Id give 0 if I could. Horrible service. Did not send package out when they said they would and blamed corporate. Had to spend hours tracking packing and eventually had to drive to hub to pick it up because it was desperately needed. Called for refund and was given partial refund because were not legally required to refund it all. Called corporate to complain and they told me this was not their policy and to take it up with the store. Will never use UPS again. Overall wasted several hours of my time tracking package, going to pick it up myself, and disputing charges - and still didnt get refund!
The store loses packages, has been very unhelpful in tracking down packages. Tracking status eventually claims its delivered to the store, and then when I call the store they claim it hasnt arrived and tells me Im on my own and that I can submit a lost claim on the website. Im told a different story every time, but its always someone else fault.
Walked into this store to ship an irregular package after FedEx quoted me >$200. Stuart was extremely helpful and friendly, helping get my order shipped for less than 1/4 of the cost FedEx quoted me. Highly recommend this location, and Stuart is THE MAN. This guy deserves a raise (not only because he saved me $150, but because of his excellent customer service skills)!
Marco and his staff are some of the most genuine and upbeat people you will ever meet. They made the process of wedding invites so smooth and were very selfless with their time while working with us. I highly recommend coming to them for any printing/ shipping needs you may have!
Marco and his team are amazing! I went to Staples and two different FedEx’s to have addresses printed on my envelopes for my wedding and this is the only store that would do it. My envelopes were an odd size and the guys here spent 2 hours configuring their printers to get it to work for us when no one else could (and they let us go run errands while they figured it out). I will only use them for my printing needs in the future!Update: We had them print our wedding invitations and they turned out beautifully! Printed and cut for half the price we were quoted elsewhere. I could not be happier with my experience!
The staff was very helpful and polite, but UPS customer service policy is terrible. $1.95 to print the free shipping label a company sent you. $1.95 to print one sheet of paper. Im sorry but printing one sheet of paper in exchange for using your services/company should fall under the category of good customer service, not price gouging.
Very poor customer service. The clerk clearly did not want to help me. He even made multiple comments saying that he would prefer if I had just submitted my job online so that he did not have to do it at that time. Even at one point looked up at sighed at the clock, causing me to ask what time this location closed. Two hours away from closing, yet he still did not want to help me out. I was made very aware that I was inconveniencing him. They do not offer the services they claim to, best review to represent this location. After he started my job, he realized that he did not want to do it and actually sent me away. I would like to keep my work to local businesses, but I will never be going back.
I came in to create an account as I am a vendor of Nordstrom. I was surprised that I could not simply give them the account number as I do at Fedex. They told me I would have to go to a warehouse 20 min away. I said, well what if I made an account here? They said yes. So I went to the computer to create the account but asked for help and they said they coud not help me (because they are a franchise?). Strange but okay...you cant even help me log on or point me in the right direction?? I then call UPS to help and they thought it was weird that they would not help. UPS on the phone finally helped me create an account, but then they could not figure out why I kept getting an error message. I then thought, maybe its their computer, so tried logging into my computer...I asked for their wifi and again, they did not know. I said you guys need to be more helpful. No response. I was there for 2 hours trying to ship something with no help. I finally figure out what the issue was (no help to the people on the phone either). My advice: go to FEDEX, so much easier and friendlier. Even UPS website is confusing to navigate. If I had been given a simple apology for the inconvenience, I would have not been so upset, but the workers at this location seem to not know what they are doing, or just not care to help.
Employees are nice, however store does not offer the services they claim to (or the employees are unaware). First, I printed something using HP ePrint, therefore I was supposed to go pick it up at the store. Their store was in the HP ePrint database. However the employees had absolutely no idea what I was talking about and I wasnt able to print it. Then, I needed something notarized. The UPS website and the banner in their store advertise notary services! They seemed shocked that I requested this and said they do not offer notary services.All in all, if you need to do more than send a package dont go here. They do not offer the services they claim to.
The first time I entered the store, I was greeted warmly by the employees. They were very kind and quickly took care of my packages for me as well as issuing me a receipt before I even asked for it. It was just a short walk for me to the store but Im sure I will be back. Thank you guys for being so kind!
If only Id read Google reviews before going here. They dont do notaries anymore. Sent me to another ups 20 minutes away. They cant notarize car titles because their stamper is too large.Now Im waiting in line for the dmv people to notarise the freaking car title. I shouldve gone here in the first place.Love wasting my time like this.(The person behind the counter at this UPS was nice and professional, hence four stars)
Horrible customer support they do not know absolutely how to do their job lied to me and told me they don’t ship that certain it account they just had to fill out our form and they said if we don’t have that form here and then you on the way business like this go out of business

2021-09-30Ok, I would never think to review a UPS store, but I had such a good experience there today that I had to give them a shout out. We needed a few thing laminated while visiting from out of town and Stu helped us nail it! As I waited for my project, I saw him personally greet everyone who came in the store like they were an old friend. He was courteous, helpful, and most importantly these days—UPBEAT.What a wonderful person you guys have working with you, give this dude a high five if you’re ever in Columbus!!

2021-08-11I felt like I owed it to the shop to write a review before I move away from Columbus this fall. This is hands down the best UPS store I have ever been to. The customer service associates always go above and beyond. Theyre kind, patient, and prioritize our time. I once ran in 5 minutes before closing (which I know was a total inconvenience) and their customer service guy (cant remember his name but he is the best) stayed until a few minutes after close to get my package shipped. He also always asks how my day is going which a small gesture of kindness that the world doesnt always see these days. You guys are the best! Thank you for everything!

2021-04-07Make sure you get a receipt if you drop off a package here. Dropped off an Amazon return just before 5:00pm on 4/1/21 and it was never marked as received/shipped. Have no idea what actually happened to the package. This has never happened before at any other ups locations. I wont be going back to this location. Grandview is much better.

2021-10-20Came here after bad experience at Fedex-OSU location today to send a shipment to NY. Great staff and the clerk went about processing the shipment smoothly. Will give them my business again.

2019-12-30My company relied pretty heavily on the UPS store this holiday season to send out a number of last minute customer orders that FedEx and USPS couldnt get to them in time. Marco & Stuart were incredibly accommodating and helped us send out nearly 100 packages during this already hectic time. They always went above and beyond every single time we asked for help and they always had the best attitudes, too. Thank you UPS & thank you!!!! to Marco & Stuart- you guys rock

2021-12-14Honestly those most pleasant UPS experience I’ve ever had. The guy behind the counter is extra helpful.
