I have been seeing Dr. Dana Winchester for 18 years. I no longer get migraine headaches. I bounced back from a fall much faster by including stretching with my adjustment. I book stretching for maintenance now and love it. I look forward to my appointment every time.

I highly recommend not only for physical therapy and adjustments but also for mental & emotional therapy as well. What started out as a decent experience quickly turned into a feeling that I was only a number and not someone that was important. If you want a personalized experience check out your options. It is precisely why I took my chiropractic care elsewhere.My experiences leading to this review include having the incorrect knee adjusted twice, the care plan not being followed, i.e. getting a foot scan to address a knee injury. As a patient, when we decide on who our caregivers will be, it is important that we evaluate their work honestly and fairly; and take characteristics such as trust, confidentiality, decorum, and professionalism into account.
I have nothing but great things to say about the entire staff and team of providers I have worked with at The Winchester Institute. I have been going to the Winchester Institute for 4 months now and could not be more pleased with my experience. I was on the fence about chiropractic care, but the fact that they work with insurance has been very helpful. Additionally, the stretching sessions have been a game changer. They are like what I have always wanted massage to be - not awkward & focused on exactly what you specify. In regards to relief, I can say I truly have not felt back pain in several weeks. Ive known and worked with Dr. Winchester for over 10 years. Many times Ive walked into her office bent over in pain. Her gentle manner of adjusting me, along with her patience, kindness and availability to answer my questions and concerns has brought me both relief from pain and ongoing loyalty to continue to seek care from her practice.
I’ve been coming to Winchester for almost 15 years. The constant pain I initially came for disappeared and has never come back thanks to regular wellness appointments. Even though chiropractic is classified as “preventative,” my x rays are greatly improved/corrected since my initial visit. Dr. Winchester is wonderful, Dr. Mike is awesome, and the staff is great. Lots of services and treatment options/therapies available.
I have been going to The Winchester Institute to see Dr Winchester for over 10 years! The services I use or have used here are massage therapy, cold laser therapy, stretching, nutrition and and supplements. I love to tell people about how wonderful this practice is because it keeps me healthy and they really care about the patients well being!! I have spinal stenosis and arthritis in pretty much every part of my body. Dr W and her team keep me happy and healthy from the inside to the outside. I am so thankful for all of these services in one office!

Edit: I’ve had some billing issues with my insurance and Dr. Winchester called me herself to fix the problem, which is commendable. Don’t be afraid to contact her with any questions or concerns. I found her to be very easy to talk to and very transparent. She’s definitely committed to her practice and provides exemplary customer service.Oh my gosh, I was blown away with my first impressions of this office. My neighbor goes here and highly recommended them and I’m so glad I listened! The office is so inviting and everyone is so kind. I’ve been dealing with some pretty serious issues and I saw Dr. Brian and he was so knowledgeable. He even told me he wanted to wait for me to see a specialist before he adjusted one particular area to be sure everything is safe first, which I was super impressed with. I really feel like he cares about me as a patient and will do his best to find out what’s going on. They also offer so many different services at this office, massage, stretching, etc. I’m super excited I found them!

The Winchester Institute is AMAZING on many levels.The staff is helpful and friendly, the office has a very welcoming atmosphere, and it is a one stop shop. No need to schedule appointments across the city with different providers. Here you are able to get chiropractic care, physical therapy, stretching services, cold laser therapy, and a massage all in one place.I was educated on the process, the expense of treatment/services, and my condition up front. I have never felt rushed when I’ve had questions. We frequently review how I my body is feeling and the progress I’ve made.Definitely a winning office!

