I rushed to get there b4 7 I arrived 5 mins b4 and they were already locked up! I work in Toledo and live in Monroe so I dont have a ton of options for the day of where to choose! I was trying to get a care package sent to my son in college for Halloween! Thanks for nothing! 7 on the nose and the store is locked up and dark!
4 stops before I got to the UPS store. 4 frustrating experiences. And then the kind staff at the UPS helped me find what I needed. Were patient and.efficient. They changed my whole frustrated attitude around. They could train customer service reps. They were that phenomenal
(I made my visit on the 21st of December 2020)So, I went here to ship an amazon trade in.I was instructed by Amazon to print a shipping label, but my printer wasnt working, so I had to print it there.I had some trouble figuring out how to print the label on their printer, so the lady that worked there came over to help, and let me tell you, she is the best employee for the job. She was patient and helpful, and on top of that, it was almost closing time.
UPDATE: I called on 1/10/2019 to ask if there was any way I could get confirmation the package was delivered, even if I couldnt get the tracking number. The lady I spoke with on the phone was able to take my phone number and could tell me it shipped and delivered. For that Im putting this at 3 stars. Wish the first lady I spoke to couldve done this. It is worth noting though that this is a franchise location so if you do use it to ship anything MAKE SURE YOU GET YOUR RECEIPT AND TRACKING. If you do not, UPS Corporate is zero help at all and directs you back to the store.ORIGINAL: I came here on 12/27/2018 around lunch time to deliver a package. I had an address to ship it to and needed to get a label printed and then the package sent. She didnt provide me any tracking number or receipt, anything to confirm I shipped it. About a week later I call to ask if I can get the tracking info - offer to give the date it shipped and the shipped to address. The lady answering (sounded like the same lady?) told me there was nothing she could do without the tracking number.Wouldve been nice if I got that in the first place. Now I have to go hassle UPS corporate to see if they can straighten this out.
Store was closed early for some reason...there was a fat lady behind the counter..i simply knocked on the door to try to ask where i could take my package..she kept purposely ignoring me until she BLEW UP and screamed at the top of her lungs for me to go away. I had driven all the way across town and i was there before 7pm
I have done returns at the Executive Parkway location five times, and customer service is always friendly they usually get me in and out in five minutes which is great. On my second visit there they had a bit of a line and was quite busy my wait time was 10 minutes which was also great, I was expecting to be in there at least fifteen minutes. EPW is now the only drop off/shipping location I will now use.
I went into the UPS Store (#5460) 08/10/17 It felt like, I had known (Heather) for years... I walked in and she had the most pleasant Greeting and Wonderful attitude.I didnt know if, UPS would be cheaper than USPS. So I asked her to weigh the item and to my Surprise UPS was cheaper and as (Heather) was asking for information, of where the Location was, where I was sending the package. She held a nice conversation with me, and telling me Thank You for using UPS and smiling, by the fact I was shocked at the price. And would get to Columbus in one day...Heather showed outstanding Customer ServiceAnd on another visit, to the UPS store.I went into the UPS Store (#5460) 08/15/17 (Reggie) immediately Greeted me with a Wonderful Attitude, and I immediately said, hello, please let me know the Weight, of this package (FedEx) wanted $44.Reggie said, it is not going to be near that much! And a Customer, that was in the store, started laughing and said No Way I said Ive paid $44 before. Reggie said it is $13.48 and will take one day, to get to Columbus, Ohio! I was like what? No way! $13.48?Reggie had the coolest Attitude.Also, if you call and no one picks up. It could be like any other small store front, only one person working, doing multiple things at one time. It doesnt always mean, that that Employee just doesnt want to answer.
After reading some of the bad reviews I was tempted not to go to this location. I had a package to send, on a Sunday. This location is open Sundays, so I went. I was greeted in a friendly manner, took my prepaid package and printed a receipt. No problem! Unfortunately, it all depends on who is working in these circumstances.
I wish I had checked the reviews before I spent money here. I shipped a package to the UK and when I got home I realized that the lady at the counter put the value of my package at $875 when I told her that the value was $25. I had to call more than once to get someone to look into it and when they called back I was only told that customs would recognize it as a mistake. Only that wasnt my question. I wanted to make sure I wasnt overcharged for shipping. 3 weeks later, multiple phone calls (left detailed messages with my contact and tracking info because they NEVER answer the phone) and I still havent heard a word back. I wouldnt spend another red cent at this place.
There was a little line to get in just because the store is so small but it went quick. The girl that helped me was quick and had a great attitude despite how busy and hectic it seemed. I dont write too many reviews but felt like this needed to be shared because I was really impressed.
It was Saturday afternoon about 4 pm. My normal store on Mccord was closed so I headed to Executive pkwy. The line was long, but Grant treated each customer exceptionally like they were the only one there. He was courteous, thorough and polite. The only negative is that he could have used some help, but that isnt a reflection of him or the excellent service. Thanks so much.
