I visited the store twice today! Once in the early afternoon and again about 10 minutes before closing time.Both times, I was greeted with wonderful customer service and a great explanation of my shipping options. I sent out two large packages and Jessica helped me find the most cost effective packaging options. I also made a few Amazon returns and had some trouble with one of them. Jessica didn’t have to take it on herself to assist me with the Amazon return, but she went above and beyond anyway to help me get in contact with customer service. Super helpful.When I walked in just before closing time, Jessica treated me very graciously. She was efficient, patient and thorough despite the inconvenience of me walking in late.I will definitely continue using this location because of the customer service.
My elderly father was returning a package from Amazon on 10/19/21. He presented the employee with a return label, QR code and Barcode sent to him via Amazon. The employee refused the printed return label and told him that he needed more information. I took the same return label that my Dad took to this Huber Heights location and I presented it to the UPS Troy location with no problem. Apparently the Huber Heights store has a lot of issues with not doing things correctly and charging people extra fees for things. They also have a history of not accepting Amazon returns correctly. Do not do business here. Each UPS store is individually owned. I highly recommend the Troy, Ohio locationIn the Kohls shopping center. Great customer service.
Big shoutout to Jessica at this store!! She is a rockstar. I had very little time the day I happened to come in needing assistance and she kindly and quickly took care of me and had me on my way. I appreciate her eagerness to do her job thoroughly and efficiently. Kudos to you Jessica!
Had a great experience today at the Huber Heights UPS store. Im a professional artist and I was really concerned about getting an oil painting properly insured and properly packaged to be safe all the way to the commission customer. I did not want to drop it off, but wanted to watch it be packed. The store owner, Ketki Patel, was tremendous to indulge all my fears by letting me watch the entire process. Ive noticed quite a few bad reviews on here regarding the foreign woman .. lmao horrible place to get any type of shipping done. I had a part that was fairly small that weighed under a 1 lb. And she said for her to box it and ship it to Illinois would cost me 72 dollars. Thats insane. Shes robbing customers blind with these prices. Everytime I come in here I always end up leaving and not sending my items because she has horrible service and bad pricing. I go to downtown ups every now and then and get amazing services and prices... Ive shipped heavy products father than Illinois for cheaper than what she qouted. Need to do something about your employees.
I get in and then I get out. Hands down one of the fastest UPS stores that I have ever experienced in my life. They are very helpful and are willing to do a little extra to make sure the customer is taken care of. I would recommend this UPS store to anyone that is looking for a delivery service in the area. Hours of operation is a plus.
I went in around 6:30 pm and turned in some packages. I was not given a reciept as the lady said it didnt print. Checked the status of the package the next morning via Amazon. The package is showing not scanned. I called the store (several times before anyone answered) and was immediately cut off by the person on the phone stating I needed to call amazon. I found that to be rude. I didnt even get my entire question out. Then she spoke so fast I couldnt even get all the information before she got off the phone. Will not be using them to ship anything via Amazon or Ups again.
This morning I realized my husband had inadvertently dropped off two packages thinking they belonged together and sent them as one. When this was realized, I contacted the store and Jenni was the epitome of great customer service as she spent time going through the bins to correct the issue. Not only did she fix my returns, she texted me an update as well as a copy of the new receipt. This saved me quite a bit of time in the long run of attempting to fix a refund issue. Absolutely the most outrageously priced UPS. $50 to box something and another $50 to ship... Ummm maam, this is literally a $15 shirt.... They even make you pay for Amazon labels. Ive NEVER paid for a label at any other store. Not incredibly helpful either. If you prefer to spend $100 to ship something that would only cost $15 anywhere else... this is the perfect place for you
I do a lot of pick ups and drop offs at this location and they always do a great job. They are reliable, friendly and as efficient as possible. The owner has been extremely helpful on multiple occasions and I wouldn’t hesitate to use this store for any of my shipping needs!
I’m in the Huber Heights UPS store often for my small business. The owner is knowledgeable, organized & is always helping me send packages as efficient as possible but also within my budget. The rest of the staff is just as wonderful. It’s nice to have business owned by locals who truly care about their customers.
