Always a positive experience at this store. All associates are friendly, fast, and efficient. Don’t be intimidated by long lines. They get the job done fast. Special shout out to Casey. It was a busy day and she took a long time to assist me with customer service tracking down a package that had been lost. It wasn’t her job to do it but she did. Thank you.
Today My husband and myself had to see a Notary at ups. Well to my Delight they are a wonderful Group of very pleasant wonderful Folks Ive have the pleasure of being in there place of Business. Its like a Needle in a Haystack these days. Thank you ups😀And little Tina Marie 🙂
Package that came with them with same box I am returning that same box but they say that cannot take that box because that some kind of hazardous. But they want to rebox that with there box so they can make some money, charge you arm and leg for package and for packaging.
Had an unexpected need to get a document notarized, and I was able to schedule an appointment just a few hours later. When I arrived, Amber had me taken care of and back out the door in under five minutes! All around a great experience while I was working under pressure.
Carrie was awesome! Great customer service and was very time efficient. She noticed I was getting married (I was doing an amazon return for a wedding planner) and made sure to educate me on the fact that UPS does printing for save the dates and invitations - had no idea UPS was an option for those type of things.
I wish I could give 10 stars. As soon as you step into the store, someone acknowledges you no matter how busy they are. Not once not twice. They are very respectful, courteous and friendly. Unlike the UPS store at Princeton Pike (who are extremely rude and unfriendly). Thank you to all the staff here as I have never been disappointed since I started coming here. This is how to do business. Thank you again.
Hours on the website or post it till 7. I I tried and I got there at 6:45 to find out that it was closed. Found the handwritten hours sign in the window posting different times. I go back on Saturday and the worker had an attitude and seemed she did not want to be there. I asked how long the hours have been changed she said at least three months. So then I asked how come its not updated on their site? She said I dont know thats not my job. The package was delivered even if it was almost double of what the website said it should cost.
Carrie greeted everyone with a pleasant hello... she was working by herself overwhelmed understaffed and dealing with people who couldn’t make a decision. I have owned 7 businesses and I thoughtshe must own this shop. When I finally got to the counter I said you must own this store and she said no... I was impressed as she gave customer service like an entrepreneur small business owner who with patience and smiles greeted everyone as if to say “Thank you for coming here” — If I was her boss I would notice her excellence and how because of her attitude I will excuse the fact that she should not have been forced to handle that amount of business alone. Great Place Carrie isthe best.
Disappointed it went here two times first time I was going to be charged 10 bucks to put a package in a new box and to add some shipping material would have been okay paying for shipping material but did not see the need for new box or was the need for a new box explained whatsoever. After returning with the box of well packed well taped still told that I need a new box because paper boxes that hold 10 or 12 reams of paper are suddenly fragile and cant be used for shipping. All I wanted to do was ship something I needed you all to print a label but she refused to do however I was able to go into your website and easily do that myself and I wish I would have started there I would have saved me approximately two and a half hours of time.
I hope the owner of this UPS store really appreciates their employees. Ive come to this store 6 times in the last 3 months. It doesnt matter what time of day, there is always just 1 employee with a line of at least 10 customers waiting out the door. Even with the stress of everyone waiting and the store phone ringing off the hook, the employees are polite and helpful! Tania just took the time to make sure I understood Spectrums return policies while she was on the phone helping someone else figure out what documentation to bring to get a mailbox. There is usually a young man with blond hair working and he is equally helpful and fast. I hope they are appreciated and rewarded by a thankful owner!
Theyre actually really rude here. I went to return something (with a pre-printed shipping label). She tried to charge me $35. I questioned her, stating that Ive never paid that much for shipping anywhere - not even shipping overseas and she told me I wont find it cheaper.... challenge accepted. USPS down the road was not only nicer, but I only paid $7 for their shipping and their box and it arrived no problems within three days. UPS is a joke.
This was one of the worst experiences of my life at any business. I waited 20 minutes in line to drop a package off, asked for a receipt, then when he couldnt scan the label, I had to get out of line and email the link to the label to the stores email. Then I had to get BACK IN LINE FOR HALF AN HOUR just for them to tell me that they didnt get the email and couldnt reprint the label. Them I asked them if they could just type in the tracking number, and they still couldnt find the label. Slowest service ever with a line out the door... Horrible experience.
At the UPS store by my house this location is absolutely the worst. They continuously only have one person working the front desk no matter how busy it is!!! There maybe other people working sitting in the back Room where you can see them talking congregating but not working! Step your DAM game hire people to work!!!! I shouldnt have to wait 30 minutes just to drop off an item to be scanned
I use several The Ups Store one in Dayton and this one. All I have too say is right now the Coleraine store is the best its ever been the staff is friendly, fun and very patient. The entire environment there is different. Even with limited staff the 2 girls working act like they are happy to see me when I come in last minute.
FEDEX IS THE BESTThey Charge you for printing a shipping label , like seriously ??? Their competitors like FedEx dont charge you for printing a shipping label...And they will also force you to buy shipping boxes which you dont when you do an Amazon return. I suggest Amazon should cancel the contract with ups and sign with fedex , It will be much betterThis was an amazing location but recently they have ruined their customer service. they have only 2 people work there who are so slow , until other customers have to stand outside in cold ...Am never returning to this location .update : Questions to the answer provided by the owner .1) Then why do i not have to purchase a box for any drop off when i select amazon drop off ?2) If I am to purchase shipping box and pay for the shipping label , why am I not informed before they print the shipping label ?3) All the order I returned were with Qr code , then why was i still asked to purchase the shipping box ?4) If printing a label that i sent on email costs money , why does fedex not charge for them when i also send them the shipping label on email so that they can print ? , cause I always use and prefer fedex for my personal use cause of their high class customer service
Had to print some documents from my email. The employees went above & beyond their job to help me.My phone had a block on it and would not allow me to send attachments to their email so they could be printed. They let me use their computer to log into my email and send it that way😊Two days later I had to print off more documents and it worked (I figured out how to take the block off!).They did not charge me for the printing.Just great service every time.
Tonya was so helpful! Im a senior citizen and was returning a box to Amazon. They were going to charge me for the return and Tonya showed me on my phone how to contact Amazon about my concern. This was Friday. Saturday going back to the store, Tonya inform me about their response to use a different vendor. She downloaded the label and told me of the dropoff location. Tonya went beyond her job! Thank you Tonya. Im sure theres more than me who appreciate your work! Again, Thank you!
A few months ago this location was amazing! The staff were so helpful, they were kind and just very professional. This is my 2nd time returning to this location since new staff had been brought on board. The current staff are unprofessional very short with customers, myself and others, and really seem like theyre not interested in working. During COVID, there are plenty of professional and kind people willing to work and I wont be returning.UPDATE: The response even has an unprofessional tone. Why WAS they let go?Wow seriously. Those who look professional, speak professionally are most likely professional. Who knew the very people you were giving the review on were the very ones responding i.e. no resolve. If you are willing to email me as to why the previous staff were let go, why not be transparent and include it in your response? Are you legally allowed to tell a customer why a staff member was let go? Definitely will not be back.
Poor customer service by Deshawn! He is rude and spoke to me very disrespectful. He even laughed when I told him I would be reporting him to corporate. My experience with this location was TERRIBLE! I stopped by Monday to open a mailbox. I also had to bring my infant child along with me. I was told I could not open a mailbox unless a manager was present and she wouldn’t be there until tomorrow. I made the young man aware I couldn’t make back in tomorrow. He took ALL my information down. Even asked for my ID and stated he would have the manager Tania call me first thing at 8:30am and she could open a mailbox for me over the phone due to the circumstance. The next day I did not receive a phon call from Tania. I called up to the store around 5pm and asked for the manager. A young man stated the manager was not there AGAIN! So I explained to him the situation and asked him what I should do because I really needed the mailbox opened. He stated he was unsure and I would just have to wait until the manager got in tomorrow. At that point I was livid and felt the whole process was a bit ridiculous. If a manager is the only one who can open a mailbox than shouldn’t a manger be present at all times? So I asked for a number to corporate just for Deshawn to huff and puff and get an attitude and say to me “People be killing me!” As if I was did something to him! I’ve been a manger in customer service for over 10 years and that is no way to treat or talk to a customer! I was astonished and couldn’t believe the way this young man was talking and treating me! That is no way to treat a customer and he needs to be reprimanded! This is my local UPS store but I’ll definitely be taking my business somewhere else!
When I entered the store, the CSR motioned for me to give him my package, he then printed out a receipt and handed it to me and walked away. Not one word was spoken except for my thank you. Not even a your welcome. He couldnt even make eye contact. He needs more training!

