Its a beautiful, peaceful & clean park. At 12:30 am my husband & I was sitting there enjoying the music from Bar Louie. Dancing the night away. A piece of paradise in the middle of all the action. You have stores, hotels & the Funnybone all in walking distance.
Go there at least once a month to taste one of their from scratch offerings that change monthly. Great service and staff, authentic Italian food.
Excellent selection of shopping and dining. Stop here if in the area. Nagoya restaurant nearby is fantastic.

Such cute shops, mainstream ones such as; Sephora, Lush and BooksAMillion, but also unique boutiques that separate Levis commons from any other indoor and outdoor shopping centers.
I enjoy walking around Levis Commons. It is nice and clean. They have a lot of great stores and restaurants.

Kosher! I must have a larger Jewish community. Found all the kosher things I needed for Passover. Baruch Hashem Adonai.
Bob was very knowledgeable and patient! He never once acted like he was dealing with a 78 year old!
Visited there in January. Little bit strange, seams to be built away from everything. Apartments around & Hotel. Looks like there trying to start something new. Theres dining , shopping , workout.ect
I love going down there with the wife. Bar Louie is a must. Most of the shops are useless to me as a 46 yr old man.
Terrible parking, stores are okay, mostly over priced junk. I honestly dont know how this place survives but I guess people like to shop and drink expensive coffee.
Im not sure what else you want out of a town center awesome food and sweets, quality stores though some can be pricey but that can be any store now of days but garuntee youll love this town center 🌟

Very christmasy this time of year. Lots of cheer going around Santas sleigh was even present. People do lose all ability to drive when they enter though so watch out.
Levis Commons is a lively place to shop. There is a nice variety of ladies apparel, shoes for the family, home decorating stores, restaurants, and a furniture store. I stopped at Francescas, and had a good time. They have such great variety of fun jewelry & accessories.
Perfect layout. Great parking. Neighborhood feel! We visit often.
Nice shopping area. Not exactly my type of stores, but they seemed nice. The wife and I had dinner nearby and strolled through the area after. Lots of parking available, so thats convenient. A lot of places closed pretty early, but I guess Mondays arent the day to go here.

Levis Commons is beautiful, the holiday decorations in the business district are elegant. The area has a small town feel with an upwardly mobile, cosmopolitan population.

Not too crowded and open air. There werent too many shops that interested me outside of Books-a-Million (which in my humble estimation is the crown jewel of the commons). However, it is clean and most stores are well stocked and ergonomically designed.
Great day to walk. Went to Clean Juice, and it wasnt that bad.
I dont go here often. There are a few restaurants that we go to here. Float spa is here too.
Way too crowded. It must be good inside, but massive crowds arent for me.

Multiple restaurants, a movie theater, and other retail stores, all walking distance from a good Hilton Garden Inn. Indoor and outdoor seating at some of the restaurants, seasonally, of course. Parking is plentiful. In Perrysburg, no more than 20 minutes from downtown Toledo.

Nice selection of shops and restaurants. The bookstore is the bomb. I love taking my time walking to the different places and browsing. You can find just about everything you need here. Enough restaurants to satisfy your tastes.
Lovely outdoor mall with some well-known stores and some unique local stores. Nice selection of restaurants. Starbucks and Orange Julius were present. One or two anchor stores would have been welcomed.
Nice stores. Very clean and they offer a nice selection and variety. They have fun activities going on from time to time as well, that are nice and being community together and give families something to do.

A very nice looking place. Unfortunately it seems like a place where you would have one order of business, like going out to eat or have a drink and not really have something g else there to do. Parking is a nightmare. Not a good variety of shops. I probably wont go back just because there was not much there for me.
I love Lewis commons, such nice people and great businesses, always feel welcome here and not forced to buy anything, best place to visit over anything else!!

Great family place. We came today to see Santa. We were next up upon arrival. It was a pleasant experience. Plus Starbucks was right next door. Theres something for everybody at Levis. Plus there is a really cool local artsy store towards the south East corner.

Saw Tony Rocks show here. It was amazing. The club did a great job keeping the space clean and covid friendly. Felt very comfortable dining during the show. Definitely coming back!
Its an upscale strip mall. Kinda strange with no where I wanted to shop. Bc unless you know what is there. Its all chopped up and I didnt know what was there bc I had never been. Got hot then it down poured. Glad I hadnt been carrying food or shopping bags.
Not many stores I shop at but nevertheless a place worth checking out.
I could spend all day here 😊 its clean and quaint and the music just adds to the place. I recommend stopping at the nail spa for a mani Pedi!

