Only used the gas pumps, but there was no wait, all pumps were working.
They don’t bother with essentials anymore. There’s never any fluid in the wash tanks even if you can find one with s windshield cleaner in it.
Clean, above average service, great coffee, cheap gas, solid rewards program. Everything feels handled, and this place is a cut above any other gas station I can think of.
You cant id some people and not id others. Absolute bs just because they come in every day isnt an acceptable answer especially when I also come in every single day. Actually train your employees and maybe you wouldnt have so much turnover.
Alway Great Customers service. Alway reasonably clean inside and out. Coffee good enough.But now closed?

2022-04-24We stopped to grab stuff for our picnic. They had a little of everything here. It was a nice little convenient store. The restrooms were clean and the staff were so helpful and kind.

2022-03-06This is called bait and switch, the lady inside was nothing short of nasty. The street sign says $4.59 at the pump its $4.89 do yourself a favor and drive down the street where its 30 cents cheaper !

2021-03-22Customer service at norton road in galloway oh has gotten bad over the last few years. Not just cause of the pandemic either. 9 times out of 10 you want me to go inside for the gas receipt. Again inconvenient. Esp. being disabled. And in the middle of a blizzard and max occupancy limited. Not convenient during peak hours. Also not keeping fountain stuff stocked.

2019-06-08Great staff, very kind, everything clean and always in stock. If you guys want to sell more E85 since you just installed the new pumps try to make it $.65 cheaper than gasoline. It does not pay off to use E85 that is only $.30 cheaper. It Has to be $.65 cheaper than gasoline otherwise I will continue to go to speedway for my corn!

2021-09-14This used to be a great location! Now, they close at 10pm, the freeze machine is constantly broken, the new management is not friendly.. real shame.

2018-09-21We get gas here weekly as it is close. Its a nice gas station inside. That said, it is very ill maintained outside. The window washing containers never have cleaner in them at all . Place just needs some tlc outside.

2015-12-21Gas station and full-service convenience store. Good location for people getting off the interstate and headed home (or vice versa). A wide selection of items, but at typical convenience store prices. The price of gas at this location is typically on the cheaper end of the range in the area, so its a good place to stop to fill up. If you stop frequently at Thortons, their Refreshing Rewards program is worth signing up for.

2017-12-12Dawn the tall dude was very rude today as usual exvept today he took it to far. With cussing throwing your stuff or aggressively grabing your money from you.of he doesnt like his job . He needs to quit and not take it out on the customers. I go there ever day everyday he needs to grow up and except lufe isnt always good.

2019-12-05Love thortons.. gas is usually cheaper. They have great frizzies. A friend red box for movies, games.. the people there r very friendly and always eager to help u find anything!
