Nayana has a been great each time I visited the mail bar. She has great energy, loves to connect with her clients, and gets everything done in a well timed manner. Never had a bad experienced and will keep visiting to get an appointment from Nayana. All around great worker!

I gave this place another try since its close to home. So disappointed. The woman who did my nails must have been brand new. It took her forever and it was clear she didnt know what she was doing. Very sloppy job - despite taking a very long time. It chipped right away and I had to remove. Expensive mistake.
I absolutely love this salon, couldn’t recommend it enough! It is clean and bright with the most relaxing atmosphere and the best staff! Ever since they opened, I have been going there to see Louise every few weeks for my mani and pedi, and it’s always over the top!
My experience at the W Nail Salon was wonderful all because of Sam! I have been to her multiple times and have loved her flawless work every time. If you’re going to go to the W Nail Bar always book with Sam! She has lifted my eyelashes, tinted my eyebrows and done gorgeous gel nails on me. 10/10 experience best in New Albany. Remembers me by name.
The facility itself is lovely - very clean and fresh and new. However, the pedicure was extremely basic and didnt feel like much was done at all.The service was booked to last an hour and it was done in 25 minutes. It was VERY expensive for what it was.The technician also had extremely long fingernails herself which made it hard for her to do the pedicure. I liked the location and wanted this to be good experience but I cant believe the amount of money that I spent for the service I got. Ill be returning to my other nail places in New Albany.
This was my first visit.. Mary Meyers did a great job and was fun to be around. The studio was interesting looking, clean and tidy. I will go back again. My only disappointment was there were not many selections in the color I wanted, I will visit again.
Eryn Flemmings is the best. I’ve been getting my nails done since 1999. She pays close attention to details. You always know you’ll leave her loving your nails.
In my opinion it was a first class establishment- my nail tech was Eryn Flemmings and this was my first mani/pedi. I’ve already sent her more business - because of her work ethic and attention to detail I will not stop promoting her and her work alongside the w nail bar in New Albany!

INFECTION, PAINFUL WEEKS OF HEALING & P E R M A N E N T D A M A G E T O M Y T O E N A I L ! ! !A few hours after a pedicure at the W Nail Bar, my toe was angry red, swollen and painful. It became so painful that I had to go to urgent care. They diagnosed an infection and prescribed antibiotics.I was in extreme pain for a week, I had to keep my foot elevated and bandaged. My annual family vacation to the lake was ruined. I could not go in the water due to the infection, or even stand for very long because of the extreme pain and swelling.I would NEVER GO BACK to this place. After decades of manicures and pedicures, I have never had a problem anywhere else.T e r r i b l e I n f e c t i o n u p d a t e ! ! !* the W nail bar has NEVER CONTACTED ME! *The nail of the infected toe turned yellow and will likely fall off. Another doctor’s appointment scheduled. I am wary of wearing closed shoes, anything touching the nail is painful.Four months later, what was left of my toenail was removed by a podiatrist. The doctor advised it may take a year to grow back, and the new nail may never be the same. My toe is sore and sensitive.
I’ve been coming here for a few months now and absolutely love it! My nails are beautiful every time and the staff are always so friendly and welcoming! Building is always very clean and Covid friendly. They are always playing great music as well. 10/10 would 100% recommended :)
Louise is the reason for these 5 stars! She always does a great job on my nails and is always super nice and professional. The salon is always clean and I will continue to keep on coming back!
I love coming here and seeing Sam! She remembers me by name and we always pick up from our last conversation we had together like good friends. I love the pedicure services she does for me. When I leave there I always feel like a new Person.
ZERO STARS. Worst place to go ! Beautifully decorated but poor service.Was given a very pricey pedicure that left me with a fungal infection under my toenails! I had to have multiple toenails removed due to the pain from the infection. I received this service by.. I believe her name was Shanna or Shayna, I tried to talk to her about my concerns w sanitation and my infection and she showed little concern and very rudely dismissed me. I was told by 4 other woman that unfortunately have gotten similar outcomes to services by Shanna.I was refused a refund or even half a refund or even the slightest bit of empathy. Dirty and rude DO NOT GO HERE
Very basic, fine for a quick pedicure or manicure. Do not plan to be comfortable for the experience, chairs, atmosphere just OK. I was overcharged for my service. When I explained to the technician that the price was different on the brochure and on the website she said “oh I’m sorry about that” and STIlL charged me the higher price. It’s not the $10 difference, it’s principle. I have no respect for that. I do not recommend this place. Many others to choose from with better customer service and comfortable chairs.

This place was cute but in all honesty, not worth it at all. Luckily I didn’t pay for the experience because my friend took me there as a birthday present and she was too embarrassed to write a review. We got toe fungus, her gel chipped so quickly, and when asked to talk to a manger, no one was around or answered the phone. Don’t waste your time or money.
This place is so cute! I am so glad they opened it in New Albany. All the girls working there are just so kind and very excited to be in the neighborhood. I love the rose that was in my pedicure, and the scrub was delicious. I will for sure be a regular. Loved it!

This specific location has canceled 3 different appointments I had made on short notice. W Nail Bar is okay in general but the New Albany location is unprofessional.
First time in for a hydrating gel pedicure “The Dew Effect” and I’ll definitely be back! The location is spotless and provides a relaxing atmosphere. The staff are friendly and provide great service!!

2021-11-09I have been coming to The W Nail Bar in New Albany for a few months now. Louise does a FANTASTIC job! I have the TOO BLESSED TO BE STRESSED membership and get to see her for biweekly manicures and monthly pedicures. Friendly, timely and cleanly. Well worth it.

2022-03-25I have been going to the W Nail Bar in New Albany for some time now. Eryn is my manicurist and I absolutely love her & I always leave feeling so relaxed and excited about my nails. She provides excellent quality- my gel manicures always last at least 3 weeks with no chipping or lifting of the polish.

2022-08-17I was a very loyal customer, but if I could give them 0 stars after my recent experience I would. I had a membership with plans of keeping it for a long time. That was until I had to cancel an appointment. I had a family member who had a medical emergency and I had to cancel the day of my appointment. I called the next day to explain my situation and they STILL charged me $133 for the services. I understand why they charge people for cancelling for no apparent reason but I had a family medical emergency that I couldn’t have possibly known about 24 hours in advance in order to cancel. I will never use this place for services again and my membership has already been cancelled. Unless you are able to foresee emergencies in your future that may cause you to have to cancel an appointment quickly I suggest finding somewhere a little more understanding.

2022-03-28I have been getting gel manicures by Nayana B for a few months now. She has a professional personality and easy to talk to. She made sure my hands were left soft and smooth. The gel lasted 2-3 weeks and the over all shape, cuticle work and service was A1. Will be booking with Nay soon!

2021-07-31Got a pricey pedicure that chipped within 1 week. I stopped in to have it fixed and was told I needed another appt and nothing was open for 2 days. Easy fix that could easily have been taken care of in 5 minutes. Won’t be returning, I’ve never had a pedicure chip so easily and then such a problem trying to get it resolved!

2022-05-27I went and got my eyebrows waxed and tinted, as well as my eyelashes lifted! Mya, the girl who does them is the only one I will trust now on for doing them. Not only do they look amazing, I feel amazing. Mya was super sweet and made a point to ask if everything looked okay, and felt okay! I will definitely be back to see her!

She made me feel comfortable knowing it was my first petty, created great conversation that we could relate to and explain im full detail what she was going to do. I applaud The Nail Shop for having such wonderful employees to welcome everyday new clientele like me.