With a mixture of great stores and restaurants makes this an enjoyable place to spend an afternoon. The mixture of shops probably will appeal more to the ladies. There is a couple of nice newer hotels within walking distance of of restaurants, bars, and shopping. The Christmas lights make for a great experience. The area feels safe is close to I75 making access easy coming in from all directions including the turnpike. Nice selection of stores and nice atmosphere should encourage you to to stop and take a look.

I love Levis.... dont get me wrong. Im there several times a week. I appreciate what Im seeing in terms of growth & diversity of shops and restaurants. Great new additions in Restore and Clean Juice. Always aesthetically pleasing with nice outdoor music as well.
We visit to see comedy acts at Funny Bone, but really like this area. Its grown a lot over the last few years but its a nice place to visit.
My husband and I always enjoy staying overnight here. Its a short drive from Detroit. There are many great eateries for all taste buds. There is even a starbucks and a juice bar. Shops are nice as well but more upscale.

Great outdoor mall. This place is very clean and has many shops. This place has many events throughout the year that they put on and they are awesome! Christmas is a great time to visit this place! They have great lights Santa and Mrs. Clause are some of the best Ive seen, they have horse drawn carriage rides (wait time can be long). There are so many good things to say about this place. I would highly recommend it.

Very unique place. It is not your typical plaza. A lot of the shops cater to very very specific audiences. Its not for everyone. Do your research if its a long travel as they have a limited selection.
Who is Levis? Did they mean Levi like Levi Strauss? If so they missed an apostrophe. This gives me mixed emotions.

Great upscale stores in a very pleasant setting. Even has a hotel and park area in the median island on the boulevard.
Its a beautiful place to visit. Comedian Timbae was the only good thing about Funny Bone Bar. Nice hotels, food & great shopping.
Came here last night to see “I can only imagine” and the movie was great. The facility was all clean and the staff along with the manager were super nice. I orderd a ice and a popcorn which was expensive but expected. The popcorn tasted good and the ice was amazing. I highly recommend coming here because the theaters are huge and loud and you are always guaranteed great customer service.
Great mall for the area yet I still dont understand why companies build outdoor malls in the Midwest. Not so fun walking outside in 10 degree weather in the winter time.

The staff is friendly and helpful. Most items are easy to find. Home improvement books could have been displayed better, but the staff was quick to assist us.
What a nice place to walk around and window shop just to get out! Didnt venture into many shops as they were getting ready to close.

Im not a big fan of open-air malls, in general, but there are some nice restaurants and stores here. Parking on the main road is difficult, but its a good place for a walk on a cooler day. Definitely bring the walking shoes.

I have went to many events at Levis Commons. They are family friendly and we have a great time. The events are well managed and they seem to flow very nicely. The property is very well cared for and has very beautiful landscapes. I would highly recommend this shopping area.
Great little place to go. They have a mber of restaurants, and places to eat. Small little shops to do see shopping or for just walking around. My only disappointment was the chocolate / ice cream store closed so early. We went to get some dessert after dinner and some walking around. It wasnt even 8 o clock and they were already closed
Such a great hangout spot with friends on the weekends! Has everything you need in one convenient area. Definitely recommend taking homecoming or prom pics in various places in the Levis area!
Love coming whenever I can. Funny bone, Starbucks, Nagoya, and Bar Louie and some favorites. The beautiful holiday inn with in the levis commons is always a convinece.
I like the variety of places here. Although my shopping is usually food and book. Wish the bookstore sold my favorite book but beside that I love this little out door shopping community.
Very nice shopping center. Multiple tasty choices for eating, a very good bookstore, and all the other needs. Only detraction is the slightly confusing parking. I had no problems, but its quite obvious that a lot of others did.
We remember vividly well when the area was built...as a place to live and shop in a well planned area.After close to a decade..it has lived to the ideals of the original idea.We stayed in the Hilton garden inn..in the Levis Common area .. close to the Cinema as well as numerous first class restaurants... shopping centers...etc

More stores, but not as much variety. A bit too high brow with their variety, but at least there were not as many vacancies as at Fallen Timbers.
Great variety of stores and very clean for an outdoor shopping center like this. The root of my disappointed rating here is the closing times, not just for the stores but for the surrounding restaurants and bars. Being on our honeymoon meant sleeping in a bit and we were shocked at how difficult it was to find something to do after 9PM in this area.
Nice looking shops and restaurant - cute area and a bit more upscale looking. Parking could be challenging if its lunch or peak times. Nice Bar Louie - met client there and enjoyed drinks at HH and food.

