They kept me updated with the process the entire way through, and were super friendly. I had gone to a couple other shops for an estimate for some small damage a deer caused and they all essentially said they would repair before replace which isnt what I wanted on my new car. I took it to Three-c and the were on the same page with me before I had to ask. They replaced my damage with all new parts and handled everything else with my insurance. Oh! The repairs that they did do on my car is also guaranteed for the life of it! Very happy with my experience !
In the past year I have been hit twice and my wifes car was hit too. Three C was the first place I went and they did awesome work, so they are my go to place now and did all three repairs. Matt in estimates was super helpful and even found me a rental truck to keep my business going. Kevin was great in overseeing the work, communicating progress, and making sure the work was done right. They do live up to their commercials.
I would highly recommend Three-C Body Shop to anyone! They were able to take my vehicle in immediately and handled the claim completely. I didnt have to do anything after dropping my car off but wait for it to be done. I was updated throughout the whole process and was surprised when my car was ready one week before the estimated completion date. I was very impressed with the precision and quality of work that was performed on my vehicle. They took all the stress and worry away. I would definitely use them again. I was overall very pleased throughout my experience with 3C. At first I had a challenging time getting the at fault insurance company to come out and give me a quote, they only wanted me to go to a handful of very specific body shops (some of which I had bad reviews and others that I have personally had bad experiences with). After doing some research I selected 3C and once I dropped my car off, they made the process so much easier. They provided a rental vehicle, did all communication with the insurance and all I had to do was sign a insurance check over to them! My car was returned in mint condition, not only did they fix it, but my vehicle was clean inside and out. Very great experience, I would recommend this location to anyone in need of body work.
Someone smashed my passenger side window with a rock in order to steal some stuff out of my car while it was parked in my work parking lot. They didn’t have particularly good aim and also hit the door with the rock. When I walked out to my car after work I saw the damage and called my insurance guy.It was the end of the day and my insurance guy said I could take the car wherever I wanted. He was going to try to get me a rental car at this late hour. When he called back he said he had a car for me with Enterprise and gave me their number. I told him I was on my way to 3C. He did not seem thrilled by my choice. He voiced his opinions about the shop, but stopped short of telling me not to take my car there.As I was walking into the shop I was on the phone with Enterprise. They had a car for me, but despite their slogan, didn’t have anyone who could come get me or deliver the car. The guy behind the counter at 3C heard my conversation and said he could get me in a car right there for what my insurance allowed. No hoops to jump through, just solved my problem.Over the next couple weeks the people at 3C contacted me with everything they were doing regarding my car, every step of their process, every time they went back and forth with my insurance company for more money to do the job right. I asked that the information be delivered via email and it was. I was given the option of texts or phones calls as well.When my insurance company provided 3C with a replacement door that didn’t meet 3C’s standards, it was sent back and I was informed. They even talked to my insurance company about the extra time the new door would take and made sure my rental car was covered for that time.When my car was ready they called me to come pick it up. I payed my deductible and that was that. All in all it was an excellent experience. Hopefully nothing like this happens again, but if I ever need work done on a vehicle, I will go back to 3C. I would also recommend it to anyone.
3C was very professional and quick to respond to my inquiries when my car was involved in an accident. My car was deemed a total loss so I didnt actually get any work done but the quick responses, updates, and information about my rights after the crash were extremely fast and the staff was very friendly and helpful which I really appreciated. I would definitely recommend 3C to anyone and if I am ever in need of repair services in the future for my new car they will definitely be at the top of the list. A+ experience overall 😁
Three C body shop saved me. I scrapped up the whole side of my car leaving work one night I thought it would never be the same again, However when I got him(my car) back he looked better than before the accident. I have never needed body work before and was very nervous. I have seen and heard many 3 C commercials so I decided to give them a try. From the moment I arrived at their location, I felt confident. They made everything so easy. Checked me in, gave me a rental car and sent me on my way in less than half hour. They kept me updated by both email and telephone. They made this experience easy and painless. Did a beautiful job using Honda parts. I would highly recommend them to anyone. They will take great care of you. Everyone polite and respectful.
3 C did an excellent job of keeping in touch and on the repairs of our truck. My issue with the repair was the insurance company took so long to even schedule for the estimate. I was over my time on my rental but not due to anything 3 C did - in fact it was done sooner than expected for as slow as the insurance was. They did an excellent job of repairs and were wonderful to work with. Would recommend working with them - they are knowledgeable, friendly and very responsive. Cannot say I have the same experience with other shops before - will definitely use 3C again!
Three-C provided fantastic repair service to my XTerra after I’d been hit by another vehicle. They were very easy to work with, assisted me with my rental vehicle, and did most of the work with the insurance company. Three-C also maintained regular contact with me while the repairs were being made. I can’t recommend Three-C highly enough!
After I was in an accident, I had my car towed to Three-C for a repair estimate. True to their reputation, they were very thorough & only recommended OEM parts & didn’t cut corners or work on the insurance company’s behalf.My car ended up being totaled & Three-C was very helpful in ensuring I had everything I needed.
This is second time I have had occasion to have a vehicle repaired by Three- C over the last few years. In both cases I found Three-C to be professional in all aspects of the process. My first vehicle was to be repaired according to the insurance company, however Three-C took the insurance company insurance on and proved that the damage warranted totaling the vehicle. With the second vehicle, I found that the repairs brought my truck back to like new condition. In both cases, Three-C kept me informed of the progress of the work and when I might expect the vehicles finished. I would not hesitate to recommend Three-C to anyone when they find the need of an auto body repair shop.
I went to 3C after being steered to the preferred shop by my carrier. I had driven over a semi- tire retread in the fast lane and we were airborne! Things were dragging and my front and back bumpers were trashed. The other guys did not put the car up on a rack and then offered settlement under $1200. Wow. Then 3C reviewed it the RIGHT way. There was massive damage to the alignment and most everything under the car. The $16,000 car was totaled by the carrier. Thanks 3C!! YOU lived up to all the radio hype I heard over the years, and that is a Very Good to have on your side when it matters. Professional and polite- I recommend them without hesitation!!!
I was involved in a minor collision in mid January 2020 and went to Three C on Briggs Rd to have the damage repaired. After discussing what needed to be done and signing the paperwork, I returned a couple of days later and picked up one their rental cars that would wind up being my transportation for the next 6 weeks. There were some issues with the insurance company of the driver that hit me, but Three C handled everything for me. Three C had my car ready for me about 3 weeks after I took it in, but it took the other drivers insurance company another 3 weeks to send the check so that I could pick it up. Three C kept me posted throughout the entire process and copied me on any emails that went to the insurance company. Everyone that I dealt with at Three C was friendly and professional and I was so glad to get MY car back, good as new.
The reason I’ve placed a 3 star. Is that I ask to place aftermarket reflector lights in the bumper. Which I’m not blaming them for one not working but if they would’ve check it before they finished it. If they found out they didn’t work then to replace them with regular reflectors, letting me know they didn’t work, and I would’ve been fine with it.Second the headlight aiming was off. The driver’s side was about 3” higher than the passenger’s side.The third is that the AC was not recharged it was empty. Wife and I notice it not blowing cold air when we tried to use the AC.Fourth was I had a rear bumper cover which was an aftermarket part wasn’t replaced. I had to pay for another part that I had to pay out of my pocket.I called to ask about filing a depreciating value on my vehicle. Dave told me it’ll take a week to find out something. It’s been about three weeks and I’ve still haven’t heard anything about it.Other than those few complaints of mine, the work on the vehicle is about par.
This is the second time I have used Three-C. They did an excellent job repairing my vehicle. They handled all interactions with my insurance company, dropped off a rental car for me and towed my disabled vehicle to their repair shop. They are easy to work with and did a great job!
This was my 3rd encounter with 3C and, as with the 1st 2, was exceptional. Kevin was proactive in his communications, an advocate with my insurance carrier and went above and beyond when I got into a rental bind.Though the repair took longer than wanted, was the insurance carriers fault, and 3C pulled out all the stops to complete the job as quickly as possible without sacrificing the quality of the repair.Administrative team and anyone who ever answered the phone was very pleasant and motivated to resolve whatever issue Id called about.Well done, and many sincere thanks.

