Great inside. Very clean. The garage is large and easy to get around. Location is good. Given the amenities of the building it is a good value. Its pretty amazing the way storage is handled in the apartments. Theres also a pool on the roof.
I contacted this property manager about available units, unfortunately they were a little out of my price range but Caitlin was so great with giving me all the information I asked for in a timely fashion, and was just such a pleasant person to speak with. She was very knowledgeable about the unit types and willing to speak with me multiple times until I had made up my mind about what I wanted. Honestly just leaving a review about my positive experience with the property manager!
EDIT: the complex says I’m in contact with management to resolve a maintenance request. What they’re not telling you is that I’ve been in contact for 80 days and they’ve attempted zero repairs.The communication and follow through of management here is awful. Maintenance is not completed in a timely manner, including emergencies.The location of this place cannot be beat, but the poor management will make your experience less than desirable.
Parks, restaurants, and golf course all within walking distance.
The building and units are beautiful and the location cant be beat. Only downside is poor communication within management.

2022-01-05Overall I enjoyed living here. It’s a nice, quiet, and friendly community. The parking garage is great since you have access to it from your floor and there is always plenty of parking spots. Maintenance is handled fairly quickly when needed. The community isn’t dog friendly which is why I am moving. The gym could use a revamp but it’s usually empty so you have access to all the equipment. The pool in the summer is great. It’s a rooftop pool with nice chairs and a sun deck. On the 4th floor you are on the roof and the balconies are huge. There are a lot of events through the year that shut Mill St. down and getting access to the garage can be difficult but they always give you plenty of notice before it happens. It’s walking distance to a lot of restaurants and bars which is nice. I will say that you don’t have to ever worry about a package being stolen here which is great! Also, Debbie at the front desk is always there to help with whatever you need and is easy to work with.

2022-02-08Great place, in a great location. Walking distance from restaurants, bars, walking trails and a golf course. The parking indoors is awesome. Can get very close to your apartment. Very quiet, clean and upscale. A shout out to Debbie.Cassel who made it very easy to setup and now close the lease (got a new job in a different location). Wish I could stay. You will love it if you get in. It is very popular.

2021-01-23Ts a Wonderful Life! IN recent months there is new management and they are really terrific! I cannot say enough great things about the experience Ive had with team and the building, living at The Residences of Creekside. Lovely location - the creek, the ducks, the handy restaurants, coffee shops. Its like living in a tourist district of a town - its beautiful, quiet, great location. The team that keeps the building humming are very polished professionals - you get help or answers quickly and to satisfactory completion. I travel a lot and I am not there always but feel 100% confident that things are fine and be watched over. I love it here! DELIGHTFUL!!! So much to love.p.s. - Ive been here for a year and signed up for another lease, the attention and care that Debbie gives is stellar -before Debbie arrived it was hard to get a response or help - NOT ANY MORE!! Shes a delight!

2021-03-06I moved in November 2020, and I have to say it is the best apartment decision I have ever made! When I come home from work, even on my most stressful days, I know that I have a peaceful, safe, beautiful home to come to. The views are amazing! I love living here and can’t imagine living anywhere else. The staff and neighbors are SO friendly...it’s like living with family! For anyone living for a great place to live, this is the place to be.

2020-12-10We have lived here for 7 years. We love it. Our apartment is beautiful and spacious. The location is great. We can walk to 9 restaurants. Of course COVID has limited our ability to fully enjoy everything like the club room, but that will change. The staff is friendly and very helpful. We highly recommend living here.

2020-11-17After reading some of the mixed reviews my grandfather moved in here about a month ago. I believe there has been some ownership changes and the management and maintenance have improved greatly. They now have a dedicated operations manager and a dedicated maintenance man. They are both professional and caring about the tenants and the building. We are very happy with the new and improved Residences of Creekside.

2020-12-18I absolutely love living here! There used to be issues with communication between the complex and residents, but ever since Debbie started, I haven’t had a single problem. Even when she was brand new and didn’t know the answer to one of my questions, she found the information out immediately and got back to me :) I actually just emailed her this morning and received a detailed response within 20 minutes.The complex itself is beautiful; almost every time I have people over for the first time, they mention how it’s like I live in a hotel. The location can’t be beat either, we have gorgeous trails right behind our apartment, restaurants and bars within walking distance, and are only 10 mins from downtown. COVID has obviously closed a lot of the shared spaces within the building, but I’m glad to see they are taking it seriously (including asking residents to wear masks in the halls).Also, being able to park in a garage and not have to scrape snow and ice off of my car is something I will never be able to do without!!

2020-08-11Pros: This is a really cute place to live, I rented a 1 bedroom. The garage is a HUGE bonus, great location, lovely flooring, updated, spacious, I loved the foyerCons: walls are EXTREMELY thin!!!!!!! NO storage (pantry or linen closet)I’ve tried calling for DAYS!!!! I’ve never received my deposit back and it’s been over a yearA week later still no answer. I moved out in feb of 2019 it’s aug of 2020 and I’m still waiting