Clean, attractive, outdoor, nicer scale mall. Use the parking lot in the back as parking on the street is almost always full. Many uncommon stores with unique items can be found here. Upscale dining can be found here but there are also other restaurants for every budget. Also has a movie theatre
I have had my office at Levis Commons for 10 + years. Great place, Great management, great security. Im writing today because Im working from home and had to visit the office. I saw ith with fresh eyes and with all the new landscaping etc. What a great place! Thanks Levis.
A great gathering place for food and drinks with friends and a perfect collection of stops for a family outing. With plenty of restaurant, coffee and dessert options, Levis Commons can almost always offer up something to do. Though best enjoyed in the warmth of Spring and Summer to take in the outdoors, fountains and nice walk around the center, there is plenty of parking close enough to the stores or Movie Theater to get in quick! Numerous Hotel options make it a go-to for businesses and large party family or professional gatherings with actual long-term housing not too far from the Levis Commons center as well. Ive had family and friends live here and can say from experience that they are beautiful homes with plenty to offer for families to take full advantage of the area. Levis Commons is always near the top of our list when we want to get out of the house.

Stopped in for a short rest from travel. This place is amazing, folks. I need to return when I have more time to browse and shop. This place is another place that makes Ohio look great to me!

Food not very good, waiter didnt tell us Fries came with meal when we ordered extra. And the presentation of food was not appealing. This was our 2nd visit. Our 1st visit was much better.
Nice place with small shops throughout. Farmers market is here Thursdays starting at 3 pm. Its fun to walk around at that time. They typically have food trucks at the time too.
Stayed at the hotel here, and we had a good night. Our GFI popped during the night so we had no lights in the bathroom. Must have been a fluke. Nice stay

Love Levis Commons! They have so many great shops that have a great boutique feel, as well as your more corporate stores.Also, TONS of great restaurants to get a bite to eat at. I typically choose Biaggis, but there are plenty to pick from!Get some hot chocolate or coffee from the bookstore, and take a walk around the shops!
I love this little community. You dont often see condos so close to shopping and food places/night life. Im happy to see some new shops and the Funny Bone comedy club is usually a blast. Fat Fish Blue will serve you up some of the best Creole youve ever had. Search Groupon and you will find plenty of discounts for the nightlife. The area is well lit. Ive never actually seen security, but Ive always felt safe. The grounds are well kept. I would recommend this place as a nice day/night out for couples and or friends. A little shopping for the kids at Gymboree or Journey, a meal, and then the comedy club.
Lots of great restaurants in Levis Commons. My main reason to go here is for coffee or food, but there are good stores to shop as well. Parking is convenient. The space is well maintained.

Neat little place with a load of shops and things to do. Stayed for a few days in the hotel at the end of the strip. They seem to be continually developing the area and have put more in since the last time I was here. Nice shops and places to eat.
Its a nice place to shop. Scenery is enjoyable. There is music played through speakers while shopping and walking outside; Its a nice touch.
I love walking outside! Dont visit Ostermans here. Kim the manager is nice but incompetent. Another staff member was extremely rude and condescending. The last guy was terrific but cant do anything when his boss messes up an order.

Levis Commons is typical of outdoor malls, as we call them. Its a better experience than an old, run-down indoor mall, minus climate control. The stores trend toward the upper middle class demographic, but theres still a Claires and other staples of a typical mall.There is a good selection of restaurants in and around the mall proper. Its pretty year-round, with lots of Christmas decorations up at the time of this review.Traffic is reasonably controlled, so as long as you use the common sense you would exercise in a small downtown youll have a pleasant time getting around in your car or on foot. Adequate parking and crosswalks, actively-roaming security, and sufficient snow removal are to be expected. The nearby construction is completed, so backups on rt. 25 are finished too (outside rush hour, which in metro Toledo lasts a relatively short time).
Fun place to shop!
There is a nice assortment of high-end and moderately priced shops, specialty stores, and restaurants. The outdoor mall concept encourages strolling about, and there are plenty of signs to direct you. This is not a quick stop shopping center, though, as parking is a bit too far for that.

