I like to go some places just like us. But it always just to be going favorite store that i find through. And when i get any budget of items, for that cannot be very mistaken which it can be serious to be changed when i been getting some items when its very confused. So then,i should always getting it for the next day that Im coming at the shoppers at Parma, Im really still remember for that earlier that other days ago when Im in my system to having a list and its always familiar for sure. And i be missing out difficult items that Im always wanted, i totally forgotten. And were not coming back not missing out which Im flipping out when i go home, i definitely forgot anything to be misunderstanding. And the next time that i forget my particular items, Im really not still forgetting not to begging much a money for their time along to buy when were in a hurry or longer to take some time to find some items. However, i should make time to get not much items to dont waste my money for no reason to be a part of time along within hanging out to decide still. Thats all of my story that i make my rules of much a time just where it belongs to buy my own spending money for more or not much easier to be everything.
Great concept, I think the design of the The Shoppes could have been better and used a different design team when putting this location back together.Parking and driving through is a hazard, no one looks at stop signs or pays attention to pedestrians and people back out.As for the stores decent ones here, would be nice to see a show store.Enough restaurants to serve the shoppers.
Too much Interest while Loitering around Minding My Own Business Doing Nothing . Not drawing. attention Purposely to myself or Others around me while Minding My Own Business Doing Nothing. Can I loiter Around without Interest Attention doing nothing, but minding my own Personal Business. I m trying to get A piece of mind, but it seems like Its going all over the concrete ! Can I Get some Feedback ! If not at this location please dont get involved with my Experience. Im my share more about my experience at The Shoppers !
Good place if you are looking for a place to eat. With the shoppes sharing a parking lot with Walmart there is a lot of traffic and cars that dont follow parking lot etiquette which makes this parking lot very dangerous. Also because of walmart and ulta, there are always a lot of theft.
This is an ok place to do some shopping and for various types of eateries as well- but the old Parmatown Mall would have been better if they would have saved it and yes- there were many problems with it when it closed for good- but the one main problem was that the city wanted way too high rent cost for good businesses to move in. That was one main reason why the mall closed down. If it would have been saved- it would have been a lot better than what is here now. This plaza is also ok in some respects but not all.
It was like shopping on BLACK FRIDAY with all of your beloved family members present and being supportive and happy. The parking lot was full. The shelves were almost bear. Customers were so polite and helpful. What prompted this unusual Sunday shipping spree? You got it. Stimulus Sunday with all that money. Every shoppe was poppin. Lets do it again, really soon.
When they said they were building the shoppes of parma, I expected it to be a little bit like crocker park or just having an outdoor mall feel but the shoppes of parma are more similar to a strip mall or shopping center. It would be nice if it was more bike/walking friendly so we wouldnt always have to take our car while living so close. With this said, I do enjoy the diverse stores there and Im always looking forward to see what pops up next. Its better than it was before but still not great.
The staff was very knowledgeable about their product and quickly helped me find exactly what I was looking for. There we no other customers in the store when I was there and hope they are able to get more people to come there. The road construction in the area is a little bothersome but worth the trip.
I am somewhat jaded as I grew up in Parma in the 70s and 80s so I may be jaded. I have been out of state 20 years and remember the old Parmatown. The memories, the department stores, Aladdins Castle, Kresges. When I saw the Shoppes of Parma was disappointing to say the least. Its now a strip mall with a huge parking lot. I was expecting more of a village like Crocker Park. There was nothing special about this. No pedestrian traffic at all. A parking garage should have been built and people walking should be encouraged. Not pleasing to the eye. Not enough for families or kids to do. The stores are meh. Nothing you cant find anywhere else. Antonios is still great. Fast Eddies was the only other real sit down restaurant. Maybe some day this will be better. But at least they are doing something to keep a shopping center unlike Euclid Square or the mall in Warrensville Heights.
Poor shelves empty for items needed. I need handicap scooter to shop power on them low could have more scooter thats poor for your customers wanting to shop. Have been at other walmart more available. You need to improve . Im on oxygen and unable to do walking. your customer☹️😏
OUTSTANDING!! Linda did an amazing job on both my full set of the dip nails.. She also did an equal amazing job on my pedi. She made sure that I was happy ever step of the way. I highly recommend visiting Bella nails if youre looking to have great customer service and beautiful work.. This is definitely on my tablet list of salons!
