Theresa staff have been wonderful from start to finish. I highly recommend Theresa. I made a call to file a claim and within 10 minutes I received a call from body shop (Coughlin Collision in Pataskala) who have been fantastic as well. Setting up an appointment with Coughlin was simple and easy. Mike at Coughlin who is also very professional and set me up an appointment to drop my vehicle off for repair. Repairing my bumper completed within a week and look good as new as the accident never occurred. After picking up my vehicle a very small molding under my vehicle was missing and Mike called back to inform me which I greatly appreciate! You can trust their staff. I would have never known it was missing. Great job Theresa/her staff and technicians at Coughlin Collision in Pataskala!
Called for quote on home owners insurance because I was closing on a house and their system was down so they couldnt provide. Moved on to another insurance company. I actually went to a different State Farm office a few weeks after the home closing and it was confirmed that I DID NOT have State Farm Home Owners Insurance. Appx 30 day after the confirmation, Theresa Bush State Farm shows up to the house to do their inspection and I get a note from State Farm that they sent the invoice to the mortgage company. Did not authorize home owners insurance and they put it through anyway! Called and LM on 1/1 and asked for the insurance to be cancelled and a full refund issued. It is now 1/4 and the policy is still in place.
Theresa and her staff are amazing! They go the extra mile to make sure clients are taken care if and they actually make you feel like an individual rather than a group number. Great local location, too!

I was afraid I wouldn’t be able to find affordable auto insurances let Alone on my own policy because of my age but I was pleasantly surprised to get all the help I needed from their amazing staff Jacob helped me get an affordable policy for me and walked me threw all the steps, answer all my questions and Was able to get me my own policy that I could afford!
The office is very unorganized. Theresa is happy as long as she is making that buck on your insurance policy. When you need assistance she drops the ball. Very poor customer service.

Rates keep going up for no reason. I have had no accidents, no moving violations and my credit score is 689.
This place is great! I had a bad accident on ice and totaled the front of vehicle and did 5000$ in damage & they never raised my rates !

2022-04-13I have been in Ohio for just over a year and was sad to leave my last State Farm agent in Indiana. I had had a less favorable experience at another company for several years prior and the choice to move to State Farm has consistently been the right one! I spent serious time deciding which agent I felt most comfortable with in the move as it was important to me I get simple, quality service as I am a busy bee these days. Theresa and company have been so incredibly kind and I genuinely enjoy making the call to them when I need help, which is not something I can say about most things I have to do!They have also been so kind about pronouns and are queer friendly, which is also so very important to me and just warms my heart. I cancelled a renter’s policy with another agency because I trust Theresa that much and would trust them in a heartbeat with about anything, I’m sure.Thank you all, and also to Danielle for helping me as well!

Best coverage for the best prices. Most of all peace of mind knowing State Farm is there when I ever need them. Priceless.

2022-06-28Good luck getting in contact with someone at the office during normal business hours.I waited until they opened and still got a recorded message saying that I was calling after business hours!No communication or follow up from Bush, just an assistant.I decided to go down this list of agents and just pick one because whats the worst it could get?Ill be sure to let any and everyone to know to steer clear!

2021-06-22This is a wonderful State Farm agency and I am so thankful for having such a strong and thoughtful team looking after all of my insurance needs. Chris D. helped me get renters insurance set up and answered all of my questions with ease. After starting my policy, I received a card in the mail signed by everyone in the office and it put a huge smile on my face knowing that they truly care about me and I am not just another customer. Whenever I have any questions, Chris is able to guide me through the process and help me with anything that I need. 2021-06-18I have been a State Farm customer for about 10 years, moving from Gieco because they would not, without major interaction, pay my claim. Theresa Bush and her staff have been my agent for about 3 years now. I recently lost my car due to a flood. State Farm was excellent and awesome in getting my claim processed. They were clear, concise and prompt. Chris, in Theresa Bushs office, also made sure everything moved along correctly and timely. State Farm and the Theresa Bush Agency are just terrific and I highly recommend them for all your insurance needs

2021-10-21Excellent Insurance, Great Value, Professional, Responsive and they have a Jake :) I love Theresa Bush and her entire staff from Theresa, Chris, and the entire staff have been in my families life for over 25 years and I am still young lmbo but the point of this review is if you Love your family and want someone to care for them like you would rather its for your home, auto, life, etc... YOU NEED to know Theresa Bush in Bexley is your office its worth the travel because when your getting quality service its worth all the miles. If you need to go into the office THE PLUS is they can handle practically all new and current business electronically . 2021-01-26I cannot put into words how great my experience with this office has been. I had to switch my insurance and Jacob S made the entire process as easy as possible. He was super friendly and made sure everything was clear to me, and helped me set up my policy in a way that was best for me. I will happily recommend them to anyone looking for insurance.

2020-11-12I used to have Triple AAA Grange Insurance and I had just bought a new car and they wanted to raise my policy over $400 and I have not had any tickets for over 20 years so I had heard about State Farm Insurance and called them. Christopher Duboe who is one of the agents there helped me out tremendously. He not only helped me get a better renters Insurance policy. My car insurance policy he quoted me was a lot cheaper then I was paying now and also included my new car as well as my older car. He was very professional and helpful and has been keeping me updated on everything. If you are looking for good a great Insurance company definitely check them out and ask for Christopher Duboe.

But for real I spoke with Jacob at Theresa Bush State Farm and he was super helpful, easy to talk to, and very well informed with how everything worked.
