The Regency Apartments in other cities:
We moved to apartment D in March and were very excited, at first. The first floor hallway has a leaking ceiling and the tiles fell apart. To fix this, they put a wet floor sign and removed the carpet. There is literally a hole in the ceiling because the tiles fell. The elevator button has a huge hole in it, to call for the elevator you have to stick a pointy object inside at the right angle. Half the time it doesn’t work so I have to walk up the stairs. The stairs smell like urine and often have garbage in them left behind by residents. Our shower handle broke, we placed a work order for it almost a month ago and has not been fixed. We are forced to take baths after working 12 hour shifts. The racks in our closet also broke the same day as the shower, still has not been fixed. We lived here for 3 months and hate it. Hoping these next 9 months go by fast or we can leave early because we do not enjoy coming home anymore. Walmart is only 10 minutes away, so that’s cool.
I lived here for a year and had a pleasant experience overall. The grounds are kept up very nice. People are friendly. Staff are very nice/helpful but the package pickup hours were crazy to deal with at times. Parking lot is packed most nights, its worth to pay extra to park in garage. i had no issues with my apartment except i could hear the people above me walking. I could hear the neighbors tv and people in the stairwells. Also do not be late with your rent or they will put an eviction notice in very quickly. I moved because I was tired of apartment living and was ready for a house. I recommend living here as its clean, safe, friendly, affordable, quiet for the most part, and overall a good living experience.
Over all the apartments are nice, people saying its over priced are crazy. Very few apartments have on-site laundry and central air, anymore. Maintenance is great! Gym is awesome. Pool is clean. (Covid kinda ruins it, not their fault)The reason I cannot give a 5 star:-The constant pulling of the fire alarms late at night. Some of the tenants; smell of Marijuana over taking my apartment, the teenagers smoking in the lobby, the noise. Also, the lack of urgency after reporting an issue.Im content here, but a better screening process and proper action taken when policy is violated would be awesome.
I am just really curious that if you guys are getting whole complaints with water flooding and water leaking, why cant you just do some work done and fix entire water problem?Plus, if you guys are getting complaints about elevators, why cant you guys pay some money and upgrade it ?I lived here more than a year and had so much problem with water leakage. Even I do call fixing office, they do fix it, but thats it. It will leak again no matter what you do.I thjnk it is time to fix entire water hose in this apartment.. i dont know why i need to stay up this late to clean the smelly water just because unit above me did their dish washing.
Me and my family been staying here about 4 years now. I never one time used the dishwasher when my daughter got sick thats the only time I try to use it. And that was this year 2021. It gave off a bad smell and it dont work. Not just that Everytime the people upstairs take a shower my tub get backed up. With black water or just water. I went to the maintenance office I called the manger. The maintenance man said someone was going to come out never heard from anyone. Just ready to go we pay to much money for rent and they dont do what they say. One maintenance guy say one thing and the other one say something different. No one calls me to give me a update on anything. I talk to the manager two times and still nothing. So whoever said for me to call the office nothing is still not being done. The plumber still havent came I still dont have a new dishwasher.
Been living in building D the past 6months and it’s horrible. The elevators are always broken and slow, the lady down stairs has 2 small dogs that bark all day and at 2am and 5am. Called about it they haven’t done anything about it we pay 1,250 a month we don’t have are storage units, my wife is pregnant and we didn’t have no AC in the unit till I called and then they tell us don’t use it because it’s not in the 70 degrees but it read 80 degrees in house with fans and doors open . When I moved in seen the kitchen Ceiling wasn’t painted called they never came and painted it . Maintenance came into my home without anybody here and without a notice to paint my bathroom. Only one washer and one dry work on the 7th floor . This place isn’t worth what there asking Especially when you can’t even sleep good in your own home because of animals barking all day and night . And the hot water usually takes about 2 min too get hot or the hot water doesn’t work . The Closet doors come off the tracks way too easy and fall . Just isn’t a place i would recommend and now you can’t even pay rent only you have too put it in a drop box 30 min away save your money and if better . The only good thing here is the people at the leasing office. Oh I can’t forget the parking never no parking .