Okay this might be my all-time favorite store in the whole world! Im not kidding if youre into crystals, vintage memorabilia, jewelry, hippie clothes, incense and many many more beautiful things oh, this is the place for you! The prices are decent and each day is new items being displayed. Landon spending a couple hours in this store theres three floors of beauty to entice you! Wonderful place five stars in my opinion!!
There are so many stories to visit. Its clean and beautiful. People are very friendly that are visiting or working. We visited the Shoe Depot today and I got a great pair of colorful Fila shoes on clearance. Police are actively on property and maintain peace and order. Not only that, there are many great shops located all around the area. It feels great to step out of your car without worrying about stepping into trash. All the stores seem clean, organized, and all the staff in all the locations I visited were extremely helpful and friendly.
A nice place to shop for almost everything except for the construction industry. A variety of fast food restaurants are an add-on along with some fun stuff. A kids Park and a splash pad are located just across the street. Many people love to come here. It is free for everyone.
Many stores to go to. Just about everything you can think of. Best walmart. Tons of places to eat. Safety quotient 100%. Make sure to park far and walk back to stores. People just leave shopping carts any where. Im for real. You dont want dents. The cart people try real hard but you know what it is. Stop at Burlington coat factory and the myriad other stores. Take a minute to explore all the stores and patronize as many as you can.
I really cannot say anything bad about this location. Overall I have been very pleased here and have, few times for a variety of things. The overall location is very neat and clean and the staff at each of the stores have been very helpful. If you are looking for a few miscellaneous items it is definitely a good place to come and it is a safe location
What a difference! I was surprised when I turned into the parking lot and the great mall I knew growing up was gone!I would prefer the mall instead of the open concept that is The Shoppes at Parma. But it is what it is and I dont think I will be visiting when its raining or snowing.
Stopped in a restaurant that served ala cart. It was an Italian place. Walked out. Was disappointed. I was hoping for a sit down service. Instead it was stand in line. I had problems making sense of the menu on the wall. That was when I left. Between the price and the menu, forget it. Many of the places to eat in this area are all high priced. Doesnt leave much for teens or grand parents to afford to eat. Next time Ill just go to something Im more familiar with. ANTONIOS! Cant go wrong there.
They are slowly adding improvements and additions. Great food in these shoppes, but still think everything is overcrowded, but i guess in a crowded city, that is to be expected. Would love to see them bring back some of the stores that were there during the mall days, even if they are the stores that lasted until that mall took its last breath. I would love to see additions such as bath and body works, fye (or SOME form of music/ movie store that offers new and used), a book store, maybe a victoria secret or hot topic. The hot topic at this mall use to be my favorite.. patiently waiting
They are really building it up here. There are many different restaurants, stores, and banks here. Theres even a UPS store now. Mission barbeque is a good restaurant and so is Legends bar if that is considered to be at the Shoppes at Parma. Great burgers and good food overall.
This is a very nice shopping center. It is large and open with many shops, ranging from a Walmart suoercenter, to specialty stores like Rally House and places to eat. There is plenty of parking and plenty of handicap parking as well in front of each store. It is well lit at night time. Good place to get what you need.
Ill never understand why people now seem to prefer long, ugly strip malls over indoor malls, especially in the winter. The stores here are new or renovated but subpar. At least the restaurants here are mostly new, more diverse, and nicer than at the old Parmatown mall.
An alright place to shop overall despite quite a bit of shelves practically bare by early evening because products go fast & the staff really are doing the best they can to keep up with stocking items fast enough etc but at the same time its understandable because this is a busy location.
They took an indoor mall turned it inside out and now theyre outside shops dont understand why its pretty much the same stores only now its more of a nightmare for you to shop its super busy all the time and packed everywhere just be careful going down there oh and the police are terrible too many cops not enough crime so they look for problems
The Shoppes are starting to look like more and more like their desired crocker Park look. Good food such as pizza fire, pulp, fast Eddies, and mission BBQ have led me to the Shoppes many occasions. Construction seems to be taking a while as the Day Drive side is a little rough so I took a star off. It is still on the right track so I hope to make this 5 stars in the future!
