I love this place. Stuff is already pretty cheap. On Wednesday’s 50% all colors except 1. Can get a bag of goodies for under $30
Stopped in this morning after leaving BMV walked around about 30 minutes picked up about 6 items including housewares went up front cashier walked up sorted thru my items picked a chrome hanger I found and walked away with it ok mind you it was a green taped paper saying it was 2.99cents ok so Im wondering why she took only that item so any way she comes back says this is 3.99cents I said what she says this with it in her hands💁😒 no way am I paying a dollar more for an item I KNOW READ 2.99 bottom line is she saw she wanted and she made the highest bid how dare you take that ticket off and look me in my eyes and say to me there never was a ticket on here.YEAH WHATEVA will not be visiting that dusty place ever again😡

2022-04-08Extremely disappointed. Bought this play set for my daughter. The box was taped so I assumed the staff did that so a child wouldnt open it while at the store and lose pieces. Came home to find randomness inside. Not sure if items are not being looked over once donated or it was put on the floor like this on purpose. Either way upsetting especially when you pay full price 😕 Other buyers beware, ask to open anything before you leave the store!

2022-02-18This is one of the dirtiest thrift stores in Cleveland. Prices are on the higher end $7 for womans shirts, $10 pants $6 childrens puzzles. PS take your own shopping bags because they do not supply those at this location.

2021-05-14On 5/13/21 my wife and i did some shopping and when we went to the checkout we noticed a nice piece of jewelry. we looked at it and noticed the color of the tag. it was one of the colors on discount sale, but the cashier claimed that it wasnt the color of the tag, but the color of the ink written on it that determined if it was on sale, which is ridiculous seeing as all the tags were written in blue ink. been going to salvation army for about 30 years and NEVER heard such an outrageous claim of tags and colors before. another salvation army store in our area has no problem honoring the color of the tag in jewelry. i dont know if the clerk was trying to prevent people from buying it so she could get it later or what, but she basically didnt let me buy it. awful experience (besides the dust and odor) i dont think we will go back, maybe stick with goodwill.

2020-10-06Customer service wasnt pleasant.The other paying patrons were friendly and helped us out better than the employers. Theyre was no greeting, noone asked if we needed any assistance. The cashier at check out requested another employee to cash us out was very rude and unwelcoming. Not a good shopping experience. Its bad when employees make your experience a rough one, being judged, and whispered about. Its ethically wrong, not a good look at all as a reflection of this company. Bad representation, and just awful. I would definitely not recommend!

2021-02-06This is a really good Salvation Army for homewares and furniture they had tons of stuff however I will say that prices here and at the other Salvation Armys are going up they were already borderline sometimes I wonder who they have doing their pricing they really need to find people that are more in tune to what is hi dollar and what is not
