Great laundromat - clean, fair prices on drying and washing
I love it decent prices always clean never haf an issue . They even let my four-year-old play with her plastic blue pool inside the store Not with water in it but she had fun playing in it anyways
Finally a laundromat that has working machines! Been going here for a year and have yet to see a machine with an out of service sign. The restrooms are clean and stocked. Extra large washers and dryers for HUGE loads.
They advertise they have Air Conditioning, yet they dont turn it on. I love the humongous washers and dryers, & for the most part it is pretty clean. But it is so hot in there I am going to start going somewhere else that actually turns the AC on!
Several of the washers dont fill very well and clothes in the middle are dry after the wash (no, they werent too full). They could really use some more washers, too. Plenty of dryers. It can sometimes be a little busy but its never been super packed or anything when we have gone. Plus, free wifi if you have a Spectrum log in.
I wish they would take the time and take the seal off and clean out the mold from all the doors. Every single front load washer had this. Keep the doors open after you clean them

I love their high end washing machines. They clean better than the other laundromat on Market Street. The washing machines get out all the water from your clothing in the final spin and are definitely newer and super efficient.
Nice change from last time I was the over 10 yrs ago. I had a couple problems I needed help about operating the new fancy washers, But NO on duty attendant anywhere to be found. And no returned calls or texts. Very disappointed. And dis-illusioned.
This place can get packed and I’m always the only person wearing a mask. I literally overheard the owner talking bad about the customers for wanting him and others to wear a mask and how he refuses but keeps it on his chin just in case the heath department comes back.
Clean place nothing on the floor and clean good newer washers . bathroom was actually nice and clean . nicest one i been to in a while
Won’t be coming back here . Washing machines always pop up as a error while I’m using it! Door won’t open if this happens!! Called the owner and his giving me the run around!! Been waiting for 2.5 hrs for someone to come help me!
I dont like the fact that there is not an on-site attendant but you can call the phone number that is posted and get an attendant there within 5 minutes if you have any problems. Better than any of the other laundromats I have found in Akron better area cleaner Etc
Took my laundry here today in a pinch after my home dryer broke down. Unfortunately I was interrupted by an employee who abruptly demanded that I remove my laundry from the dryer. Cant you read the sign she crassly asked.. (I was taken aback) You cant dry clothes here if you didnt wash them here! Thats the rules!I guess I should have read the sign. Im now taking my laundry to another more appreciative laundromat that doesnt have asinine rules in place. Ive found several that will gladly accept my money and business.
Free WiFi, television, convienant vending machines for food and beverage. What more can you ask for? There are even some retro games available. Also located near fast food so you can get a bite to eat while waiting on laundry.The place is clean, orderly, and has a fair amount of machines running at all times.
Quiet clean good machines, but no attendant if the machines take your money there is nobody to complain to or ask for a refund the owners name and phone number are on the wall but nobody answers not good for a business especially one that was robbed because there wasnt an attendant they were probably trying to get back the money the unattended machine took from them first.
They are always so friendly. And the machines are always in decent working order. Their dryers are hot and fast, which is a plus to my family.
Wont let customers dry only. I offered money instead but they still refused. Wouldnt it make sense to take money in place of use of water and wear on their machines? They wouldnt even consider. I guess they dont want money they just want to be rude. Hope it made his day....
UPDATE: Hot water fixed, still free extraction beforw drying and WiFi works great and easy to use. Works for me!This gent owns 3 places - N Arlington & Downtown. This is the latest pick-up, so its in rebuilding mode and theyre waiting on a new hot water system. That doesnt seem to affect things much at all BUT, not only can you use their extractor for free (pull out water so minimal drying time) but until the water problems upgraded - they give you free dry time too! Older inside, does have working WiFi and a cable feed. Vending was a bit shabby but obviously theyre improving all this. It doesnt matter, youre within 100 yards of a McDs, Wendys, Arbys, Subway and the Lamp Post! Start loads, walk to get food. Bunch of things nearby and theyre right off the #6 METRO (both days) so its available to everyone. Theres 2 Internet Terminals where you can rent time at $1/30 mins. Not the best, but a cheap time-killer if you dont have anything WiFi with you.People inside are nice, bit older crowd but compared to the attitudes I got at the last place - older is better!! All coin-op, no cards to mess with. Hiding behind a couple of office buildings, thats why I never noticed it but its behind the Great Work sign on E. Market JUST past the I-76 overpass.Inside theres machines down that theyre working on, no shortage of them though. All types too, depends on what you need. Same with the dryers, 2 centrifuge extractors you can use one free per load anytime. Clean bathrooms, vending for soaps and such as well.Ill use this place again, especially because its a very short hop!
I like this place since its not far where I live but wish it was cleaner and not so expensive to wash clothes. They need to run cleaner in the washers too.

Has absolutely gone down the toilet since the new owner took over. Half the machines are broken, place is dirty, and they overcharge for machines. Wont be coming back here anytime soon.

I will never wash my things there again. Lost my money in dryers he never called me so I could pick up my money. Place was a mess and washers was not clean.. Would never go there again. Bad place to go.
Clean and machinery work very well. 9 loads cut into 2. In and out in 45 minutes
I dont like the idea of no attendant. They also took out the extractors. I had to ask other customers how to use the machine.

2022-06-12No longer coin operated! They have swiched to using a card, which can be purchased at the mat. As of now, its cash only dollars accepted. It may or may not process debit/credit in the future. My local laundromat! Never had an issue or negative experience. Ive talked to staff that maintains the place and everyone has been friendly. Prices are fair. This is my go to laundromat. Place is clean and well maintained regularly. Will continue to frequent.

2021-08-09We have been doing our laundry here for 3+years now. Its always a friendly environment! Even the people who also do their laundry there are pleasant. Whether you forgot laundry soap, need quarter/dollar coins, a nice cool place to sit or a nice clean bathroom while you wait for laundry this place has it all. Not to mention they have great hours that have helped us numerous times when we needed clean clothes for the next day! They even have snacks and a claw machine incase you need food, drink or something to do. God bless you all and thank you so much for your hospitality over the years. Really. Praise The Lord Jesus Christ for this laundry mat!❤😊

2021-09-10First time there, took some bigger blankets thst wouldnt fit in my washer. Place was clean, and organized. Lots of washers and dryers to choose from, triple loaders, etc... My only complaint was that the soap machine took $4.00 off me and it didnt dispense any soap? Other than that, its a nice place.

2022-07-02It has newer, and faster machines that have never given me any trouble, but I dont like the fact theres no attendent, and now you cant use cash whatsoever, and thats a problem for me, and as a customer there should be options other then being forced

2021-08-31Most to all of my clothes are ruined because of the washers here. If I put one load on Cold why is being washed on Hot? My washer quit working in the middle of one of my cycles so my blankets are sopping wet and no employee to be found in sight . When I found one they wont refund me my money back for the one washer that didnt even wash my clothes but ran the cycle and for the one that quit working halfway

2021-04-16Only place around here that has 2 HUGE washers that I cam wash all my heavy stuff in and still come out clean. Not to mention 4 HUGE dryers also. They have quarter change machines as well as dollar coin change machines for the big wash & dry. Definitely great place with newer washers that ALL work