I have lived here for two years and we are finally leaving. It has wonderful perks. Close to shopping and when we came here fair pricing. But. The pool was always closed or dirty. Maintenance doesn’t respond well and the apartments are cheap and cannot handle simple wear. Lori and Rachel are wonderful people. Unfortunately Lori left. Community is nice and the party rooms are an awesome price. The biggest problem is having packages delivered here, balconies are crumbling, apartments are quick to break, we need all the outlets replaced right after we moved in, air conditioners leak from upstairs units, cabinet broke off one day, sliding door was never fixed and is insanely hard to open, vents fell down out of nowhere (I’m 5 “2) and I feel wrongfully charged for many things. Other then the inside of the apartment and the pool room. It was a nice place to live. But make sure maintenance comes with you when checking the apartments and literally check every aspect of the apartments. They didn’t come with us and I have never regretted anything more. Things broke I never thought would. We were told basically if there staff says it’s true then it must be true and you are stuck paying for things that aren’t true. Like I said everything else was great. Community activities and community garden
This place is a JOKE. If youre looking for an apartment, do NOT look here. Biggest mistake of my life. My boyfriend, son and I have lived in the Regency Apartments since February. We have had nothing but problems. Between broken appliances nonstop, and neighbors above and below that scream, stomp, yell day and night, none of the workers care. Not even the Property manager. Our A/C unit was broken and continously shutting all of our electricity off. When the matinence men came to install a new unit they destroyed our carpet with their nasty shoes. They broke our bedroom door and busted our wall trying to get the A/C. Whoever lives above my apartment thinks they live at an amusement park because no matter what time of the day it is iur whole apartment shakes. Its to the point where I can physically feel people running and stomping above me. Our TV has fallen off of our wall and it is just getting so old. Theres old men that sit in the front lobby daily, asking people for money and cigarettes. People are always parked in the turn around area, and blastimg loud music. Basically there is no consideration for anyone here, and whats worse is the staff does not care! Oh well. Once this lease is up, I am out. Luxury apartments. Sure. As soon as you walk into the building it stinks so bad. Theres constantly a mountain of garbage in the laundry room, where the garbage shoot is. Someone even let their dog poop in front of my door not once, but twice. Even when you call matinence, youre gonna be lucky if they come and help you. The matinence staff doesnt call before they come, Ive been barged in on multiple times, in my own apartment. Its just a dump every way you look at it. They charge way too much for what they offer. Horrible place. If I could give it 0 stars I definitely would.
Hi. I really like the Regency Apartments especially because of its location that is close to numerous restaurants and other fun things to do.The staff has always been very nice and helpful to me whenever I needed something. I enjoy swimming in their heated pool. The property grounds is well kept with a beautiful garden.I gave a rating of 4 because I have gotten stuck in their elevator a few times over the years. It was really scary being stuck in the elevator for approximately 20 minutes (an eternity when youre trapped in an elevator) the last time. Luckily, there were some very helpful and caring residents who kept me from having a major anxiety attack by talking to me through the walls reassuring me that help was coming. There are a lot of nice people there who always hold the door for you.
This has been my home for 2 and a half years. When I moved in I was worried by the rating. A lot of people gave this place horrible reviews. All of the negative reviews are wrong. The building is mostly well maintained. if there is any maintenance issue in the apartment it is usually fixed in the same day. Very quite building and pleasant neighbors. The people in the leasing office are really wonderful, It was really sad for me to leave this building. Rachel and Laurie were the best people in the leasing office. I highly recommend this home, especially if you are in school/residency.
Lived here 2 years, 2 huge bedrooms with plenty of closet space, and the privilege of being on the first floor had a sliding door and quick access to the lot and car.. it was my wife and I first experience of marrying off and living just us two in a place we tried to call our home. My biggest problem was Maintainance coming through the door without knocking or saying anything no notice nothing and my wife got scared. I addressed it immediately and they just apologized.. other then that the apartment comes with probably what any other apartment has which is basic apartment stuff that’s annoying but that’s what you get for living in an apartment, you want perfection buy a house. Building A was always clean lobby party room etc.. And the lady in the leasing office Carol is very nice, informative, and honest. My payments where always the same as in the agreement never fluctuated. That’s my honest review
Dont move here!!!!The maintenance here is terrible. I put in several work orders because I have not been able to use my toilet for 4 days now. I literally have to walk to the community center every time I have to use the bathroom. I also put in a few other work orders months ago and still no one addressed it.