I am a Amazon Prime member for years. Always take returns to Troy UPS store with no problems. There is never a charge. But this store charged me a $1 for tape! Never heard of that. Showed clerk my Amazon return info. It says no charge!! The clerk didn’t care! I paid the $1. But never return to this store!
I had to ship two packages at this location today. One package was for Amazon. They gave me a receipt as proof of drop off, it was a free return. I also had to make a return shipment to TN. It was $16. Way cheaper than driving to TN.I was treated professionally. I have been using this location for at least 4 years. I have nothing but good things to say about the employees.
Poor customer service. The employee was so rude! She was not willing to help me with my label questions. When I asked why the price was so high she offered no alternative or options just said you go talk to Amazon then she turned and walked away, left me standing there! I retrieved my package off the scale and left in utter shock! I dont know if she is dealing with a language barrier or if it was a bad day for her or a bad time of the month for her! It really reflects on the store and makes people not want to return business.
Incompetent and rude. The associate who assisted me attempted to get me to take my Spectrum device to FedEx more than once despite that Spectrum told me to take the device to UPS. She couldn’t seem to figure out how to get the device number until she was assisted by the manager. A simple package drop off took much longer than required all while being told to take my package to FedEx.
Had a prepaid package to drop off that needed a couple strips of tape. Rude woman was going to charge me a $ to use the tape gun. Decided to go across the parking lot to Staples who also has a UPS drop and were happy to let me use a very small amount of tape at no charge. I will never go back now that I know Staples provides the same service but are much more courteous.
I had to send equipment back to AT&T and DirecTV. I brought my modem and cable equipment to the store and was helped by Tina. She was the most friendly, efficient, and hard-working employee of any service-related business I have seen in a while. Because of her, I highly recommend this location
I cant believe the experience I just had. I watch the associate, speaking little to no English, Khan and elderly person into shipping add-ons she absolutely did not need. She was very aggressive and unprofessional. I waited in line for more than a half an hour with only two people in front of me. I immediately left after she was going to try and charge me $100 to ship an item to California. Just a small laptop part
They now conveniently dont insure packages they dont pack...and yet some how my package leaves my hands in pristine condition and arrived looking like they ran over it with one of their trucks.Edit: Say what you want....when the box shows up looking like you ran over it with the truck that is NOT a packing issue. That is a handling issue. And yet you get off free and clear.
Every time I️ come to the UPS in Huber, the woman who is always working is absolutely astounding at her job. Unfortunately i can’t recall her name. She’s quick and very helpful. Today I️ came in to have my ID notarized and she was on the verge of tears from being so busy. She wasn’t able to help me today because someone had taken the stamp she needed and I️ couldnt do anything but feel for her. I️ just Wanted to make sure someone gives her some appreciation.
Went in today (04/15/2019) to retuurn a motorcycle windshield in the same box and packaging it came in.The woman told me she would have to rebox it or could not garuntee against damage.She quoted $64.00 to rebox it.I said..No thanks(I paid $195.00 for the windshield, free shipping from seller via UPS)She weighed the package. 7.6lbs and measured it (liberally).30X36X5I requested cheapest rate.She told me $92.00 because it had to go all the way to California!I took my package and walked out.I just checked online.I should have been charged $23.30!And thats with signature!The woman is a thief and im calling UPS tomorrow !!
I sent a package to help family after the hurricane. I was told it would sit in a warehouse until it could be delivered. They also took the receivers phone number (never called her to see if she wanted to pick up.) The box made it to Texas, on that same day the UPS Store in Huber Heights requested it be returned since it wasnt able to be delivered. So, I spent over $100 to ship a package to myself. They offered no solution or any refund. The Texas warehouse even confirmed they had many packages just sitting and being delivered when they could. Someone at THIS store made a mistake and it cost me AND my family on Texas.
They nickel and dimed me big time! They were busy so I printed my own copies from USB and then got billed for computer rental! I hope the $2 was worth losing my business (this is the nearest location to my work). Will use the other locations which do not charge like this.
Terrible customer service. I went in to mail a couple items one in a security envelope and another in a small sealed package with everything printed on there with required bar code but the lady wanted to repackage both items and charge me an additional fee for the packaging. Additionally while i was waiting in line i asked to use a pen to write a return address and she told me no i could not and she was busy. Thankfully there was another customer that had one.

