I Ventured to the warehouse a few days ago for the first time with a few friends for dinner. We got the fried ravioli and rissoto balls for appetizers and they were really good. For the main dish I got the chicken parmigiana and it was delicious. The chicken was juicy and crispy and the sauce with the spaghetti was delicious. Thankfully my friend got the lasagna and I got to sample it as well. We had a wonderful waitress who was very attentive to the table.
Over all it was great, the service was just impeccable & lots of leftovers. But I must say it was quite cold for me & my Aunt, with left quicker because of this. The place was packed too. 2 things I would suggest improvement, the meatballs were very gummy & not good at all. The booth seats are very worn, you should really look at replacing.
The reviews dont lie on this one!! Some of the BEST Italian Ive had in a long time! The only reason I give 4 instead of 5 stars, is that there were many open tables, yet we still waited over 40min to be seated. Im sure there is a reason for this, but it was a first for me. After being seated, it took a while for someone to take our drink order, but I wont blame her for the slow service. I am hoping they are able to fill their staff soon, because its a popular place, and those poor servers seemed so over-worked. They really did a great job under the pressure!! Our server was delightful, despite her busy day, and it was toward the end of the night on a Friday. The host even stepped in to help bring out dishes, and helped box our left overs after our meal. Let me start with the soups - a little like warm, but fresh and savory nonetheless. The fresh bread with garlic butter and/or oil and spices were a refreshing start while we waited. The beef roast melts in your mouth, and for the price, what a value!! It was enough for 2 meals. The Diablo pasta was also delectable and large portion that could be broken to two meals. I recommend calling ahead, but regardless, it was worth the wait both in quality of food and service.
We celebrated my son-in-laws birthday here at The Warehouse. Great place. We had plenty of room for our party. The Italian food was great as always. The waitress was extremely nice and helpful. Actually took pictures for us. Pictures we could have never had Val her help. She got up on a chair and took a group picture where everyone was in it. My wifes family is Italian so I can vouch for the validity of Italian food. It was a different flavor or different style and what Im used to put it was definitely a Italian food. The spaghetti was great. The sauce was slow cooked in the meatballs excellent.
Ordered a side of spaghetti with garlic sauce & a chicken breast for dinner. Was charged for a full spaghetti dinner. When I questioned the waitress she apologized for her mistake but did not correct the price. The pasta size was obviously a side, not a full portion. My bad for not pursuing further; my solution, will not be going back.
First time here, they are very sweet. Called told them I disabled would they do curb service I pull in, they was very happy take order when I got let them know, came out with food they scan card very quickly, I sign and back on road. They are very automating. The bread so authentic, food is devious. This will definitely a favorite least 3xs a month.
Excellent curbside pickup meal tonight. Weekend specials were Lobster Mac & Cheese and Lobster Ravioli. Both were delicious. There is always tomorrow for everyone else.PS - Would be five stars but we got someone elses wedding soup and they got our salads. Think we got the better of that trade.
The Warehouse is phenomenal. Not only were we seated rather quickly, but the wait staff was very prompt in taking our orders. The waitress was able to accommodate special orders. The bread was so good that we bought an whole loaf and butter to go. Food was hot and fresh when it came out.The restaurant is very charming and clean. The food tastes delicious and homemade. The restrooms are equally as charming and clean.Pokemon Go:Pokestop15-25 Pokemon spawned in the area before putting a lure on the Pokestop.11/5 stars
We have driven by here hundreds of times and finally decided to stop. It was really good. I got the 4 cheese ravioli with a giant meatball. Great portion and tasted very good. They also had good sweet tea and all the dishes are fresh made. We will definitely be going back to try some of the other items.
The appetizer and waitress were good but thats as far as it went. They served my girlfriend the wrong meal and I ordered spaghetti and meat sauce but there was no meat in it. Then of course I was given the story that it varied for me on the meal but if you pay for it you should get it. Good thing I spent the extra $3.79 on an extra meatball or there would have been none. Rip off
We had heard good things about this place with my wife. So we decided to order take out. We called our order in and were told it would be ready in 30 minutes. We show up only to find out that our order was never put in the system. Fine. We place our order again and wait another 30 minutes. We get back home to eat our dinner. Not worth the wait. I got the lasagna and my wife the pasta. Neither of us were impressed. They get 3 stars because the staff was friendly but otherwise subpar food.
It is an Italian themed restaurant, we had quick service. The Risotto Balls and Mozarallla Sticks with Marina where very good although if you where on a budget maybe this isnt the place because we spent $19(not including tip)on 2 appetizers and 1 drink. Overall good service and food, would definitely consider revisiting.
