Ty was very professional, I was met with no hostility showing up directly at close. I was welcomed and not rushed at all although I was in and out. Highly recommend this location over others I’ve been to where I’ve felt rushed, or like an inconvenience during the middle of business hours. Highly recommend this location! Thanks Ty.
Okay folks I went in today to do another Amazon Return 4/21/22 and the whole vibe was fresh even smelled good, the process was smooth and the folks were pleasant and professional. Im also glad to see the New Ownership and congratulations on the upcoming Wedding. 1to 5 stars is a vast improvement. 5 stars is respectively appropriate.
11/24/2021 i just came back from the ups and it was the most terrible experience in my life, i wanted to send a package to my country as a gift to one of my family members and I was packing it up when the young man who worked at the front desk told me if I touched anything I had to pay for it and I just told him ok then he told me I have to pay for the stuff first and with that he gave me a horrible actitude, i was really confused because when I walked in with my sister we greeted him and he didn’t greet us back. I noticed that the lady ahead of us was getting treated the same way. He was the white gentle man. Finally we we’re ready to ship the phone he asked what we we’re ship ohh and I seemed rude when asking me what are we shipping out after I told him it was a phone he produced to ask what country we we’re sending it too he said it for “Mexico” we said no it’s getting shipped to El Salvador and he automatically said it’s $400. I’m so disappointed because idk why if your Latin American or black they get the right to treat you the lower minimum. Ups needs to do something about their workers.
Ive been to this store twice in the past month, both with HORRIBLE results. The first time I was willing to chalk up to a bad day, but the manager (franchise owner, I assume) had a pretty sour demeanor.On my second visit, I had an oddly shaped, large box that I needed to ship and had pre-priced the box online, which was $54. When I got to the store, the (same) manager said that he needed to measure the box himself, but he came up with an extra inch on both the length and depth, claiming he needed to round up. The total to ship the box was $216. I left and called the UPS 800 number from my car, gave them the rounded-up measurements HE gave me in the store, and I was told it would be $56 to ship the box.When I returned to the store, a female worker confirmed it would be $56 and the manager ran back, screaming, No no, I was just playing around with numbers to see how she (me) couldve possibly wound up with that price to ship the box. Then, taking direction from the manager (and with me removing the options for signature and Saturday delivery), she said it was $201 to ship.I returned to my car and called UPS 800 and was told that UPS stores can charge a franchise fee which is probably why the package was so high to ship. Just for confirmation, I gave her the dimensions of the box, and she said the box would be $56. to ship.I drove to another UPS store a few miles away. The clerk measured my box, came up with THE SAME MEASUREMENTS I had when I measured the box at home, took my information, and told me the price to ship was $60 ($4 Im assuming was a less-expensive franchise fee).TL;DR: DONT SHIP ANYTHING FROM HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO SERIOUSLY OVERPAY - AND RECEIVE AN ATTITUDE WHILE PATRONIZING THE STORE.Suggestion to the owner: Retire and try to find a way to enjoy your life because clearly franchising a UPS store isnt making you happy.
I came to drop off a package for delivery and had my shipping information on it. I handed 2 sheets of paper not realizing one was supposed to be in the box so the recipient knew who sent it and called 3 min after I dropped it off to an African American gentleman. An older man talked to me on the phone and told me to return to the store. When I returned the African American male LIED and said I only handed him 1 piece of paper (the shipping information) even though it said number 2 on it. Obviously there is a page 1 to it and I walked in with both pages. The older gentleman proceeded to tell me he didnt feel comfortable delivering my package. What a waste of time.
By far the worst customer service experience Ive ever had. Older caucasian gentleman told me it would be $5 to print a label on 1/4 of paper when its clearly suppose to be free according to the app. He has a disgusting attitude. I went to another UPS store & the print out was free. Theyll never get my business again & from reading the other reviews this has been going on & hes clearly the problem. I highly suggest going somewhere else.
I shipped a very important box and was told it would be delivered by a certain time and it didn’t make it. It wasn’t lost it just got there 3 days later than what I paid for and was told.Oh and also my husband went to get copies and the clerk advised it would be $5 even if it were one page that he needed. Who pays $5 for a copy and better yet who would pay that?
Horrible experience and customer service. The store rep helped me find a box that I would be able to ship on airplane, but when I called the airline they informed me the box was too large. I went the next morning with the completely untouched box and was told I could not return it, when all other UPS locations said I should be allowed to. Very unprofessional to sell an expensive oversized box and refuse to refund when returned under 12 hours later.
This is a barebone store. I did not even sell a glue stick here . The staff is unprofessional, there was a couple that skipped the queue and just walked past everybody , and the person managing the store didnt say a word, even when customers protested. The staff just seemed not quiet intrested in the customers. I will skip this store going ahead. I wouldnt mind driving a couple of miles more to another ups store.
When I called the first time a employee picked up and tried acting like a automated system saying they were closed. I called back and the actual machine just said no one was available, gave it one more call someone answered and just held the phone. This place is exactly what the reviews say it is.
If you can find another store to use.... go there instead of here..... The clerk mixed up my boxes..... they attempted a remedy but 1 box never made it to its destination....... instead of assisting to correct the mistake Dan hung up on me....... If I had an option for 0 stars I would pick that..... very poor customer service Dan..... hanging up is never the way to go.....
Ty and Mel provided great customer service! I was greeted with a “hello” upon entering the store. They both were professional and kind. Kudos to Ty for taking the extra time I needed and Mel took care of each customer that entered the building. This experience restored my faith that good customer service still is a thing at this UPS Store ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

