Like many of these other reviews - their hours of operation is when they feel like it. Waited outside with 4 other people for the store to open at 9am. By 9:15am, the employee showed up with his Starbucks and girlfriend in tow. The other customers ended up leaving. He was polite, but made no effort to apologize for the delay. His coworker was also waiting to be let in, and he was super kind and apologized for not having a key. It really will be worth the drive to go to another location for more dependable hours.

My wife went to UPS with two Wi-Fi modems whom are partnered with UPS to ship them back to their original origin. The young lady at the desk tried scanning both modems and told her that it wouldn’t scan and couldn’t do anything else for her. She kept asking if she could get her supervisor or to call the companies but apparently it was “out of her job description”. When you call this location their line is always “busy”. We are trying to communicate with the store and had to go to UPS customer service because this location is so unhelpful. I hope they hire staff who know what they are actually doing instead of giving up so easily.

I use UPS often for my business and purchase prepaid labels online using their generated bar codes… depending on the location I go to they are stubborn to scan it assuming its a “return” this is one of the locations however a younger gentleman was able to help encourage his colleague to scan my barcode , besides that small delay this is a convenient location

I’ve never had a problem with missing items here; but the store itself is in a horrible location near the busy entrance to a shopping center known for being the worst parking lot in Lakewood. Even the judge got on road rage incident here. Causes traffic jambs pulling in due to people crossing and is like frogger trying to cross with your packages. There is then no marked easily accessible area to leave packages... some employee like it on the counter, others say never on counter. Very tiny store so you have to be incredibly and awkwardly close to customers as you “push” past the line to drop off pre-paids and have the entire line glare at you. I have 5 to drop off today and will probably go elsewhere as they were also closed during business hours yesterday with just a sign on the door

Closed for two days with no indication except for a paper sign on their door saying to go elsewhere. Would be great if they would mark as much online before customers get to the store.

Manager is lying saying everyone got Covid when she just doesn’t work. And doesn’t contact her employees when she’s not showing up to work and she’s late everyday

I’ve tried dropping off prepaid packages here 3 times this week. They turn the open sign on when they’re not open and the hours online were wrong until a few days ago. The other day I got there at 6:57 pm and walked up to the door where another customer was standing with packages to drop off but the doors were locked. Two customers were still inside. The two customers walked out at 7:01 so we asked the employee inside if we could just drop off packages since they locked the doors before closing time and we were there before closing time. The employee (Laura) just shook her head and looked at us disapprovingly. Finally got to drop off my packages today and there were probably 30 other packages sitting there. I will be surprised if my returns ever make it back. I understand it’s the holiday season, but it’s always like this. Take the extra 5 minutes to go to the rocky river location, they’re always great!!

Went here to drop off my WiFi router this morning and had the best experience. Des was extremely knowledgeable and provided quick service. I was very pleased with my experience at this location compared to others.