Everything here is great with the exception of the food. Things are just a bit off every time we go. There are so many great fresh pasta places in my general area I just can’t reason trying it again. The location, wait staff and service deserve a 5/5. But, you could get a better plate of chicken fettuccini alfredo at a fazoli’s. MUCH better and with some awesome hot breadsticks to boot.
The food was good. My favorite thing they offer, by far, is their fried zucchini. It is bias sliced zucchini with a light, but very crisp, breading. Served with a side of marinara. The crispy chicken has much the same breading, but thicker. It is well seasoned bordering on too much salt maybe? Still delicious. The pasta is well cooked (not too soft or hard). The red sauce is how I like it - not sweet and just right on the seasoning. The bread is wonderfully crusty outside and soft and fluffy inside. Served with garlic herb butter. Delicious for everyone.I’m not a fan of their meatballs. Huge, good mix of meat, but very dense and heavy. A good meatball is a mix of meat, seasonings, herbs, and usually binders (breadcrumbs and eggs). This was more just meat, and along with the density issues, it lacked flavor. The ravioli is a contrast to what I said above about the pasta being cooked properly. These were overcooked and falling apart. Also a massive portion of very large ravioli. Not a fan. The cheese filling was tasty though so if they were cooked right we absolutely would try them again.Biggest issue my girls complained about was the women’s bathroom decor. I haven’t taken any stars off for this as I was here for the food. However, the art was weird and not funny. I was not sure what could make 9 year old uncomfortable. After I checked (it was a single toilet bathroom so I had waited outside), I understood what the problem was. Maybe rethink those pictures? I’m sure they were “supposed to be funny”, but it made the children very uncomfortable. I don’t find it amusing either. It would be better to stick to normal pictures and art, like in the men’s restroom?
In our opinion this restaurant is a must try! If you like Italian food, you wont be disappointed. Our meals were delicious and the portions were well worth the price. Service was excellent as our server was very attentive and personable. The bread is the best around, crusty on the outside and soft in the middle.
Always have to go to the restaurant to order in person for take out because the phone number provided never works. It always goes to a mailbox not setup and as a side note the calls never go through. (I reported this early summer 2021 to the workers there).** 12-4 Same issue with calling in an order so I have decided to not order take out anymore and will not be going back anytime soon
I was there this past Saturday. I ordered their famous Spaghetti and Meatballs. It started off with a salad which was pretty good. Then the meal came. I was very disappointed in the amount of spaghetti received. I ordered 2 of the meatballs which are extra. The meatballs had no taste whatsoever. Ive had better spaghetti eating a Stovers frozen meal. For the small serving of pasta, the two meatballs, with meat sauce. It cost $20! Not impressed at all.
We just ate at The Warehouse and we were blown away. The food was excellent! We had the Tuscan Chicken with mushroom risotto and Chicken Diablo and both were delicious! Even my daughter who is three ate pizza including the crust (that has never happened before). To top things off our server was probably the best server we have ever had. This is our new Italian go to!
Avoid the meat! My dad was smart enough to try one bite of his veal (sorry baby cow) and not take another. I however, ate all of my chicken marsala and then it wanted to come back up at 2 am. The 3 stars are for everyone else who just ordered a pasta dish said they really enjoyed their meal.
I once gave them a 4 of 5... But last visit was miserable. Ordered take out and was told 45 minutes. Arrived right on time and waited another 45 minutes! Watched people get seated AND FED before our food came out. Listed to carryout orders get received and picked up before our three easy dished were ready...Thier excuse? A rush came AFTER they took our order...They have lost my business and we were regulars before covid..
Looks small from the outside, but the flavors are big. We gave the Warehouse a try one night and now we love going back. Everything I have ever had is great and they were very accommodating for our little girls. They sometimes run special menus. I cant wait for summer to try their lobster specials. Definitely worth a stop.
This is a great pasta place, its simple and straight forward. Great for a big group as lots of different people will find something they like here. Great for kids. I really liked the pasta dish I got. I had a slice of pizza and I liked that too. Its not a fancy place but its a great option.
Good food, good service, good atmosphere. Had the lasagna with salad and it was delicious. Salad was a bit ordinary with lettuce, shredded carrots, shredded cheese, tomatoes and croutons. It was fresh and crispy so I enjoyed it. I had the lasagna and it was very good, and the portions are big! We also tried a fried mozzarella appetizer that was crunchy and tasty. The prices may be a bit on the high side but about average for a nice sit down Italian restaurant. The waiters were very attentive as informative and service was good. The only issues were that the tables are a bit close together which makes seating kind of awkward, and the air vents were blowing freezing cold air directly on us. Otherwise the decoration is pretty neat with older advertisement signs and items of yesteryear. Overall Id recommend The Warehouse.
