Jenn and her staff have been amazing with not only shipping my products but printing items for my wedding! She has printing all the stationary items I needed for my wedding! The quality and turn around time was great! I have also used her for other printing needs and her staff have been super helpful and accommodating!
I am blown away by the customer service I received here today not once but twice. Outstanding! They were incredibly busy because tis the season but my problems were fixed with a smile on everyones face. I highly recommend the store for all your shipping and mailing needs
I needed some flyers for a class of 1965 reunion and called this UPS store not far from me and talked to the owner. She not only got my order right, but gave me a fair price and speedy completion! The entire staff was friendly and helpful . I will do business here again!
I consistently get amazing service from this particular UPS store! They do my business flyer printing, create and print my holiday and event cards. I have also had business cards and yard signs made there. If you want quality work, at a fair price with a knowledgeable and friendly staff THIS IS YOUR PLACE!
I had a package to return. I accidentally clicked on the wrong location that I would be returning my item to. I amNot very tech savvy at all. John who I believe is the manager of this store was very helpful. He is really an outstanding employee. He knew exactly who to call and helped me from start to finish. I really appreciated his help and expertise in getting this package sent back. I will always recommend this UPS store to my friends and family .
Placed an order online, expected a phone call on pricing, never got the call, called to inquire, had a hard time finding the order, very disorganized. Once they found it, they said it would be ready within the hour. I arrived the following morning, order could not be found, after looking for it and called her manager on the phone. I was upset they lost it so I took my print job to FedEx Office
Customer service, let alone service, is not a priority at this store. After checking online that the store was open until 7 PM, I arrived at 6 pm, waited 20 minutes to enter the store (covid protocol) only to watch the manager run away from me once he saw that I had multiple packages (leaving me to wait another 5 minutes for the next person) and the clerk refuse to help me. Before even asking what I needed, he said he didn’t have time to help me. He said the store was “closing in 10 minutes.” Which it wasn’t. Not closing until 7. When I pointed out there were still OVER 30 minutes until closing, the clerk stated, “oh well we changed our hours.”(so the hours changed and they close at 6:40?) It really just comes down to workers not wanting to ... well ... work. Familiar with the philosophy that customer service isn’t just a department, it’s an attitude? Well, here it’s not even a department.
Have been in this store at least once to pickup a package that UPS had left at this location. This store is a UPS Access Point location. In the past I presented my Drivers License for identification, was handed my package, then was on my way. No problem! Today I went to pick up a package, presented the same identification and the sales associate, John Campbell refused to give me the package because my Drivers License does not have the same address as the shipping address on the package. I tried to explain to John that this address is not my legal residence and that I have no legal document to present with the shipping address. I was essential told too bad!Now I ask; if I was attempting to steal a package how would I know that a package shipped to me, with the tracking number I provided John, was sitting in this store waiting to be picked up? I tried to reason with John but got no where! The man has absolutely no common sense!Lastly, I pleaded with him to call the manager or owner. I got nowhere!Now I have to wait at least two more days to get this package. Pathetic!!!!STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION of the UPS Store!!!!UPDATE: Its three days since I attempted to pick up my package. I still have not received the package and no response from the owner of this store! Customer service; whats that?UPDATE: UPS delivered the package today. Four days later than I should have had it. Still no response from this stores management!UPDATE: The above incident happened on April 15, 2017. Today is May 3, 2017 and I still havent received a response from management. BAD!
I went to the ups store at about 6:30p.m. last night to get some documents notarized and shipped to arrive at the destination by Wednesday. A representative by the name of Kaylie I think handled my transaction and wasnt familiar with the fact that UPS has an account with Ashford University. After all was done she informed me that Ashford pays for shipping and handling also the cost of notarising these documents. I then asked her will the document reach its destination by Wednesday and that it is important that it be relieved by Wednesday also that if I needed to pay for shipping I could. She reassured me that my documents would arrive on time. She then handed me a receipt and said have a good day. Keep in mind Ive never been to any UPS store ever so I didnt know what to look for. After leaving the store I noticed the receipt said that my documents would arrive on Thursday not Wednesday so I called back to the store and asked the rep why my receipt said Thursday and not Wednesday after being on hold for 10 minutes she informed me that Ashford doesnt pay for 3 day shipping and that if I wanted it could come in and pay for shipping the next day but I would have to pay more. I was angry at this