I went to pick up a package after not being home to receive it. I was informed this location would have my package beginning on Monday January 8th for the next seven days. I drove 20 minutes across town to retrieve my package only to find it was not there. I asked if the store could reroute the package to my home. I was told no, because this location was not directly run by UPS. No effort was made to reconcile the issue. Instead I was told to call UPS customer service. Not wanting to speak with more customer service employees I ended up canceling the order. Needless to say Im disappointed in UPS. Terrible service. I will not be ordering through UPS again.
This is the best UPS store location in the area, hands down. Ive been to at least 2 others, and while they are adequate, if you are shipping something important, time-sensitive, fragile, etc., go to this one.I needed to mail a very fragile item, but I was worried about my packing skills. I brought it here and they packed it up for me and only charged me for the materials (no labor/packing fee, which I have been charged elsewhere). The item and was dispatched from the store promptly and arrived at its destination in the same condition in which is was packed. The staff is friendly, professional and reliable. If I need to go to a UPS store in the area, this is the only location that will get my business.
I had a great experience at this location in early December 2014. I needed to ship an iPad to Apple for repair. After opening a claim with Apple online, I was told to wait one hour and then proceed to any UPS store for packing and shipping. I visited the UPS Store on Stelzer Road 90 minutes later to find that the claim information had not been received by UPS yet. Unfortunately, we needed to leave for an out-of-town engagement and couldnt come back later in the day. Luckily, Chris and the other folks at the store were so helpful! They took my information and promised to check back on the claim throughout the day in the hopes that it could go out the same day. They even sent a confirmatory email personally that afternoon! Very professional and helpful. I will return again!
I visited the UPS store on Stelzer recently and the service was wonderful. Staff is extremely friendly and go above and beyond with their customer service. They took the time to assess my needs and provide me with options to have my needs met in the fastest and most economical way. I would highly recommend this UPS location for future customers.
I received a mail from UPS at 9:21 a.m today(12/2/2017 Saturday) saying that my package is out for delivery. I had to sit at home whole day to receive the package. It was VERY IMPORTANT for me to receive the package today as I had to take it to another place tomorrow. I waited until 7:30 p.m and AFTER I CALLED the customer service, I got an update saying it will be delivered on 12/4 (Monday). I wasted my whole day waiting for the package. I had to cancel all my plans because of this delay. 😡
This is the only UPS Ive been to that charge for label printing on returns. Theres a 3 dollar fee to use the computer, which is crazy. The one I usually go to will just let me email the store and print it up for me. This place is horrible and the clerk wasnt helpful or friendly at all..
I have used this store several times for packages, notary and mail and have always had excellent service. Our community had a neighbourhood gathering and the store became involved and helped, as well as showed up. This is truly an example of why we should support our local businesses.
I used to go there regularly to drop of packages (most with UPS, but some with USPS). The lady at the desk always gave me some attitude for the USPS packages. At one point she just flat out refused to take any USPS packages. I come here because of its location, but this made it a big inconvenience for me since now I have to drive to another UPS/USPS store.
They charge their customers WAY too much...ups provides these franchises items such as sleeves for labels to be applied...for free....and then turn around and make a profit off of their “valued customers” ...find a different ups store...the ladies here are cold and rude...

2021-12-22So there is a few of them in there that decided not to wear a mask while all their customers did. Meanwhile there was a woman on the cash register INCREDIBLY SICK! Like she was so sick, she wasn’t wearing a mask. Literally had tissue in her hand and handling my packages. In a time like this companies like UPS should take more precautions. You put your community at risk when you come to work ill. Mask or no mask. Don’t come to work sick. I miss the other group of people that used to work there.

2021-06-03I tried again to go to this store. The customer service is always rude. They charge you for every little thing. After receiving a fax that I needed notary signatures, the owner doesn’t tell me they are five dollars per notary until after she has signed four or five pages. On top of that it’s already one dollar a page per fax. I had to ask her several times to shred my personal information. My fax was no longer good and she was trying to still make me pay for it.She asked me who does notary for free, I told her my bank. She even complained about me to one of her customers right in front of me.There is a wonderful fedEx store right down the road on 4157 Morse Crossing. Cheaper and excellent customer service.

2021-11-03I had company package 📦 that needs to be shipped back and my company uses UPS as its main courier, I receive and ship tons of packages via UPS and I use different ups stores for this matter. This particular store is terrible. The black lady at front desk has huge attitude, very rude and disrespectful ( dont get me wrong I am a black man myself). She has zero customer service and she is terrible the way she treats me and I have to leave the store the package. Stay away from this terrible store.

2020-07-30I had called around to probably 10 places trying to find a way to ship a very important item from Columbus to San Diego. My frustrations were quelled as soon as Karen answered the phone! From then on the entire process was taken into her very capable hands... even though my weirdly shaped box gave her absolute hell lolThanks again, Karen. You are a shining statue of exemplary customer service and I appreciate you endlessly.

2015-07-23I love working with Chris and Karen Vincent. They offer outstanding customer service. Working with the UPS store for my organizations printing and promo work has never been easier. I didnt know they offered so much more than just shipping. I would highly recommend their services to everyone.

2018-10-04Worse customer service EVER!! The store smells like trash and the lady’s attitude was just as trashy. I didn’t know my pick up transaction was complete until I asked. Maybe it’s the culture of the staff to be rude to women. She was overly nice to the man that was in the store. I’ll never go back there and will request to have my packages delivered to a different store or re-attempt to delivery at my residence.

2016-01-16I found this location to have a wonderful staff, both speedy and accurate. I ship things frequently and they have become my goto. I used to use another popular carrier but had to leave them because their staff was SO SLOW and always making mistakes. I love this UPS location and staff. I definitely recommend them.

2019-02-18Dropped of a package on 2/18/19 at 11am. The woman working there was the rudest and most miserable person Ive ever dealt with. If you hate your job so much, maybe go do something else. She commented and basically tried to scold me on every detail of my package. I spent $60 on shipping for this item and could have went with any other carrier, but I chose this UPS store because normally the people working their are great. NOT THIS LADY!!!!