I called before going here today. After reading these reviews I was thinking about going out of my way to another store but I thought I would give it a shot and try it. Well as I said, I called before going to be sure theyd be here. The person that answered said that yes, they would be there until 7. I pulled up and they were there. The service was amazing. Apparently this is the new owner. He said as of December 1st 2017, this store is under new ownership and they will be open to the public during the posted store hours. I hope that everyone will get the same level of great customer service that I received today. This is one of my recommended stores now. I will post pictures the next time I get to go in here.
Been coming here for years,I live right around the corner. I have never had an issue. Not.one.ever.In and out and on with my day. Cant speak to the staff being racist, I sincerely doubt it. But I can speak to the rude staff issue and that has not been my experience. But Im not some entitled bully trying to get his way and throwing a tantrum when he doesnt. Thats hilarious.

2022-04-06Yesterday I was in the store.I love this store I didnt know anything about shipping packages to a different state. Thanks to Tamika she took the time to help me and show me some of the things that I didnt know how to do. She was very polite and patient. SHES AWESOME!!!!! Will most definitely come back again.

2022-04-16I love this store. Their fast and efficient. I come in quite frequently to ship and do returns and Tamika is always there to greet me with a friendly face working hard to make the customer satisfied. I have visited other stores this one is the best by far!!

2021-11-30Stephanie was very pleasant to each and every customer in the store. Despite having a long line, she is upbeat and treats each customer with patience and respect. She helped me with my Amazon return that I did wrong and did not rush me nor get impatient with me despite the line being out the door. She also greeted each person who walked in and said thank you for your patience. We will be right with you.

2022-05-26I will not use UPS anymore unless they are delivering to me. I sent out a package a week ago...they sent it back to me later that week and it looked like someone opened my package. Went to FedEx the week after...package was delivered with no problems! I think the delivery man could not find the location the package was going to. Instead of correcting the address (which was pre-generated) they wanted to be lazy and send it back. Im good. Thanks for nothing.