Love going to the Christmas tree lighting every year. Horse drawn carriage rides, hot chocolate from the candy store, and Santa comes to town. Its really a great kick off to our holiday season.
IWe really enjoyed our visit. After traveling nearly ten hours Ashley the front desk clerk was there with a smile on his face and and went above and beyond to help us get settled in. The day shift clerk Joyce also strived to make certain that everything was fine. Great hotel with my highest recomendations.

The Town Center has always been clean and well-maintained each time weve visited. Most of the shops are probably in the $$ to $$$ price range. Our favorite restaurant is an Italian place named Biaggis.
Clean, busy and a place to be seen. Everything I have been to do far has been nice. Shopping or dinner this is a nice one stop plaza. Still many more places to visit but if the shops and restaurants the ones I have, its always been a good visit.

I was very impressed with this center. I was staying at the hotel on business, and decided to take a walk around and see what all was in the center. I got very good food at the Bar Louie, did some nice shopping at a few stores, and overall just enjoyed myself. This center had almost everything you could ever need

Upscale and built to appear like a quaint small town. Shops and prices are upscale.Most glorified strip mall in Perrysburg.LOOOTS of traffic. There is parking behind the stores on the North side.Some nice restaurants, hotels, and a very nice theater top it off.This is where to send your in-laws when they come to visit.
Appears a few shops closed due to COVID. Still a lot to do/good stores & restaurants. Nice atmosphere.
Nicer mall with many upscale stores. It is an outdoor mall but everything is fairly close together. Very clean and organized mall. Parking is sparse on the street but there is enough parking behind the stores if you are willing to walk a little.
Love this shopping center. Very nice, clean, and outdoors. It feels safe and the shopping selection is fairly decent. Also a great place to grab a snack, and catch a movie
The Town Center is a nice collection of shops and restaurants, although the traffic running through the center of the main mall can be difficult to cross during peak periods. The area would also benefit from a few anchor stores; it is not self-sufficient in its current state. A retail bank, small grocery store, and post office would greatly benefit the mall.
The mall is more aimed at the older, more financially stable crowd with the shops that are located here. Theres a Bar Louie, a Funny Bone comedy club, a restaurant for Cajun food that is attached to the comedy club, a restaurant that is like a BDs Mongolian BBQ that is good, a movie theater, and several other very good restaurants.
The only store I shopped at was Justice and they were very attentive to safety standards and made shopping there pleasant. All the women working that day were very helpful too.

Definitely a family ambiance good eateries and great shopping options even just taking a stroll up and down the street of the commons with your family or hanging out by the waterfall taking pictures and creating memories enjoying some coffee meeting a friend in good weather or not so good weather I highly recommend visiting Levis Commons
Its fun to go to in the summer, places to sit and enjoy the weather with lots of activities on weekends. Lots of fun for adults, teens, and kids. Shopping is just ok, several of the stores are specialty gifts or home decor and are more expensive $$$.

Levis Commons is a beautiful outdoor shopping center in Perrysburg, Ohio known for their eclectic Shoppes and experiences. I was there seeing a movie (Terminator Dark Fate). The clock tower is a pretty cool feature as well as the grassy areas where people come to do wedding and senior pictures.
A few shops have gone out, still waiting on them to refill. But the ones that are there are nice. Has a nice fountain and a set up for Santa Claus in the middle.
Really nice place, great architecture, its fun to visit during all the seasons. a bunch of great shops and restaurants, we live in the other side of town, and still love going there
This is for Fat Fish Blue. We used to love it here, great food and atmosphere. Menu has been cut down, overpriced, inconsistent and poor quality. Feels like walking into a ghost town now. Shame to see a restaurant become the useless appendage of a comedy club.
I always enjoy my trip to Levis Commons. It has things I want and need. Good parking and the atmosphere is charming.
Levis is my go to place! Great restaurants... Can run in and out of stores when I need stuff and dont have to fight an entire mall to do it. Always has a clean, friendly and safe atmosphere!