point so I asked her why she told me it would be there by Wednesday if she wasnt sure. I also asked her why she didnt go over my receipt with me? Had she looked it over she would have caught that mistake and that I had the money for shipping while I was there. She told me she just didnt know. Before I left the store I explained that these documents are for my university and that if they arrived after Wednesday I would be kicked out of class and would have to start over. She reassured me it was OK now on the phone she was talking as if it was my problem. I really didnt appreciate her tone and how cavalier she was being with my situation. By this time it was after 7 and they close at 7, so I asked if they could stay so that I could come back also stressed again that these documents needed to go out that night. She agreed I was in the process of picking my kids up and dropping them off, in route they called my phone back and asked if I was coming I said Im almost there. Also keep in mind it was snowing bad last night so I was driving carefully. When I arrived back at the store the store was closed and they were gone. I am so livid because this was all at my inconvenience and the rep didnt take any responsibility for her mistakes. Now I have to wait for someone to get back to me on this matter and that still wont tell me if my documents will arrive on time. My classes are everything to me and this rep was acting like I was bothering her. If my documents dont arrive in time Ill be left with no choice but to start over. I have already been in contact with customer service, but if I have to start over Ill be seeking legal advice to close this matter. Very disappointed in the service I received and will be looking forward to receiving a call back on this matter.
I have been here many time .. and unless you are dropping off a package to ship...dont bother wasting your time, because they sure as hell will be happy to waste it for you.Setting up a p.o.box should NOT require 3 trips due to employee incompetence!1st trip - I was there for 30mins trying to set up my box. Then their system when down. Then when it finally came back, they rung me up with a price that I was NOT quoted over the phone. They didnt even bother to go over pricing with me until I had a minor fit over the total. I was told the ENTIRE PROCESS HAD TO BE DONE OVER before they could reset my price....I left because I didnt have another 30min to waste and decided to return the next day2nd trip - All of my paper was ready from the previous day, I was aware that the process had to be done over and was prepared for that. The man behind the counter said, Youre going to be upset again because I cant restart this, my manager has to do it herself. (Employee name..Katie or something) should have told you this while you were here yesterday...the manger isnt in until tomorrow... .......are you serious? So I wasted a second trip to be turned away. Due to incompetence.3rd trip - today will be my 3rd time trying to get a p.o. ....If I end up getting it, its not because of their exceptional performance at pushing buttons on a machine, its solely because of its location and operating hours...thats really the only thing this place has going for them so far.I dont think I have experienced such terrible customer service when I am trying to give you my business. The only thing I got was we are sorry for this, we dont want to lose your business really? because youre doing a fantastic job making sure I dont come back. SO MUCH OF A GOOD JOB AT IT in fact, that I came here to right a crap review.Ill be happy to change this review once I see a serious turn around in my experience but so far I dont see that happening.
I called a little before 4 PM to ask if a notary was present. A man answered the phone, and said he was a notary. I asked how long he would be there, he said until 6. I said Great, Ill be in a little bit. Got there about 30 minutes later, told the lady at the counter I needed something notarized. She said he just left. I asked when he would be back, she said not until Monday. By then it was too late to go anywhere else. When you tell someone you are going to be there, you should be there. Easy. Simple. Right? I guess not for this place.
Called to see if I could have my package delivered here for pickup and was rudely interrupted mid sentence and told very loudly, “IF OUR ADDRESS IS NOT ON YOUR NOTICE, YOU CANT.” Didn’t even let me finish explaining, so I just said thanks and hung up. Don’t have time to feed that kind of negativity.
Went on Saturday morning. It was chaos and staff were grumpy. The copier I was using jammed (I didnt touch it or anything). Then as she tried to fix it, the 100 copies I had hoped for became 120. In the end I only had 50 usable copies. They charged me for 120. She was so busy and miserable I just paid $11 for 50, double sided, B&W copies and left. No one apologized, offered to fix the copies, offered to fix the balance, or offered any compensation for the annoyance. I decided to just relive their stress in the moment, pay and never go back. I recommend Kinkos on Exchange or in Fairlawn.
Drove 30 minutes to pick up a time sensitive package on 4/18/20, only to find the store locked and closed, an hour before their website and storefront said they closed. Completely unprofessional and un-acceptable practice. Store is also dirty and manager was rude the last time I was there.
The notary that did our title had my husband and the other gentleman sign in the wrong spot. Long story short we had to contact the other party and pay to have a new title issued as well as drive to Ravenna from Akron! Know what you are doing so you do not cost others money! One star is one too many!