I’ve been going to The Winchester Institute for the last 4 years. Prior to seeing Dr. Winchester, I had significant low back pain that was inhibiting normal daily activities. I tried typical physical therapy but did not see improvement. Dr. Winchester helped me get movement back again with a combination of adjustments, physical therapy, stretching, and manual therapy massage, using pharmaceutically safe supplements. Everyone at the Winchester Institute is very professional, warm and easy to work with. Dr. Dana has been my go to for adjustments since the very beginning. She takes great care and personal attention to her work and listens intently to what may be going on at that time so she can provide the correct treatment. When I’m in town, I make sure I make two stops:1.) Dr. Dana 2.) Tim Horton’s... we don’t have those here.
Really enjoy my experience there. Dr Winchester always is focused on making sure the treatments are working and helping me feel better. The office also runs smoothly and on time. Very rarely do I have to wait. Plus I like the whole atmosphere of wellness.
My parents and I have been going here for 3+ years and we love it! The doctors are great and everyone has always been super nice. They do X-Rays with your first visit so they can really take a look at everything, which we thought was awesome! We had been to other chiropractors in the past and they didn’t do x-rays and looking back, that’s kind of scary! It’s also super nice and convenient that they have massage therapists and rehab specialists in the office. It’s like a one stop shop! Our insurance doesn’t always cover everything (like anything else) so sometimes we have to pay a little bit but it is absolutely worth it! We recommend them to everyone!!
Dana is absolutely amazing! She did what I thought could not be done and I am currently back pain feee. Her entire PT staff were great during rehab and sent me home with a plan that I could follow easily at home. Her massage center is also fantastic! They know how to therapeutically treat while providing a spa like experience. Trust me! Call the Winchester Institute. You will NOT be sorry!!
This place is amazing!! As soon as you walk in you’re greeted (Angela is SO nice!!!) and the place is beautiful. I’ve never seen a Chiro for my neck because I have always had my doubts about it, but that quickly changed. Dr. Bryan makes you feel so comfortable and explains the benefits to his ways and will lead you down a path of feeling good. My neck and lower back have changed so much and even my health! He recommended supplements that make me feel great and is super caring. I could go on for days! The rehab team is AWESOME too! They are all so kind and inviting. 12/10 recommend this place. ❤️

I was referred to Dr. Mike by my best friend and I could not be more happy with my experience. I am going on three weeks now and haven’t had one headache since I started at the Winchester Institute. After having a headache daily for months, this is amazing! The staff is so welcoming! They are all so friendly. Dr. Mike is extremely nice, gives you a ton of exercises to help your entire body, and answers all of your questions! I would highly recommend The Winchester Institute!
I have been seeing Dr. Mike for about 2.5 years and I could not say enough great things about him. He is extremely knowledgeable and caring, and has improved my quality of life as I have had a significant decrease in the pain and migraines I have experienced since I have started seeing him. The combination of services they offer with massage and rehab is extremely helpful and gives a well rounded approach to treatment, Jake in rehab is wonderful! Dr. Mike has also been treating both of my young children now for almost a year. My daughter was having night terrors and not sleeping sleeping well at all, and my son had terrible reflux. It is amazing how much he has helped both of them as well, and they actually look forward to their appointments with him! He is patient, engaging and kind, which makes them feel comfortable and I appreciate immensely! The entire staff is always very friendly and welcoming, and the environment is clean and relaxing. I went here for help with an ankle injury from 6 months ago and it just was not healing no matter what I tried. I had been in a boot for months and I tried PT but it had not progressed as much as I expected for soft tissue damage over the last few months. A friend found this office and recommended I check out the cold laser therapy. I did 6 treatments of the cold laser therapy and by the 3rd one I saw improvement. My range of motion came back over the last three and the pain and swelling I had stopped recurring. I continued to improve to full range of motion and full use of my ankle. My foot is definitely much better for coming here.I did the free consultation and there were options that sounded worth a try for my situation. Im glad I did it. They were professional and very friendly. The Covid protocols made me feel comfortable in their office. I definitely recommend this place.

For a first time visit, my experience was great. Every employee i talked to was kind and in a good mood. I have been to a few different chiropractic/massage places and this was by far the best.
Overall, I had a pleasant experience here, though things seemed a bit rushed and interactions with the staff can best be described as friendly, but sterile. My partner and I both had massage appointments about a year ago through a recommendation from our workplace, and they were very thorough. My massage therapist was very rough, and I felt like I was suffocating under her weight a few times (perhaps bad warning on their part, combined with me not being vocal enough). Their waiting room and facilities are in wonderful shape. The office has a nice atmosphere. Though I wish there were fewer products being advertised and promoted in the waiting room, the staff never pushed me to buy any of them.In all, a nice experience. Though I am thankful I dont have a routine, physical need for a chiropractor. If you need a chiropractor, give this office a try.

