2022-01-20I went because I needed something notarized. It was not something standard, so I knew that there could be an issue. I waited for the notary to come out from the back. It was immediately obvious he had an attitude like I was bothering him. He looked at the paperwork and wouldnt do it. Like I already said, I knew that was a possibility going in. When I questioned him about it, instead of just saying hes not doing it, he said, Thats right, youre the expert. Wow! Ive been in client service or customer service positions for over 30 years. I would never do that to a customer. I wish I would have read the reviews first, but Id never, ever, had an issue in a UPS store before today. As so many others have stated, go elsewhere.

2020-04-29UPS was suppose to deliver 2 packages to me today ordered off Amazon. The we have been home all day and at 2pm, I get a notification that they attempted to deliver my packages. No notice was left and there was no knock on the door. Ive been waiting and tracking these packages all day. Now Im told I have to wait another day. This isnt the first time. Another time we saw a driver pull up and leave and I received a notice that they tried to reach me. After seeping this with my own eyes, I hate using UPS....

2020-02-25I wish I could give this store zero stars. The associate demanded to know what was in my package, which was very valuable and very confidential, then proceeded to be extremely rude because I shared concern that the package could now be stolen since he knew what was in it. UPS Customer Service advised me that they are NOT AUTHORIZED to ask what is in a package. I now have tremendous risk with the security of my shipment. PATRON BEWARE! This place is shady and rude. Spare yourself the grief and take it to FedEx.

2018-08-10Sal and Adam provided superior service! I highly recommend this store. I called other stores nearby that offer printing services but all were limited on what they could do except for UPS. They saved me hours of work at a very reasonable price.

2020-05-16Very unhelpful staff who does not know what the rules are with regard to shipments. They stated I was not allowed to ship my package even though I confirmed with customer service that I was. Its a waste of your time. Id go to the FedEx location nearby.

2021-02-26Shady. They charged my father for an Amazon return that was just a drop off. Not knowing any better he paid it. I am livid that he was taken advatage of.

2018-06-12Fast, friendly, and professional. I prefer going here over office depot, staples, etc. for printing + shipping. Highly recommend!

2018-05-16“Special hours” this week of 10-6. That should not be allowed for business like this. It’s not the mom and pop general store.