Best Italian food in Delaware. We eat here all the time and I have never had a bad meal. All of the pastas are delicious and their marinara sauce is also very good. The staff is always very nice and the food comes out quickly no matter how busy they are. My kids also like it which makes me wish I could give them six stars!!! One the best places for dinner in the area.
If you are looking for a small local traditional family Italian restaurant experience then this is your place. The decor is straight from the 80s but the food, service and prices are excellent. Portions are generous. Great hot bread delivered with a choice of seasoned olive oil or garlic butter. Basic, but delicious salad. My wife had the Mushroom Medley pasta. I had the Handmade Seven Cheese Ravioli. Both winners... Our server (Patsy/Casey?) was prompt, & friendly without being overbearing. Also, the noise level permits easy conversation which is getting harder & harder to find these days...
Wow! The wife and I found this place by accident on our way home from vacation. From the outside, you would never know that inside is one of the best Italian restaurants youve ever been to. The food is FANTASTIC. So good in fact that we now regularly drive over an hour to eat here. Its become our favorite place to eat . Highly recommend to anyone who loves great Italian food!
Our new favorite place too eat in Delaware. This is a place you have to try if you are near Delaware. Our waitress, Lacy, was one of the best servers we have had in a long time! Family dining feel. Great authentic Italian homemade dishes and a romantic night if you choose! Will definitely go again, and again.
Greeted & seated immediately. Our waitress was timely, accepted order and efficiently served our food without rushing us through the meal.Portions were large, tastey and hot.Good value for the meals served and a nice menu offered. Good parking! This is a place to return for another pleasant evening.
You guys, go to this place! Their dishes are so good and their prices are very fair. I got their spicy pasta dish and it was perfect. I loved it. My son really likes the Alfredo. Ive had the lasagna too and it was top notch. If I could critique anything, its usually pretty chilly in the dining room. But just grab a sweater and youre good.
We love the Warehouse! The Diablo is our favorite by far. Definitely classified as an Italian restaurant. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is the location. The restaurant in Marion is larger and has a more relaxed and quiet atmosphere. Do yourself a favor and dip the bread in oil with a layer of Italian seasoning over it!
Sub Par, my wife and I met my grandparents at the Warehouse on 9-26-18. The staff was friendly and professional. The decor and atmosphere was dated and not clean. I ordered the scallop pasta and the scallops came out well over done and the pasta bland. My wife and grandmother ordered the lasagna which came out hard (over done) and they were nice enough to remove the one lasagna off of the bill. My sons pizza was the best thing off the menu. I believe all in all with some improvements and some updates this restaurant could easily turn around.
I loved the risotto! I loved the veal! (They should do something different with the asparagus - and I love asparagus for some reason tastes like lighter fluid) but, I have treated the food of my wife and kids too they are awesome! Best Italian restaurant in Delaware. Definitely competes with anything in Columbus!,
The food is good. Service was spotty. Seemed some got the better service where we got basic. We spent $60+ (you need a paper coupon or a text now for the BOGO). It was disappointing, the last few times I had gone (2 years ago) were much better.I will say the Wedding Soup was amazing!!!
The only Italian restaurant in Delaware... The food is fantastic every time. It is so filling (but delicious), so we typically have to take home a box. The place is usually busy, but the service remains pretty good. The only unfortunate thing is that theyre close on Sundays. XD
Waitress took a while to get to us, but was very attentive after that. Ordered bruschetta and they were out of it. The meals were wonderful. Salad was basically just a bowl of lettuce, but dressings and bread very good.Liked the overall ambiance - casual family Italian.
Although the pricing is a bit much for 5 raviolis, I would suggest making them jumbo size, the food was of the best quality! I’ve been to MANY Italian restaurants even extremely high priced ones, and this was THE best food. I was scraping the plate. Well worth the $20 dollars I spent. Lived in Delaware for 9 years and never been. I don’t know what took me so long.
Went to the warehouse Italian Diner it around 5 during the week. Theres parking out front theres parking on the sides theres handicap parking. parking is not an issue. You walk in the front door and theres a greeter there that takes you to your seat. They have booths and tables they asked if I had a preference I prefer to table set right down. The waitress came to our table as soon as we sat down and took our drink orders brought our drinks back to us and asked us if we were ready to order and we were. Our dinner came out quickly it was prepared well, no complaints. I did have to ding them a star because the pizza oven was out of order that day and my dinner date was going to order a pizza. The waitress said that they had to order a part from Bucyrus and it would be there in about a week.
This might be my favorite restaurant. The decor is enjoyable with many interesting things to look at without it being cluttered. Everything ordered by my family has been delicious. Even basics like bread and salad are far above average. The creme brulee is amazing and I enjoy their flavored iced teas.
Great traditional Italian! The food stands on its own and the food quality is worth far more than the modest price charged. This isn’t fancy Italian, but this is a fantastic place for the feeling of a home cooked meal. Yummmm! The interior needs updated, otherwise I’d have given a 5 Star critique.
