I probably go to this store at least once every other month to complete Amazon returns and it’s typically the same 1-4 staff members And they are fantastic every time! They are always in a happy and helpful mood and the customers are always so verbally appreciative of their good nature and efficiency. It’s sad to say, but customer service and just genuinely kind people are often difficult to find these days, so it truly warms my heart to have such a positive experience each and every time. Thanks to the entire team at this location!
My wife was in there today to ship a Christmas gift, when she asked aren’t you going to seal it up they said we do it later the packing materials are in the back. When she got home she was concerned so she called and asked for the manager, she was down rite rude and nasty. Top notch customer service.. won’t be using them anymore.
I had a great experience shipping my camera & lens today! The teams attitude seemed superb even within the last hour of the day, everyone seemed to have high spirts. I was more than happy to hand my expensive equipment over to the guy taking my order. He was very relaxed, good attitude and provided as much help as he could for my best interest. He even double wrapped the box! What a nice guy! 10/10 will go back , great job.
I came to this location to get a large document notarized. The gentleman (with red hair) was extremely patient, thorough, and helpful, which was likely difficult considering how busy it was. I noticed that other coworkers were helping the remaining customers, and I dont think anyone there had to wait longer than about 5 minutes (this was early in the day). I am extremely grateful for the workers here, they have really helped out. I genuinely recommend this location.
I normally would give this ups store a 5 star rating. I go there a lot and find their service good and my packages always get there on time. Today I was disappointed when I went in and no one had a mask on. The employee asked can I help you and I said I would like to have someone with a mask help me. I take this seriously. I have MS and have not been out hardly at since the stay at home order. I thought that your employees would be wearing masks and was a little surprised to see no masks on when I walked in. The one employee was very helpful and put a mask on for me. These masks are not to protect your employees but to protect your costumers. The one employee was young and may not feel like she can get the coronovirus or spread it but as an owner you are responsible for your employees and their actions. If it is not a policy of yours to wear masks I will have to accept that and I will go back to the us postal service to mail my packages because during this time they are wearing masks. Their service is not nearly as good as yours but I will take safety over inconvenience
If I could give less than one star I would. I had a terrible experience at the ups store in Westerville. They were unkind, not helpful, unable to give suggestions of any kind during my time in the store. I was unable to ship my items and had to leave.Beware. They have terrible attitudes and terrible customer service. Take your business elsewhere.
Went in to this shop to ship a tablet, the other store I normally went to is no longer in business. Coming here was easy with the email barcode available. Their internet payment system was down at this site so they could only take cash, but on the positive side was they had a workaround printing labels and accepting the orders. Ashley was amazing and great customer service skills. Thank You.
Worked with Cory today ad had a fantastic experience. I had many packages to ship out to multiple addresses. He was extremely courteous, thoughtful, and helped me make sure everything was being sent properly. Worked on getting the right packing material and took care of all the boxing. Am looking forward to my next visit since itll be a breeze.
Im moving across the country and this place has been extremely helpful. The employees and manager helped me at every step of the way and were very friendly and welcoming, especially Corey. I wish other shipping companies and locations were as helpful and friendly as this location and I absolutely will be using them whenever possible. Perfect.
I shipped a package containing Christmas gifts to my family on 12/17 and it still has not been delivered. Today is 1/30. I have stopped in and called several times and have not received a response. UPS tells me the package was never shipped. It wasn’t scanned, ever. So was it stolen? Who knows. I’m told now, SIX WEEKS LATER, that they need to submit the claim? I thought the claim was submitted when I called the 800 number on 12/20? I’m at a loss. When I call the UPS 800 number I’m told they can’t share information with me because The UPS Store is listed as the shipper, not me. This is the absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. And not a single person I’ve spoken with has even said “sorry”. Ridiculous.
The staff here are rude and blame the customer for a UPS mistake. I was told guaranteed the package would be there the next day. Now the package is being delayed a couple days because of UPS. I went into the store to say ok well overnight this at your expense to make it right because I had an extra of what was being sent. First I get you want us to be out $50 bucks from the employee with tons of attitude then it’s not our fault the weather delayed it. It’s June in Ohio it’s going to Chicago only thing that has happened is some rain nothing major. He goes what about earthquakes how can we account for those. Seriously earthquakes let’s take it to extremes shall we. They did nothing for me other than waste my time and make me mad for the rest of the day. The funny part is I called UPS and they said it was loaded onto the wrong truck not anything about weather. The staff are liars, accuse the customer of being wrong and an idiot. I would avoid this place like the plague if I were you. You’ll wait in a long line then when UPS messes something up they just pass the buck.
Always helpful and give us options about different shipping rates. Even leave packages out for us if we cant make it before the store closes. Also, dont nickle and dime you for extras (email alert when a package arrives, store key for after hours, etc). Check other stores and they charge for most of these, if not more. Definitely reasonably priced!
Worst Customer service anywhere I have experienced in a years. After I commented to the clerk, I know its not your fault for a fuel surcharge, he responded with a rude, indignant voice - you can always drive your package ... I was offended beyond belief. I will never do business at this location again.
Despite a sticker on their window, website and info on Google Maps, this location DOES NOT OFFER NOTARY SERVICE. Employees are rather rude that I even asked. I tried to call a few times but they do not ever answer their phone. Only voicemail. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