This is the last straw for this apartment! There is now $1,720 for one months rent taken out of my account because of their unprofessional staff!!!! We have faithfully paid our rent and we are careful to go to the post office to get the checks post marked so that they will arrive in a timely matter. Well, yesterday after seeing the rent was still not taken out of my account I contacted corporate to see what was going on. The woman who answered was really nasty and said that they did not have a check from us and that we would be receiving our eviction notice even though I told her we mailed that months rent many days ago. She said they didnt have a check at all from us and that we would be getting evicted or receiving late charges still after paying online. Seeing as we thought there was a mix up at the post office we paid promptly online. That evening around 7pm maintenance came and slid an eviction notice under the door stating we must leave the premises. Well that just goes to show how unorganized they are because at this point they had already taken the check they claimed they didnt have out of our account along with the online payment. Im sure they wont offer up much help as usual. If you are looking for a place to stay, PLEASE KEEP LOOKING!!!! This was not the first problem weve had while living here and I am very disappointed because as much as we pay to live here you would think things would be handled better.
I was previously a tenant a few years agoAnd had a beautiful experience! But unfortunately returning to the RegencyThis second time to live recently (Aug2019)I can say their quality has drastically Declined! So if you are familiar with this place from 2 or more years ago...you may want to be very cautious before renting here at this current time! The refrigerator in my apartment wasBeyond old, nasty&beat up (Ive included photos in the picture section) I wasnt asking for a modern brand new fridge, but there should be a term limit for appliances! Some things can be cleaned within reason, somethings are just so old&nasty that even hours of scrubbing would not do thetrick!Upon mentioning this and the fact it was so grungy...I dont even feel comfortable keepingOur food inside,we were brushed off&Ive hadTo purchase a mini cooler just to survive. We were basicly left with the impression that unless we are renting an upgraded apartmentWhatever you get you have to deal with....which is a shame! We rented a non upgraded apartment during our first tenancyAnd it was sparkling clean and respect was put into the quality of the unit....so I feel that is an excuse&speaks to the great decline in quality in just a few short years!!! For a standard apartment we still pay $850 a monthNot exactly the cheapest rent. BEWARE before you consider approaching the 900-$1,000 a mo. Rent here believing you will get top notch quality! Maybe you will, maybe you wont. They are a mixed bag. Especially if you are moving into buildings that is NOT A!!!! I LIVED in A the first time,it was awesome! But now in building B there is clear discrimination on how the diffrent buildings are treated!!!! Even in the lobby building A great care&quality is closer to living up to their luxury apartment brand&claims. But I think they should be demanded to strip that title from their name...because only Building A is luxury! I included photos in picture section, that shows how dirty&old our lobby furniture is to the point of being visibly black!!!!! We pay rent the same as building A,they need to give our building the same amount of quality that we pay for, instead of sending all the resources to one building because the office is there, and it makes the whole complex look good, when people come to the office. Building B is very diffrent!!!!! Demand to see the other buildings, lobbies&apartments before renting so you wont be fooled! If they are going to give us lower quality then the need to lowerOur rent to match the third rate quality diffrence. I also included the photo of our washing machines in Building B rusted outDetergent dispensers on the washers with actual crumbled up dirt, that will get mixed in with your clothes. And the washers have not been wipes or cleaned in over a year clearly! By the extreamly thick layer of hair, dirt and debree built up on and lining the inside of washer...that your clothes will be exposedTo. After informing them...i got the pass around &this long drawn out excuse about the company who owns the washers have to approve with property manager before they can be wiped or cleaned out????? This is a bunch of bullcrap! I LIVED in build A&a cleaning person or maintenance kept our washers wiped down and decently cleanOn a regular basis. More evidence of neglect and discrimination in other buildings. All that just to keep the machines wiped out a few times a year? Please look at my photosAnd see for yourself that contradiction of calling this complex luxury! The other day while outside....there was a liquor bottle left on the table in the community area where tenants and families relax. A drunk homelessTeenager came to retrieve it. Its clear their standard for not only the property but alsoThe tenants is stooping very low. Some features are no diffrent that the ghetto or project government housing! Also my apartment has a pet odor&pet urine odorThat was in my place...that would not leave,no matter how much we aired the apartment out!! Even after weeks.no one has gotten back to us. It may be possible they are profiling
7/9/2020 . We have been living her for almost a year and have had many issues. The biggest being that the air conditioning has gone out twice. Of course yesterday the start of this horrible heat wave it crashed again. The maintenance manager said they dont have their own Hvac person & that they will just add us to a list of others who are without it right now, and they have no time line of when it will be replaced. It is currently 86 degrees in our house, and the heat has made us physically ill. They have given us a carpet fan, and a portable a/c unit only after us hanging up on them and talking in a stern voice. We called 4 times yesterday starting at 7 am, guy came out and basically said there was nothing he could do, and then this morning we called at 6 am didnt get a call back on the emergency line until 11:15 and nobody came to us until 3:30 pm. According to the worker they only have one person that they can call for outside help with heating and cooling for 7 units!!! And all four regency buildings are considered only one unit. So with that being said they are only doing 2-3 a day, so who knows when our air will be back on. There is still 6-8 people ahead of us.We are absolutely miserable.Update 7/17/2020- still been calling every single day, trying to get a response about fixing our air. Every time either someone answers and responds with I dont know or nobody answers or calls back. This has been 9 straight days of no air. Also, contacted Brittany Brockman the property manager and never got a response when calling or emailing. The lack of communication between the offices and managers of this place is absolutely ridiculous. if you are thinking of moving here, make sure you get your AC brand new because if not they will not care because they have theirs fixed meanwhile me and my children have become physically sick from the excessive heat. My house is still 85 and up ALL DAY.