3C performs just like their adds indicate! I was in an accident and from the minute I called them until I was driving my fixed van, they were wonderful! They had a like van waiting for me when I dropped of my vehicle and took care of everything! And I mean EVERYTHING! They kept me informed each step of the way. And delivered a fixed vehicle that is certified fixed! Being in an accident is stressful enough, but they make it as seem less as possible! My daughter was in an accident with her vehicle. She had been tboned. I was got by another body shop posing to be with my insurance company witch wasnt the case. They had done the estimate and was going to attempt to repair it. I wanted a second opinion so I contacted Three-C body shop and they had helped us so much in getting the vehicle to their location due to the other shop giving us a hard time and slapping us with a huge amount of fees we would have to pay to release it. Three-C went above and beyond to help us in our situation. Got the vehicle to three-C and they checked her vehicle out and they had deemed it as a total loss. Im so glad to have taken it to them cause now my daughter is not driving an unsafe vehicle. Thank you so much to all the staff at three-C that had helped us in this crazy time. Someone hit my car on the way to work one morning. The first place I thought to take it was 3C auto body shop because I had heard good things about them and I passed it every day on my way to work. They were very nice and had everything ready for me including a rental car. They kept me informed about everything they were doing. I would recommend them to anyone who was in need of their services and I would definitely use them again.
My car was vandalize and needed some body work done. I took my car to three c and was able to help get the process started on estimates and getting a hold of my insurance company to coordinate information on my car. They were very professional, friendly, and they kept me in the loop at all times. I would highly recommend this company for any repairs on your car.
Got into an unfortunate wreck earlier this year, 3C was really comforting as it was my first accident and made the process easy for me to understand as they not only worked with me, but worked with the person who hit mes insurance. I was never given a run around searching for information- if I had a question, it got answered. They even gave me a rental the same visit I dropped my car off- even though I ended up having to total my car, I still had a good experience with them.
They did such a great job of not only dealing with my damaged vehicle, but they also worked with my insurance company to get the work done as efficiently as possible. The car looks amazing, runs better and the insurance paid everything but the deductible. Truly a great experience.