I grew up with my mom being an office manager for a chiropractor and have pretty high standards for chiropractic care. Dr Winchester and her crew definitely know what they are doing. I went through 6 chiropractors before I landed at the Winchester Institute and I can’t imagine going anywhere else!
Great place! I used to work here and Dr. Winchester and the staff were a big reason why I choose to become a chiropractor. The Gonstead technique is the gold standard in full spine chiropractic analysis! I know Dr. Bryan personally as we went to chiropractic school together. He used to adjust me in the student clinic. He is a very skilled Gonstead chiropractor and very intelligent!

Dr Winchester, Dr Suplicki, and the rehab staff are phenomenal. In the past I had used the chiropractic care and the physical therapy for exercise therapy but recently I have used the benefits of the passive and static stretching sessions for improved biomechanical musculoskeletal health. I strongly recommend utilizing not just the chiropractic care but the total body care they offer and PROVIDE!
My infant was having chronic ear infections. So bad, that our pediatrician stated at his 9 month appointment, we were going to discuss surgery to have tubes placed in his ears once he turns 1. We heard others success stories from friends and colleagues of sending their children to a chiropractor and we were referred to Dr. Winchester.Our son is now 16 months old and hasn’t had a single ear infection since seeing The Winchester Institute 6 months ago. Seeing my infant or toddler being put under for another surgery was the last thing I wanted. We had nothing to lose and it paid off. Highly recommend Dr. Winchester and her staff!
I have been very impressed with the professionalism at the Winchester Institute. I have found Dr. Winchester to be a highly skilled and talented professional. I had been considering surgery for carpel tunnel syndrome, but after her treatments and the work in manipulation, surgery is not necessary. I also want to praise Allie, one of the massage therapists. She has really made a positive difference in my treatments. In summary, the whole team at Winchester is outstanding.

Over 20 years had passed since I had last visited a Chiropractor, I can tell you I was apprehensive as the services provided in the past had limited success. However, I was in such discomfort that I decided to avail myself of the services of Dr. Dana Winchester.I was so pleased with the attention to detail and concern that she and all of her staff showed for me. I never felt like I was merely just a number to be pushed through the system. They took the time to listen to my concerns and addressed them professionally. I would recommend The Winchester Institute to everyone. I drive two hours one way to each of my appointments, and I can tell you the effort is worth it!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! i went in 35 weeks pregnant because my baby was breech & for back pain. Dr. Winchester was AMAZING! made me feel socomfortable and talked me through everything. She put me on a plan to continue through the pregnancy and for after. My back feels 1,000x better - but the best part was AFTER ONE VISIT MY BABY FLIPPED. my only regret was not going sooner in my pregnancy. the staff has been amazing! from my first phone call - they answered all my questions even with my two year old screaming in the background lol. everybody is so friendly from check in to check out. they offer many different services.
Customer service is phenomenal every time I have come in or called the ladies at the front desk have been patient and flexible around my slightly crazy work schedule. I have only met Dr. Mike and Dr. Greg, but both are very kind and they take time to listen to what is bothering you, and make sure to discuss your goals as far as recovery. The massage therapists and the rehab center have excellent staff that make sure you leave feeling better than when you came in. I would highly recommend Winchester Institute to anyone.
I am so grateful to Dr. Winchester and Dr. Mike for their amazing treatment of my youngest daughter! She was told that as long as she plays volleyball she will play in pain because of her scoliosis. She felt defeated and broken until she came to The Winchester Institute! She was very resistant and nervous at first but they immediately made her feel comfortable. Literally within 1 week she felt relief and could play better at practice and in tournaments.