I literally never made it inside this complex. I drove there after work because I wanted to live closer to work. It was a bit of a struggle to find. When I finally found it, I was a bit grossed out by simply driving into the complex. The parking lot looks to not have been paved in years. The lines were faded and some areas actually had weeds growing through the ground from lack of upkeep. The buildings themselves looked in desperate need of tuck point. This is a procedure done to aging buildings built between the 60s and 70s that are brick and mortar or masonry work.. It reseals the building without having to fill in the cracks between the bricks with grout which looks really really really really really really really really really really really bad.The signs they had for the leasing office were totally unclear. They said building A but the buildings themselves actually have their own address and are not labeled building a.b..c... etc.. So i drove around the back of the building. I found i was driving around the exit of their garage which was sitting there OPEN... no someone was not coming out.. the door had not just opened it was opened. This meant that anyone could get into their so called secured garage at any time. After driving around a bit and seeing all this I left. I was simply too grossed out to even go in.The person whom I spoke with on the phone before deciding to show up was amazing. HE was knowledge kind and patient. Why is he working for this company? If only this building matched the attitude i got from this man they would be on a wait list non stop for their units. Instead they had someone who did not even go in because of what the building and property looked like. Bravo company that also owns the presidential in rocky river... Bravo...
I moved in about 3 years ago. At first it was wonderful. A very quiet apartment and wonderful decent neighbors. Then this past fall the apartments decide to move in 3 bunches of college kids and they put them directly down from each other on each floor. They are loud from 2pm-on DAILY. Pounding bass music up until 1am . All they do is go up and down slamming doors more than 50 times a day. They put orange cones in the parking spaces to make sure they have guaranteed parking spaces. I have even witnessed one of the kids drive in the garage the exit way when someone was driving out and I highly doubt he has a parking pass. They scream off their balcony racist words which is offensive. They obviously have no consideration. I was going to take these matters to the office but when a fellow neighbor told me she already did so and the office responsed to her theres nothing we can do about it I figured whats the point. That is a very unprofessional way to handle that by the office. I am writing this to warn people dont even bother moving in here. Its basically a frat house and the office will just let the chaos go on as long as they are getting their money. Typical. Counting the days until my lease is up.
2nd year living at Regency now. The place has daily activities for the residents. There is picnic/ parties put together by Regency. Food, music Djs, raffles with prizes. I actually won a new Dyson vacuum when I moved in. The raffel prizes were expensive. Pool is clean and open all year. No money for pool passes (bonus). Decided to transfer to a bigger APT after my one year lease. ALL deposit money was returned and able to use for new APT. Not too many places give all deposit back. This place was honest! Lori & Chris were a great help in putting everything together! Everything went just like they said. Not one issue, not one surprise fee or cost. I have not had any issues with other residents at all. Everyone has been friendly and seems happy to live there. After reading reviews about the residents I would disagree. These people may just have personal / people problems? Thank you Regency giving me an awesome place to live! -Rob
I lived here for 4 years. I really liked my apartment. Never had any major complains about that. The location is great as everything (walmart, Marcs, Kohls) is near by. Parma library is also at walking distance. Only problem was the elevator was out almost every month. They need to completely change that. Also, main office goofed up in my lease and they did not update the current lease so send a court notice which was pretty ridiculous. Over all i liked my stay there.