2022-06-09After learning that the UPS Store notary I usually go to leaves at 4pm, I was directed to this location. Their notary was available until 6pm. I had an hour to sign, notarize, and overnight some time sensitive documents and was beyond stressed. The team helped me with everything I needed and were so kind. While I was there, they helped a number of customers and I was so impressed with the level of service. This location is a bit out of the way for me, but I would definitely go back! THANK YOU!

2022-05-12I contacted the UPS store last weekend to inquire about storage of my boxes prior to shipping out west in a few weeks for moving. The store manager was very kind and helpful in answering our questions and offered to store the boxes for a flat rate of $40 at the facility prior to shipping which is extremely reasonable! Tiffanie, the store associate was also very helpful in guiding us through the process and going through the different options for shipping. Moving can be so stressful but I am thankful that they made the process so smooth and stress free! Thank you again!

2022-05-12Stopped in today to return equipment for Spectrum and was greeted by Tiffanie. Whom has the best customer service I’ve ever received in any company. She worked very quickly and explained the final results to me to ensure the equipment will be returned properly. I give her 5 stars for her customer service, quality, beauty and sense of humor!

2022-04-13My husband and I forgot some of luggage luggage while staying in Columbus Ohio for some significant health care concerns concerning my daughter. We needed assistance in getting it shipped back home. Joseph was helpful and happy to help. He assisted in getting our luggage shipped and made the process a breeze. With everything going on in our lives; we are certainly appreciative. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone! Thank you!

2022-05-10Went here for online quick print, notary, copy, and international shipping services. Service was fantastic- Kayla (a manager) and her team were polite and helpful. Also, talked me through the most cost effective options for my needs. Highly recommend.

2022-04-20I have come to this UPS for 2 years. The new store owners Joe and his wife are nice and welcoming. They delivered top notch service quickly and efficiently. I recommend then for any of your shipping needs!

2022-03-25Well went here for an amazon return. Most returns have a QR for a label to be printed. I was charged $5 dollars to print a label on a A4 paper that probably cost them less than one cent to print total. Due to this outrageous plain and simple abuse of consumers. I will never use UPS for anything unless i am force too by whomever i shop online with. But, if i have a choice i will never use UPS. Five dollars seems like nothing but if one stops and think about it from a consumer perspective this is a huge abuse!! And i cant help but wonder what else is UPS overcharging for?

2022-07-11Since the change in ownership, the service has been much better than before. Also the change in operating hours makes it easier to visit around your work schedule. Definitely would recommend this location for all my mailing and printing needs.