Dr. Winchester was very rude and unprofessional.I came to the Winchester Institute as a potential employee and patient. Everything was smooth until I met the doctor. She was very short with me and rude. The interview was very unprofessional. She kept asking personal questions like, Are you married?, Do you have kids?, and How old are you? Ive never been asked such personal things before. Very unprofessional!Doctor Winchester knew that I would also be a patient and I had my own insurance, but she was still very inappropriate. I was shopping for a new practice, primarily one closer to home. I wish I found this practice sooner! After one month Ive felt better than 4 months at another practice. Since my first phone call which I had presented a myriad of questions, I was met with pleasant and extremely professional staff members. All of my questions were answered. The diligent chiropractic care is just one reason I love coming here. Dr. Winchester really cares about you as a person, not just as a patient. Only treatments deemed necessary for your case will be performed, nothing more, nothing cookie-cutter, it is specialized care at its finest. The entire facility and those caring providers in it are all sincerely dedicated to a holistic approach to healthcare and wellness. Whatever your needs, I guarantee you will find a reason to come here, and you will wonder why youve waited so long. There are certified personal trainers, highly educated in their field with lots of experience who will help rehabilitate and strengthen your muscles. I wont forget to mention the relaxing medical massages also available by several different nurturing and licensed professionals. This really is the first one stop shop Ive found for chiropractic care. They also have a certified wellness coach available who will help guide you to optimum health. If you are new to chiropractic care as a patient, I think youll be amazed at how well you can feel so quickly by coming to this multi-faceted and unique practice.

Im not quite sure what the previous poster is referring to. Ive been going to Dr. Winchester for about 3 years, I think. Ive had great service and great health results as a byproduct of her care. I HAVE had issues with my bills, but its always been because of problems with my insurance company (Anthem) and have had quite the runaround from Blue Cross. The Winchester Institute has always worked with me during these times of confusion while Im waiting for things to be re-processed. Theyve just kept billing me my co-pay and not the additional money the insurance company says I owe, while it all got worked out. My wife and I both go to Dr. Winchester and we have referred friends and co-workers to her regularly. Her chiropractic care has worked wonders in our life. Thanks for all you do.Sounds like Ms. Williamson is just bitter about something and took to public venues to vent her frustration.

I consulted with 3 different chiropractors before making a decision about where to take my infant. The Winchester Institute is professional and in a neat and clean modern setting. Emily at the front desk went above and beyond answering my questions via email and even offered to verify insurance benefits (and did) before I made an appointment. Dr Greg did our consultation and my infants first adjustment. He was very informative, personable and helpful. Every employee we encountered only added to our positive experience. We went home that evening my 6 month old ,who due to his issues doesnt sleep for long periods of time lately, slept for 2 hours straight. He then woke up happy and playful. I cannot remember the last time my baby wasnt fussy and clingy. He played cheerfully for a couple hours! I cried tears of joy. My baby needed some relief and it appears we have made the right choice! Thank you so much Winchester Institute for all you do :)
Dr. Dana has been a blessing to me and my children. Her care and expertise has helped me to be conscientious of my health choices and how I love and tend to my body. She responds quickly in urgent situations and she responds with compassion. It is clear that she is invested in her practice and providing stellar service. I have never had a doctor that was so in tune and responsive to my health care needs. Since coming to the Winchester Institute my Fibromyalgia pain has reduced significantly and I look forward to each visit. Her massage therapists are awesome professionals and personable at the same time. A special thanks to Deb (massage) therapist who makes me feel like a new person when she is finished with my manual therapy. Dr. Greg...simply awesome! He is personable and makes sure he addresses any questions I may have My stretching sessions are comprehensive and I walk away feeling better and informed of how to continue improving my health and wellness when I leave. My children look forward to visiting here and Dr. Dana bonds with them. Beautiful, clean, and modern facility along with great doctors who are interested in treating the whole person. Chiropractic isnt just for back pain: my headaches, TMJ and neck pain have all been helped so much with regular care from Dr Greg. The massage therapists there are second to none! The staff is friendly and willing to answer all of your questions.
Be careful, this institute is simply ripping off and not honest. Ms. Winchester offered a free speech at my companys lunch time and I decided to give it a try. I paid two visits. The first time they made some small errors. I am a strong believer that one time error is forgivable. I gave them a second chance but was amused what happened then. Since two time errors in a row are definitely a good representation how the institute treats their patients, I decided to stop seeing her any more and honestly share out my experience here for her future prospects.The first time she over charged me $20 for a knee problem she never treated. I told her my knee has some minor hurts and I took a x-ray somewhere else and she agreed she has to take a look at the x-ray before touching my knees. But I was surprised to see the bill coming with the charge. It could have made no sense if she had tried to fix my knees without even looking at the diagnosing x-rays.The second time, I was put into waiting for more than 45 minutes after the scheduled appointment time. After that, she tried all her efforts trying to rush me into a long term service package and use some high pressure persuasion to let me buy more services because my spines were abnormal and would result in serious problems if I didnt treat them now.I know I was totally fine before walking into her institute. :) The manner how she handled me was so suspicious that I had to paid another trustworthy practitioner to double check what is going on. Not surprisingly, I found myself totally fine with just normal wears and tears for my age.Now one year after her diagnose, I am still healthy, happy and fine. Her manners to treat her patients is so impressive even after one year that I decided to share it out here.

