I went to get a few papers notarized for school and to overnight them my academic office. The lady that took carry of the notary part was great and very helpful. I even bought a few boxes to pack up a few things to ship out as well. The hardest part was getting out of the parking lot as they were busy. That must mean they are good at what they do right?
I work at the Red Wing Shoe Store, and we exclusively use this UPS Store for all of our shipping needs. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. They answer any questions we have and are always willing to go the extra mile in making sure we have everything we need. We love them! They even do pick ups when we are too busy to drop off our packages! I would definitely recommend them to anyone shipping big or small.
I used this location for their notary services and the employee Emma was knowledgeable and helpful for the whole process. The location has clearly marked signs stating their covid policies and employees enforce them as kindly as possible given the circumstances were all facing. Its not the nearest store location to me but given the staffs politeness and efficiency I would come back. 👍
Im a field engineer and am heading to an emergency service call at a pharmaceutical manufacturer in Florida. I had extra tools that I couldnt take on my flight, so I decided it would be best to ship the roughly $1,500 in tools home. This store did an incredible job of handling my order quickly and with a great deal of professionalism.If you ever find yourself in a bind and need to have something shipped fast, this place will take care of you.
This store ROCKS with their customer service experience! Im an Amazon seller with a pretty steady flow of packages coming and going. Several times Chastity has gone out of her way to educate me in the proper box and packaging requirements....and more than once came to my rescue showing me exactly how Amazon and UPS expect the packaging to be prepared. Really, I just thought hey, how difficult could it be? But it turns out this package prep thing isnt all that instinctive to nail down. And really, the rest of the staff and also very friendly and patient...THANK YOU Chastity and company!
The service I received is unparalleled anywhere else Ive ever been to ship a package. Both the ladies working were incredibly helpful in ensuring my package received total personal attention. One of the women working related to my dilemma on a personal note & was incredibly understanding & very helpful. Ill totally rerun fir all of my personal shipping needs!
I had a wonderful experience at The UPS Store. The employees were very accommodating in packing and shipping my items. They are very knowledgable about shipping answered all of my questions and eased all of my concerns about my package arriving to its destination safely. I highly recommend visiting this store to fulfill all your shipping needs!
Had an excellent few minutes at this location. I need to ship a big box of nes games and i have never done such a heavy order before.Was able to go in, get a price and then come back later and ship without any problems.Kylee (or Kaylee, im not sure which) was eays to work with and got me through in a jiffy.The credit card processors are always confusing for me because theres a different one in every store. Like kroger, meijer, walmart, staples.Ms. K simply instructed me to push the green button to approve the charge. I found that funny in a silly way.
Emma was simply amazing during what would have been a heart breaking transaction. I needed to mail remembrance urns containing my late husbands ashes and didn’t know where to begin. Not only did she guide me through the process, she treated the urns with utmost dignity and respect. Thank you lady for going the extra mile! You will have my business for life!
Clerk refused to ship my package because package (which was a box) was wrapped in brown paper; said it was owners’ policy & offered to sell me a $5 box to put my box in. Clerk was very polite, but I am frustrated. I spent 20 minutes carefully wrapping my box in bubble wrap, then brown mailing paper, the sealing every seam with packing tape. It’s closing time do I guess tomorrow Ill try Fedex.
A+ customer service! I was greeted promptly and the young woman helping me (Lauren maybe?) was very knowledgeable of the variety of products and services offered. Although I live in Columbus, I will always travel to the Franklin UPS location for my packaging needs. Thank you UPS
Emma was extremely rude. Will never come back to this location . Instead of explaining that the capacity was 4 or that the store was at capacity she said “there’s 4 people allowed in the building , please walk out”. If she’s worried about Covid she should probably wear her mask about her nose.
The staff is very nice, my mom and I always go in there she always helping us out with shipping packages and even better always make it easier and packing it for us. Mom goes in and drops if off and the staff will take care of it. I appreciate and I advise everyone to use it for small and large business.
Under new ownership. People are not helpful and theyll charge you $2.00 if you didnt tape up your package! Their excuse for everything is theyre under new ownership. Ive gone here for years but I will not give this owner my business. Ill go somewhere else. During my 5 minutes in there, two other customers got pissed off while they were in there as well and the workers snickered. To the Owner: all youre doing is pissing people off. Youll run off business. Eff this place and the new owner.

2022-06-221.Delivery man knocked on my door and within 10 secs he was on the truck and gone before I could even get to the door ( I was home ) !2. Went to store a woman working in the back who was mad that people were coming during scheduled open hours , was in back saying so out loud and was slamming boxes in the back3. Was advised that my item will be there tomorrow , he took my tracking number paper and threw it away without returning to me4. This is not the first issue with packages with UPS or this store, UPS is inferior and lacks customer service skills . I absolutely advise friends and family not to use , I do not use in my own business. When this place shuts down I will smile.

2022-06-19Ive had so many issues with this UPS branch and Im tired of their inconsiderate behavior. They never follow my directions for releasing packages and my girlfriend has gone to get packages that they refused to deliver, but then wouldnt release it to her... We live at the same address! So tired of being continuously inconvenienced!

2022-06-30Probably the worst UPS location. Dont want to print labels and want to charge you $$$ for one piece of tape to secure a box. No other locations have any issues but this one.

2022-03-15Worst experience I just had at this UPS store, staff was very rude and did not know how to do their job! The manager was worse in handling the situation. The entire team needs to be trained on how to address customers!

2021-09-20Definitely call before going there for notary services. Kent declined notarizing my form (which he is entitled to do). Not only did he decline, he asked what I did for work (which is none of his business) and explained to me his beliefs. Everyone is allowed to have their own beliefs, I did not come to this store to get shamed for my personal decisions. It was very unprofessional. Since no one else was available to notarize at this location, I called another UPS store to make sure they would sign off on what I was needing and they did with no questions asked. It was very inconvenient to go out of my way to get this form signed, but I’m glad I did. The ladies at the Springboro location were polite and very professional. UPS, please consider hiring a full time employee willing to sign off on everything. Kent should not have been the only employee at the time because he was unwilling to provide proper customer service.

2021-06-22I used to love this UPS store. Even though I am closer to Staples, the two guys that were in there (one chocolate and one white chocolate) were ALWAYS so accommodating and kind. I went June 10, 2021 to ship my dad a box, which I do for most major holidays, whoever the heavy set white girl was with a manager tag on was RUDE AS FAWK (a=u). I will NEVER go back in that store. Shame on her for wearing a manager badge but acting like a rude, miserable individual. You should take more pride in your job.Edit: My dad received his box today June 22,2021… I paid for expedited shipping (normally the box is received in about a week)… and there was a comment written on the box that is not acceptable. I was never rude, THE MANAGER WAS RUDE.

2021-04-12I normally have great service here. However if youre going to enforce mask mandate dont pick and choose who you enforce it on. Walked in without mine on. There were two other guys, the UPS driver and another employee, in the store not wearing their mask and Im the one who the female employee decided to enforce it upon. She then proceeded to have an attitude with me for the rest of my transaction. Dont have an attitude with me because youre unhappy with me. Thats bad customer service!

2021-08-13This is the worst UPS location Ive ever delt with. Dont get me wrong, the staff are extremely helpful and great. But this location is only good for a drop box. It seems like they are always having internet issues. They cant ship anything the majority of the time due to this. Pay your bills.
