Overall great staff. However this location should have a hands free entry option. Weather this be a handicap door button or an automatic opening door. This establishments soul purpose is to ship packages...Our hands are full!!!

The lady at the counter is rude and apparently has somewhere else she’d rather be or customers are just too much for her too handle. She just doesn’t want to help anyone. Lack of knowledge, caring, or customer service run rampant here.
I had an unathorized charge on my card from this UPS store from September 2021. I’ve never even been to Ohio! There’s a similar review on Yelp about unauthorized/fraudulent charges from this location. Beware, there’s clearly something going on in this store.
Savannah at the UPS store in Amherst always goes above and beyond for her customers. Her customer service is A1. She anticipates the needs and is always ready to help with a sweet demeanor and smile.
This store employee are rude and neglectful. I have asked for help repeatedly. the service attendant stood behind the counter and acted like she didnt hear me from the back. when she finally did come out the help she was rude and she was quite short had shift came out to help before she got the attitude it would have been before closing but because of that I left there 20 minutes after closing. She moved boxes before she helped me sheshe was messing with registers she locked the door she was doing everything but helping me so I could get out of there before closing. In all I ask for help 12 different times. I am in here quite a lot faxing and shipping things. Most days everyones great. Today it was literally pulling teeth to get help. she is pregnant so maybe the hormones had something to do with that I dont know but the point is I should not have to pay for you having a bad day. since I was the only one in the store you should have dropped what you were doing in the back help the customer and then went back to the boxes and everything in the back. She even put boxes of paper on a dolly and move them before she helped me. Like I said normally is a great wonderful in and out experience today was completely rude and disrespectful.
Waited in line for almost 1 hour. Do not know who is at fault. There was only 1 clerk and apparently she had to wrap items before completing the transaction. She was working but not quickly. They need another staff person. They need to streamline the process. I cannot believe a large company operates like this. Go elsewhere! I wont be back.
Pete Lough and Savannah Walker are 100% awesome. I cant tell you how much they have done for me and people I know. They are great at package delivery, but also awesome at all things printing. They have done some signs that are simply incredible. If you are looking for someone that will take great care of your project and treat you like family, this is the place!!! Love them!!!

Savannah and Peter are absolutely awesome! My job is very fast paced and Im always in need of posters and marketing sheets last minute. Savannah creates me beautiful posters and helps make my crazy job easier! I highly recommend them and wont go anywhere else!
Greg just helped my son send a skateboard across country.My son worked on this board for hours, and he was sending it to one of his best buds.Very helpful!

I had them ship two boxes of Crystal which was packaged correctly. I labeled the boxes fragile and they still manged to destroy 80 percent of the items shipped. Never again will I use them. These were antique pieces that cant be replaced.

Asked the same question of when someone is coming to drop off a label for shipping to my house and instead of telling me they dont deal with the delivery part she kept cutting me off saying cancel the package pick up there is no cancel pick up on amazon and was just wondering when is someone coming to pick up my package or atleast drop off my packing label
It’s BS that the website still says they are open until 7 but you drive all the way there and they have a sign on the door saying they close at 5 . Is it that difficult to temporarily change the time on the website? Waste of time and gas when I’m already not working
Horrible customer service. The woman behind the counter was slow, rude and chomping on her gum like a cow. Went to a different location and my package was handled as promised.

They always come through for me with my crazy print jobs. Odd sized posters, multiple sizes at the same time, last minute oversize jobs, they do it all and its always exactly what I wanted.

2022-03-31Every single time (and I mean every single time) I walk into this store - I am greeted with a welcoming smile and a hello! from the staff. I find myself here probably 2-3 times a week, and it never fails that I am welcomed with open arms. They are so helpful and kind. I cant believe some of the reviews on here.. its like we are going to two completely different stores.

2022-04-13I visited this location a few days ago and I was happy with my service! I was clueless as to how to return an item i received from Amazon , but their employees made it simple for me to understand! Raquel I believe was her name she was so helpful ! I will definitely come to this store for my future returns .

2022-06-28The trash containers are blocked? Why? I was advised to take my trash with me. When I asked why they blocked I was told because people but food trash in cans. Then when I asked where can I put my bag. I was told to take it outside to the dumpsters. They didnt even offer to take this lil bit for me. Ill drive else where next time..

2022-03-23So very unfortunate because I usually have a good experience with this staff except my son experienced fraud and they will not refund $110.00 in shipping eventhough we caught and stopped- I guess that is the gas from Amherst to Elyria?? Way to make a profit for that day!

2021-07-29The girl who helped me (I didn’t get her name, but thin, taller, nails done) was fantastic - cheerful, efficient and friendly to the crowd of people that started showing up. I manage supplies for a few businesses, my personal stuff, and I like to do things in one trip… So I had a massive amount of packages and she handled it wonderfully.

2022-04-13Why have a notary if the notary is NEVER there!! Everytime I have called during open hours, this notary is NOT there or they have no idea when the notary will return. Just dont have one then!!!!

2021-02-20These people are logistics superheroes! They are always friendly, very professional, extremely helpful, and they know their craft well. I visit this store almost every week and I am never disappointed. Be patient with them, they are just providing each customer with accurate and professional service.