This place is amazing! Most friendly and knowledgeable staff...dont know what Id do without Dr. Winchester and Dr Greg. They never push excessive adjustments or therapy but recommend natural supplements or therapies before referring to Specialists. The environment is top notch, comparative to and even better than 5 star spas around the world!
This is my first time I am writing a negative review on a business, because I don’t believe in slandering other businesses, even if they have an off day. For me however, this place is overpriced, and they pushed me into an X-ray and services I didn’t need, when I all I needed was a good back cracking. They didn’t tell me what the services cost, so I refused to pay the entire bill. I had a civilized conversation with the office manager, explaining the situation but she refused to negotiate my bill. Now I’m receiving harassing phone calls and nasty voicemails. The entire staff comes off very snobby and fake, and word on the street is this woman running the business herself a piece of work and not a good employer (this is coming from someone I know who works there. And trust me, I could give more dirt but I will abstain). If you need a good chiropractor in Dublin, check out Debbie arndt. My insurance covered her so I paid $2 there. She’s excellent!

I went into this place because I had been experiencing muscular pain in my chest. My doctor had previously suggested physical therapy but I figured I would supplement with massage and some chiropractic treatment. I thought I would give this place a shot.My initial reactions were positive, their facilities are very nice. Most of my first appointment went well until we came down to the treatment plan proposal. The guy said I would need 6 treatments a week for six weeks at $40 copay per trip. The cost is probably related to my type of insurance so that is not the problem.The problem I had was related to the proposed treatment plan. The suggested plan involved lower body adjustments and other things that seemed completely unrelated to my problem. In addition, when I suggested that I did not have the time to attend 6 times a week. Rather than work with me to find a treatment plan that works for my schedule/needs the guy actually said, Look you came to me. Implying that I should just do what he says with no discussion. Eventually, he worked with me to find something reasonable but after how pushy he was and how the treatment didnt seem to focus the area I was concerned with, I was just done.Bottom line, I felt like they were trying to book me for as many appointments as possible and in order to do that they were willing to provide treatment that was not necessary. This was not the result I wanted. This is not somewhere I would go again. Eventually I found the help I needed and the treatment did not even close to resemble his suggestions. This confirmed my suspicions.

Great if you’re insurance covers it. Mine did not and they were not very transparent at notifying me of what the exact cost would be until after the services were given. They are very pushy into getting you to participate in different therapies without telling you of the full cost. Only go if you’re insurance will cover it.

I was scheduled for a free consultation. I arrived to my appointment and had my consultation as well as xrays. I was unaware that xrays would be paid for out of pocket as I thought it was included in the consultation or at least covered by my insurance. I doubled and triple checked that my insurance company would cover all costs. I double and triple checked with the staff. I arrive to check out to discover that I owed over $100. I was scheduled to help one of my best friends move across the country next month. I will now be unable to do so and will have to cancel my vacation plans. A waste of money and with my luck a waste of PTO as I do not think I will be able to unschedule it. The staff was very friendly and respectful, but I cannot do business with a company who would not adequately discuss financial obligations up front. A shame, because I really am in a lot of pain and was looking forward to taking care of several issues. I just hope that they work on their communication with clients as this fee has cost me more than just money, but valuable time with a dear friend.

