I had the BEST experience visiting this new location! The staff was great, and the place was extremely clean. If you are booking online, use code MALORIE20 for 20% your full service at this location only!
Tried to call to book then they texted so we booked via texted, left voicemail for them to call b/c I did not want to text credit card number. No phone call they just cancelled. Even when I asked for them to call a 2nd time they did not.
I see Lexy and she always makes my nails look amazing! Highly recommend coming here!
Clarissa was great! She was patient and took great care of me and my nails :)

2022-08-03I got a gel manicure (basic nail art) and regular polish pedicure a few weeks ago when visiting my parents. I always would go to a W Nail Bar location due to their great hygiene practices and consistent level of service. The new Bridge Park location is no exception. I believe Zoie serviced me at the beginning of July. I had an 8 am service. I showed up right on time and Zoie was ready for me. She helped me find a good pink color for the base of my French manicure. She was very sweet and quiet which I dont mind (especially at 8 am!) The salon plays great music and the employees are always kind. The mirror pic attached was taken 3 days after my service (forgot to take a pic of my nails specifically 😭) and the photo of my nails up close is exactly 4 weeks later. Minimal chipping at the corners, and my nails still feel strong. If I lived closer I would have come in for a fill!Clean salon, friendly employees, thorough service, lasting results!

2022-05-19This location just opened & I had the pleasure of visiting. The atmosphere is unmatched & this is the perfect additional that bridge park needed. Offering a variety of services for all people, cleanliness that is unmatched & out pouring terrific customer service a nail salon couldn’t be better than this. Lexy did my nails & she did a phenomenal job- I can’t wait for this to be my new regular spot! Run, don’t walk to this new location!

2022-06-27Was charged for my monthly membership and received an email that I still had 2 free manicures, was NEVER told that these expired once I cancelled. I went online and booked an appointment here. During the online scheduling process, it said that I would be charged $0 for the manicure. When checking out, I told the associate, Valerie, that I should have a free manicure on there. She told me that I did and that my total came to $0 and that I would only have to pay for gratuity. I then receive an email that I was charged for the full manicure after being told TWICE that it was free due to me paying for my membership. I then reached out to The W customer service and they are denying me a refund for a service that I was told would be free and that the membership I paid over $120 should have covered. I have messaged the location and have even called to try to speak to the manager, Olivia, and have not heard back. It seems as though this company has a real issue with communicating clearly which is an issue I have and why I will no longer be using them. This is also what has made me cancel my membership in the first place. I spend too much money each month on a membership to continuously receive subpar manicures and terrible customer service. I will be taking my business elsewhere.EDIT: to anyone reading this review. This was NOT communicated clearly. I have also asked to speak with the manager regarding this and she has failed to return my phone call. This salon might put on a good look on the outside but definitely are partaking in some shady business practices. NO WHERE do they mention that this is their “policy.” Keep that in mind before deciding on a member ship.

2022-06-09Zoie Brashear did an amazing job. My heels have never felt so soft. The service is amazing and the products are wonderful. My brow tint is awesome looks so good I actually have brows that stand out. My lash lift, I cant believe how amazing my lashes look you can even see them stand out with my glasses on. Thanks for a great experience.