After my car accident I wanted to make sure I wouldnt encounter any problems so I chose 3C. My car was deemed a total loss by my insurance company but they very nice and helpful to me getting my property out of my wreck. All staff I encountered were very professional. I highly recommend them!
We were in a car accident and the second I got off the phone with Matt I knew I made the best choice. They work for you not the insurance company, they will listen to you and what you want and then deal the insurance company for you!The facility was clean and very impressive. Three C took great care of my car! Had my baby back to me in good time and great condition; even got my rental car through them. Friendly staff that is willing to push back on the insurance company to make sure I have OEM parts and that everything is done correctly. Its the only company that Ill let do any body work on my car!

A lil background on my story...I was throughly disgusted by my adjustor who refused to go to my car to see how damaged it was due to COVID-19. He was determining my car repairable off of Poor quality photos from the dealership. I had damage in the rear, front, and steering issues. Months passed and I begged for him to go out or assign someone to else so we could get this done as well as my license holder to get involved.I tried to rely on the dealership to get adequate estimates to the adjustor and nothing happened. I was threaten with impounding my car and told them Im still waiting on them. No response.I got a supervisor at my insurance and he told me what to do. I asked if a total loss, as many shops told me, what he would cover and he said he would cover everything.I called 3-C and they arranged to have my car towed, offered to cover any storage fees if needed to release my vehicle. Within days they had the estimate to my insurance and deemed it a total loss (missed a headlight and nothing on the steering but it was a total loss none the less as I was told MONTHS AGO).It took my insurance, OVER 5 months to do what shouldve been done in May, days to get this moving as a total loss. The insurance delays were effecting my credit but they were getting my premium.Trent was amazing. He worked hard to get everything done as quickly as possible as he emphasized with what I was going through. He could hear my frustration with this whole ordeal. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them. They went above and beyond to get this issue finally resolved where my insurance company I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND! Trent worked quickly to get the information to the insurance and get this done! 5 months of agony I endured at my adjustor and insurance and he relieved it within days. Now still waiting on the insurance to finalize the total loss...
I went to 3C after another car damaged mine. The customer service and communication was great. The insurance company was being ridiculously difficult to deal with but the people at 3C were very persistent and got the situation resolved for me. I would definitely recommend!
3C never fails to impress. I brought my F150 in after getting hit by another driver and they dealt with their insurance company for me and made sure my truck looked brand new when I picked it up. Mike and Allison were helpful throughout the whole process keeping me well informed and answering all of my questions. They really are the finest in collision repair.
WoW!!! Amazing staff and superb quality of work. Definitely take your vehicle here if theres ever any problem. Our insurance company new the manager and we didnt have to do anything but wait. They even had Enterprise come to us to drop off our rental car and come to us to pick it up. My Jeep looks like it did before the deer hit it. A+++++
Excellent service!! Timely manner, my car came out better than when I bought it. They are really nice especially when I bugged them about updates on my car lol. Checking up on my car was very easy, just downloaded the app and select the check updates on vehicles and they got back with me within the next business day. So glad I went with them and not nourse. They will be my go to car repair if I ever get in an accident again. Best car repair center ever. Plus they will be at your accident if needed just push the pink button on their app for emergencies and they respond very quickly. The only repair shop that does it!!!
ThreeC was amazing to work with to get our extensive repairs handled. They have amazing communication, explain each step and set your expectations clearly. Our truck came out like new. I used their rental car and even though they took longer than the insurance would pay for a rental car, they extended the rental for free until they were done with my car which was nice because their rental cars are awesome. It was a very quick and easy process through and through. They also threw in a free bottle of touch up paint for my rear bumper which had some previous damage that the insurance company wouldnt cover because it wasnt part of the accident. Overall ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I had the rear ended of my car repaired here after fighting with insurance for a month. They were able to repair my car with OEM parts as requested and it looks brand new! The rental car office was right across the street and picked me up from 3C. Very good experience.
Someone hit my 2019 Jeep at work smashed the left fender first thing came to my mind was where to take it ? and then I thought PINK 3C auto body slogan never did hear any bad about them so I took it there, they did greet me when I pulled up did all paper work & got me in a rental car all in side a hour & when I got my Jeep back it looked like nothing ever happened to it. So in my opinion 3C auto body is the way to go if you want it done correct & have a great experience all in one.