What may have been a hit is now a miss, at the shoppes of Parma... Lots of mall stuff clinging to life, remnants of a bygone generation... I feel like this whole situation could be addressed, reassessed, and dispossessed of the nineties funk Parmatown has to offer... Ot maybe its just the Parma funk... Not sure if its the symptom or the disease...
I went thew the drive thew ,very nice young lady..i order 2 Italian combos..my husbands sandwich was fine but mine i took a bite and notice on 1 half of the sandwich had only salami and tomatoes, onion on it the other half was fine...so i called talk to the manger ..she was very nice and told me to bring it back and they would fix it...so i drive back up and the girl at the drive thew window was very nice once again ..and the male manger come to the window and told me he was sorry and they would fix it for me ,he asked me if i would like anything from the bakery for the mistake ..i told him no but thank you..very nice manger..anyway i get home pull the sandwich out of the bag open it ..and was going to eat i notice that the side of the sandwich i already took a bite out of ..they just thew the missing meat they did not put on from the get go...i understand that this is the sandwich i started to eat when i notice the missing meat..but point being they should of made me a whole new sandwich ..not just toss meat they did not put on the first time...they did not make the sandwich right the first time ...then just thew meat on the bitten half . should of made a new one and toss the bitten one in the trash....very nice people working ..but was not happy with the way they just tossed meat on a bitten sandwich ..
I dont like what they turned parmatown mall into. Its now just a giant plaza. I miss it being mostly indoors where there were more shops with the food court and a place where they had santa and the trains. Where are they gonna put santa now, in the parking lot? I can see the new christmas song next year santa got run over by a mazda! ridiculous. I hate the new owners.
I spend pretty much 20% of my monthly time here, and I especially love Ulta and Fast Eddies! The only complaint I have at all is the way people drive through the Shoppes. Be aware. Theres a 4 way stop when you pass the Fitworks heading towards Wal-Mart and sometimes people can be ignorant here.If you park in the parking lot where the Fast Eddies and Pulp Juice Bar are, be careful crossing. Sometimes it seems like people dont want to slow down for pedestrians here, and its an awkward place for cars coming in and out of.Otherwise, I love that they added in an Old Navy and a 5 Below at the Shoppes. The options for food are convenient with Chipotle, Panera and 5 Guys close by. You have everything you need. I recommend going even further down by Wal-Mart and getting Piada Italian Street Food. Pricey, but a good sized portion to take home if youre sick of Chipotle!
Its an ok shopping center. It is nothing like it used to and theres not many stores anymore, but its ok. I will say of youre traveling and need a place to rest for an hour, this is not the place. Security guards are very rude and kick you out even if youre trying to plug in your gps
Went to vision world for an eye exam to get contacts and glasses. Walked out with contacts but no glasses.... I’m posting a three star because the eye glass choices were... well... boo boo boring.... seriously eye glasses have come a long way as far as style goes... not here. They need a better selection and more quality choices. I mean... after you put on glasses you can see yourself.....
This used to be a mall but has recently been changed into an outside shopping center. They did a nice job with the setup, u r usually able to get a pretty close parking spot and there r still new places opening up sporadically. Right now u have JCP, Walmart, Dicks, Burlington and Marcs as the main stores but there r also few clothing stores, a shoe store, pet supply & beauty store etc. As far as restaurants, Fast Eddies, Antonios and Mission BBQ are great sit down places! U also have Chipotle, Piada and several other chains too. Lots of other places to eat right in the area surrounding The Shoppes too. Nice, safe area.
This is a review while the place is still under construction:Right now, it isnt great and the selection of stores could both be worse and better. Looks very empty and plain, but certain stored bring in the crowd. Once more stores go in, it will look like a out-door shopping center. Parking lot isnt great.
The Shoppes at Parma, despite all the construction, is a lot better then what it was 5 years ago. The new owners have brought back a nice looking mall with many new shops I never thought I would see there. The Shoppes at Parma is definitely becoming a place where you can do all the shopping you neeed.