Dr. Gregg does a great job. The facility is really nice and very clean. I also get the stretching. It helps so much. The staff are very nice and really know what they are doing.
As a result of a car accident Im struggling with a combination tight muscles as well as pain. Janel, the massage therapist do a fantastic job working with my concern. After the massage I felt my muscles beginning to relax.
Absolutely horrible customer service! They write services onto your bill that werent even done, the receptionist (Rebecca) was extremely rude over the phone and continued to cut me off mid sentence while explaining my situation. ALWAYS CHECK YOUR BILL BECAUSE THEY WILL ADD SERVICES ONTO YOUR BILL EVEN IF THEY DONT PERFORM THEM... I was a patient there for over 6 months 3 times a week spending thousands of dollars with massage therapy adjustments and physical therapy, the service they perform is good however they are fraudulent and rude.

I am beyond impressed with my experience at The Winchester Institute. Each and every staff member deserves praise. They know how to communicate with their clients and put TLC into everything they do. The receptionists greet you on a first name basis as you enter the lobby and are always wonderful, polite, and helpful. I highly recommend seeing Dr. Mike and his team. Id also like to give a shout out to Jacob, Caleb, and Libby, as I have had manual therapy from each and they are all fantastic. I always look forward to seeing everyone at each appointment.

2022-08-08From start to finish, the experience has been top tier. The whole team is very kind and shows that they care about me individually and the pain I’m feeling. Dr. Mike has been excellent in adjusting my neck and back as well as answering my questions throughout my checkups.Additionally, I’ve been worked on by most (if not all) of the manual therapy team. They’re all great at what they do and I would recommend any of them.There was some minor confusion with insurance (not on Winchester’s end), but even though it wasn’t their fault, Winchester was still very communicative and helpful throughout the process and worked to get everything sorted out with my insurance in a timely manner.

2022-01-27I’ve been seeing Dr. Bryan since late November (2021) and I have been beyond impressed! I suffered from very bad headaches that would happen 3-4 times a week and he has helped me get them under control so much and helped me find out what the issue was! I’ve also seen Caleb for some manual therapy and stretching and I felt so amazing once I left. Their massage staff is absolutely wonderful as well and the front desk is so friendly! I highly recommend The Winchester Institute!

2022-01-25I was half way into my second pregnancy and had an acute episode of back pain/muscle pain that was crippling. i had an active 2.5 year old and have a full time job. i needed some relief. i wasnt able to be seen by my PCP or even my OB, but i called The Winchester Institute who was referred to me by my sister and they got me in that day as a new patient and Dr. Mike walked me through the process as i had Never had any chiropractor work done! He and all of the doctors including the owner Dr. Dana are wonderful and the staff are so friendly! the best part was Dr. Mike helped my issue so much with the adjustment- i as gentle and explained everything. What he did have me almost immediate relief! He helped me get back to my life and they continue to help me and keep me moving! i would highly recommend any of the doctors here for your joint, pain needs! they also have a wonderful massage program!

2022-06-22This is a top notch place. Dr Winchester and her team are amazing.I was in extreme pain and my sister-in-law referred me to Dr. Winchester. I called and was scheduled immediately for a consultation. Dr Winchester was very thorough with asking about my pain and gathering my information. She took X-rays and I went back the next day . Dr. Winchester reviewed the plan of treatment an I started immediately getting adjustments and therapy. I am in my 2nd week of treatments and I am amazed at how much better I feel and I am walking without pain or any discomfort. I highly recommend this practice! Very professional! The therapist are all highly trained and they are all awesome!

2022-08-09My experience at the Winchester Institute has been life changing. I came in with years of chronic back pain and instantly started feeling relief. This was almost 2 years ago and I continued to come in through my entire pregnancy as well. I recommend this place to everyone every chance I get! The muscle activation therapy is a must!

After just 2 visits and several adjustments I feel like a completely different person. I feel great and have recommended to coworkers and friends. I feel about 5 - 10 years younger. Highly recommend.