My Silverado was damaged recently in a storm. At every step in the process, Three-C brought ease to a stressful situation. Everyone involved was helpful and transparent about the process, from the check-in staff when we dropped it off, to the staff who walked me out to pick it up when it was completed. I received updates along the way, and was informed about changes to the estimate and the reasons behind them. Couldnt have asked for a smoother process, and my truck looks as good as new.
Three-c was honest and friendly. Dave took the time to go over the procedure and answer any questions my wife and I had. My wife was rear-ended and as stressful and nerve-wracking of a situation something like that is chosing Three-c made things a little less stressful in the end.I truly believe Dave cares about your well being and isnt just in it to make a buck.In my opinion they went above and beyond what I was expecting from a body shop, and if God forbid our family is ever in another car accident Three -c will be where we go to have it repaired.
I sent in my car to get repaired after a fender bender, Allison and Mike were very good to me, they updated me on what was happening to my car. the work was done really well. they even washed my car before handing me the keys when it was done. I will recommend to friends and family.
When I got my new-to-me car, I had already decided that if I ever needed a repair shop, it was going to be Three-C Body Shop. I listen to 99.7 The Blitz, and hear the ads that Bob Juniper announces. Ive been impressed with the honesty and integrity he incorporates within his business. He pulls no punches regarding how insurance companies are out to save themselves money, and not being too concerned with quality of parts used and work done on the vehicles that they insure...the vehicles we drive every day, and depend on, to get us from point A to point B - SAFELY. If the quality of work, and the parts are subpar, that SAFETY, is not guaranteed. Three-C Body Shops is.I remember Mr. Juniper announcing about his daughter saying that they needed an app for people to be able to get a hold of them asap, and The Pink Button was born. You can bet I used it!! (FYI - If that doesnt work, there is still a CALL link that goes directly to Three-Cs tow truck driver.)Anyway, we got towed to Three-C at around 7 am, and at 7:30, got a call from Greg (from Three-C) asking where we were, we said we were in the parking lot, and he said Come on in!!!We went in and got down to business and was out of there with everything signed AND a rental car, by 8:30.
I had a great experience with Three-C Body Shop. I had never been in an accident before and they helped give me honest advice on what to do, especially with the insurance companies who owed me more money. Three-C was on my side and looked out for my best interest. I felt respected by the people there and comforted during a strange and stressful time.
Went to Three C after I hit a deer on my way to work. They were kind, professional, speedy, and also they attached my front license plate very well! Also since it’s during the COVID pandemic, they did clean and sanitize my car! Only complaints are 1) one of the guys wasn’t wearing a mask and was standing way too close to me and 2) they never told me where to pick up my car when they told me my car was ready, so I mistakenly went to the place where I dropped my car off. It wasn’t a big deal though, I just went the day after.
I was nervous about coming to 3C not due to anything I’ve heard about them but what I’ve experienced from other collision repair places around town. I’ve got to say that when I saw and drove my car it was like it was never in an accident. Great job 3C on restoring my car. I highly recommend taking your car here!
Three-C did a great job from start to finish! Once I put insurance and Three-C together they took care of everything. Insurance would push back on wanting to go the cheap route and Three-C would take care of all issues. After all the back and forth my car was put back together like the accident never happened! Great work!
I have been a driver for many years and had never owned my own car till recently,through the generosity of my daughter and my recently deceased son in law. It was a special car(2011 Ford Taurus)but it became the victim of a concrete buffer around a post in a parking lot.(mea culpa). I had not ever gone through the process of dealing with this situation , Three C body shop was recommended by a friend whose judgement I trust. I called and drove my car to the shop on Griggs Rd. I was a little apprehensive. but was greeted with courtesy and. conern. The process was efficient and nearly painless as a young man, Matt, guided me through step by step. We made arrangements for a rental car and the young woman who helped me with that process was very kind and professional. They understood my distress and how important it was to me that my red car was not just any old car. The process continued and insurance claims adjuster entered the picture and the recommendation was not what I hoped for. The day I came back to empty my belongings from the car, another staff person went over the damages in great detail and explained to my satisfaction why the damages were not going to be repaired. This gentlemanwas considerate and I did not believe I was taken advantage of. My husband who had recently passed and was a lifelong car nut had taught me more than I realized about spotting good work. This body shop has some excellent and talented repairman. My impression was so worry free and confidence building that I would patronize them again if needed and certainly recommend them to any oneThank you ThreeCCC!
In a word- OUTSTANDING! Mike and the team kept me informed through every step of this insurance and repair process. In fact, he kept me far better informed than my insurance company did.I was back on the road sooner than I expected and my truck looks better than it did when I bought it.You have a great team at 3C!
After having a nightmarish month of have both of my vehicles damaged from being involved in separate accidents. Three-C helped make the experience of getting vehicle repairs easy and kept me updated on all of the steps involved. Three-C will always have my business when it comes to vehicle repairs for collision or other damage.

