Two stars missing for one reason: the guy most often behind the counter; Paul, almost made me pass out from his body odor. It was like cheese made of dead cats from the paper stacks and Taco Bell wrapper filled piles of a hoarder. Like something from Dante or and evil welsh demon in the form of smell. It took a good 2 minutes to be able to breath. I have brought it up to them many times so here we go.

The women were very appreciative. The man on the receiving dock was very rude. I told him which boxes had glass in them and to not just drop them on the floor as I heard him do. He continued to pick up boxes and drop them. Very frustrating.

Store employees are lazy and disrespectful I will never come back and will be calling corporate to file a formal complaint. I came during the donation hours to drop off a bed and they said I’d have to come back the next day because the guy that does do it isn’t here. 1. I called the store and no one answered and kept ringing through. 2. I brought a single item a bed frame, that I, a single woman unloaded myself from my trailer. They told me that they couldn’t accept it because the guy wasn’t there. I was upset and I was cussing that this is ridiculous and they were lazy. I asked to speak to the manager which she then told me that I wasted my time coming here to donate and that I wasted a donation because they couldn’t take it. I am 170lbs and 5’8 and these woman that were in the store were either the same or bigger than me, so I don’t understand how two of them couldn’t have done this together. There were at least 5 employees in the store. I honestly think this is laziness. If I could bring it out of my house load it and bring it to them and unload it myself, then why couldn’t they? I left it outside the loading area and left. Which they told me it’ll sit out and be ruined by the snow and that I wasted a donation. It’s really sad that this is the work ethic of people working for a charitable organization. It’s ridiculous and It’s lazy.

What in the world is going on at this store? They dont have hardly anything as far as household items and their clothing starts at $7 for an old used faded shirt. I called them to pick up an entire household full of items and was told they were three weeks behind. Where are all these donations going? Have you seen the neighborhood that this store is in? These people cannot afford a $7 used old shirt.

I absolutely LOVE this location. Staff always goes above and beyond, and I have never had to pay full price for any of my hauls. Everyone saying prices are too high... I just cant agree with that. Each time Ive checked out I find that my receipt shows discount after discount. Ive done the math with the price tags vs. what I was charged and I usually dont even pay HALF of the original amount. If you think their prices are unreasonable, maybe try making it through the checkout line first, instead of looking at two price tags a leaving. 10/10 recommend 👌🏻

Prices are insane here. Even if your lucky enough to find a half off color item. It still ridiculously high for second hand clothing.

A poor person cannot afford to shop at the Salvation anymoreThe prices are RIDICULOUSLY HIGH, $20.00 for a pair of jeans, a used leather jacket $50.00, even if it is in hood condition, I have found items of very good quality (leather) for far less. BRING DOWN THE PRICES. People with little money, limited money, or just looking for something nice at a good price can afford.Donated, second hand items do not need to be priced like Macys. You can better deals at a Flea Market.

Came in from Michigan and spent over 60 dollars in this store. The dressing rooms were closed🤦🏽‍♀️ Usually when you come into a store like this it’s a hit or miss BUT with a receipt you could exchange for store credit, I arrived back to my hotel room and couldn’t fit most of the pants so I called the store and politely explained that I wasn’t from around here and I would like to exchange my clothing. The STORE MANAGER tells me that all 3 fitting rooms wasn’t closed even though I mentioned the signs on the door that clearly stated they were due to COVID she says to me “well you should’ve still asked to go in” now how would I have known that. No exchange, no store credit, a bag full of clothes that I can’t fit🤦🏽‍♀️

Love what this company stands for. Decent area with great prices in clothing and furniture. They usually have a 99 cent color of the day along with two colors that are 50% off. Their selection of stuff is awesome and I love coming here to build my style. Much better than any Goodwill ik around here in Ohio.

I had given 5 stars before but now i wish I could give 0. I moved to this area about 3 years ago. The prices and the employees were amazing. Now none of the same people work there snd the prices have sky rocketed. They need to do what the goodwill does and make a set price for each category. I get they have their half off and dollar color tags but sometimes the prices are listed so high that not even half off is worth it. Whoever is doing the pricing needs to be fired!!! Some of the things I saw I know I could get them brand new for less. They were putting out things with a white tag yesterday and basically I was having sticker shock at the prices on it!
