Today at your Dressler Store in Jackson, I stopped in to drop off a return from Amazon. I accidently locked my keys in my car. I asked the boy at the counter if I could use a phone to call me husband to bring me a key, he said it was company policy that customers could not use the phone. I asked if he could use his phone to call my husband for me -he said no. I told him that I was a 15-minute car ride away from home and could not walk. He said, I dont know what to tell you. I went out to the parking lot and a lady outside was gracious enough to call my husband for me. What makes me upset is the fact that I was stuck there, no phone, no keys, no car to drive, all my myself - too far to walk home, it was cold outside today, and I the clerk refused to help. I am in my 50s and figured out how to navigate the situation. But what if this happened to my 75-year-old mother. Would she also be denied help? I did not yell at the clerk; I didnt even raise my voice. As I walked out the door, the boy laughed, I supposed to add injury to insult. I did not think it was funny, nor did my husband when he arrived. He was very concerned that a well-known establishment would refuse to help a customer. There is a difference between using a phone for an emergency and using a phone for personal use. It is lack of empathy and concern for others that has me so upset.

I needed a larger item packaged to fly with me cross country. Went to another UPS location and they couldnt help. Called this Canton location on a whim and Im so glad I did. Ben was so incredibly helpful! They were quite busy and he was the only one working but he was kind, courteous and helpful to everyone. Truly great customer service! I highly recommend this location!

Love this location! Always helpful one time I brought a item to be packed and shipped and they called a hour later to tell me. They fit it in a smaller box and we’re refunding me $130 dollars

Ordered a phone from the Verizon store in Belden and while this particular location of UPS may not be at fault, its closest to the location that failed me. I got one notice that UPS attempted to deliver my phone, saying they tried to deliver it 3 times and are now sending it back. My son has been home all week/weekend and no one was in my driveway. Never tried to deliver. Very annoyed with UPS and Verizon, I like my brick and mortar stores for this very reason.

Del Rio and the other gentleman both are the result of being unprepared and expecting someone else to cover for them. In the one case looking for a shipping label via last name is not only silly...it’s also unsafe..so I applaud them for NOT giving out personal info. As far as tape goes...why does one come to a shipping place without the box closed up and sealed....funny that one does it for envelopes but not boxes....Regardless, this is my UPS that I go to...even though I live closer to the one on Tuscarwarus....The Dressler UPS is THE ONE. Great employees, I know the owner, willing to notify me when I messed up, and refunds when packages are late to arrive. One cannot go wrong at this UPS in North Canton, OH.

I went here today 4-8-21 around 4:00-4:15 pm to ship a 7’ fishing rod and was told it would be $268 for regular ground shipping. When I asked about the insanely high price and explained that I had shipped in the past month even larger rods from ups for around $40-60 I was rudely told that that was the price and “if I wasn’t going to ship it I could leave”. No attempt to recalculate or think they made a mistake . I went to the Tusc. ups store immediately after and shipped the rod for $61. Rude and apparently they can’t calculate dimensions. The Tusc. Location is very friendly and helpful - they said these guys didn’t calculate right and said they couldn’t even figure out how it would be possible to be over 4 times the price. Guess this is what happens when you have two kids running the front of the store.

They are always so helpful! I used to have anxiety at the thought of having to ship or return anything. Any time I go to the USPS Im easily in and out of a line 2 or 3 times because Ive done something incorrectly, and have to fix it before theyll ship it. Im not sure what the price difference is but its worth every penny to have a helpful, attentive, friendly UPS staff member make sure everything is properly packaged and shipped. Thank you!

Went in about a month ago to ship something and had no issues. They looked up my shipping label by the last name, I was in and out in five minutes. Went in again today and tried to do the same thing. They told me they cannot look up a shipping label by the last name and have never been able to. I’ll just go to a different UPS store that is more consistent on the things they are capable of doing.

I wish I could give this location 0 stars! You go to a shipping store and they want to charge you $1.00 to use their tape gun to finish your package that you will pay them to ship for you? Ridiculous! There is a reason shipping services are fading away, whatever happened to customer service and customer priority. Just keep in mind what pays your overhead expenses when nickle and dimeing people for three strips of tape!