3-C, other than the great service from the moment our car was totaled, parked in front of the house. They were there for any and ALL questions we had ( I had ALOT). Even with the frustrations of dealing with the other insurance company 3C helped us get through all of their black tape and other games the insurance companys always want to play. Thanks to 3-C we had all our ducks in a row. When the insurance company came at us with they cant do this or that. Just Remind the insurance company what the law is. Oh and be careful they wanted to get something done but can look at the car. Well its because they were in Colorado. Thats a bit far from Columbus, Ohio.Thank-you 3-C for your help, your guidance, and your friendly staff.
My insurance initially sent me a check for $725 to cover the repair on my vehicle from pictures they took of my vehicle damage. When all was said and done after working with Three-C they shelled out over $7500. I feel that Three-C continued to push my insurance to cover necessary expenses so that my vehicle was repaired to the new condition that it was in. Id only had it two weeks at the time of the accident. Thank You Three-C!
I have used Three-C Body Shop since the 1960s. In my 54 years of driving I have had 2 accidents that were my fault and 10 accidents the other drivers was at fault. I have used 3-C in all of them for repairs and have always seen the 4 Qualities listed above. Its done right the first time with new dealer parts. One of my cars was fixed and 16 years later a small 2 inch spot showed up and I took it in was fit no hassle because it was still under warranty. So, I think Ive answer that question above.
We have used 3C Body Shop twice for major car repairs and they did an excellent job! Fastservice, updated information as we went through the repair process and worked well with all different insurances involved. We highly recommend 3C for anyone wanting great service and repair work!
The work done was high quality. They seem to assess the vehicle thoroughly for visible and invisible damage. I would have given them 5 stars except for how long they had my vehicle. Which is probably something that can be blamed on the current corona crisis. I am happy with the work that was done and the fact they were able to complete the work in such trying times.
Matt and Tammy were great! They were both so helpful with making this progress go quickly and as smoothly as possible. They kept me informed and were there to answer any questions I had. Thank you for the amazing service and with helping us handle this progress without any extra headaches. Hopefully , I wont be a returning customer, but life does happen and I know where to turn if I need too. I 100% recommend Three -C Boby shop.
Well what can I say ,, I dropped my car. Eta for repairs was estimated to finish by Aug,11 ,, but the finish 11 days ahead of schedule,, Kevin was my contact and his custom service skills as well as all I encounted at 3 C bony shop were Stella ,, as they say , want it fixed right . I agree great job folks ,,,
If it was possible I would leave a 0 star review. This is the worst place ever. (I have posted this in the place that I took my car to be fixed (the Columbus 3C)but they took my car here to be fixed so I though I would post here as well)Instead of fixing my car they go and break all my plastic off the exterior of my car.(yes all of it just broke it off) they then racked up a $7,000 amount that I have to pay when all I needed to change is one door!!! After I told them that I do not want them to fix it, and that I will do it my self. They go and bust the front windshield. And break one of my door handles. If you need your car fixed I would save money and your anger and just do it your self or look for someone else. Also lost most of my parts that they said we left all they parts in your car... yeah all the broken parts you guys just tore off. To sum it up I had one door to change and now I have a tun of little stuff that I need to buy because they lost or broke it. Never ever go here you will be ripped off.

