Was asked to leave my shipping order and return to pay, as it would take some time. Upon returning, the box that I took in with my items to be shipped was not utilized, even though the items fit and there was ample room. I did not approve the purchase of a larger box, which made my shipping $60.00. Upon utilizing the on line page checking for weight (5 pounds), ship to zip and box size, I was charged over double what was the on-line advertised price. I was not informed that my box was not adequate in size and that I need to purchase a box with additional supplies. The sales person informed me that the on-line prices are never correct. Seems like false advertising in my opinion. In addition to response received on this review, it should have been brought to my attention when you took possession of my box containing the items , as you visually accessed the items and the box size. As a professional, this should have been addressed with me prior to you asking me to leave the items with you and returning later. Also, you failed miserably, as I was contacted by recipient with photos of crushed box and broken item. Your whole up sell included my 5lb weight to inflate to a charge for 30lbs billable weight due to the box size. Even the business receiving the package commented that the box size was over-kill. With your additional packaging materials, the combined weight did total 7.4lbs actual weight, yet I was charged for 30 lbs. And item arrived broken.

2022-06-10The ladies that were working there Friday night were so personable, friendly, efficient and professional. I was in and out in no time with a smile on my face. They made did everything for me. Great experience!!!

2022-06-06My wife and I needed our Affidavit notarized and the owner of this UPS store (Shatanie Brewer), came through for the two of us on a Saturday and very close to closing their store for the day.Because of (Shatanie’s) professional and kind service, my wife and I will only choose this UPS store located in Alliance for all of our shipping services and of course, any time we need something notarized.Not totally clear on why there are some negative reviews here on Google about this particular UPS store, however people just love to complain about something. Shatanie and her husband Keith Brewer are the new owners of this location.These owners are providing a wonderful service to the community and I’d like to just say to some of these negative reviewers, move to IRAN if you’re that unhappy about things here. See how many packages you can mail there, or perhaps moving to North Korea would be better for you?Go support your local business owners! Or just move to another country? And then try to leave a negative review too.Thanks again Shatanie!

2022-07-01Dropped off package on Thursday June 23rd @ 12:54 PM at alliance ohio UPS store. My package was For USPS pickup. After a week of my package not being delivered I called the UPS store with tracking number on my “ receipt”. I’m being told that is not their tracking number since it was a USPS drop off. So I asked what’s the point to give me this if it’s no good for anything, she replied, just so costumer has something ( whatever that meant).. so now I contacted local post office and explain I had package at UPS that they supposedly “ picked up” .. they said they scan every package , it was not given to them. So beware..if your package comes up missing nothing u can do about it: UPDATE.. after being on phone all day trying figure out what I cld do about missing package ( was nothing I cld do is ultimately what I found out) I got email saying my package was received… as I am glad it did get delivered, I’m also glad I now know if I drop a USPS package off at UPS to be picked up, and something happens , there’s nothing you can about it, the receipt ur handed means nothing.. lesson learned….UPDATE :Since I’m unable to respond to your response I’ll add it here, what parts not true? Yes , you told me to track it on USPS that it was their tracking number, only problem there is , if it’s not given to them ( they scan when picked up) there’s nothing to track. I went to USPS she did not see anything and explained they scan packages as soon as they pick up, my package was not scanned so they did not pick up. Again if Your store says they gave to USPS and USPS says they did not get , there’s nothing you can do. I asked you what I was given receipt for if it’s untraceable and not your number for situations like these and your exact words were “ so customer has something” what parts not true??? Fortunately package was found & deliver. But again if USPS were to say it was not given to them there’s no way to track and receipt given is useless …

2020-05-19My previous experiences at this store have been fine. Except my last two visits have been subpar. The new signs on the front of the store say that there are only 4 customers allowed in the store at a time, along with a paper explaining why all the staff in the store are wearing masks. I have no problem with these new protocols during the current pandemic. However, when I walked into the store I noticed none of the staff wearing masks. The gentleman who was helping customers was wearing gloves, except I noticed several times he wiped his sniffly nose with the back of his gloved hand and then proceeded to reach over the counter to hand a customer a pen after wiping at his nose. Pandemic or not...this is pretty gross. After I was done with my shipping needs I walked outside of the store to find that the line was very long. At least a dozen customers were waiting outside, following the new guidelines of only 4 customers in the store at a time... some of them were elderly. This day in particular was bad air quality for sensitive people and it was very hot and humid. If the stores intentions are to protect the community from COVID...then they should really follow their posted protocol and be mindful of germ spreading. If not, don’t make your customers (especially elderly ones) wait outside in muggy 98 degree weather...

2018-08-14Not sure what the negative reviewers experienced; the owner was super nice and rates were reasonable for packaging and sending some very awkward items (industrial rollers) to Indiana. It’s a UPS store, expect to pay more than you will doing it yourself. I received excellent customer service and reasonable prices... what more can you ask for?