I have been coming to this location for 2 years even if I could go to another location I prefer this location onlyEveryone here that I interact with has been efficient patient and educated with helping me get my Parcels outI really love the environment here its friendly youre not pressured and everyone is willing to help I feel very comfortable here and I always tell everybody if theyre going to send with UPS this is the location to go tothank you to the entire team that works at this location I cant wait to see you guys again have a blessed day

2022-04-27I had to get a tenant affidavit filled out and notarized, I went in with high anxiety, and not sure what exactly to do. A young lady named Jessica made my experience easy and fast. She instantly calmed my nerves, and was very helpful. I then had to come back a few hours later and Jessica instantly fixed my issue and I was back out the door, once again an amazing experience. Thank you Jessica!

2022-08-14I have been to other stores but none are open long enough to experience the service, help with packaging and professionalism I receive at this store. The staff are always pleasant and helpful which makes the atmosphere welcoming. 2022-03-25I had a terrible experience here. We’re in town from out of state due to an I’ll relative. My husband has to take weekly Covid test for work. I’ve sent them from this store for 4 weeks. Today I walk in, and ask to create a label as we were out of pre printed ones. The lady helping me proceeds to get another employee, Jessica involved. Jessica was extremely rude from the beginning and informs me they cannot ship samples from their store. I explained that I had been doing it for weeks, she told me that if I ship as a business I can, but am unable to as an individual. She was short and cut me off while I was trying to speak. I left briefly, came back and waited in line to request an envelope as they do not have them available like most shipping stores. The original women that was assisting me went to hand me an envelope when Jessica interrupts again to let me know they can only give envelopes to someone who is shipping from the store day of. Jessica was extremely rude and unprofessional. She went out of her way to NOT help me and make my experience a miserable one. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere for your shipping needs.

2022-03-25I was treated very poorly by Jessica at this location. The interaction with her was some of the worst customer service i had ever had. I can’t believe this store would let her pose as a store manager for 2 years. She dismissed what i was asking her and also at one point denied me services. She told me she was done talking about the matter. Then i asked her if i could ship out a pen and she told me no, you don’t want to ship that out. I asked her who are you to tell me what i can and cannot ship. She started throwing a fit and shaking when i asked her about the rules and policies. I also said that i hope her supervisor see this on video. Once i mentioned the video she tried to pose like there wasn’t a problem. I said don’t act like things are ok now since you realize there was camera. The store must not have audio on their camera because she was still cutting me off short and being very rude and disrespectful. I said do you feel it’s ok to act like this in front of your staff. You should be using this as a coaching season. Her staff appeared to be intimidated by her. She told me i raised my voice to the young man that was working in there and that’s why she is acting the way she is. I asked the young man in front of her about raising my voice and he no sir you didn’t. I asked her to understand that you need to learn how to talk to people. If there is a procedure or policy in place you have to be able to articulate that so there isn’t any escalation. She wasn’t capable of communication on any level with out showing child antics and shaking from being so upset.I will advise my local Huber Heights business partners to please not use this location while Jessica is on staff there.

2022-04-18Just walked in and a manager was yelling at her employees loudly with customers in the store. I felt so bad for them and it was super awkward. The girl trying to help me was being yelled at for using the phone and the manager was screaming that she’d be fired on the spot the next time she used the phone. The poor girl just looked at me uncomfortably and said “drop off?” while trying to pretend it wasn’t happening. Please get rid of this manager!! Terrible treatment of employees and no regard for the customer experience.

2022-06-24Jessica the assistant manager went above and beyond as the store was closing to make sure that not only I as the customer had a good experience but that my package was handled with care and delivered as should be which took a lot of time. She didn’t rush me. Being the last customer. Or complain and I appreciate her so much thanks

2022-08-22Went in to return a package from Amazon and they wanted $3.18 to print out my label so I went to stables and they did it for free for me. I will never go back to any ups store when stables was glad to do it free of charge for me.

2018-06-11You cant beat the service at this UPS Store. They always greet me with a welcoming smile and a hello. They offered several services for small businesses and individuals. This is my go-to place to ship my packages for business and personal items. I appreciate that they have mailboxes, printing service, notary service, shredding and also some pack and go supplies. And theyre also able to help you with the United States Postal Service as well. The best thing is they keep the line moving with quick service and very accurate service as well. Stop in and check them out the next time you have to ship or mail something.

Not only did she offer me a dolly to assist with getting them into the store, she and Andrew helped make the whole process quick and easy. Considering the weight and the size of the boxes, I was extremely pleased with the price charged for shipping. I am a UPS customer for life and this experience validated that choice once again!