You guys took care of everything from the rental to the repairs, dealing with the insurance company and getting my car back in a good time so I could be with him at the hospital.First class company!!!
Horrible experience. If you have to use 3C use the one in Columbus, stay as far from Mike Corns and the Chillicothe branch as possible. They were difficult to get a hold of, forgot to do needed repairs that we discussed on the phone and via email, missed broken pcs behind the bumper they didnt think were visible, took close to 5 weeks to do a basic front end repair, I had to pay for a rental for a week since it took so long! After I finally got my car back I had multiple issues, No way was I going back to Mike so I worked with Kevin at the Briggs road facility and he did a great job of getting everything fixed properly, provided me with a rental for the extra days they needed to repair my car right and was very attentive and wanted to do the work properly.
Three c body shop is the only shop I will use. My insurance was not happy and wanted me to use their pick but I stuck to my choice and was happy I did. I have used Three C more than once and will continue to use Three C whenever I need a body shop. I recommend Three C to all my friends and family.
David at the Chillicothe location was amazing he made sure I knew what was going on every step of the way. Gave me frequent updates on my car and anytime I called with questions he was available to answer them I absolutely loved my experience with three C and my car looked like it was never wrecked when I got it back. I am VERY unhappy after my last visit. My family has gone here numerous times but the costumer service last time is beyond excusable. When the car was dropped off, it was made VERY clear that we would need to pick it up by the 30th, done or not. They didnt start working on it for over a week and then finished it at the last minute. Mike, the manager, said he would be there until 5 on that Friday, and told our insurance agent 10 minutes before he got there that they would be open. He left in that 10 minutes and I had to wait until Monday to get the car. This cost me 800 dollars because I wasnt able to work for the 4th of July weekend. He lied to us and then left. The work was good, but I will NOT go back here after this horrible experience. Thanks, Mike.
I cant say enough good things about Three-C. Theyre professional, they looked for things I dont think other shops probably look for, they gave me one of their rental cars so I wouldnt have to drive somewhere and pick one up, and all in all I think they had my best interest at heart. And thats all I really need a company to do for me.

Was in an accident, reached out to them for repairs, brought it in, dropped it off, Kevin kept me in the loop as far as parts being ordered and time frame of finishing the repairs, they were super nice, even provided me with a rental to drive, quick turn around time for repairs, will use them again if I ever need repairs.
I was in a car wreck they had to do an estimate on my car for the car insurance the car insurance tell me one thing and what three see you really got into my car and found out there was much more damage done now watch you could see just looking at pictures as I had to send to the car insurance adjuster unfortunately my car was totaled out but 3C was very helpful they picked my car up I couldnt drive it they picked it up they towed it they tore it apart they checked everything out to see if everything was wrong when I called I always got answered there was called back the receives a really good place to go and have your car looked at or worked on
I was amazed and how kind everybody was it seemed as though they enjoyed helping me through this process and they did a wonderful job I couldnt ask for better I was delighted and I thank you 3C I would recommend you get everyone youre always be my go-to person when I get in a fix with my car thank you

