I just mailed off a defective printer via UPS. Ethan, the associate atthe Oakwood store, was very helpful and professional. He provideduseful advice, answered any and all questions, and did a nice taping job.I was very impressed with his customer service, knowledge, and amiablepersonality. The experience was very positive and makes me want toreturn to this store whenever may mailing needs require it. Keep up the good work!

This UPS in oakwood is always my first choice when I have important documents or items to shipping. Employee here are very nice, polite and patient. They will double check items and address carefully and make sure everything correct. I have been here many times. I also recommend my friends and colleagues come to this place. I will come again to mail some important documents soon.

This is a very well run UPS Store. It’s in a great location in Oakwood. In addition, the store is very organized and clean. The staff are very helpful and are always prompt in greeting and welcoming new customers. They are very knowledgeable about shipping and will work with customers to ensure the lowest price and safest method of shipment.

Terrible customer service. I’ve brought many of my Amazon returns back to this location and never any problem just handing them over the loose clothing or shoes. (As my Amazon return code says I don’t need a shipping box). Came in today (3:55pm) and was told I need to pay for a shipping box. When literally it says no shipping box required. I will not be returning to this location. Very unhappy.

I always am appreciative of the service I receive when I come to this location. Whether if it is a shipping need, printing need, shredding need, or anything else in between the UPS Store 2399 team are always helpful. They go above and beyond to meet my needs for the day. Keep up the great work!

We have my best friends wedding tomorrow and had a problem with an Etsy delivery that didnt arrive for table setting labels. We had to print back-up labels and they had ours printed same-day in an hour and even helped us cut them. They were seriously life savers!!! Couldnt recommend them more! Thank you Colton!