Absolutely horrible ! Do not live here! Anytime anything needs fixed , it doesnt. The people that work here are rude and not helpful. The apartments are cheaply built. The upkeep is terrible and outdated. The elevators are always getting serviced. The people that have moved in here over the past few months are dirty, loud, and ghetto. Im pretty sure they started accepting section 8.
The only reason I didnt rate higher is because of maintenance but the office staff has been amazing to me which sucks because we had the opposite experience at our old apartment. For starters, one of the elevators have been broken down since August and that was the good elevator. I got stuck on the functioning elevator with my toddler who was freaking out and now he has a fear of elevators and always wants to take the stairs. I dont blame him. I called maintenance and my mom made it there before they did! Somehow she got the elevator open and we got off and still no sign of maintenance. Also, I had to go into building B and noticed that building D is highly neglected in comparision. Everything in our building is worn and broke down in comparison and if I had noticed before we signed another lease we would be taking our money elsewhere because thats not right. We all pay our rent its not fair to neglect a certain building. Needless to say this will probably be our last year/lease here unless maintenance does some extreme improving. Another thing that turned me off with maintenance was that they ruined my sons birthday party. I was told we could get the keys at 10AM which was okay because the party started at 1. We called all morning and maintenance never returned the call. I went to check to see if the room was unlocked and there was a cleaning lady in there making noodles!!! At that time it was after 12:30 and I tried to explain that we was supposed to be holding a birthday party in 30 minutes but she couldnt understand (I dont think she spoke english so not her fault) Finally we contacted the office staff who then got in contact with maintaince and they brought over the keys...but the wrong set of keys!! By the time I got the keys guests were arriving and I had to rush to set up the decorations while they were already there. I will say though, I gave them another chance and had a halloween party and this time we got the keys from the office staff which we had no problem at all with and the halloween party went smoothly. :) So again, office staff is great.I will say that there are also a lot of positives to staying here. There are a lot of community activities. We loved the magic show they had for the kids on Halloween and Food Truck Day. They also have a paint and wine night for the adults although I havent been able to make it to one yet but I think it is nice that they have activities for everyone to enjoy. I would have honestly gave Regency a 5 star if it wasnt for maintenance.
Im disappointed to have to rate this place so poorly, since we really loved it when we first moved in, but that changed rather quickly. Moving here was one of the worst decisions weve ever made. Nosey, loud, obnoxious and rude neighbors mixed with poor maintenance and horrible mail service make for a pretty irritating homestead. These apartments are NOT soundproof in the least. The elevators made the loudest and most horrible noise for months before it was taken care of (its already making the noise again, however). You will never have a hot shower or a sound sleep in this place. They raised our rent without informing us.... by the way, not informing you is their favorite thing to do (you will receive less than 24 hours warning if they need to enter your aparment, which they will tell you they wont ever need to do, unless there is an emergency) Honestly, I can write an endless list of all the reasons I regret moving here. I dont have one good thing to say about this apartment.Ant infestations and getting woken up every morning by power tools outside is the absolute last straw. I hate this place with a burning passion and will NEVER live in an apartment building again. This place has ruined apartment living for me forever!!!!!!!!!! IF I GET WOKEN UP BY POWER TOOLS ONE MORE TIME I AM GOING TO SCREAM!!!!!!!!!! I. HATE. THIS. PLACE!!!!
Edit after 9 months of staying here:Well my rating was a 3 but now its a 5 after staying for 9 months. Lots of space for what you pay for compared to other apartments Ive lived in. Great location for me since the Giant Eagle is 24 hours and I buy groceries at like 2 am most of the time😂 Also theres a gym and an indoor pool. The people that work in building B are absolutely wonderful! Also if you can request which building you live in then I highly recommended requesting for building B! Building B is next to the community center and its where you pick up packages, so if you order a lot off amazon or online in general you might wanna be in this building. They also send out these cute surveys each month to see how theyre doing. They definitly care about the residents but if we as residents dont express our problems then thats on us, soooo dont be afraid to talk to them! 10/10 would live here again. 💯
Ive had infestations of roaches, ants, mice, spiders, and the worst had been bed bugs. Ive seen them crawling from the ceiling leading me to believe there are other infested apartments on top of me.The back door is often broken and it appears people from the hospital come over to smoke in the stair well. During the summer people dump their ash trays off the balcony. There are cigarette butts every where. The rent keeps going up but the building cant even find people to live in all the apartments. My floor has had half the apartments empty since I moved here.
