Lived there for a year and a half. The building is infested with roaches and the exterminator that the kept sending back was a creep. The power went out often which caused me to be late to work multiple times because I was unable to get out of the garage. There’s no ventilation in the apartments so I had to shower with the door and windows opened so the ceiling paint would not peel faster. As well as mold continuing to growing and with the maintenance people telling me to just clean it with bleach instead of fixing the source. There were constant leaks and pipes bursting with them just keeping holes opened for months and then them closing them back up without actually fixing anything. I moved out in October and I have tried to contact them multiple times to get my deposit back as well as for them to remove my phone number from the door buzzer so I would not constantly get calls from random people who need the door opened. I still have not gotten a response back.

Im sharing my living experience let me tell you it was unsafe and nasty. It started with a flood in January the day after I paid them. Not 1 repair was done nor helped with the renters insurance I had through them. Cause of that my ceiling started to crack and getting worse. Also no fliter on sinks meaning particles in the drinking water also no heat since February trash 3verwhere roaches everywhere. Every management become slumlords nobody calls back finally stolen rent for the month of February. Dont rent report

Awful management. The elevator is broken for weeks at a time. There are roaches. Its not a secure building as a side door is left open all of the time. The maintenance team is terrible and doesnt follow up. I have a hole in my closet that had to be made to fix a pipe that bursted and flooded my apartment and the apartments below me out. That hole has been there for 2 years now. . Nobody is ever in the office, nobody ever picks up a phone call. Nobody ever returns a voice-mail...that is if you can even leave one. Got my car broken into. Trash in the parking lot for months. One of the worst places yoy can live in the shaker square area. Look elsewhere.

Lived here for 2 years Jan 2018- Jan 2020. We had hopes that the new owner/management would change things but all we noticed that changed was the name of the complex. We didnt have heat from Nov. 2019-end of Jan 2020, elevators break down or stop working. They legally had 30 days to give us our deposit back. We received it back 90 days later after multiple reminders and speaking to the manager.Under previous management and to give you an idea of the area someone cut the catalytic converter out from under out car, management towed our car from the parking lot because they needed to get a crane in to fix the roof WITH NO NOTICE, the exercise room looks appealing until you realize your fob wont let you in and only 1/3 of the equipment works, cockroaches, no maintenance was completed in our apartment unless notifying and calling them everyday until they finally show up.We had a mice infestation multiple floors up from the bottom, cockroaches in the summer and saw weird bugs in the stairwell.

Owner failed to mention roach infestation. I am a very clean person and me and my fiancé have never had any kind of vermin our entire lives. I didn’t notice them until about a month into living in my unit. I see one (they are tiny) once a day. I asked a coworker who lives a floor below me about it and she said that she sees at least three or four at a time a day. I’m very disappointed and I cannot leave as the school year is starting back up for me and it’s be difficult to move.

New management took over in November of 2019 but all the do is cut the grass 3 times a week, you cant get them to complete am work order in an appropriate timeframe or you have to put one in multiple times or go speak to someone, their giving out 3 day notices to people have who have lived here for over 10 years due to non payment which is not true, entering units without 24 hr notice or even leaving a notice to say they were in there. Most units are outdated and back in the winter we went without heat for a very long time. I DO NOT RECOMMEND anyone to rent here and please DO NOT let the photos fool you.

Called the leasing office to set up an appointment to view an available unit, and nobody was in the office when I arrived. Waited 15 minutes after my scheduled time, still nobody, and nobody answered the phone. After leaving a message on the phone and waiting, I finally left. Never got a call back. Extremely poor customer service from the leasing office.

Yes the building is a new experience for things are in althe process of becoming better Management is really nice and its in a nice area Im looking forward to a great change