Is this place always under construction??? We live out of state but always visit Parmatown. Always some construction going in. At one point I thought this place would go under but here they are growing again. Im glad to see the diverse new stores and restaurants joining in here. It is the heart of Parma.
It was Wal-Mart-No wal-mart is a good place to be! There is no good reason to be at wal-mart unless you have taken someone! Each and every one is always disorganized! Not a single staff is ever present to even point one in the correct direction. An entire store packed to capacity with shoppers and 2 cash registers with an actual cashier on duty. Self check out is always open-if you dont mind not receiving your change
Their have been a lot of improvements made to this shopping center over the past few years. When I was a teenager I roamed the Halls of the half empty ParmaTown Mall so Ive seen it at its worst. But things are looking up, lots of new shops and restaurants have moved in and its been busier than Ive seen this place in a long time! Wish Gordmans wouldnt have left, I really enjoyed that store, but theres still a lot of shopping options at this plaza.
I go shopping over here all the time even before it was the Shoppes at Parma where they used to be a mall here Parma Town Mall they called it I still shop there they have many new stores I get my hair done over here they have a store thats good for shopping for clothes for all ages they even have a store for makeup hair supplies
I visited Walmarts with a elderly friend. We were buying wrist wallets for our cell phones. I had bought some on line and had to return them as they didnt fit my phone even though they should have. My friend had recently bought the same phone as I have so she was able to get a wallet here too. This was so much easier then having to order more and returning again. Of course we did some other.shopping since we were there. They have recently.remodled this location. It now has a full grocery and everything else it had before. Clothes, toiletries, pharmacy, hardware, toys, pet department etc. They have a free parking lot with some handicapped spaces although there could be more of them. I still have to explore the new stores and restaurants which I am looking forward to. I frequently shop around JCP too so I hope that they stay.
The Shoppes at Parma (formerly the old Parmatown Mall, I think) are nice and getting nicer! There is a TON of construction going on in this plaza with renovations to the existing structures being done and new out-buildings being erected to function as restaurants and boutiques! These new renovations will hopefully bring crowds back to shop in the area during the holidays and revitalize the local economy! I give them kudos for making the effort to improve the look of the place!
Ill never love this place as much as I loved Parmatown. My ghost will forever take that joyful walk from Antonios inside the mall to Aladdins Castle to play Neo Geo. Then it will go to B Dalton and go upstairs to the fantasy sci fi section to check out books. Ill meet friends there, and well go to Walden Software. Ill never love this place at all. Now its just a place with stuff I need, nothing more. SIGNIFICANTLY worse in the winter now with no indoor mall to walk around.
Not quite the mall of yesteryear when it was Parmatown Mall & you had affordable stores enclosed in a building that you could even walk inside & get some laps in for exercise, & window shop. I miss those days! Call me old fashioned, not a fan of outdoor style shopping centers.
Been to walmart & tried the grocery area there for a change from giant eagle & prices were around the same maybe .30£ cheaper on some food items but they also didnt have a lot of frozen things we buy from GE so going to stick to there unless Im just there & picking something up aside from large food shopping. Was also there today for black Friday & store was to jammed & not many deals at all on lil boy toys, more girl things. Im staying away til the rush is over to Many ppl for me. Ill continue to buy online.
The Shoppes at Parma is shaping up to be pretty decent. At first I hated to see Parmatown, which at the time was the place for locals to hang out and around, be knocked down and rennovated, but the Shoppes are doing really well for themselves now. They offer a great assortment of restaurants and shops to bum around, but it still feels like something is missing.

2022-07-11I love the way The Shoppes turned out. Anyone who has lived in Parma knows that originally this place was Parmatown Mall and all the stores were inside, but now they were all put outside for a more sleeker and updated look!. Many more stores were added and food places as well. I have gone to multiple places at The Shoppes and havent left unhappy yet. Definitely recommend!

2022-05-19Very expensive shops here. The ramen place is $13 for a bowl of ramen with 4 pieces of shrimp!? The cookie shop is $4 a cookie. Be prepared to spend some of your hard earned wages shopping these shops...

2022-04-10Dont get me wrong it was a good day of shopping and running errands, but I do miss the mall where you are not exposed to the elements when going from store to store.