Such a cozy environment, great old school Italian feel to it. The service is always wonderful and the portions are huge. I had the veal marsala last night and it was one of the best dishes Ive had recently. Lots of fresh and homemade options, this is our perfect date night spot.
Had the spaghetti and meatball, salad and the awesome tuskin bread and garlic butter. Wife had the ravioli and Cesar salad with anchovies. The service was fast and friendly. The food was very good, I liked the sauce a lot a and the meatball was big and moist,my wife loved the cheese ravioli and said the Cesar was really good with the anchovies. We will be back, give them a try.
My party of eight came in slowly, over a period of more than a half hour and stayed till closing. The staff graciously accommodated us with good humor, and we all enjoyed excellent food and friendly and attentive service. The atmosphere is clean, relaxed but caring and the wine list is very good.
Had very poor service. Waited 10 minutes before the waitress came to our table. Then waited another 15 minutes to get our salads and bread. We then were waiting for our main courses for anothe 45 minutes. We didnt get them until we went up and complained at the front desk. The couple next to us had the same waitress and the same issues. The manager came to the table and didnt offer us any discount and had a very poor excuse as to why our dinners were late. Then they were terrible. Never again. Stay away.
Reasonably good. Portion of salmon was small. Rice not available as side, but would have been preferred for me. Green beans overcooked for my preference. Had some concern as leaving, saw an employee spray a cleaning agent on a table with all shakers (salt/pepper, etc.) still there.
The food is always good here. We had lasagna and pizza. Very good. The italian crusty bread is served early. You can ask for extra. The waitress cut the limes on the stainless steel cooler. Dont think that is too sanitary not to mention the scratches on the cooler. Plus they wrapped the silverware on top of the cooler and draped the napkins down into the trash can because there wasnt enough room on the cooler. Hmmm
The bread and salad were great, the ravioli came out looking like ravioli soup, way to much sauce! It tasted like ravioli from the fridge section of thr grocery store. The waitress was a little pushy to upgrade to a more expensive less food option that still had to be augmented when I asked for a simple augmentation to my order. Would dine there again, but order different.
Just okay, came in and they said 5-10 minutes for a table...we werent seated for 35 minutes and didnt leave until another 2 HOURS after that. Never once did anyone even apologize or even acknowledge the ridiculous wait times. I believe what seemed like a manager, one waitress and bus boy/host were the only people on the floor. They got 3 stars because the manager did do it all very upbeat and was helpful when she was able to get to you. Food was okay but not 2.5 hours good. Was hoping for more and maybe someday well try again - but for the $$, may as well go to Olive Garden. Bread was homemade and delicious butter - but that even took a out 25 minutes to come out.

2022-05-07Service was great and our wait for a table was only about 15 minutes. Both of which were surprising because we arrived during the peak business hours. The meals were served hot and with flavor that doesnt come from a can.

2022-05-16It was mothers day weekend so we had to wait over an hour for a table. I dont know what a typical weekend wait is like. Im glad we waited the food was wonderful. I especially liked the bread, and they kept bringing more! I had the chicken parmesan and the chicken was crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The portions were plentiful enough for us all to bring home leftovers. I dont live in the area, but if Im visiting again Ill be back!

2021-08-10We enjoy this place so much. I love the timeless atmosphere. Everything’s made fresh and it’s always hot when it comes out. We’ve never had bad service here. We ordered Calamari, Spinach and Salmon salad and of course the kids wanted pizza. Check it out!

2022-01-02Cant believe I paid that much for what the menu describes to be a veggie burger. They ask you how you want it cooked (I asked for it to be well done) but it was still soft and mushy! Feels so weird in your mouth! Wish I could say it at least tasted good. Unfortunately, the only edible part of the burger was the tomato slice. Do not recommend.

2022-04-01Decided to come here for dinner after driving past en route to my grandmothers apartment with my mom...the three of us went here for dinner at 6 pm. Place was pretty full, which is a very good sign as 6 pm is pretty early for dinner service. It has a very homey vibe, which I greatly appreciated. The waitress was also very personable, warm and attentive. And of course the food was so good!!I am seriously always on the lookout for a good, homey, down to earth restaurant that really gets it right. This place absolutely knocked it out of the park, imo. My mom got the veal which she said was great. I tried a little bit and I agree. My grandma and I both got the eggplant parm. It was a great dish on a big heaping plate of spaghetti with amazing red sauce. For drinks, they had beers and I had a couple of Manhattans. Seriously everything was just SO good and the final bill was extremely reasonable for everything we received.I very much so need this restaurant closer to me in MI. That or I guess Im coming to visit my grandma more often.