Rude staff. I had a pre-labeled package, people are standing behind the counter but no one can acknowledge you so you might just quickly ask for a simple yes or no if you can just set it on the counter instead of wait 10 minutes while they service someone else whose package isnt ready. Seems like youd want people who just need a quick drop off to be able to get in and get out but apparently they enjoy making you wait for no reason. My package was dropped off yesterday at 5 and still hasnt been scanned in. Im pretty sure it is the store manager who acted this way so i can only imagine how the staff is trained. The one on Central has much better customer service and acknowledge you when you walk in the door, not continue stacking packages that they dont scan in until 24 hours later, if that. Im still waiting. Thanks UPS.
After waiting for 45 minutes, I paid $10 to have an important and time sensitive form notarized. A week later, my paperwork was sent back and nullified because the notary didnt even SIGN the sheet. I was only in town for a short time. Frankly, they stole my $10. Now, I am not in town and cant go to the location in person. No one ever answers the phone. I am supremely frustrated with my experience.
I went to pick up my package was which was dropped off on September 9. The associate told me that they hold the packages for one week,. mind you it hasn’t even been a week yet and they sent my package back. If they hold the packages for one week my package should’ve been there until September 16 I went September 15 to pick up my package and they had already sent it back! The only thing they could say to me was, oh sorry.
Refuse to scan upc from Amazon or eBay for returns.Its a digital UPC code. With numbers.Forcing people to log into UPS store computer and leave log in information on their PC.Then charging $1. Per label.Its weird how now they stop scanning digital UPC codes during COVID. thanks.I called Amazon and eBay. They made my returns pick from ups at my home. .I guess I dont understand why the switch to something that adds more time in the store than necessary.Maybe hook up a wireless printer for people to print to. If your gonna be greedy. At least do it without compromising or personal information
Set up online for a notary service on Sat only to be told when I arrived that they dont offer those services on Sat and no one would be in until Monday. Why offer the online option if you dont offer the services?? I ran around getting everything in order on my end that morning to make it to the appointment on time, only to be told I cant do it. Irritated as hell right now.
When dropping off a prepaid/labeled package always make sure you get a receipt w/tracking. The worker said just put the package here because she was busy and I didnt wait for a receipt. It was never returned to the addressee and I lost the $50 refund for merchandise returned.
This place is completely horrid!!!!! They give you the run around and have not your package that you have been waiting for as the UPS driver only tries to deliver once. I have been there twice to get my package and still not there... after one... is all I keep hearing...Its time to call Corporate Headquarters. the one star is there because you have to have a star to post anything.
DO NOT GO HERE, SERVICE SUCKS! If I could give this store 0 stars, I would. We submitted a print order online that included 2 documents - 4 pages of text, to be printed double sided B&W, 3 pages of pictures, to be printed single sided color. Promised: Friday 2:49 pm. Tried to pick up within the hour after that. Told its not ready. My husband stopped by 3 hours later - got the color prints, was told there was nothing else. Mind you, he had the order number! After discussion where they insisted there was nothing else, he left. A day later, we received a phone call that the text order was done - it had gone to their spam. Seriously?! It was a single order... We had already printed some at home as it needed to go into mail. When I asked for partial refund, store told me I had to take it up with the online system as it wasnt their fault. Going home, I found my B&W double sided document printed single sided, color, and on heavier weight paper, so in addition to all the hassle, well now pay more for mailing.
I was trying to print off a label and it wasn’t working. I was told it was working fine all morning when I asked for help. Then I waited for help so long a customer got out of line to help me. Sadly we weren’t able to figure it out. Sat there a while longer waiting for help, when i finally just blurted out (because i was being ignored) if there was another way I was told there was no IT in the building. Trash customer service. 👎
Very unhelpful, (update) regardless of being busy or not customer service should be top notch yes had trouble getting into my email to print label, the store should have a way for customers to forward the label to be printed so review stands very unhelpful that’s why you have a 2.9 rating!
I wish that I could give this place 0 Stars. They charge me $23.00 for a box when I shipped a guitar. I did not stick around to watch them pack it. It turns out that they charge me for a used box and did not put any paper to take up the empty space. I will never ever use this store again. Horrible service and a complete rip-off.
It’s saturday feb 10th I have been sitting out front since 9am it is now 10 no one is here no one answers the phone. Now I am hosed I drove here to ship products back home before my flight. Now I will have to pay a boat load to put under the plane. No sign on door nothing. There are 5 other people here waiting.
This past friday I was able to use their computer to access my email, print out a document, sign it then get it faxed over to where it needed to go, all in a matter of minutes!!! Great prices, wonderful friendly service, very knowledgeable staff - Will DEF. Be doing more business here!!!