Such a quaint shopping area that is always clean, bright, and beautifully decorated for every season. I particularly like the fall decorations. Nice selection of stores and places to eat.
Pretty huge mall I love to come shopping here whenever Ive got time off .I can spend whole day long having fun and very well cleaned and well maintained

Very nice mixture of stores, entertainment and restaurants and even hotel space. Along with all of that, they also do a nice job of having various events throughout the year such as a Christmas tree lighting, Winterfest and a wide array in the warmer months. The stores range from clothing to electronics to home decor to a book store and my favorite running store, Second Sole. Second Sole even has a free running group that runs through Levis Commons every Tuesday. If you are new to the area, youll no doubt check it out. If youre passing through, it would be a nice place to visit or spend the night.
BooksAMillion has fantastic prices, the theater is nice but a lot like most Toledo theaters, ample parking if you dont mind walking, interesting events and art shows, growing in size little by little.
I dont make it out here very often but love it when I do. Good selection of shops and restaurants and the lights at Christmas time are beautiful.
I go here mainly for Books-a-million and the restaurants. There arent very many stores here and the ones that are there I can find anywhere. It has a downtown feel which is awesome. But I wish there were more too it. It feels like something is missing.

Nice....but theres nothing for men. All the shopsstores cater to women and sell womens products exclusively. I went along with my wife and was going to pick up a pair of pants and some sneakers...none to be had. Had to go to Fallen Timbers.

I park my car here when I go bike riding with my friends. It is adjacent to the north and south branches of the Wabash Cannonball bike trail. I have shopped at some of the Fallen Timbers shopping center stores here but not enough to make knowledgeable comments.

I visited here from Florida to attend a wedding, loved the weather at the time early October. The plaza was everything you need and the hotel was very accommodating.
Decent selection of restaurants. Bar Louie serves food until 1:45 AM if youre in a pinch. Nondescript commercial development.
Great outdoor mall! It features plenty of upscale restaurants and clothing shops. It is also a great place for dates as there is firepits & water fountains to sit and relax by.
I love this place and Fallen Timbers. Especially around Christmas. Wait til Amazon Fulfillment Center opens. This place will explode with even more development.
Very cool place to shop, eat, and hang out! Shop variety is a bit limited but they have some cool stuff. GREAT restaurants to choose from!
Cool little plaza. Im from a big city with high end stores but this place has a few nice spots. Food, Makeup etc
Pretty venue of an outdoor mall, which means getting cold in the winter, getting hot in the summer, or getting wet in the rain while walking from store to store. Most of the shops carry overpriced merchandise. The sales clerks are very helpful, which helps compensate for pricey merchandise.
Seems like a Nice Place to Shop .
The restaurant looked very nice, a great waiter. Food was undercooked.

2022-05-30Absolutely amazing place. Its like an outside Mall. Plenty of small businesses. Diners, bars, stores. You can listen to music as you walk the grounds. Beautiful scenery as well.

2022-05-20I just went to Levis Commons 12, but in spite of the bad movie I saw there, I really enjoyed myself and the excellent service provided by the friendly young lady at the ticket counter and the staff at the concession stand. If there is another good movie playing there in the future, I hope to return. Jurys still out of I will visit the shops and restaurants there. Ill keep you posted.

2022-05-19Levis Commons is a great area to walk, window shop, people watch, shop til you drop , sleep or eat. It has many shops and restaurants. There is a movie theater and multiple hotels incase you have too much fun on a night out at the Comedy club!!! I will always recommend Levis Commons!!!

2022-01-14This place is beautiful, but there isnt really any shops I go to here. All the stores are nice but again, there not stores I could regularly shop at. Ill need to look into the restaurants, besides the movie theater, its nice to drive around and look at the lights during Christmas time. Hope you have a great time here and enjoy the stores.

2021-12-28As far as synthetic downtowns go, this one has some nice amenities! Decent shopping and good restaurants. Parking is a little different, can be challenging when the place is busy. I prefer the theater here to Franklin Park in Toledo, its worth the drive in my opinion.

2016-11-21This mall is a great place to go eat, walk around, and attend events. My husband and I just went to their Christmas tree lighting ceremony and had a great time. My only critique is I wish they had a more equal balance of high end and regular shops because I dont often actually shop here - its just a fun place to go walking. If you want to go shopping, go to Fallen Timbers or Franklin Park Mall.