2022-02-12This is the BEST store and staff. It’s clean, organized, they always provide exceptional customer service and make my experience in the store smooth and always positive. I literally walk out from mailing a package or using their notary services in a better mood than when I entered the store. Ashley has a positive upbeat service oriented personality (always) and truly cares about what you need. Today she went above and beyond for me when I was in a bind. Friendly, upbeat, and exceptional service, I love this store and it’s staff! I highly recommend the UPS store on N State in Westerville for your shipping and notary needs! Thank you!

2022-03-09I arrived at the UPS store 752 North State Street and received Excellent Service from Ashley she is very friendly, knowledgeable and she went over and above to assist me with bringing my large box into the UPS store. I always take my packages to this location the staff is very nice, friendly and understanding and will go the extra mile to help you, the sore is always clean. It is a Busy store some people just have to be patient, just think if it was you that they were taking care of just be patient.

2022-05-06I brought an item to this location to be packaged and shipped as I have done for several years. After almost a week, I checked with the receiver, she informed me that she hadn’t received the package. Upon further investigation, the package was delivered to a different address than the address given. I went to the store and explained what was going on and Ashley helped me! She was a very, very big help!! Really went above and beyond in helping me het to the bottom of the situation. A true asset to the UPS store brand!!

2022-05-02Worst experience ever!! GO anywhere else! I dropped off a package on a Monday afternoon for a Wed afternoon delivery. After not getting a verification of delivery on Wednesday, I called the store. FYI, when you call you cant speak to anyone. I left a voice mail with all details and asked for a call back. Nobody called back! So, Thursday afternoon I went to the store and asked where my package was and they didnt know. It was lost. To make things worse, the manager Ashley had an attitude with me. She said they would track it down and refund my money. They never tracked it down and didnt refund my money until I called the store again reminding them of my credit due.They only receive one star because you have to give it.

2022-08-18Store has a sign that says open until 7pm but at 6:50pm store was completely closed. So if you cannot make it there before that time because of work please dont bother making the trip.

2022-04-02This location is AWESOME. I printed off some posters for a class assignment and was running late to pick them up. I called the store to see if they could would be able to accommodate me if I got there ~2 minutes after close and they were so understanding. I appreciate you guys!

2022-03-26Ashley and Shane were so helpful as I needed a notary and they made it so easy for us. They had enough staff that day so we were able to do it on a Saturday. It would have been so easy for them to say no but they didn’t and we are thankful.

2022-04-23Ashley was kind enough to notarize my scholarship paperwork in a pinch! Such a great personality and great customer service. Fast, efficient, and very kind.
