Outstanding experience in sending packages international to India people were very professional and efficient in the store here as well as the delivery people in India. The manager Gaby in Hamilton does an outstanding job
Shipped a small box with a glass jar inside. I found out, from the person receiving, that it was in a much bigger box with no packing material. For $11 to ship 200 miles away, I would think some bubble wrap could be provided. Thinking I will use another shipping method, going forward.
Had to mail a package today and the lovely lady working from Australia was so pleasant!!! I believe she said her name was Rebecca. She was so friendly and welcoming when I entered the store such a pleasant change from most stores in today’s world. I’ll be doing all my shipping from your store if all of your staff are as friendly and courteous as Rebecca!!!!
Simply needed to return an item and they refused to supply me with a return envelope. Ladies working said I had to purchase one. Last time I went there. Visited the UPS Store in Wetherington Plaza and had no problems getting a return envelope. I continue to give them my business.

Polite service from the clerk when entering. I happen to come at end of lunch hour, so I was helped immediately. The transaction took little time, because he knew exactly what I was doing by looking at the box. He acknowledged others entering without losing focus on assisting me with my transaction. I did not catch a name or see a name tag, but I appreciate the quick and polite service.
Stopped in today. The manager, Elora, was very knowledgeable and efficient, also with beautiful eyes!
They are super quick and helpful. Today a young girl with grayish-blue hair went above and beyond to help me make a return that I was struggling with due to the wrong postal slip.
This store was so pleasant! They notarized and shipped my package quickly and with no issue! I will go back to that one any time over the one on Wessel!!
Drove here to shop items. Store shoes open from 10am-4pm. Drove here and store is closed. Waste of time!
They need not only to update their hours on the website but as well at the location. They say 4pm on Sundays even on the front sign but are closed.

This store is supposed to open @ 10:00 AM. It is now 10:45 AM and it is not open and I have a critical package to ship out today. I depend upon them being open on time as it impacts my business.
Bill was working by himself sunday dealing with customers, answering phone calls and being very professional. I almost didnt go to this store because of the reviews it had but if any of the other employees are like Bill I would definitely come back

Notaries available at odd times or not at all. Dont say you have something that you dont. Who is available at 3:30? People work...Rude guy on the phone when calling and asking about it. Glad I called first.
Called the night before to guarantee a notary would be there the following morning , when I arrived was told they wouldnt be there until after lunch and could not offer any more help. Very disappointed!

Horrible store as of today 09/22/2017 store says they open at 0830 am and I am standing in front of the store and it is obviously closed and not open on time

2022-05-03Store is always busy and staff if super friendly. Shipping and returns are always made easy and the staff very helpful and knowledgeable. They go the extra mile to package and make your wait go quickly when extremely busy. Definitely will be a return customer

2022-05-01For the past 3 years Ive used this location to ship packages. Now that I live in Beckett Ridge, I still drive over to Princeton Rd because they are usually very nice.I didnt know they closed at 4pm on Sundays, I walked in at 358pm today 05/01/22 to ship a couple small boxes. The worker said they already closed down the register so they couldnt ship anymore packages today?If you are open till 4pm, shouldnt I be able to ship till 4pm?Very disappointed!Going forward Ill use the UPS Store 3 min my home.

2022-06-03By farrrrrr the best UPS location Ive EVER been too! Fedex and the other UPS stores are jerks! I dont know why this one just makes my life easier. Will not go to another ups store.

2021-11-29This is the WORST UPS store hands down. No matter what time of day expect to wait 10-15 minutes in line just to drop off a package that already has a label. This has happened to me now 3 different times. It is a joke how poorly run and staffed this store is. Go to any other UPS store, just not this one.

2020-11-20Amazing store!! They have been dealing with Covid professionally and work efficiently!! Don’t let these little bad reviews fool you. The people who leave unsatisfied need to understand that 1, we are STILL in a pandemic, 2 this store is INDEPENDENT/PRIVATELY OWNED/OPERATED so their policies and prices may differ from other UPS Stores across the country and I’ve seen many people come in with the mindset that they run/operate like other ups stores then get angry when the associate tells them they can’t take a certain item or ship something out or that they have to pay for packaging when their Amazon return is too large. It’s in the fine print people, read the terms before accepting!! Some items that are “Amazon Returns” require shipping if you want to get your refund from amazon!! .Furthermore, on a lighter note, The staff is amazing, they go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied, they are Efficient and are fast workers!!

2021-11-12Because I used to work here they are now holding my mail hostage that I have paid for up through June and I dont even have the store keys. Im pretty sure you cant do this. Left a note... I took pictures.
