. I understand they are a new business, but treating the vegan items like the outcasts, the afterthoughts will not win favor with the vegan crowd. Especially with the Cute Little Cake Shop so nearby in Strongsville. I will say that the non-vegan options looked amazing, but as for us, it wasnt worth the trip down the road. We will not be returning. Very unfavorable first impression.

HOLY CRAPOLA!!!! I was craving cupcakes and had a friend of mine fetch me some of these AMAZING cupcakes. I’ve never experienced nor expected such a delicious dessert. Thank you ladies for exceeding my expectations and giving me the sugar high I needed to get through my bartending shifts ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
My fiance and I came in here the other day and decided on an ally pie, we ate half of it on the car ride home, he kept talking about how good it was and making all of the mmm noises. He said it was literally the best dessert hes ever had and the it was up there with cheesecake factory cheesecake (he is a cheesecake-aholic) lol! The cupcakes themselves are good and the shop is cute, but I don’t recommend for larger orders during COVID. They were unable to accommodate 24 individually packed cupcakes for our wedding.
Seriously these are the BEST cupcakes ive had in my life. the macarons were really good too! the prices are totally fair for such great quality plus theyre more filling than they look at 1st glance!
I have gotten cakes and cupcakes for years from this bakery and have enjoyed them immensely. However, the customer service is horrible and if you do not place an order on Facebook, or physically go into the store, you will not get a call back. Unfortunately, I will be taking my lifetime business elsewhere.

Im extremely disappointed. The 2 Halloween cupcakes I bought yesterday didnt seem to be freshly baked...they were very dry and not moist at all. The interior of the shop is very nice.

Amazing! I havent had something from there that I didnt like. Everyone is so friendly as well. I love that they also do fun things like the Harry Potter themed desserts.
Can say enough great things Maria did my wedding recently and went above and beyond we had 8 flavors and all delivered our guests raved all night she even set up our doughnuts that were purchased from a different place she was a dream to work with and i would recommend her 100 times over!!!

We had so many of our guests ask where we got them from because they were so delicious. They were a huge hit. FromThe tasting samples to the ordering, service and set up at the venue was exceptional. 2022-02-19Found 3 Girls Bakery on a Google search. I purchased 2 dozen cupcakes for my friend’s birthday and all were all blown away!! Delicious is an understatement. Out of this world freaking fantastic! I went back today to purchase 2 more dozen for a game party and I had the pleasure of meeting Maria. Maria, your secret weapon for your delicious cupcakes is the love you put into your bakery. I wish you continued success and I thank you for sharing your passion. Hands down the BEST cupcakes I’ve EVER HAD!!

2021-12-14I am absolutely obsessed with 3 Girls Bakery!! I love the selection they have and I always find myself getting something different than I originally went in for. Their cassata cupcakes are seriously heaven on earth, one is just not enough! I honestly feel like family when I go in there, they are all so nice and make me feel so welcome. I even shared that I was pregnant with them and they were genuinely happy for me and I was just a stranger to them. Their selection is also amazing, there’s something for everyone! If you ever just want a sweet pick me up, this is definitely the place!! You won’t be disappointed!

2022-01-21Cupcakes are great, but wish there was more variety in flavor readily available. Tried calling the other day, phone wasnt working. Was going to have them do my sons first birthday party cupcakes and smash cake (smash cake was advertised on their website and still is) but was told they dont do them anymore. So thats three strikes: no variety, no working phone, inaccurate website. Cupcakes are great, but I dont need to go back.

2022-07-19I was roped into handling dessert last minute for a bridal shower. With less than a weeks notice, Three Girls Cupcakes Shoppe came through!! I had tried their cupcakes a few weeks earlier at a friends wedding and they did not disappoint! Awesome cupcakes and phenomenal customer service- cant recommend them enough! Highly suggest the Cassata Cake Cupcake & Blueberry Lemon!

2021-08-05Maria and Three girls cupcake shoppe are awesome! From the very first time I messaged her about making a cake for my sons 4th birthday, until pick up! I told Maria what type of cake I was thinking, she had some ideas of that and I trusted her to run with it! The cake was absolutely delicious and just what my son wanted! Everyone loved it! Will definitely order from here again! Thank you!!UPDATE:I have to share this cake! Cutest design and so simple for a work baby shower! Maria and her team were so accommodating to our budget and they were able to give us exactly what we were looking for! The red velvet cake was a huge hit and the mix of cupcakes made it easy for all staff to enjoy!Cannot recommend them enough! The store is clean, theyre super friendly, and the Strawberry Cassata cupcakes are out of this world. I am so glad to have them nearby for all of my cupcake needs!

2022-06-25Listen, if I could give this place 10 stars I would. This will always be my favorite bakery. I live in Cleveland and always travel the 25 minutes for my favorite treats! The allie pie is good. The cassata and hostess are my favorite. They are cool with the different flavors every week too! Love yall! Wish I could come more often!