2022-08-13Someone hit my parked leased car 2 weeks before I was expected to turn it in. Three-c was able to get me scheduled for an appointment within days of the collision. They estimated 10 days for the repair which was completely reasonable, and they were spot on with their time estimate. While my car was being repaired they provided me with periodic updates through text and email. From the time I dropped it off to the time I picked it up the entire staff was incredibly friendly. I drove all the way from Columbus to this location, and I would drive this far again just because of how incredible this location handled the repair.

2021-08-02My daughter & I were in an accident at no fault to our own so we took my vehicle to Three C Body shop. Summer & Dennis went above & beyond the throughout the entire process. They made sure to keep me updated as often as possible, I was never left in the dark about what was happening, they listened to my concerns and wants and highly exceeded my expectations for the repairs of my vehicle. The insurance was a bit of a hassle throughout the process but the staff at Three C made sure everything that needed to be repaired was repaired correctly & timely. I will absolutely use them in the future should I ever need work done again & would recommend them to anyone who needs repairs to their vehicle. We had a great experience & when I did get my vehicle back it was better than I could’ve expected.

2020-10-19I had my first insurance claim after I hit a pole in a parking lot. Over 45 years of driving never a dent or a ticket. The 3-C staff walked me through the process and coordinated the entire claim with my insurance company. Keith kept me updated on the progress of the repair after I had received an initial call from Matt. The process was seamless and in 2 weeks my car was returned to me like new. The staff was professional, knowledgeable and communicated every detail with me. Curtis delivered the car to me and he was helpful and thoughtful. I would highly recommend 3-C for any auto repair.

2020-06-30I was very pleased with the customer service that I received. They were very helpful worked with my insurance company as well as gave me personal advice concerning my insurance as a consumer.My only complaint is that the car repairs took a little longer to be finished than I would have expected for the repairs that needed to be done. However, Three-C did work hard and were able to finish the repairs a little earlier than the quoted date. They also gave me a very good rate on the rental car I was using while my vehicle was in their shop. In hindsight it is quite possible that the insurance negotiation played a part in it taking a while to finish my car. I appreciate they tried their best to accommodate me.Overall, I am pleased with the work and service at Three-C Body Shop and will return there if needed in the future.

2020-09-10Three C Body Shop was excellent to work with! They quickly towed my car for me and got to work after my accident. Within days their estimates were complete, but there was a hold up with my insurance. They would call me or email me every few days to give an update and a full picture of what was going on with my vehicle! They worked with my insurance to make sure I got all OEM parts and the work on my car was top notch! It looked brand new when I picked it up. My case manager, Jamie Heath, was excellent to work with and even kept in contact with me after the vehicle was picked up to make sure the car was still running well. This company is second to none! I definitely recommend!!

2020-10-24Having backed into a piece of construction equipment I put a groove in the passenger side of my Jetta. Having had good experiences with 3C in the past I immediately contacted them about repairing my vehicle. They contacted the insurance company, planned for the repair, followed up with me frequently and continued to work to make the car perfect. After negotiating with the insurance company repeatedly they were able to provide an excellent result. No one would ever know it had been repaired. They kept me informed and I felt like their only customer. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who wants to have a good result.

2020-08-03This is the second time we have used Three-C to fix our car. Unfortunately it was totaled. They were amazing and explained everything in detail during every step and were completely honest. While having the car totaled was not something we wanted we understand that from a safety stand point that it was the right decision. Three-C is very up front about all charges and more than willing to explain everything. Had we taken our car somewhere else it would have been repaired but unsafe as the damage was to the wheel well and frame. I also appreciate that they were not willing to skimp on the parts and wouldnt use after market parts since my car was only a year old. That keeps money in my pocket by keeping the resale value higher should I sell in the future. Overall I would 100% recommend and send people to Three-C for any repairs needed.

2020-09-22Our car was rear ended and I immediately called Three-C to have it towed to their shop. They made the experience about as painless as possible. The car ended up being totaled and Three-C worked with us through the process. They kept us well informed and it seemed like they worked with our best interest in mind. We would definitely go to them again.