2022-03-08I give them a 5 stars because the staff is amazing, and so patient, theres one man tall guy I dont know his name but I find myself looking for when I go hes the most friendly counter person Ive ever had and the service is very quick, sometimes you might have to wait and I dont mind because I know theyre going to be patient with me. Thanks you guys for your great service.

2021-08-18Stopped by at about 2.30 to ship a couple of packages. I needed help with an item to be copied and was told by the clerk that shes brand new and cant answer any questions and John is busy, hes the only one who knows about that. So I began the transaction, shipping the first package. When the first package was complete I asked to weigh and prepare the second. She told me my package wasnt ready since I had to talk to John. I explained I wanted them on the same charge. She informed me I should have told her that before she began the purchase. I looked up and she yelled you aint gotta look at me like that, its rude, now step aside, you got a line behind you!. As I waited for my receipt I managed I apologize. I use your store because its close. Its always slammed, crowded and in need of more help. I am well aware of the difficulty finding GOOD help. John was trying and was very busy. He has never been rude. He has never been insulting. In future I will drive all the way to chapel hill to use the real UPS facility, where the gentleman there is pleasant, helpful and understands customer care. And use USPS, where I have never been treated like I was today. If shes brand new, you still have time to remove her and find someone who represents your business more pleasantly.

2021-12-23I am pretty horrified that the worker who helped me wasn’t wearing a mask and was sniffling and coughing every other word. He said he has seasonal allergies but why not just wear a mask? People were coming into the shop maskless and could easily pass something to him, and then he passes it right back to other customers. I’m not sure if UPS has a company-wide mask mandate but I’m in town visiting from NYC and my local UPS store workers have been wearing masks for the last year and a half. It’s a very small ask that would make the rest of your customers feel safe.

2021-11-09I used to like this place for its good customer service..But there is some lady there now that is really rude and disrespectful to customers! I dont know how is it she is still working there! For an example, there was a lady in front of me, that wanted to ask about discounts regarding her shipping because of some promo she had..When the customer inquired, the customer service rep was EXTREMELY nasty to her. I was taken aback because the customer service rep didnt even try to help her. It wasnt like the customer was making it up, because whatever the customer was referring to, she was reaching in her to purse to get it. She could have easily asked around to verified the customers question.. At least, looked at whatever the customer was referring to. Instead she was insulting to the customer. I was next. Mine was an amazon related issue. Basically, after being charged for something Amazon said I shouldnt, was pretty annoying. However, instead of clearing up the miscommunication, she proceeded to insult me even more and tried to blame me for the miscommunication error. I asked for a manager, only to find out the manager was out for the day. It took everything in me, not to cuss this disrespectful lady out! This is someone who shouldnt work with the public. I am not saying this based only my experience with her..But it also includes the fore-mentioned customer as well whose only crime was asking this customer service a question. Her attitude is terrible and one of worse I have experienced at a UPS Store.

2021-09-29I would rate a zero if I had an option. I used to like this establishment not because it was close to where I live but the staff was amazing. The new hire, one of the associates that told me that I shouldn’t waste my money and just put my check in the mail box, I told her nicely I wanted to have it have a tracking number, to make sure my rental agency had it on time before the 1st of each month. I asked for ground shipping but no she wanted what she wanted to do, instead she has it go to USPS priority mail.Yes, as a customer we should’ve made sure it was ground commercial but as a Customer representative, she should’ve done she was told and not give her customers a difficult time.It’s that time again to turn in rent for October, on Friday the 24th I went in to have my check mailed and asked for Ground Commercial again, she complied and gave me my receipt with the tracking number. I checked on Monday to see where it was, it only said Label created and it’s been like this since the weekend. I called this location on many occasions and was told that it was out for delivery on Monday, again today. Called back again and the man on the phone told me it’s Lost. How is it was out for delivery and over a sudden it’s gets lost during transit? What the heck? I wouldnt be trusting her with anything....As long she is there I am NOT coming back here ever again! Now I have to deal with paying a late fee to my rental agency!

2021-09-28Stopped by store today, 9-27-21 between 12-12:30 to rectify a problem from two weeks ago and encountered the rudest, most condescending, confrontational, argumentative and straight up ignorant employee. This employee should not be in customer service and unfortunately this employee represents your store. Judging by the reviews, Im not the only customer who had poor service. Check out the review from about a month ago from M Yeager. Ive used this location for quite a few years but I will never patronize this location ever again. Im going to let all my Facebook friends aware of this type of poor service. Customers deserve better!!

2022-03-01They are always so nice but today they were life savers. I needed a notary right away. They provided that and forwarded the document directly to email. A tucked away gem at Westgate Plaza!
