Full service mailing service. Sells shipping supplies, boxes, moving boxes, fax, mail service, packing/mailing service, self serve copy machines, printing service and more. Fast efficient service. Also a drop of location for many prepaid shipping packages. Very clean. Ran by top notch staff.
The worst customer service experience I have ever had. Sarah, the associate is a disgrace to the company.

2021-01-13These folks have been my go-to for many years now and Ive never had an issue!!Always fast and friendly service even in the midst of this pandemic.I read some of the other reviews about the notary public and you know my experience even if you go into a bank that has a notary they are not always there either, if you go to a car dealership chances are you going to luck out at some point and that notary is going to be at lunch or offer today so things happen just putting my two cents in in fairness to The UPS store being a notary is not their main line of business you should call ahead and verify someone is there before you just show up.

2019-12-26They have a sign up that says they have notary, but in reality, it’s not always there. Driving here to get something important notarized is such a waste of time and effort. We tried to call first to check for availability, but there’s still no point because they put you on hold and hand up on you. And when you try to call back, the number cant be reached anymore!

2018-08-03Online, it states that the store offers notary services among the other obvious services and gives the store hours as 8:30am-7pm. However, they fail to mention that notary services are subject to the schedules of the only 2 notaries on staff. Not exactly useful if you need a notary at 8:30 and one doesnt come in until noon.

2019-10-04Went to the store to send a package home. In that package was an 11 x 16 matted print that I had just purchased at the Milford Art Faire. My bad, I would assume that you would lay the print flat in the box and pack accordingly. But noooo, the print was put in standing on its side and shipped. Needless to say, the box was a mess when it arrived as well ad my ruined print.