The maintenance staff is despicable. A lot of foreign people work in my building that doesnt speak English. Older people live here its like living in a retirement home, its still a great location but the work out room barely has any equipment, they took out the jacuzzi in the pool. Ive been living here for two years Im glad to be relocating to North Royalton.
This makes me kind of sad since I really like apartment living however I live in building D. One of the main elevators has been down for over 2 months. Now this morning the freight elevator is down as well. This leaves one little scary as heck elevator for a giant building to use. I called the office they knew nothing and told me to call maintenance. I called that office and I was told there is no estimated time this will be fixed. They are waiting on parts (for two months?!?!?!). This is completely unacceptable. I live on the seventh floor and while I use the stairs most days I couldnt imagine how someone who is handicap or elderly could deal with this situation. Please, please do something about this so I can come back on here and give the review I would like to.
It started great but after a few moths in when sumner arive car was broken into along with a few others from the building and no cameras working in garage. My apartment was broken into while i was at work and no cameras on hallways or elevator. The strange thing is that the was no force of entry so Im guessing someone that work there?????
Been here for 3 years and the community since great. Agree that the lift breaks done a couple of times but over all experience and value for money is pretty good. Would highly recommend staying here.agree that building b is the best since it is close to the package pick up and garage and community and gym.
OVERPRICED!!!! No way this place is worth what they are charging! Section 8 housing at its worse, my 70 year old mother was harassed in the elevator by teenage trash. I was lied to by management when I rented, she said absolutely their was no section 8. After we moved in (1090.00 a month) we realized what kind of trash lived their. A year of hell. Beware!!!
Havent even been a year, and Im ready to move already! I think I moved into a retirement center, and didnt even know it! Every time I turn my music on, on an Saturday afternoon, somebody calls and complains.... With all the NOISE I hear around me ALL the time, nobody should be saying anything about a little music. Im starting to believe I should start looking for a new location!!!!
Horrible! One of the worst apartments, Horrible leasing office, I had a horrible experience with someone named Rachel. She was very unwilling to give me information and seemed annoyed when I asked questions. They also had a bed bug infestation, and I’ve heard of a prostitute having people go in and out of the room at all times of the day, Wish I could give 1/2 star. If you are looking for an apartment DONT CONSIDER THE REGENCY
Management is not professional i was denied and havent got my holding fee yet when I call to check it the staff is so rude and un professional especially Maloney she is the manager maybe because Im African American their treating me like this i need my money trest me like a being Rachel and Maloney
I would say that i, at first, didnt take into consideration the reviews of these lux apts. Some people get pissed and write bad reviews. Thats just the way it is. However, just this once, take the advice of others and dont do it. For the cost you can get better. There is always something here. Nothing will ever be 100% when you rent an old building and live with other idiot parma folks. However KEEP LOOKING ELSE WHERE. Do yourself the favor. You deserve better.
Good place to live but when it comes to the elevator breaking down every week and when you have bees getting into your bedroom because of a nest and having to wait a,week for the exterminator to come out because they dont deem it an emergency and you have to sleep knowing you could get stung at any moment I wouldnt recommend living here
This is great place to live in especially because the past apartment I lived in was 1,000 dollars a month for a two bedroom and here we get a nice 3 bedroom apartment for 1,070 dollars which is way better.Secondly there are many great places around here that the whole family can enjoy.

2022-05-05I studied reviews for this place before I moved in and thought I could swing it but I sure regret not trusting my gut after reading older reviews. I have lived here for almost a year now and I regret signing a lease with this place. I was in a pinch after relocating back to Ohio for a job promotion and I should have taken corporate housing till I found somewhere else. This place is awful. The hallways and elevators are disgusting, the buildings smell DISGUSTING and it makes the units smell, no matter how hard you try to mask the smell. The elevators are always broken, the on site laundry is FILTHY, parking is awful, especially when you pay for a garage spot and the parking garage is always out of service. The ceiling in the garage also caved in last night and the whole garage is not able to be used. Management never communicates community issues, ever. They just post small signs and then are never available to take your call to ask questions. I absolutely will not be renewing my lease with this place and I’m actually considering breaking my lease and getting out of here. I’ve definitely had my fair share of bad apartments which is why I thought I’d be fine but man… this place takes the gold prize for the worst apartment I have ever lived in. DONT MOVE HERE.

