First time user of this location, and the last. Owner promised my package would arrive Friday by 6pm; it didnt get there until Saturday. I was the first customer on Wednesday morning. If you say two-day it better get there in two days. Advice for the novice: If you want something delivered in two days, sent it next day.
I went in to print 2 documents and to mail a package. The documents were PDF files on a thumb drive. The manager/owner told me the files are corrupted or something, they need to be PDF files, not Adobe format. I went two doors down to the copy center and had them printed no problem. The store was also dimly lit as if it were closed, there were no prices on their shipping supplies and the most capable employee was the guy the manager kept micro-managing away from the copier and register. Never going to this location again.

2022-04-29This site is a joke - I was trying to return an Amazon order and I have returned many things to Amazon before without issues…. But this one said it needed to be in a bag or a box which I did not bring because I was unaware of this… never needed before. So the man tells me I can put it in a black bag and I walk over and get it and he scans the label and I think I’m good to go. He then tried to tell me I owed for the bag! Excuse me!? Amazon returns have never cost me a thing. On top of that I did not enter the store with my money because I was not expecting a fee. So he cuts open the bag and hands me back the item I’m trying to return. Then I go home get the dumb box and return it. They would rather waste your time and products then just allowing you to use a bag if needed. Really annoying. Amazon pays UPS over 11 billion dollars annually and they are really concerned about making money on the thinnest bag imaginable. This location doesn’t deserve your business. really terrible experience!

2021-06-15My first visit to this hidden UPS location. I was very pleased with the staff and cleanliness of the store.They offer a variety of services; mailbox rental, business printing needs, and of course shipping.We went for notary services, the charge was only $1!!Speedy, friendly, professional services, highly recommend.☺️

2021-04-28This place will nickel and dime you. If you have an Amazon return dont bring it this location they charged me $2.89 to print out the return postage amazon send you. The owner seems very impatient with customers also. He reacted to 3 different customers with an attitude before it was my turn.

2020-11-05Experienced the worst customer service I’ve ever had today. Learn what active listening is and stop talking over people. I was offered only excuses for what happened and no solutions.Update: it is now Tuesday of the following week, and I never was contacted with any kind of solution.

2020-08-24I have had the best service going to this location. Very friendly and helpful staff even though the pandemic stuff. I always drive to this one even if others are more convenient.

2015-01-02I have had my mailbox with this location for 3 years... I LOVE THEM! From Chris, Matt to the rest of the team WORLD CLASS SERVICE! I often mail items from this location, the speed of service with a smile is unparalleled in this industry. The bonus is they remember my name, always smile and will call when a shipment arrive that they know that I am anticipating. Tell me what PO box does that?! Love this location

2019-02-23This store refused to ship my package with a prepaid label. I offered to print it out and give them the packages fully ready to ship and they gave me a number to schedule a pick up from home. Super unproductive. So I printed the labels and took it to another store.