2022-05-10Dropped off an Amazon return and it was never scanned in or sent. No refund from Amazon. Rudest customer service Ive dealt with in a long time. Since new owner this place has gone WAY down hill. Avoid this place at all costs. Go to one of the other 6 UPS Stores in the area.

2022-06-23So I stopped by at 1:15, there was a sign that said closed until 2:00 pm for sanitizing This is June 23, 2022... not 2020. Came back at 2:30, now the sign says 3:00. In the few minutes that it took to write this, no less than 7 customers..... make that 8 left. What a joke.

2022-06-01David and his staff were incredibly kind and patient with my needs. Had a bit of a delivery scare and they were unbelievably understanding and beyond professional with taking care of the situation. Cannot praise their work enough!

2022-06-20They do not offer the services listed. Instead of notifying people when they cancel their orders you have to come in person to find out. Why would you have me waste my time coming into the store when you could of emailed or called to let me know I wouldnt be getting the service I came for 😐

2022-04-21My package was literally opened at the bottom of the box all items were stolen then re taped back up. I wouldnt recommend shipping anything through ups.

2022-03-11Had 3 packages said I needed them delivered next day was promised they would be paid a 100.00 dollars called back next day Noone had packages was lied to once again said they were on truck to be delivered by 8 pm when ups main hub never had packages then called back girl laughed and was rude said I could come in and speak to owner so I did he was extremely rude said there was nothing he could do I signed a legal contract I didnt know signing my name to pay for packages was a legal contract I even expressed how rude staff was but he was equally as rude the packages were not shipped til the next day so dont take there word for it this was a time sensitive matter plus calling around to other local stores they advised me they are incompetent rude and people are always complaining see not only did I pay 100.00 to have packages shipped and was told it would be the next day caused me to lose out on additional q,700 dollars because the paperwork was there by deadline but not there problem

2021-09-02Sept.1, 2021...I was at the store between 1 & 1:30, 2 people were already there & a few people came in after me, I really had no idea what I was doing (returning 2 Amazon orders). The gentleman that waited on me (he was the only one working) showed me how to do the first return & waited on other customers while I did the second one, when I was finished there was only one person left that needed help, so my visit was a pleasant experience. Thank-u for.making my day easier !!! 😉😉

2021-07-30I had an important package that needed to be delivered by a certain day. The representative told me that no signature was required unless I paid for the signature service. I was on the phone with the recipient while I was in the store, verifying that it was ok to deliver without a signature. He was standing right there.The rep failed to tell me that the $1000 insurance would automatically require a signature and my package did not get delivered on time. Then he argued with me as if this was my own fault. He couldnt even tell me which day they would be out to deliver it again.I asked why he couldnt give me any information and his response was we arent UPS. I called the UPS store, I have a UPS tracking number! He claims he was the owner. I asked him What the heck? and he accused me of swearing at him. Infuriating. Last time I ever use UPS.