2022-04-21Yes, please believe the “bad reviews” for those choosing to stay here. As with any place there are pros and cons. I’ll keep this short- the management that took over in January 2021 are horrific. Be prepared for overpriced units that are outdated; non-working elevators constantly, filthy stairwells, thin walls you can hear a mouse tap dance, & unprofessional staff (except for Jane & Carolyn). Please know your tenant rights with every respective place you encounter, especially with this place since Kim (supposedly acting Lease Support) gives nothing but negative attitudes and evictions. There’s a reason they cannot keep a Property Manager!Maintenance: they’re “okay” considering the new changes with management. You have to constantly follow up with them even after submitting a ticket. Daniel was “flexible” trying to have a technician fix my issues while I was home (don’t trust nobody to be in my place when I’m not there). The coined machines break down often too.The only good about this place would be the proximity to grocery stores, library and local businesses. It’s still not enough for these overpriced and outdated units with everything always broken. The funds are heavily misplaced with this place (which someone needs to look into because it’s ridiculous).Again, I was there for over a year and that’s due to fact that I was stuck paying a month to month lease (couldn’t find anyplace else during covid). We’re all just trying the best we can during these uncertain times! They need to switch to a more empathetic, professional, and flexible management team.

2022-02-25The have a pest issues. Most of the apartments are infested with mice. Our apartment is kind of cleared because me and my husband bought the materials to cover some holes. Leasing only have a couple of helpful people and maintenance is not that awesome. Although the cleaning ladies do a good job was what little they got. A lot of unsatisfied residents and they are just not willing to hear. I wouldnt recommend it.

2022-06-22Do not move here! Rent is too high for there to be so many maintenance issues from elevators not working, pool/gym almost always closed, garage collapsing, dry wall, AC…etc. I DONT KNOW WHY they have us paying so much for rent with all these issues. Please save your money and move else where.

Im disabled and my roommate is a recovering cancer survivor and have been left to suffer with no ac for almost a month.

2022-07-22This place is disgusting, poorly managed and a huge waste of money. The maintenance team will not fix any of your stuff. There is roaches throughout the building and it is just overall a terrible place to live. If youre looking for a home look anywhere else please.

2022-07-22I have family that live here and the way they are treated by staff and maintenance is absolutely disrespectful. They have had issues with their ac for almost a month and nothing has been taking care of. Believe all the bad reviews you see. This is one place to stay far away from.

2021-03-10I am in my second year of living here. It isnt horrible, but it isnt great either. I have lived in a lot of apartments before, and community living will never be 100% pleasant. You have to know going into it that sharing walls with others and living in a community, not everything is going to be all cotton candy and rainbows. Things break...just like in a home.Cons: my neighbor above me walks like a 15000 lb elephant and shakes the walls, there are the same loud people outside who rev their engines every night and are super obnoxious , the elevator will randomly not work, the 1 out 2 washing machines on my floor is broken and has been for some time. It is taking months for it to be fixed. The washing machines are also pretty gross..not kept up well as far as cleaning and maintenance. Makes you wonder if your clothes are truly getting clean. My car was broken into in the garage that I pay $50 extra for a month. When I told the apartment manager, and asked for her to check the cameras she told me their cameras dont work. Thats really disturbing to me. What if a major crime, or incident happened down there? Working cameras are so important to have, and charging 50$ a space....the complex should have the funds to fix them. All of these things have been reportedThe good things are....Maintenance team seems to be on it when I have reported stuff. They usually fix things in my apartment within 1-2 days of me reporting it. That is impressive for a large community. My neighbors in my hallway are all pretty pleasant. Have never had an issue with anyone. Most are quiet and keep to themselves. They have a secure package room for all packages to be left in to avoid packages being stolen. The hours arent the greatest but its better than nothing.Water, sewer, trash and gas are all included in rent which I like a lot too. Less bills I need to worry about (so when people complain about the price being too high, remember to factor those all in)Overall, when it was time to renew my lease..I did. Mainly because moving is a huge hassle, and my little apartment is cozy at the end of the day. Most apartment complexes have issues. None are perfect

2021-12-16Had to change my review from a 2 to a 1 because for 3 weeks now they have been working on the apartment below ours. 7:30 in the morning banging and drilling. I barely get any sleep as it is because we have a newborn baby. They never gave us any warning that this was going to be happening. The banging was so loud at first it sounded like explosions. There’s no need for this to start this early. Very ridiculous and unprofessional to not at least warn the tenants around the apartment.
